This place is the most dirty place you will ever see in your life, it stinks and the staff don’t even know what they are doing
Daniel
Clean room. Staff helpful
Steve
There was a mix up in our online reservation. The staff member got it figured out and got up our room. Technology isn't always perfect. The person made things work our.

Property was easy to get to. Desk person was.polite and helpful. The 1st room they gave us, someone else had been in there and messed up the bed, so they gave us a different room it was ok. But both rooms smelled bad, they give us air freshener.
Semhar
Convenient location to airport and reliable shuttle service. Drops you off at the terminal you need.

The shower had hair on the walls. The air didn’t work properly. No one came and cleaned the room no fresh towels. The hallways smelled of wet dog. A lady was doing vape at the pool. She was trying to hide it. Marijuana was be smoked on the property even in the hotel rooms
Ethel
MY STAY THERE WAS VERY PLEASANT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THEY EVEN OFFERED SEVERAL PROTIEN OPTIONS. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER TO THE AIRPORT WAS KIND AND THE DRIVE WAS SMOOTH. ALSO THE DRVER WAS MOST HELPFUL GETTING ME IN AND OUT OF THE VAN AND MAKING SURE I WAS STABLE ENOUGH TO GET INTO THE TICKET COUNTER
Elena
Good value for money. The shuttle service was a great bonus.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It is extremely outdated. This hotel is not maintained. The sheets were stained. The towels were very thin and scratchy. The entire hotel smells musty. Pool area very small. Lobby is small with no area for a group to socialize. Breakfast offerings were minimal at best. I wish I could give this review zero stars.
Janet
Don't count on an early morning hotel shuttle at this property.
Ryan
Our room had bed bugs. There were no clean towels available, had to wait an hour. The 1st floor smelled like dog urine. The carpet smelled dirty.

The staff was nice and helpful. We have adult swim for 2 hours each night. The breakfast was good. It was a good location for everything we wanted to do. Would stay again.
Joyce
Our room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good. We left too early for breakfast which starts at 6 on weekdays and 7 on weekends. Nice outside area behind the building for exercising our dog. It was overall nicer than I expected.
Jennifer
Decent hotel.
Courtney
Room did not seem very clean and smelled like pets/musty. Took a long time to check in, but staff was helpful. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles), but need more drink options. Only had coffee and orange juice.
Tiffany
Love this place
Noah
Toilet, shower and sink were all dirty and had hair in all surfaces. Nice staff, but the room gave me the heebiejeebies
Jill
Great place to spend a night while in the cities. Was close to amenities and the concert venue.
Tara
Wasn't extremely clean, breakfast was good
Hope
Hot tub didn’t work. Was told it was working but there were no jets running so…. ?
Jana
Staff were nice hotel was what you pay for, clean but bathroom was extremely small
Beds were comfy, good location.

The Room was not clean and the sauna did not work properly.Because the door would not close all the way and the hot tub didn't have any bubbles. When I mean , the room was not clean , there was a gob of hair on the floor and also hair in the shower.
Krista
Hot tub jets didn’t work. Some sketchy guests. Other than that it was pretty good. Probably wouldn’t recommend to someone. It works fine if you are looking for a basic hotel to stay at.
Gabriela
Great place for the money, definitely clean and we'll maintained. I sometimes got the feeling the staff had too many things on their mind. But for the price it was stellar! I would absolutely stay there again.
Tamara
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was not the cleanest but convenient. Room wasn't the cleanest but the bedding seemed clean and full use of heater/air.
Michelle
Clean rooms , great staff
Daniel
From roaches in the room to horrible breakfast…this outdated hotel was one of the worst we’ve ever stayed at. Small rooms with very limited amenities. Paper thin walls so be prepared to hear your neighbors. When we decided to leave after the first night the staff said refund was impossible even though we had booked another 6 nights so we were stuck with this horrible stay. After leaving a review we were confronted by a very rude and angry staff member. Stay away!
Jocelyn
There was a distinct odor in the room and there wasnt a remote had to go to front desk to get one and then they had to program it.
Albert
The hotel manager was not very nice telling me I couldn’t have anybody over not even my kids

Quiet and clean. Perfect for the one night I needed to stay.
Dzenan
The room was clean and met basic expectations, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast was very basic with limited options, and unfortunately the shower didn’t work during my stay, which was inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay experience.
Bruce
Breakfast could have used powdered scrambled eggs.
Direct TV and wifi. were beyond our expectations ...
Staff responded patiently to our request for assistance...

