For requiring a deposit the rooms were in horrible shape, holes in the doors, random scuffs and paint marks on the walls, rusted heater cover. The rooms weren’t even ready by check in time, we had to wait and had a schedule to keep, was very frustrating. There was no continental breakfast, just coffee and juice. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are just looking for a cheap bed to sleep in.

You get what you pay for. Rate was reasonable. Room had hard flooring vs. carpet so it was clean. Walls were dirty in the room. Beds were fine. Towels were good. Older decor if that is important to you. Room had small fridge with freezer and a microwave. Coffee and juice is all they offer in the morning and the juice was warm from the dispenser. Hallway carpets were clean and fresh. Looks like a lot of construction workers stay there. Much of the parking lot was filled up with construction equipment and trucks, but we found a parking spot fine.

The staff was very nice but the tv had no service, everything in the room was worn down and or damaged. The room was quick clean not well cleaned. The fridge made noise all night and the AC never got to temperature. Shower never got warm. Lamps did’t work. Staff was to ask management about the TV, but never came back with a response. No breakfast. Cheap awful pillows. The hotel was quiet expect for the fridge. The location was convenient. I had Expedia credit that made the room $40 from the normal rate. I was okay with all this for $40, but there were better hotels for $60.

Good:
Air conditioning worked.

Bad:
Bathrooms were dirty and damaged.
The water in the shower had the hot/cold swapped.
Ceiling outside of the room was dripping water.
No food for breakfast.

The shower was not working and then trying to take a bath the pressure was horrible and the water was just warm. Tried to call the front office but evidently the phones are just for show because there was no dial tone.

Very noisy.

I would not choose this place again

Usually if I can’t write a very good review I don’t write any.

Don’t mess with my shower. Most people are just happy with clean sheets and a good shower.

I may be done with this app. I’m tired of fake reviews. This property had the highest local reviews with 4.6. If the reviews were honest it’d be closer to 2. From itchy sheets, broken tv, lack of soap and the soap supplied made us feel sticky, two cars in parking lot with flat tires, and just an overall gross feeling in the room. I think they’re trying but they’re falling short of the reviews.

Staff, with the exception of the young man who checked me out, seemed annoyed whenever I had a question. They did help me out, but reluctantly. The property itself was ok, nothing special, and definitely older and in need of some updates / maintenance, The room was clean, though possible haunted as the drawers kept opening on their own and lights that I had turned off were turned on when I returned to the room, bed was comfortable ac worked wee, and was spacious & comfortable. There were signs of wear and the decor / bedding was outdated, but ultimately the room served my purpose. Also, staff was very slow about emptying the outside trash can. If you are looking for high end with all the amenities then look elsewhere. However if you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, and comfortable place to lay your head, this is it.

The staff was polite and responsive. I dont usually have alot negative to say but this place did not stand up to the reviews. Extremely dirty everywhere in the room. Floor, behind beds, bathroom. Blood stained mattress cover, blood on the wall by bathroom sink. The bathroom door has splatters of probably soap snd toothpaste all over it. Because of a bad experience at another location we always check the bed and area to just make sure we have no surprises. I have pictures but dont know if I can post them. The TV had a single channel in Spanish and no source to cable. Remote did not work. Had ask for a working blow dryer too this morning.

The refrigerator had rhe good freezer on top but was dirty in the fridge section.

The night stand was being raised in the feont by a book to keep the drawers from repeatedly opening.

Just overall disgusting experience. There was even debris in the tub and a dead bug. And the shower was barely warm at full throttle on hot water and the pressure was so bad glad I didn't have longer or thicker hair. I would if had to be in there

Sorry but no way I could ever recommend this place

Parking was a breeze, multiple entrances and easy to use key card for the entry to the room. There were mismatched pillows on the bed which made it difficult to get comfortable. A huge rip in the footrest for the chair and the backing on the curtains made it look like there were stars on it because it was falling off. The bathroom had a tub but no way to plug the drain.
Not a bad stay just not a great stay just an ok stay.

You could go across Burnsville Pkwy to a gas station for snacks. Otherwise you could go the other way along Aldrich Ave to get to Denny’s or Clive’s Roadhouse. (There just wasn’t much inside the hotel for options.) The room itself was okay, but the floor felt cold because it was wood and I had just turned up the heat when I entered the room. (I did notice the bottom dresser drawer by the fridge had duct tape on it.) But the room was clean.

The sign said comfortable, quiet, and clean, and that's what I got. Very reasonable for the price. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable--so often hotels will have me sleeping on what feel like hard boxes, but this soft without compromising support. I also like that there was a larger couch and a larger refrigerator than I normally see for hotel rooms. Convenient location near I-35W made it easy to access the rest of the Mpls-St Paul area.
