The room was not clean. The curtains were tattered. There was a terrible smell in the room. The furniture was beat up and not well kept.
Wendy
Nice clean room, nice clean hotel, excellent front desk staff and awesome driver for airport,…{she was so sweet and interesting to chat with!} Will stay again, as we always choose them for park and fly ❤️

It was a great hotel to stay in. Just be aware that breakfast is not complimentary

Avoid toom 101 at all costs. We were placed there for the second time in the last year. This is by the side exit and the stair well.... no sound insulation at all..

The room itself was good, but the atmosphere was lacking. Throughout my 8 day stay there was a constant loud banging/footstep noise coming from the room above, 24 hours a day. When I spoke to another guest, they mentioned similar if not identical sounds. It was so loud that even when I put on a fan as white noise, the banging was still clear as a bell.
I required the shuttle for work and one day the shuttle was an hour late to pick us up.

Staff was great! Room was clean, but showed a lot of signs of wear and tear.
Daniel
Couldn’t find my reservation and I have an extra charge on my account that they can’t explain
Paul
Good clean place to stay, Staff was friendly.
Melanie
Nice, friendly staff, clean, Hockey team friendly.

Loved this hotel for proximity to the airport/ mall but still in a suburban area with nice eating options nearby. Staff very friendly, facilities wonderful with gym, hot tub and large beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas. Free shuttle to airport and mall was very appreciated. Coffee every morning available in the lobby with the flavored creamers (i do care about the little things like this). The bathroom was very nice and shower head felt amazing. Will definitely use this hotel again when visiting family in the future.
Lisa
Clean room, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. my only complaint would be the room temp, while it was adjustable - the fan would not stay running to circulate the cooler air.
Ami
Nice and quiet
Brooke
The room smelled musty the whole time. I tried opening the window for a bit but as soon as I turned the a/c on, it made the room smell. The shower drain was clogged but did get it fixed on our last night. Overall, it wasn’t the original room we booked and when we asked to switch, they said it wasn’t an option. Staff was very nice. Hot tub, pool, and gym were clean and great. Parking was very easy.
Deana
Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean. Would stay again.

Uneven Floors
The room we stayed in had significantly uneven floors. When you wake up and walk around at night you feel like you’re on a boat. Staff were friendly. Nice location near Minnesota Zoo.
Staci
I travel a lot for work. I had just stayed at a Hilton in Ankeny a few days prior and it was beautiful. This one was old, run down or not updated at all. The continental breakfast was $15 a person and looked no different than what we had for free just a few days prior. We didn't stay. Left a few hours after checking in. Staff was super nice though, not their fault. Just no money going back into the place.

Moldy Bathroom
I was disappointed to how dirty and moldy the bathroom was. Seem to go down hill vs the last time we stayed last year.
Shelly
The friendliness of the staff was incredible. Great hospitality! Great lobby area - fun to hang out with friebds.

Very nice hotel in great location.
Very nice hotel in a great location. So many things nearby including coffee and grocery, and convenient to the hwy. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We’ll stay there again when visiting family in the area.
Mike
It was good
Jeremy
The place was impeccably clean. The staff had to be some of the most considerate, helpful people I've ever encountered. The beds were great and super comfortable and the overall design of the lobby was perfect.
Earl
I had to pay $3 for a bottle of water which was in the room. Keeping in mind it was a 5 day stay!
Sahara
This property was nice and safe. It was metro to getting around to downtown and other areas. They provided shuttles to help get you around as well.
Stacie