Good basic hotel. Clean and staff was very nice. They only have a continental breakfast. I am not much of a breakfast person so not a big deal for me but I assume others may want more. You get what you pay for and I thought we got a good deal. Just needed a place to shower and sleep while visiting family. We would stay again.
Janet
The staff were all great. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Unfortunately my sister’s
cell phone fell out of her pocket in the back seat. She didn’t realize it until the driver pulled away. We called the hotel and explained our dilemma! The receptionist called our driver and he immediately turned around, and gave my sister her phone! Amen and God bless the staff at the hotel

The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind. The room was clean. Definitely would stay again!
Mark
Hotel was easy to get to and was in good shape.staff were nice
Tammie
I can’t say for sure if we had bed bugs because I never saw any and I never experienced any bites, but my son woke up with a good sized bite on his neck the first morning, then more bites the next morning. By the last morning of our stay, my daughter also had bites.
Breakfast would often be left unattended and guests would have to ask for certain things to be refilled.
Wasn’t overly impressed and we have no plans to return.

Hot tub could've worked and while breakfast did have options, it would be nice to have juice offerings. My daughter was sad that there was no juice.
Kim
The room did not have a functioning toilet and at 2am had to change rooms. They have a light with plastic cover above the bed filled with dead bugs. the walls and bathroom door are so disgustingly dirty it does not feel comfortable to stay the night
Jackie
Me and my family with 3 kids stayed for a mini-cation to go to the Mall of America. Front desk woman was very nice. Pool a smaller size with a hot tub and a sauna. Kids had fun in the pool. The rooms and beds were clean. I would definitely stay again.
Kristen
The kids enjoyed the pool, however we had to go to the front desk to get towels. The hot tub was hot, but the bubbles didn't work. The beds were comfortable, but I would have appreciated more or bigger pillows. The one staff member was friendly and patient during check in. Loud yelling in the hallways late at night and airplanes early morning made for a very restless night of sleep. Breakfast was lacking water and juice. We liked that there were 2 waffle makers though!
Billie Jo
Friendly, Quiet, Affordable
Omar
Rooms are very small...not much variety for breakfast. Won’t be staying again
Ashley
Did the online check in and was still asked all the info upon check in. Hard to understand staff.

Second time staying. Would recommend! Rooms are perfect size. Very clean. Staff is understanding and respectful. Pool and hot tub were comforting. Location is just right with not being too far from stuff but not super closer. Plan to come back for any future
Melissa
Great staff! Clean Room! Good breakfast!!
Derek
Great place to stay. Very close to a venue that we go to for shows, so we will certainly be back to this hotel.
Grace
Our room was mostly fine, but there were pee stains on the back of our toilet seat, it was disgusting. Staff needs to be more diligent with cleaning, especially with toilets.

They charged me an extra $25 because I had my little dog with. I was not informed about the extra fee when I booked the room.I've stayed here 4 times in the past 2 years and didn't have to pay extra when I arrived to check in. The upper jets in the foodhot tub didn't work. We've been there before and the hot tub was broken down. They should give a discount when it doesn't work as the hot tub is one requirement we have when booking a room. The breakfast isn't as good anymore, no waffle maker. No hot food. Saddening.

The description online wasn't accurate.

Staff was wonderful but the facility needs updating. No coffee maker in the room. The toilet paper roll wasn’t put on and just sat on top of the holder, the bathroom sink faucet looked like it needed some cleaning, blankets were too thin, tv didn’t work remotely and the remote had taped in the batteries. The phone cover came off easily and had no value as the extensions were all rubbed off. I would not stay here again.

