The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortuately, the cooktop was difficult to turn on and sometimes we couldn't get it to work and the dishwasher was hard to open without feeling like we were going to break it.

Great place to stay. Only complaint was that the Smart TVs did not work for casting internet from a phones, but no reason to give them a lower rating for that.

Many little problems in my room- couldn’t adjust fan temperature or speed, dishes were either not available or were in the dishwasher, dirty (even though it said “clean”), thin wallls/floors so difficult to sleep with people stomping around, the microwave light randomly turned on in the middle of the night. They have outdated carpet, no makeup removers or things like lotion to offer. Overall, minor inconveniences added up- it was a fine place to stay for one night but not worth the cost

Pros: they did have comfy pillows & I was able to get plastic forks at the front desk

Overbooked rooms

Upon check-in we learned that the hotel had overbooked their double queen rooms, so had switched us to a king room instead.

Not handicap Friendly

Asked for assessable room and there is no way that the room could be considered assessable. For one thing it had a tub with ONE grab bar. Bottom of tub slippery, very easy to fall. Why are beds for the handycap so high off the ground. It makes it hard to get into. Also short toilet, didn’t have the high ones.

The first thing we noticed when my wife and I got into the room and put things into the bathroom is that there were no cups for water whatsoever. We did use a coffee cup, so that worked out OK. The bigger issue was the blood that we found on the sheets on my wife side of the bed. That was a little unnerving. It was taken care of while we were gone for supper with family that afternoon. It Hass to make one wonder if the sheets were really changed from the previous occupant!

Liked the cleanliness, comfortable beds and updated interior. Didn’t like the absence of free breakfast. Eve though it it advertised when I was booking it that breakfast is included, they didn’t have breakfast and used COVID as an excuse for not providing breakfast. It is summer of 2022 and every hotel around went back to normal long time ago!

My daughter and I spent the weekend here for a much needed weekend retreat. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and we loved the kitchenette.
