At 2:30 am, the front desk lady knocked on our room door, and unlocked the door and walked in. At 2:30 in the morning. When I asked the front desk the next morning, she told me she was checking if rooms were occupied or not, because who ever checked is in the day before, didnt check us in right?
Theresa
I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room. My mom said the mini fridge running all night was noisy.
Robert
It had clean rooms and big rooms
Jeff
This was a great surprise find in Lakeville. Hotel and rooms are clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Dana
So clean and updated! Very happy with our experience!
Ronald
If you intend to have a drink in your room bring your own glass. There was only 2 cups and they were the coffee type. If you filled it to the tippy top you might have 8 oz.
Also there's very little room for CPAP machines. We disconected the phone so we had more room.
But everything was very clean and staff were nice.
We would stay there again but would pack a couple of glasses.
Breakfast was typical, eggs, meat, waffles, etc...

Joey

Michelle
Wonderful staff! Clean room! Central location.
Michele
Stayed for three nights. Room never freshened up. Ran out of toilet paper and tissues- had to get from desk. Never stayed somewhere for three nights and never had room cleaned. Our trash can was overflowing- just not impressed
Nikolai
A clean, cozy hotel. A good breakfast. Please add stronger coffee. 👍
Collette

We stayed here for 3 days and had a great stay in this new hotel. Everything was very nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating as well when we needed to stay longer. The nightly rates were very good and it was the perfect location for visiting my mom in Farmington. The daily breakfast was excellent and had many choices for a variety of diets. There is a Walmart nearby and it’s very convenient to several roads in the area, Hwy 35, etc. and only 20 mns from the airport and Mall of America. Definitely recommend this great new hotel.
James
Slept well
Deborah
Was shocked they don’t clean rooms during stay. Ick
Cheryl
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities. I will definitely stay here again!
Mary
Newly remodeled and fantastic!
Nora
The walls are very thin. My daughter had to ask the people in the next room to please quiet down at 1:30 am so she could sleep. And they weren’t loud, just speaking in normal tones. The free breakfast is the usual powdered eggs, waffle maker, coffee, juice, etc. The bed was firm, soft pillows and the sheets clean and tight. Bathroom was very clean and had plenty of towels.
Pamela
The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was okay although why do hotels keep serving those “powdered eggs”? Waffles were very good.
My only complaint was trying to talk by phone to a gentleman that worked during the day. I prefer talking to the hotel to make a reservation. He did not take a credit card number and I did not get a confirmation. Called again, spelled my name and email again and eventually got my confirmation. Later I needed to add an earlier arrival and I called and got the same man. He said there were no rooms and basically hung up on me. I went online and was able to book an earlier day for a cheaper price.

Good location and clean. Ok breakfast too!
Cynthia
Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. And breakfast was good. Only issue was tv did not work and told staff who didn’t seem to care and said it works, really?? I think we know how to work a tv.
Barb
The hotel is in a great location and well maintained. Just be sure to request maid service or you won't get it. The breakfast is really good! Highly recommend.
Erik
I was very surprised on how nice the place was. I am handicap, and the room was nice and open for me to get around. The breakfast was great too and it will ez to get on and off the freeway.
Greg
Parking was great, very clean, nice, and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Great experience
Johnathan
Friendly staff, clean rooms, well stocked convenience store, variety of items on complimentary breakfast bar - will return!
Rex
Close ti interstate, ample parking. clean rooms & nice breakfast.
Kendra
One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at for the price. I had the best nights sleep of my 10 day trip.
Jack
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The breakfast was a standard style hotel breakfast with variety and was kept clean and stocked. I would stay there again. The parking was a little tight for those towing trailers.
Bonnie
The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. Our room was very nice. Definitely works stay here again.
Gloria
Easy on/off of I35. As we drove into the parking lot we remarked how clean the property was. We had booked ahead so check in was simple. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Only thing that I could complain about was that the towels were not soft. We used the pool, which was great. Will definitely stay again.😊😊😊

Walter
room was clean. walk in shower but not bathtub.
Monica
Staff at the front desk do not know what they are doing. We booked a superior room bathtub with grab bars as my mom needs them for showers. He also said he did not know which rooms were the one I reserved. We did not get that room and were told none were available. So now handicap accessible bathtub with grab bars for that stay. The next reservation at this place, I accidentally selected the wrong type of room (handicapped hearing accessible hoping that would have grab bars). No luck. We got that room but didn't help my mom for showering. Asked today if we could make a new reservation for a couple of days from now as we need to stay longer and front desk said he couldn't book it ... even though I could book it through Expedia. They best give me the correct room this time or we will never stay here again.
Angie
we had ants in our room, otherwise all was fine .
Eric
Good place for Business and Leisure.
Seam
Excellent staff very polite and good service
Glenn
Nice clean rooms with a good breakfast

One of the the assigned rooms had not been cleaned yet, so was rebooked to a different room.
The fire alarm in our room started beeping around 5:00am. When the beeping got to be more often and louder, we called the front desk. The front desk attendant came to our room and announced that \"She didn't smell smoke and she would call maintenance to look into it\" We assumed it was the battery backup that needed attention, but after 3 hours of beeping and being annoyed, we checked out early.

Our stay at the hotel was great. However, I called the hotel the day after we left due to a question on the billing. The person who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. The information/question I had was to make sure the billing was correct which would have benefited the hotel. Not a good experience
Brian