Good Location & Nice Room
Room was great even had lil towel dolls on the bed to greet us. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Hotel entry was under a bit of construction but service was still good. They charge for breakfast but we knew that and skipped it. (You can also purchase supper.) Great location by a Target, Starbucks, movie theater, and more. Pool and hot tub were been used as we left in the morning and looked nice too. We saw shuttle and multiple vehicles for the airport parked in back. We didn’t need though.
Jill
Check in staff was preoccupied, our room window did not lock which let in a breeze and outside noise.
Rhoda
Customer service is great! Outlets in room were inoperable.
Maggie
Rooms are clean and spacious and beds are comfy. They allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated! Great location within walking distance of Target, Walgreens, and several restaurants. Maybe a 15-minute drive from the airport, far enough away to not have to deal with all the noise of planes taking off and landing. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan!
Rhonda
No breakfast, thought it was included. Water in the room for a charge. Pool area old, rusty and small. Panel under bedside stand where electrical board was has fallen off. Wouldn’t stay again.
Steve
we were very pleased with our stay - kids loved the pool. rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The main lobby was very welcoming, the staff was very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton garden Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Keith
We loved the outside seating area. Beautiful mornings to sit outside and enjoy the coffee from the lobby. Loved all the windows in the lobby -- so bright and beautiful. Staff -- so VERY friendly and helpful!
Dave
Spacious room with comfortable beds
The hotel is nice. The room was good size, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the floor above our room was unusually squeaky. Or there was a very heavy person in the room above.
GARY
Decent but thins walls.
The overall customer experience with the staff i met was amazing. The gentlemen that welcomed me on Sunday evening was warm, thoughtful and knowledgeable.
Treated me like a VIP
The rooms are decent, building is older and could use some love.
Walls and floors are thin, i heard my upstairs neighbors gathering all night.

Good stay, just a little issue ...
Avoid room 101 ... it's very noisy next to an exterior door to the parking lot and you can hear the guests above walking across the room, and the shower running. We also had rain hitting some metal on our window (it was oddly loud). **Guest Service** peeps were great... especially breakfast on 5/18 we were in a hurry and she was super accommodating. We will return!
Amy
Hotel was nice. Friendly staff, breakfast was good, pool is on the small side.
Mary
The hotel was close to shopping. It was in a nice, safe feeling location and close to restaurant options. Very nice, Kathy & Rick Hilton! Thank you...
Angie
A fine place to hang your hat. Friendly staff. Close to the zoo!
Ann M
Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Kim
It was located very well, close to dining, fast food, shopping, & highways. Unfortunately, the night we were there, someone was tramping loudly in the hallways from about 11PM to 3 AM. We should have called the desk but did not.
Richard
Nice hotel, easy check in, beautiful rooms and fair price.
Natalia
Works for us!
Free shuttle. Parking program. Good food near by.
Natalia
Continent and comfortable
Close to the airport. Have park and fly package and free airport shuttle. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to nice Mediterranean restaurant and other fast food places.
Jennifer
Everything was overall mostly great! The guy checking us in to our room was very informative and helpful. We picked this hotel because it was one of the few nicer ones and had a hot tub. However the hot tub Jetts didn’t work very well and the water was barley warm very disappointing.
Cassandra
Liked the bar.
Tim
The staff was friendly.
Megan
Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The hot tub is nice and having a bar on site is great too!

Overall this was a nice hotel for a 1 night stay as a couple!
ANGELA
Hotel was primarily upgraded elevators need work
Connie
I do think that when you are staying more than one night the customer should not have to ask to have coffee in the room restocked. I get that you can reuse bedding and towels as that makes sense.
Anne
Room was very clean, but ASK FOR A ROOM ON THE TOP FLOOR! There must be no insulation between, as we stayed on the second floor and were woken up extremely early to the sound of the people above us either bowling or practicing dismounts. It was sooooo loud, and none us were able to sleep past that point, including my children.
Verified traveler
Great place overall. A little loud at time.
Place was nice. Good condition. Good amenities. The room above us was super loud. Other than that it was fine.
Douglas
Front desk was very courteous during check in & suggested an excellent room on the right floor for us.
Great first impression to this hotel.

