The staff were really cool about suggesting an extra roll away bed for my step son who accompanied me and his father on our get away, and they were really fast about delivering it to the room
Aleasha
This room was great!
naommy
The casino was bigger than we expected it to be! It was also our favorite part. We liked how close it is to that one golf place. We also liked how there’s was another casino close by!
Bradley
Great place to stay and play.
William
The business center used to be available for printing boarding passes. Because of the construction there was no way to do that on this visit.
Megan
Super clean property, very friendly staff!! Great stay!
Jeffrey
The service was top notch from check-in to the valet parking. We attended a concert at the amphitheater and the shuttle process was extremely efficient.
Margaret
For the price it was not worth it $600+ for a hotel/casino under construction and when asking the front desk for assistance there was none. We went for a concert cancelled due to a leaky ampitheater not ready for Minnesota weather (booked rain or shine and at concert time shining) . $600 + poor toiletries in room , lacking decent towels and over all mediocre at best, taking advantage of concert goes by inflating rates. Have tickets for another show this summer but will rethink staying there.
Kendra
Wish there were more food options that stayed open later
Marc
Yes
Mykeisha
There were no microwave. But otherwise it was an exceptional stay.
Sheila

The room was clean and updated. Staff was informative and pleasant. The restaurant selection at Mystic was great.
Stephanie
Large room
Traci
Its hard to maneuver when construction is going on..
Michael
Hotel Front Desk / Entrance was under construction but that didn’t stop the easiness of checking in. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Jessica
It was an enjoyable experience.
Rusty
Everything was awesome except for the construction
Jamie
Loved all the options and all the employees I dealt with were great! Highly recommend!!
Wendy
I’m not happy with this hotel. First of all, no alcohol is allowed in the hotel. You have to purchase it from the casino. Our room was dirty. We moved the nightstand and found a used tissue and a part of a rubber glove. Yuck. When I took a shower, the handle came off in my hand! There was some remodeling being done at the time of our visit. Other than that, the beds were comfy. But I will not be back.
Arianna
Great stay all around, went for a concert in the showroom. Rooms clean, pool was great, food options plentiful and staff was helpful
Mark
Clean, modern and upscale. Great variety of restaurants.
Sheila
Clean room many amenities
Mari
They were doing major construction but they kept it so clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
Robert
Room was spacious and very clean! Staff were always helpful when needing directions or help with getting another room key. Aaron at the Meadows restaurant was the best server we’ve ever had, highly recommend that restaurant!
jack
Nice hotel at the casino. Will return
Andrew
The property is a large hotel, casino and entertainment venue. Very clean, was undergoing some renovations but no issues with that. The rooms were new and clean. The venue was attached and we saw Morgan Jay there. Lots of restaurants inside walkable and casino attached. Great all round venue. Would stay there again 100 percent. All staff very courteous and polite. No smoking inside which is great! The lawn guy started the golf course cutting at 6 am though. Maybe could have started further away from the hotel. Only thing to look at for venue. Otherwise fantastic!

Wonderful clean room. Staff is amazing and friendly!
Roy
Even under construction the property was clean & staff was super friendly
Perry
Lovely stay. Hot tub and pool were great.
Katherine
Stayed overnight for an event. Room was Lobby tower side, several updates going on FYI
Mike
It was a great place to stay with many options for eating. The venue was great as well. Meadows is highly recommended.
Kelly
This was our first visit to Mystic and we blown away!! What a beautiful, amazing property. We were so impressed by the options for dining and bars we had a hard time choosing. Can’t wait to come back and experience more of the amenities on site like the golf and the spa. Overall, amazing experience! Absolutely recommend.
Heidi
The whole hotel was a mess. We stay there often and have rooms booked in July. We will be changing hotels
Thomas
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The bathrooms, the rooms, the casino everything was spotless. I wouldn’t change a thing. Everything was perfect.
Michael
Clean room very comfortable, promenade tower king room.
Sarah
Staff was very friendly from check in to check out. Great room!

