The parking lot is not very large. We are there for a car show and in a truck so parking can be tight especially if someone has a trailer in the lot also. The front desk people are very friendly. Breakfast is included and was ready when we were which by 630.

Front desk lady was very rude when I asked if the pool was open. She said I hate when people ask that. She said if the sign says its closed then its closed. Then I couldn't sign into the wifi She then asked if I was spelling my name right. Stating that's why I couldn't sign in which was not the case. Overall just a bad experience. Ill spend the extra money from now on and stay at holiday inns.

My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible). She said it was a family based hotel and that what we were doing was inappropriate. A shoulder rub? With only one other family even in the room? The hot tub was look warm at best and I had seen children blow more bubbles in a bathtub than what this hot tub kicked out. The vents were rusty, the welcome sign in the grass was knocked over, the exit signs were falling down, there were broken appliances a furniture at the end of the halls. While we were out of our room someone decided to use our toilet. Our refrigerator barely kept our drinks cool. We were so frustrated we almost checked out the very night we checked in but a 2 hour drive home in the dark also didn’t sound appealing. If this is 4 star hotel for that area I would hate to see what a lesser starred hotel looks like. Very very disappointing.

We enjoyed most of the property. The beds were simply amazing and room temperature was great. The bathroom is a good size. Amenities were okay. But the room smelled of a heavy musty odor that we traced to the air conditioner which had wet dirty plugs of dust in it and those were also on the ceiling. We had to go purchase a diffuser to mask that odor. Please clean your heat and air units and disinfect them.

I was concerned when I drove up - the grounds were weedy and unkempt, and there were construction workers barbecuing on the edge of the parking lot. But inside all was clean, quiet and comfortable, and staff was attentive. They said the workers outside were long-term guests and were allowed to gather outside on a Friday afternoon as long as they were quiet and didn't bother guests, and that was absolutely the case. Good value for the money.

Was an ok stay. Room was good. Hot tub and pool were ok as well with hot tub not very warm. No salt or pepper for breakfast in morning. Sausage links weren't cooked very well and they unplugged the heating unit for the hot breakfast items over a half hour before time was over. Other that that all was good.

The bedroom and bath were both spacious, with two queen beds and a large counter in the bath. We spent 5 nights and had no problems sleeping or going around the area to several activities. The breakfast was OK, but I would have preferred bagels instead of the waffle maker.

My son and I stayed at this hotel to go to a nearby medical procedure. The building is older but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally courteous. On our checkout day they let us have a later checkout that would work better with our scheduled procedure.

My credit card was already run by the time we checked in, even tho I specified that I would pay on arrival. They insisted that I run my credit card again, and it charged me $297 in addition to the $165 cost for the room. It tied up my checking account until Wednesday when our stay was Saturday into Sunday.

Basically just rolled in to sleep, but there was a pickup in the parking lot blaring music from 11 pm until after 1:00 am. We called to have front desk talk to them at 11:30. (Front desk stated they could also hear the music). They did talk to them once….as I could hear that exchange as well. They shut off music for 1 minute and started it up again. Otherwise, the place was “fine”.

I was please with my room and the stay. The pool is a little small but nice if you have one or two families inside. I did not get a chance to get in the hot tub as it stayed full. It was well worth the price.

Expedia is deceptive in advertising by showing picture's of the jacuzzi suite for the price of a regular \"suite\" which is a single room with a sofa couch. The hotel and staff are fine, the problem is Expedia. I expect Expedia to refund the $96 as the room that I expected was not what was actually available. The area outside the motel was extremely messy. Maybe not the motel property, but the area around the lake was a mess.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Limited options that no one in my party liked. Waffle mix was empty, pastry options were a few not muffins which my daughter is allergic to, one yogurt option, no flavored creamers to use for the coffee and only two cereal options no one would eat. Stairwells need work done. Plenty of clean towels and room was mostly clean... Table was sticky but everything what was good.

Kids loved the pool they had a good time. Our room on the other hand was not the great. First room we got checked into the whole tv stand fell apart when we opened the drawer so they switched rooms for us. Then in that room my daughter found an open can of cat food beside the bed. Also if you have a bunch of stuff request food floor because there is no elevator.

I used to go to Quality Inn because they had a decent breakfast, now it is all prepackaged food and no place to eat it but back in the room. Restaurants are fully open why aren't they?

Front staff personnel need better training on how to deal and approach guests. We were rudely and abrasively approached and instructed to leave the hot tub area as others guests wanted to use it. There were no postings on alternating guests or time limits on hot tub use. We would have happily taken turns, gotten out or made space for other guests had any new guests approached the area which none had. I can understand how some guests may still wish to limit exposure to new people with recent Covid epidemic but mere polite communication would have easily managed situation as we are respectful and accommodating people.

From the moment I walked in the man at the front desk spoke hardly no English I couldn't understand him therefore I got booked with two rooms and he charged me for an extra room for one night. I called when $99.00 came out of my account. I then waited a week for a return phone call after talking with Alma and they denied me a refund on this extra room for a total of $99! This is unacceptable!

Nice place with a very comfortable bed. I would have considered it excellent except that my room smelled like old cigarette smoke. I'm sure they would have given me a different room if I asked, but I was too tired to deal with it.

Hot tub was not very warm with very weak jets and no bubbles. We were very disappointed because I needed some hot tub time. Breakfast was not very good. Housekeeping neglected to give us fresh towels and toiletries, we had to go to the front desk and ask for them.
