Don't stay here. Not sure how this hotel could be considered a Hampton Inn. This hotel is literally falling apart. The hotel is damp. The shower was falling apart. The pool had a literal hazmat sign across it. I checked out early and found other accommodations.
David
Staff was nice. Hotels is very outdated. Pool and hot tub were closed. Only 1 elevator worked and it was slow. Place needs a facelift pretty bad.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was under construction but that was fully disclosed. I was offered free snacks in the room, an unusual and generous offer. Breakfast was available until 10:00 am, a real plus for me. I would stay there again
Padraic
A/C didn’t cool the room well. The room was a little warmer than I would like but that was as cool as it got. Hotel under construction for remodeling
Agelina
One of the best Hotel in town.
Andrea
The hotel is under renovations. No pool, dirty common areas, elevator had only one working, and maid service was lacking. Do not recommend until after renovations are completed.
Andrew
This hotel should be closed. The hotel is under construction and should not be open for guests. The air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area does bot work at all our air conditioner in our room could not keep up so it was very hot. Exposed wiring was everywhere! Our bathroom door wouldn't even close and the bathroom light flickered the entire time. The pool and spa were also under construction. Our TV in the room did not even work and the management was not helpful! Hilton should be embarrassed to be operating a hotel in this state!!
Justin
Entire hotel smelled weird, only 1 elevator works, doors don't shut properly and the AC made all kinds of noises.
Veronica
Booked a king room but they told us they were sold out of them and they gave us a double bed instead.
Matthew
Majority of the rooms are under maintenance and remodelling with open doors and city notices of uninhabitable status. The pool was closed also due to maintenance. Hopefully it will be better once remodeling is complete.
Melvin
Some reconstruction ongoing composers closed. Treadmill in exercise room was out of service. Late June 2026
Bob
Absolutely terrible place had major water damage many rooms under construction. Really should even be open.
Danna
Needs updating and remodeling. 1st floor room smelled and carpet felt musty. No pool or hot tub. Heard garbage truck at 5:30 am.
Shelly
Would have been nice to know the pool has been out for months. Like half of the hotel was under construction. Didn’t realize they only come in the room every other day, so had to call for more towels. Good breakfast
Richard
Nice property and nice staff
Roy
Breakfast was excellent.
Dale
Everything worked as it should and was well maintained
kimberly
When we arrived they did not have a room for us due to construction that was happening. This was despite us calling the night before to confirm our room and having a confirmation number from our booking. The hotel is under construction and they overbooked several nights during the weekend of our booking. Despite us booking our rooms before others in a large group and arriving right at check in they did not have our rooms available and others who arrived later at night did have rooms. The front desk attendant did not know the manager had arranged for us to stay at a different hotel nearby and nobody had informed us. Despite them canceling our stay they then still billed us as a no show. I had to then call and argue that they needed to refund us. Poor management of the situation. Absolutely no communication regarding it. Buyer beware. I would recommend staying somewhere else until they get their construction issue figured out. They did this to other people that same weekend. Your stay may not be guaranteed despite confirmation numbers, and despite calling them ahead of time to confirm.
Pamela
hallways and elevator had plaster dust and dust in corners
Mark
Stayed because of having an all accessible room. Shower was broken so it didn’t help
Mike
Location is handy but very noisy because it is between 2 interstates. The pool was being remodeled so that wasn't available. The gal that booked our rooms for the event we attended, had to stay at a competitor next door because of over booking.
Ralph
Breakfast was organised well, attendant kept surfaces clean and food items well stocked. This facility has the small round waffles, which are easier to share with one's group.
Ample parking.
Towels exchanged daily, garbage emptied.
Pool area is being renovated, and it looks like actual work is being done. Some places we have stayed seemed to be stalled.