Awesome hotel and casino. Kids loved the pool and launchpad golfing.
Brenda
Everything was great except there is no ironing board nor iron in the room. I travel a lot and they are always in the room. I made the assumption here would be so I didn’t plan to have to wait until delivered them to the room. Super inconvenient.
Gretchen
Clean, quiet hotel. Some construction going on, but it's not loud or disruptive. Bonus the casino has a designated smoking pen, so you don't leave smelling like an ashtray.
Carolynn
Very clean, and quiet, the only thing I didn't like was the overpowering smell of bleach in the sheets. I have a scent sensitivity this irritates my sinuses. If I stay again I would bring my own pillowcases and sheets, to avoid the irritation.
Mark
We went to concert at casino. Room was a bit pricey, but very nice room and very convenient to walk to room after concert. Before concert we stop at Hop House dinner and a couple drinks. Everything was good there.
Peter
Very nice hotel with clean updated rooms with plenty of amenities. Good selection of restaurants on-site to choose from. Would highly recommend.
Douglas
Under construction
Missy
Everything was dusty, they are remodeling
Sue
Even though the casino hotel area is under construction it was still good, love the Promenade tower rooms
Sheyna
Rooms were updated and clean, casino was fun and plenty of option to eat.
JuWan
Excellent hotel and casino. Free parking!
Kevin
Clean room, but not stocked with amenities. Also the inability to use my own Roku stick for streaming my favorite shows was poor form, AppleTv is not supported by google cast
Shane
Enjoyed all aspects of trip. Even with re-modeling in progress, it was still awesome. We look forward to visiting again and trying out the golf course and enjoying some of the entertainment.
Jay
Rooms were very nice with lots of room and amenities. Currently the registration desk is being remodeled, but the temporary desk handled visitors promptly. The one disappointment was the pool which was uncomfortably hot (both the water and the room) ... it felt more like a hot tub (which we didn't use). Maybe they purposely do it so that visitors won't use it and spend more time in the casino??

I really liked how big the rooms were. Very clean
Joseph
We had a clean room. The check in took forever. Everything at Mystic is too expensive. Food, rooms, drinks. Its ridiculous. They dont have a small convenience type store either so you better not forget anything at home. Whomever owns this casino only cares about 1 thing......Money.
nicolos
This was the best ever!! I will be coming back
Molly
The hotel was in great proximity to the event. We were attending at Canterbury Downs for a live racing. The check-in was smooth. The valet parking is highly recommended. The hotel rooms were clean and amazingly quiet. We also went into the casino to have dinner at the steakhouse wonderful food great staff good specials had breakfast also at the café, which was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and would stay again.
William
Price was a bit high for what you get. Sheets were dirty and had hair on them.
Sydney
It is a large casino with nice rooms but also going through some renovations. I was unable to turn the ac to desire able temperature. The coffee make didn’t work. Of course I’m sure these can be easily fixed. If it weren’t for these things, it would be an excellent place to stay.
YOLANDA
The front lobby is under construction but it’s still a clean place and rooms are very comfortable with up to date amenities.
Stephen
I have a medical issues and when I'm at the casino, I visit the bathrooms frequently. They are always very well kept. I've been to many casinos in Minnesota and can say this is the nicest casino/ hotel in the state.
Jennifer L.
The room was confusing as where it was located. Need more information and directions.
Leanna
First, the room was what I reserved and EXTREMELY CLEAN! We asked for towels and received within minutes.
The badness... hotel was under construction. Front entrance, garage and valet were closed. Had to park in casino parking with no cart for suitcases and no bell hop. Had to enter through the casino. Cigarette smoke and alcohol were the first smells I encountered. The temp checkin was halfway through the building. No maps, no explicit direction. We aimlessly walked until we found the desk. Check in was quick. Directions to the room were vague. We found the room by searching with the signs and guesswork. The resturants advertised were not open. We went to little Six casino for dinner. Order was not delivered as ordered. Tasted like microwave food. I threw up what i could eat before leaving. Stopped at reservation desk and asked about the other resturants and was told they may or may not be open the next day. The only one open was the sports lounge and the fast food. I need to mention these were open Friday night and Saturday. We left Sunday and had to check out at the desk at the front of the hotel since it was finally open. Was offered a ride to the casino parking but after 15 min he walked to the other parking lot and drove back to get our luggage and me. Totally did not advertise construction and was not sympathetic to physical handicaps of the guests paying to stay. Would've left the first night if I wouldn't have lost my money. Did not go to gamble.