Sara
Zaque was fantastic and really welcomed us!!
Larry
Towels were not replaced everyday. Beds not made up everyday. They have a shortage of workers and problems hiring. They only make up the room every fourth day. This was unsatisfactory without a serious discount.
Amanda
Very friendly and helpful staff
Kayla
Everything was great. Will definitely be back!
Antonina
Overall is nice place, but we were told that if we stay 4 nights we won’t have service for the room. I just don’t understand why are other people staying in the hotel same as others but not everyone is equally served. We received no towels change neither other things. Breakfast not included, we only had it ones and more expensive than just eating breakfast at Panera or any other place. Would probably choose another hotel next time. Than serve their rooms no matter how long you stay.

Great hotel

Our room was fine and where our room was located great. Had an issue with a plugged toilet. Ended up being handed a plunger and resolving the issue ourselves. Mentioned it in an earlier review and did get a call from a manager. Appreciated the attention and did get a food credit for our trouble. I believe Big Foot was in the room above us-we heard heavy footsteps and periodic pounding on the floor-late into the night our second night. After our plumbing issue, decided to tolerate the noise, even though it was very annoying and I didn’t want to be a chronic complainer. Paid quite a bit for our room-may make us think twice before booking a room here again. On the plus side-the Friday morning waitress was lovely-great service. Location was great, but…….
Shannon
The customer service was excellent!!
Lucas
Uncomfy
Beds are hard as a rock. Pillows suck. Walls are paper thin. Stink bug found when opening drapes
Stephanie
The hotel was wonderful and the location was perfect! Nice neighborhood!
Kevin
There was no mention of a fee to park your car when using the park and ride shuttle. Very disappointing.
michael
It would of been nice to be told there was a charge for parking
Julie

Hotel staff was amazing, very nice atmosphere.
Mary
The room had a funky odor….. like dog, stale air and then a deodorizer on top. Lots of boxelder bugs in the room…. But the staff was really friendly and nice!!
Travis
Clean and modern
Hotel is clean and updated with very comfortable rooms. There is a hotel bar and food availability which you do pay for, no free breakfasts. However Ansaris across the street is great for drinks and food.
vanessa
Great
My stay was great. I was celebrating my grandson’s birthday. The rooms were clean and the staff was very very helpful and accommodating. I wish the pool had been a little larger. Other than that I was satisfied. There were plenty of restaurants stores and entertainment near by
Shirley
Love the furniture in the lobby.
The lobby was way to cold to enjoy visiting with friends in the evening.the breakfast was not very good for the price.
All the personal were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The rooms were quite and the beds were comfortable.

The site was beautiful and comfortable. However wifi was next to impossible to access for either my phone or laptop. This was the one thing their staff were unable to help me with. That was disappointing.

My daughter and I stayed there for 2 nights. It was very clean and quiet. I’ll be booking rooms with them again for a wedding coming up!
Sharon
Poor customer service at a Nice clean hotel
The front desk attendant was very rude and judge. He did not offer any details on check in. There was no thank you or any customer service offered. I had gotten the room for my daughter in law and grandchildren. They are mixed race and I felt like he was pre judging them and he was very unfriendly. I live nearby and have used this hotel before when they come to stay but probably will find an alternative hotel next time.

A great hotel, nice sized rooms and a convenient location.

Fine, until you need to get ahold of the hotel
Over all stay was fine, however trying to directly contact the hotel was a nightmare. Between me trying to contact them and the reservation desk trying to contact them, we sat on hold for over 2 hours without anyone picking up. Not sure if its because the front desk staff work the bar also or if the staff just dont care.
Roxanne
Very pleased

I was pleased with the room. The cleanliness was great, the size of the room was nice. Nice hotel lobby area.

Nice area and clean hotel
The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Close to some great restaurants and would highly recommend the Mediterranean place right across the street.

They ran out of towels. I went and asked fir some and they didnt have any. We were all trying to get showered and ready to go and i ended up falling on my way out of the shower cause we didnt have anything to put on the floor. Also im 8 months pregnant.

Everything was great except for the broken ice machine and the restaurant not being open. Buffet style breakfast was open from 6 to 8 in the morning for $8.95.