There was a sharp metal object sticking out from under the bed and I cut my leg on it. It wasn’t the 2nd room we stayed in during our 4 day stay I and noticed the first room also had the same exposed bedframe.
I bled a lot. Very frustrating.
The manager wasn’t in when I went to the front desk to report it so I spoke to the desk clerk. She was accommodating and got me a bandaid. Also, they were doing construction at the time of the stay, it didn’t hinder us but did create an interesting obstacle.

The property is older and needs updating. It was farily clean, but my room had a faint odor of pet urine. I was also very disappointed that there was not coffee in the lobby until 6am. I only stay at Hampton Inn when I travel, and the coffee is always on and delicious by 5 am. This Hampton Inn does not compare to the rest. I most likely will not be back.
Bobbi
Rooms outdated and dirty. Breakfast was a positive.
Judy
My room was clean and comfortable, but when I booked, I was not told that part of the hotel is closed for refurbishing, including the workout room.
Shawn
Man this breakfast was one of the best I had at a hotel hot and fresh staff was great
David
Front lobby construction.
Alan
We were visiting family in the Twin Cities. The location was great, very quiet area and the staff was very good. They are renovating the pool area and the building needs a little pick me up.
Good location for getting around.
Good location for getting around.

Everything was great
Katherine
Room and facilities are dated. There was construction being done so I assume updates are being made. Room was clean and staff was helpful when keys stopped working.
mikael
Great stay, staff, and environment!
Carrie
Great lication
Darcy
Thin walls. Could hear every footstep in the hall during the night and neighbors. Made it hard to sleep. Everything was clean and well maintained, no other issue aside from the thin walls.
Elizabeth
The hotel was clean but definitely needed some updating. Breakfast was ok. We were there when a blizzard hit and they didnt charge us for.the 2nd night rven though we didnt leave until after 1pm. Was very appreciated! The hotel was fine for a 1 night stay.
mark t
Nice enough hotel, but renovations closed the pool
Kimberley
Rooms and hotel were very outdated. Half of the hotel is under construction. Staff were very kind and courteous!
Christen
When we checked in we were not told that the hotel was being renovated. We were put in a room in the renovation area. Our door had drywall dust on it, most of the hall carpet was out and we could smell and taste drywall dust. Workers blocked the outside side door open so they could carry out things but nobody watched it so anyone could have walked in at anytime. On Saturday night we smelled cigarette smoke in our room. Sunday morning as we were trying to rest they started working and pounding at 8 AM. At the very least we should have been told at check in about the remodel work. With the door blocked open I did not sleep well not knowing if anyone had gotten into the building who should not be there.
MacKayla
The pool wasn’t open during our stay and we weren’t notified until we checked in. We chose the hotel for the cost and pool access so that was very disappointing- we actually cut our stay short to move to a different hotel w a pool
Patrick
There is a lot of construction work going on in the hotel, even over the weekend. The hotel put us in rooms right in the middle of the construction. When we went to the rooms, the workers were wearing hazmat suits. Smelled awful, loud, and dust everywhere. They did end up moving us outside the worst of it, but was not ideal. The pool area is completely shut down. The worst part was that not once did the hotel ever contact us beforehand, apologize for the inconvenience, or offer a discounted rate.
Scott
Beds and pillows where not comfortable, around the tub was not the cleanest. Smelt weed when we walked in. And the place was under renovation.
Victoria
Terrible. Wasn’t contacted about construction and wife injured leg on piece of metal protruding from bed frame. No partial refund offered or other meaningful customer service.
Robert
Clean room. Noce staff. More traffic noise than i expected.
Bryan
Staff was excellent! The rooms were what caused this rating. One room had a heating/air unit that had a loud high whine, the second room we ended up in had a faulty toilet.
Jan
Breakfast was great. A variety of options were available.
Kylene
The room was clean, the breakfast was good. The staff was wonderful.
Wayne
Room could be updated.
Colleen
Room was clean. Large bathroom counter. Breakfast was a excellent variety and out until at least 10:30am. Noon check out!
Dave

