The staff was very professional and courteous. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. This hotel offered an exceptional stay for a great price. We were impressed.
Mike
Nice clean rooms. Fantastic location.
Kyle
Was everything as described.
Andrea
Front desk staff was super friendly. The room was really clean. For the price, I wasn't expecting much. But this hotel was much nicer than hotels that cost twice as much. Would definitely stay here again!
Jim
Overall good place to stay for work travel.
Lindsey
Decent for price, would stay again
Caroline
I enjoyed my stay, I love that you guys had a 40 day prayer book. That is very beautiful. I got to read 1/40 days on that day. Also I loved the hot breakfast and staff being ready to attend to requests. Hope to visit again
Hillary
Very clean and comfortable for the price.
Cynthia
The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Sheets on the bed were very scratchy with a poor fit. Area was not the greatest but I’ve seen worse.
Brian
Probably would not stay there again
ANTHONY
While several hotels have free breakfast, the seating area is spread out with plenty of space (even on weekend mornings). The location is great for getting on the interstate Minneapolis and enjoying the area eating farther out. I'll stay again
Barry
Breakfast is limited. Nice place to stay for a few days, it was toasty outside, wished it had a pool.
Susan
Room was clean and good use of space. Bed was very comfortable. Easy access to stairs and elevator. Nice breakfast.
Lisa
The breakfast area and food was great
Catherine
Fans in bathrooms don't work well, so the bathroom doors are now warped and stick. Plug-ins and night stands only on one side of the bed. Needs a mirror in the room in addition to the one in the tiny bathroom.
Kathy
Very nice hotel . Nice area
Karen
Great staff & clean room
Antenah
Decent hotel overall. The room was clean and the customer service was good the staff were friendly and helpful. The internet was quite slow, and the breakfast was just okay; it could definitely have had more variety and better quality. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
brenda
Breakfast was good.
Staff were scarse.
⚠️Dangerous floor level change in the bathroom that isn't marked. Not sure what the purpose is or was but it is really a bad idea to have the floot tile the same as the normal floor in the bathroom and so this step is totally unnoticeable and is a trip hazard. Somebody could very easily trip on that, which I did, and go either head first or head backwards over onto the hard floor it really needs to be marked in some way that it's there. As you can see by my picture, it looks intentional to have the tile pattern match up ..bad idea!
And the toilet usually required 2 flushes, the pressure is too slow or low. Wastes a lot of water unnecessarily.
Considering there were a lot of kids on our floor, the room was quiet.
Oh, and only having the one elevator for 4 floors, would be satisfactory if it had any speed to it. Unfortunately there was only one speed; \"hardly moving\". We were always waiting for it to come.

Nikki
Great staff when checking in and at breakfast. The room looks great but was not comfortable or quiet. You could hear every noise, see around the blind so it wasn't dark or fully private. Bathroom had weird wall sections to cover something on floor and ceiling so you hit your ankles at the sink. The barn door was cute but also no bathroom privacy and there was something in the door handle that I would guess to be poop or blood... Don't think I want to know. The toilet was so low it was hard to use and the tank ran constantly off/on. The pillows and mattress need replacing we could hardly move and seriously need a chiropractor after sleeping. Breakfast was same as everywhere eggs, toast, yogurt and fruit but the pre packaged Danish and muffins tasted like chemicals.
Vance
We stay here often and always have a good experience
Jim

Staying over night will be fine and you will get the free breakfast in the morning. Extended stay you will have to beg to have your room clean, and based on your race the cleaning staff may or may not show up to clean your room. I asked 3 times and was ignored. Funny story, my bone induction headphones disappeared from my room. The next day I get back from work and they are on the TV stand? Didn't request the room to be clean, so who was in the room?
Jim
Good clean basic place to stay for work trips.
Denise
Places, clean, quiet staff very helpful. Great breakfast.

Jeff
Nice location and you get what you pay with the low prices
Krystal
The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and accommodating. Very friendly. Well worth this stay.
Jim
Clean room.
Room 118 had an odd riser/curb in the bathroom floor that made using the sink difficult, stubbed my toes on it. Otherwise, nice place to stay overnights for work.

Great hotel. All staff were great and accomodating
Brian
They have a very friendly staff and great free coffee by the front door.
Margaret
It was all fine

Would not recommend if you have the funds to splurge on a better hotel. We wont stay again! Our bathroom had a sliding door with no lock which makes it uncomfortable with staying with multiple people. Our shower (room #416) had very low pressure while our a/c made a loud \"scratching\" noise the entire time it ran. We were all settled in and so I never asked to change rooms. Coffee cups for breakfast held very little liquid. Food choice was fair. Staff was helpful although never saw anyone at the front desk the entire time we were here. I thought that was unprofessional. There is a button and you are supposed to push it each time to alert staff.
Jeff
Outside of the building is dark and dungy. Could use some bright colors
Tom
The room was great and clean, the desk staff was hard working. The breakfast was the best and the breakfast staff was friendly and hardworking.
Aaron
As expected
Jim
Nice place ro stay for work travel.
Jenny
They were doing work on the parking lot while I was there so there weren’t any spaces available. I have stayed before and not typically an issue but I wasn’t able to charge my EV car because other cars were parked in those spots.
Michele
We were impressed by this very value friendly hotel. My husband was a little leery because of how cheap we got the room, but I could tell by the pictures and reviews that it was probably going to be nice, and it did not disappoint. My husband went on and on about how clean everything was there. The room was comfortable and clean as well. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it was on par or better than most more expensive places. I ranked the amenities lower only because we didn't really use any, so I really couldn't tell you about that. I don't know if they had a pool, exercise room, Business Center, etc, as these were not something that we required.