Service rooms and casino amazing!
Trudie
Nice room, had to walk about a mile to get to it however.
Gretchen
The hotel is lovely and huge. Get rooms in the promenade wing. So much better. Floor to ceiling windows. Pillows are ok but not great. Linens and bed are very good. Shower is lovely. Beverage fridge in promenade king room was large and cold. Pool is small work odd security.
James
Very friendly staff. Free valet parking was wonderful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Had a view of the golf course it was gorgeous. And amazing stay
chad
Beautiful place! However our bed had orange broken plastic pieces in between the bedding and it felt like a sandy substance on our bed sheet. A band aide on the floor. And a tooth pick left on the nightstand behind the alarm clock! Disgusting…When we told the front desk lady she acted like she really didn’t care and all she said was “ I will let the hotel cleaning department know” and then after check the next several days the hotel would send the cost of the stay back into our account and and then take it back out several times over the course of 5 days and that severely messed up our account. I would call and ask to speak to a manager on this and never ONCE got a call back! I will never stay here again after being treated so poorly!
Jordan
Room was super nice, stayed on the 12th floor. Ate at the restaurant near the golf course, food was average but decently priced and good options. Overall really nice hotel!
Dorian
Room was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful. I also enjoyed the amenities that they had pool sauna and hot tub were great. Plenty of things to do besides gamble. Spent the evening at hop house it was cool
Ashley
The room had hand prints everywhere, hair in the sheets, the curtains where very dirty like they have never changed them, same with the lamp shades very dirty. You can't bring your your own alcohol in your room you rent for $200 + per night.
Katie
It was a nice hotel. Rooms are very spacious. The A/C could use some help. Our room was very warm and the A/C didn’t seem to work very well. Otherwise nice hotel.
Joan
I got food poisoning from paying extra to put lobster in my mac & cheese. The lobster was bad and I got violently ill.
Brad
All great
Jeremias
Great places to stay
Cally
Friendly and attentive staff, clean, lots to do for everyone!
Bruce
Fun
Mary
The front desk staff were helpful. I do have a problem with spending almost $300 per night for a hotel and being told you should not bring your own food and beverages to the hotel. If I am paying for the room I should have the right to bring my own food and beverages if I wish to do so.
Helena
I never received any confirmation emails about my stay. I couldn't find any record of the reservation. I searched and it didn't show up. No one could find record of it. So I assumed it was cancelled because no correspondence was sent, such as a know before you go. I was still charged even though there was no record anymore of my reservation and I am still disputing the charge.
Samuel
It was a nice room nice ataff we had fun
Tina
The property is undergoing renovations - so it was quite congested at the front desk. It took over 40 minutes to get checked in. Cleanliness is ok at this property, lots of cigarette butts outside, the smell of pot smokers is annoying and disgusting as well. I did enjoy the overall vibe of decor in the room, however some basic maintenance could be completed - our shower handle came off twice, thankfully it just popped back on. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear anyone talking in the hallway. We stayed in the Promenade Tower King Room - for $270 we expected much more than we received. Food was decent at one of the two restaurants that we tried while there. Value was good for food. Drinks at the concert were a decent price point as well. Concert was PHENOMENAL - The accoustics and seats were very good. I will go here for another concert but probably would not stay overnight again.
Brian
Love staying here! Perfect if your partner doesn’t like gamble
Veronica
Amazing property, huge, lots to see and do

I was very disappointed to book and prepay a king room and end up with two queens. I dislike the two queens rooms- very little space outside of the beds, bad angles all around to the TV etc. I was told it was because they were “so busy”. Well, I rebooked and paid for my room choice so busy should not have mattered. Nearly $400 a night is a lot for a room type I dislike.
Next, I called room service for over an hour with no answer. You can no longer order from the TV so it just was not available. A First World Problem for sure but if you are going to say it’s available make it available.
The theatre is great, saw ZZ Top. Steakhouse and spa from my previous visits excellent. Staff is normally good too. Going forward I may just avoid weekends and shownights for the hotel. The registration line was literally a city block long at the desk- like they did not have staff capacity for all the people. It made Vegas lines look small. I checked my bag with the bell desk and checked in later in the evening after the show- maybe that lead to the room issue but you get charged for a night regardless and there is no “check in by” time stated so my room should not have been given away.
I got a couple of rooms for Christmas Eve/day hopefully that goes smoothly.