Peter
Jackson at the desk was outstanding.
Anthony
Staff was great
Tim
Very fast and efficient check-in…just what you want
Tyler
Everything was really good deal person and breakfast.
Jodie
The hot tub was just lukewarm and the pool was freezing. I did talk to staff, the first night they said they would have maintenance look at it. The second day, I was told that the hot tub was at maximum temperature -- 98 degrees. That is NOT a hot tub temp and is the biggest reason I will not return to this hotel when I visit family in the area again (which I do frequently).
Breakfast was average for a hotel but the pre-made microwaved omelets were cold.
Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.
It's MN winter, please use some salt, the walkways outside and parking areas were very slippery even right outside of the front door.

It was a hotel, nothing special, nothing horrible, kind of dated, it was clean but felt old. Room was good, breakfast was meh, people were nice!
Edward
Hotel is dated. Carpet is old, dirty and patched in many spots. Housekeeping needs to learn how to dust.
Kim
Staff were super nice and helpful. Nice to have the “snack room”!
Feanna
The hot tub could be hotter, hotel just needs some updates. The bathtub in the room was kind of outdated. Needs some repair. Overall nice staff. Maybe work on breakfast items. The biscuits were as hard as a rock.
Katie
Very sweet staff, made you definitely feel welcome. Thank you so much
Tarja
The breakfast was delicious.
Robert
Room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Considering location next to major highway, room was relatively quiet - no problem sleeping. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I was gonna give it a five stars for the price and the room. However, two of my kids and I who enjoyed the pool and hot tub ended up with rashes all over our bodies. I’m really disappointed in that they didn’t clean the hot tub well. We are still dealing with the rashes, and one of my kids is dealing with a high fever and a sore throat currently. I hope that he recovers well, but I am going to reach out to the hotel now to clean the hot tub, so other customers don’t have to deal with the same thing.
Jason
Room is a little dated and a bit noisy from the white interstate, but clean and front desk night manager was awesome.
Edna
Staff are helpful. Just the TV isn't working. Breakfast is great! The kids enjoy the pool.
Randall

It was clean and the staff was nice. Rooms are in need of some updating - the ceiling had a crack running through it, and it had kind of a musty smell.
Jaime
Check-in was great. Room was comfortable and clean. However not quiet - could hear everytime room next door locked or unlocked door and flushed the toilet.
Noelle
Smelllllly room Woofta
Julia
I have never ever been treated so well. My mom and I came up a 4 hour drive for my surgery and all of the staff, ESPECIALLY Melinda made me feel like family. Gave me treats, checked on me. The gentleman at the front desk made me fresh cookies! Hugs and prayers were shared and I was told they can't wait to have us back. Ill be back JUST for the staff! Thakk you all
Erin
Great stay, great breakfast!
Robin
Everything was perfect
Sean
Entire stay was great.
Russell
Good breakfast, very small fitness center, room was suppose to sleep five but only had two beds.
Roberta
The room was clean! My granddaughter enjoyed the room.
Cynthia
We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the complementary breakfast, infant bed, and hotel pool. The pool temp was quite cold.
Roxanne
Good stay. Friendly staff. Nice room. My one disappointment was that there was no daily housekeeping.
Kristi
The hot tub was not usable, they were treating it with chemicals at 4 PM in the afternoon… I thought that was inconvenient and disappointing. Could that not be done overnight when gas are not going to use it?
Sharon
Limited diet drinks available

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean, the room was comfortable and well stocked. There was a 24 hour coffee bar and the breakfast was terrific. I would stay here again.

Subhan who was working the front desk was very helpful and kind to me!
Bill
Staff was good. Room and entire facility just OK. Bathroom sink very slow draining. Breakfast was OK.
Penny
staff was exceptionally accommodating
Martha
The only thing I did not like was they did not clean my room on a daily basis. other than that> I enjoyed the hotel. it was clean, breakfast was good. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Pam
The staff was very friendly! The carpets felt damp and the entire building smelled strongly like cleaner. Too strong.