If you need a place to stay for a night, then this is the place. If its a extended stay the whole dynamic changes. Room Service has to be requested, and its 50/50 if they even show up to clean the room. I requested service three days in a row and it the front desk ended up giving me bedding and towels to basically do it myself. When I went to extend my stay into a upgraded room. They didn't send housekeeping to clean the room. I had to put all my belongings on a cart and leave it in the eating area all day while I was at work. So that the lazy room service people wouldn't have to hurry and clean my room. Their solution was for me to keep my economy and they keep my premium room cash. (not kidding)
I moved to Motel 6. Seriously the outside will make you think twice, but If you go further and give it a chance its worth it. Cheaper than both Burnsville Suites, and LivINN, no breakfast, but I work and most hotels don't serve breakfast in time for the working man. You get room service EVERYDAY, and don't have to beg to get it. I get home from work and my room is clean!!! Thank you Motel 6!!

Room and bathroom were clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very attentive. Overall, the property is older, but well maintained.
It was a great location! More than adequate for what we needed.

Clean and good
Jeff
The breakfast area was very spacious and clean and welcoming.
Dan
Not bad for the dollar. Room smelled like bleach. Towels smelled like a low end soap. Best rating would be OK.
Stephen
Easy access to the highway and surprisingly quiet. Perfect for road-weary travelers for a one-night stay. Great coffee!
Aubrey
This hotel seemed old that someone attempted to update but it didn't quite work out. It looked nice but was very dark and not the cleanest feeling. I couldn't get myself to take my socks off and didn't want to take a shower without shoes on. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Denise
Clean and our great breakfast
Debra
Great place to stay. Quiet room! Hotel very clean!
One item: I said hello or hi to one lady who worked in the breakfast area and I felt like it was too much effort for to reply to me. She was there all 3 mornings and on the third day, I said nothing to her. I feel she should be a lot more friendly to guests especially when I made an effort to great her. She didn't want any interaction.

Hair in bathtub; staff not too friendly; breakfast wasn't that great; the price was good, so I guess \"you get what you pay for.\"
Leslie
Very comfortable beds. Good price through Expedia. Easy access to I 35 to leave in the morning. Room was clean.
Julia
All the Minneapolis/St Paul downtown hotels were beyond my price point. This place was worth the 25 minute drive out of town. Big Savings!
Friendly, safe, modern and super clean with a lovely king size bed.
Breakfast was decent and the dining area's nice. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby for your other needs. Fridge (a quiet one!) and microwave in the room.
Easy freeway access to get back to the airport.

The property is well maintained, and the breakfast area is particularly attractive. My room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. There are a variety of dining options nearby, and the property is well situated. Breakfast items were of a good variety. I enjoyed my stay.
Diane
Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast area was clean and adequate for a group I’d start of the day
Esther
The room we reserved was not available, staff were able to accommodate us in two king bed rooms. However the rooms did not look like anything online and the first room smelled like someone had been frying chicken all week and the second room smelled of straight bleach water. We honestly just immediately left and never returned back. Staff was helpful and figured out a way around the over booked situation but beyond that the rooms were absolutely horrible. Based on online reviews it felt like we stayed at a completely different hotel. Not a good experience at all.
Paul
Nice clean, quiet room.
Paul
Nice, clean, quiet property right off I35. Nice staff!

Nice Hotel and Very Clean. Highly recommended.
Roynisha
All of the staff were wonderful. I loved how quiet it was.
Shannon
The room seemed to have a dampness to it, had a light smell. The air/heat unit had what looked to be black mold under the caulking. Bed was comfortable, with the exception of small pillows for a king size bed, they seemed like they were throw pillow size.
We did not have breakfast while staying. The value was good for our stay.

Pleasant facility at a very reasonable rate. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to visit.

Great experience!
Beniam
It was a well maintained property and was glad to receive an upgrade when I arrived. The breakfast could be better (especiallythe pancakes), but overall my stay was pleasant and will stay there again.
Steve
The only thing was bad is the TV in the room. You couldn't get a menu on it so you knew it was on
Jacob
Staff was great and breakfast is everything you'd expect. Nice breakfast dining area. Bathroom in the room was a little run down, but otherwise we'll kept. Biggest downside is the other guests were frequently loud and smoking marijuana. Smelled through hallways and through the vents. Minneapolis seems very open and friendly towards it which is fine, but in close spaces, it frankly does smell bad and is annoying. Would still come back though for the great value, location, and staff. Not their fault others are inconsiderate!

1st time in Minneapolis came for work and Stayed 2 nights at LivINN Hotel in Burnsville and had a nice experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. What really stood out was the staff — super friendly, hospitable, and genuinely helpful.
When I decided to extend my stay for a second night, they went out of their way to let me keep the same room, which made things so much easier. Great affordability for the quality, and the hospitality made me feel truly welcome. Clive's Roadhouse next door is great food as well. Would definitely stay here again!

They don’t do housekeeping automatically, so you'll need to request a room clean 24 hours in advance. That said, the staff were really helpful and accommodating.
Michael
Clean, friendly, very affordable.

This is my second time staying in this hotel And We booked 3 rooms. My fist stay is fine no complaints. But this time I was so disappointed. Stayed 3 nights. They didn’t clean our room, when you ask them to clean they said they are busy. You have to go to reception to get your towels, toilet paper, shampoo. I went down to get coffee and the coffee pot is already empty and the girl from the reception said she still have to make and I have to wait for 10 minutes. So I just end up making my coffee in our room. I thought it would be easier to get coffee downstairs because it’s already made and will save them from cleaning the coffee maker.
Paul
Nice clean room and friendly staff!
