Everything was perfect here except for the temperature of the room. We weren't able to manipulate the temperature, so it was quite cold for us. We asked for a couple of blankets and that solved the problem at night.

I called three times to confirm early check-in and got the virtual assistant and when transferred it said service provider is no longer available. We were never told there was a $40 charge for early check-in. Staff didn’t tell us where our room was or where there was an elevator. The beds were horrible!

The rooms were really nice but the microvlwave and refrigerator in the bathroom was very unhygenic. They should have a different place for them. I dont like going to the bathroom where my food is being stored. And the pool was ok but the ceiling tile fell while we were in it and landed in the pool with a bunch of dust so that was gross. And for the price it would be nice if breakfast was included. Otherwise everything else was very nice.

We arrived two days after a big snowstorm. We stayed there three nights. During the entire time the parking lot, including the handicap spots and loading area near the front door were completely caked with ice. It’s unbelievable to me that they would expose themselves to that liability and never take care of it. I contacted staff and they said that they had a lousy snow removal contractor. But nobody made any attempt to clear the ice that had been there for five days by the time we checked out.

The restaurant in the hotel was closed because it snowed. No breakfast. Someone burnt some popcorn or food on the 4th floor. The smell filled the whole floor. It made me nauseous and I couldn't sleep.

Breakfast was good at Steak and Ale. I liked the attached restaurant. That was convenient. Pool was small. Towels were not stocked in the pool area. Very cold in there.

We couldn’t check in until 45 minutes past the check-in time because our room was not ready. This was frustrating. Especially when you’re sitting with kids just waiting to get into your room.

Lastly, the thing I did not like about our hotel room was at the fridge and microwave, coffee pot. We’re all in the bathroom. That seems very dirty to me. Poor placement.

Pool is well heated. Hot tub is pathetically tiny, sitting on the bench the water comes to my waist, I had to sit on the floor to get water to my shoulders. The jets weren't working half of the time.

I booked the same day due to bad winter weather keeping me in town unexpectedly, and even though the hotel appeared half empty, I couldn't check in 2 hours early without paying $40 (almost half of the nightly charge - that is ridiculous!) I agreed because I didn't want to just sit in the lobby watching the snowstorm.

I was never once informed of any type of deposit or hold for incidentals, but the pending charge on my card is $75 more than what I expected, I am hoping the final charge won't include that BUT you should tell people about any holds or deposits. I used a debit card linked to my checking account, because this was an unplanned stay due to weather. Having my account short that much without prior notice is not ok, if I had not seen it, that could have caused overdraft fees for me. It's horrible customer service to not tell people about deposits or holds that are more than the amount on the reservation!

Room was clean and comfortable. I had a sitting area outside of my room door which was nice other than the chairs being incredibly uncomfortable so I brought a bed pillow out there to use. My \"patio\" sitting area was in earshot of the front desk and I heard the phone ringing without being answered, repeatedly, for at least an hour.

On site restaurant was excellent.

On a multiple night stay, when housekeeping is done in the room, the sheets with stains (blood) on them, should be changed with out waiting til the guests check out . Cups and water glasses need to be replenished. Make sure coffee pot works. Ours didn’t. Supposed to be replaced, but it wasn’t. Bathroom supplies need to be monitored. The tiny bottles aren’t meant for 4 night stays for 2 people. The light next to the table needed to be dusted or washed. Coated in dust.

It was a very nice stay. Location is perfect; at the hub of Interstate 35E, 35W and 35. Lots of eating and shopping. Nice room on the top floor. The \"Continental Breakfast\" was so-so. Coffee in the room was MUCH better! Using the bathroom at the pool requires your key to get back in. Had to go to the Main Desk to get back in! No rinse off shower at the pool. Not a big deal. The fresh, warm cookies one evening were a nice surprise! 10% off at Steak & Ale is a plus. Salad bar is terrific, but the filet mignon is questionable.

Nice hotel in a perfect location, but some poor customer service left a very bad taste! While we understand plenty of people are NOT honest & how difficult it would be to distinguish, twisting a person’s words & being accusatory of someone who *is* being honest is extremely disrespectful! It very quickly changed the opinion of our stay, & we could not in good conscience recommend While we have no doubt there are many dishonest people out there, being accused We chose to add the breakfast option to our booking, but nothing was said about it at check in so we later asked for details. We were told it wasn’t included, but I said I would check reservation details on my phone as I was sure we had paid for the breakfast option. She was quickly able to find it then & gave us a little ticket-like “voucher” with our room number on it. However, when we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast we were told we *each* needed vouchers. Back to the front desk! But while sharing the details & showing the gal what we were given, she the so had to go back to It was disappointing to have had to *ask* for our breakfast voucher in the first place, but to then be accused of “changing my story”

Arrive at the property seemed great. Beginning check in i realized it is quite unorganized. I booked multiple rooms in one transaction and had to ask about checking in for my 2nd room. They also send you a push text prior to your stay this is also only for 1 of your multiple rooms. Front staff was pushing and not listening. Got my rooms. Clean rooms. Unfortunately at 830am i was woke up by a knock on my door. I checked the peak hole it was a staff member of the hotel. Asking if i needed anytbing???? At 830am on my one night stay at a hotel. I heard her continue down the hall knocking on doors saying housekeeping. It was extramly inconvenient to be woke up 2 and a half hours prior to check out on my one night stay. I asked to speak to managment was told they were not in. Asked for themnto please reach out so we can discuss the matter andnit has been 2 days and nothing.

This hotel is excellent! We were allowed to check in prior to our arrival. On our way we called to have a crib put in our room. Desk staff was very helpful even though she was the only one working. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Great location near shopping and eating, and easy to find. Great property at a great price!! I’d definitely recommend!!
