This place had giant flying ants in The hot tub as well as a huge spider in the bedroom, place was filled with weirdos and creeps and none of the staff used the pool net on the hot tub when it got bugs in it. Then the hotel had the audacity to charge over 100$ because there was some hair dye that got on a few towels when we dried our hair which is recently dyed, I have never in my life experienced such audacity, and from such a low class place that isn’t even worth 50$ a night! I have stayed at way nicer and way more expensive hotels and gotten hair dye on towels and never been charged or received complaints because towels are something they’ll have to wash and eventually replace anyway and it’s just NOT normal to charge somebody over 100$ because they stained your CHEAP towels that literally feel like paper on the skin, like the budget for them was so low, I doubt they paid even 10$ for each towel. And not to mention TOWELS ARE BOUND TO GET SOMETHING ON THEM. people spill things all the time or come in with fake tans that bleed and stain and need TOWELS to wipe them up. There are so many real reasons a towel gets stained and over 100$ charge is INSANE. Plus this place is super sketchy already!! DONT come here unless you want to get kidnapped or trafficked because THATS THE VIBES THIS PLACE GIVES.

I am so great full for the staff here. My daughter left a very personal and sentimental item at the hotel and we didn’t realize until after we got back to New York. The staff located the item, is keeping it safe and mailing it back to us! Thank you soo soo much!

You get what you pay for. Needs major help. Walking in smelled not great. Got in my room and they sprayed like a bottle of perfume in it. Was so bad I had to open the windows and even that didn’t help. Windows didn’t lock at all and was broken. The place needed help, but the staff was great.

There was a glue rat trap with multiple dead bugs on it behind the toilet bowl. All the chrome plumbing in the shower had lots of scale buildup. The bathroom door frame at the base had rust 8\" high. As soon as you entered the lobby it smelled of old musty air, the sofa had two holes in the fake leather couch they fixed with patches that were peeling off. The hot tub was a warm tub and the water level was so low the jets were making a loud noise as it broke the surface. Extremely disappointed. The box spring and mattress sat right on the floor. Just because it had a swimming pool does not make it 2 1/2 stars. Totally disgusted that this place was on your website and rated at 2 1/2 stars. The parking lot for handicapped had ruts of snow and ice. I have pictures of the room if you would like to add that to your website. If one star is your lowest option than that is what I would give this place.

Room was fine. Great bed, pillows just ok. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast always biscuits and gravy with no variation. Tastes good, but get there early before the biscuits turn hard. Doors closing in this hotel are extremely loud and disruptful, and jacuzzi could be warmer. But considering everything, definitely worth the trip and price. Parking lot is very icy, and the coffee is dismal. Convenient location.

The room was perfectly clean and the staff were very friendly. I took my girlfriend to experience the suite and jetted tub, we were completely satisfied with the experience. The room had a couple issues but nothing that took away from the experience. The staff just wanted us to be happy and we appreciated that. Breakfast in the morning was great, and they have 24 hour coffee for us coffee drinkers.

It was a fine stay. I used the hot tub in pool one time. Both were nice amenities. The water temperature of the pool was very warm and felt nice. Staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. My room service and housekeeping was efficient and thorough. How so appreciated how quiet the hotel and other guests typically were from inside my room.

The Good: You get your money's worth. The rooms are okay. The pool and hot tub are okay.

The bad: The breakfast is below basic. There is nothing about it that's \"continental\".

The Ugly: This place apparently entertains very shady people. On my first night, there was a bunch of guys staying in a room near mine who were screaming at the top of their voices and punching walls for hours. I called reception and receuved a promise to \"come check it out\" but nothing ever happened. It appears this bunch is staying there long term so may continue to be a problem. There was also another guy loitering around the pool area both days I was there with a backpack and a speak, blasting loud music, drunk, and sleeping. Unclear if he was a guest at the hotel, but someone from the front desk brough him a towel even though he never used the pool or hot tub so at least that shiws he's being entertained by them. On one night, out of the blue, this guy starts talking to me saying how \"you are from Africa, I am from here, you can get deported, I can not\" among other things. I chose to ignore him. As someone who works in mental health, I could tell he could use some help. Glad it was only verbal, but its not all on him. Its also on the hotel putting guests at risk from such a person while probably knowing he's likely to endanger people.
They also claim they're a non-smoking hotel, but cigarette butts and people smoking will greet you on your way right into the hotel. That inincludes this guy. IIf y

Unfortunately i had a unexpected death in my family and had to end my stay earlier than expected. The General Manager of the hotel would not refund the additional days that i did use. As a result i paid for a room for 2 days that i did not use. Ill never a stay at another Quality Inn.

Perfectly acceptable place for the price. Room could use some TLC, a few things falling apart, but it was pretty clean. A couple mysterious stains on the curtain/wall, but I trusted that the bed and linens were clean. The bathroom was very clean, too. I would recommend this stay!

It’s hard entering after hours because they tell you to call to be let in the lobby but don’t provide a number to call. Bed was super comfortable. I felt safe and it had good parking. There are stairs going down to the first floor rooms and stairs going up with no elevator which makes it difficult if you have heavy or lots of luggage to haul. There was a pool and hot tub but I didn’t get to use cause it was closed by the time I got there.

Kind of what was expected for the price but still not likely to stay again. No elevator for anyone that might need it. Also smells of stale cigarettes at least on the 3rd floor. Breakfast wasn't that great, biscuits are microwaved and no meat (at least when we got there). On a personal side note, not thrilled as a parent that my child was the only one singled out to be told not to jump in the pool when there multiple other kids doing it as well. I'm not saying that jumping in should be allowed but if you're going to correct one kid you should be correcting all the kids.

The positive part of the stat was the gentleman that checked us in. Sandy was very helpful and he offered to help us to the 3rd floor with all our bags even though he had phones ringing and was the only one there at the time. He was great and the only reason I didn't give a 1 star review.

When we checked into our room- we first noticed the dust in the room. (Pretty thick) You knew things had not been wiped down for a while. Then the TV's would not work. Staff did come right up to the room and Switch TV's around and got them to work. That night we noticed the Bathroom door would not close due to the toilet being in the way. Therefore, the door would not move past the toilet and we literally had to crawl over the toilet to get into the shower. We called the Staff, and he came up and looked at it. He told us that there was nothing he could do, that he had no maintnance people there. This is the poorest Quality Inn we have ever stayed in :(

We really enjoyed the hot tub, it felt really nice and the sun was shining on us also through the windows. You didn't get blasted by the smell of chlorine when you walked into the room, which was nice. Plus it was nice to start out our day with the free breakfast, before we shopped until we dropped.

My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is an older building so decor is outdated and I could hear noise from other rooms at times. They have a nice swimming pool. I had a microwave, small fridge, a safe, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room. Once again, the beds were very comfortable.

The clerk charged me twice above the price paid at Hotels.com. $100 deposit and $7.81 which he could not identify what for. Upon inspection of the room, and within three days, both charges would be refunded if there were no damages to the room. The room had worn furniture, one small hole in the wall and bathroom door and several cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub water level was low and the jets were soft. The breakfast was good.