Hi
Ryan
The room was more than neglected. We booked this room for a weekend stay to do some christmas shopping at MOA.
When we arrived it was late, the toilet immediately gave us strange noises and was empty of water. Overnight the toilet over flowed so my socks and feet were soaked as soon as stepping into the bathroom. Very disgusting and unpleasant at 3 AM.
In the morning we complained of the toilet and were told it "would be fixed". When we returned the toilet had over flowed again and our bathroom floor was soaked with toilet water yet again. The toilet WOULD NOT FLUSH after it was "fixed" by the hotel.
The shower/bathroom/room were hardly cleaned. There was a used soap bar left in the shower and what appeared to be chocolate stuck to the entertainment center countertop. About 15 dead bugs laid in the windowsill. There was a language barrier so it was hard to get the support needed or necessary response from the hotel team.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for a long long time and the room provided was more than unprofessional and went against everything Days Inn advertises. The people were very kind but we did not enjoy our stay at all. Due to the language barrier and the troubles we had getting our toilet serviced we did not ask for a different room.
We did try to contact expedia around 10:30 pm Saturday night but we did not have any luck. I really hope this isn't the case for others when they stay because this stay was awful.

I was pleasantly surprised, rented two rooms, and both were above average.
I think a family has recently purchased this location, they seem to be doing upgrades on the rooms, what I like the most was the staff were all friendly and you had the feel that they liked working there!

The room was odd, when all the lights were turned off there was still light in the room. It was as if the fluorescence were shared with the room next door. The walls were thin and I could hear the person next door snoring. Later at night there were other guests yelling in their room. The shuttle drive was yelling at surrounding traffic. I opted to pay for an uber in the morning because the first shuttle ride was uncomfortable.

Pool and hot tub great. Staff nice. Breakfast was terrible. Dead box elder bugs in room. Cigarette burn in first room. Rooms out dated. Previous guest keys in first room and still looked like urine in toilet in first room. Changed rooms because no channels on tv either.

Room smell badly. We found food, pills and garbage in the drawers. And there's cockroaches!! Also, No security. The doors are to go inside the building from the back are opened to the public. They do not required for you to scan your room key. Never going back again!

The room was pretty clean. The staff was amazing. We have a larger family and they included a rollaway bed. When we first arrived, the room they gave us was a single queen, even though we had booked for the double queen. We went to the front desk to let them know we had been placed in the wrong room, and the young man apologized and quickly got us into our correct room. We had arrived pretty late in the evening after driving about 17hrs. The young man was pleasant, had amazing conversation and was very considerate. Going as far to say “I see yall came from Texas, I know you’re probably tired, so let’s hurry up and get you guys in your room so you can get some well needed rest.” I really appreciate that! It isn’t super upscale, but it was nice, clean, and we didnt see any bugs and it was reasonably priced.

Staying in town on business, airport pickup was prompt and the hotel staff is most kind, professional and friendly. They will drive you within 5miles and Target, Trader Joe’s, several restaurants, hair salons are within 10-15 min walk. Continental breakfast is offered. Rooms are clean and quiet, highly recommend!
Javier
Good spot to go to and they have a shuttle that can pick you up for areas close by
Amanda
The staff was very nice
Daniel
found a luggage tag in one corner and hair in the shower

The hotel is basic, but in a convenient location for the Airport and Mall of America. The hotel provides a free shuttle service, which was a big selling point for me. The driver on shift would take residents anywhere they needed to go within 5 miles, and were on hand to ask transport advice as well as about the local area.
I’m a smoker, and spent a lot of time relaxing by the lake at the side of the hotel, however I believe there should be seating available, even just a bench or two, so that residents can relax and enjoy the view with a coffee. I’m disabled, and so were other residents I met, and I think it would be a courtesy to provide basic seating.
I would like to thank Tim, John, Joe and the other staff for all the help and advice you provided.

Checked in online, but had to go through the whole process again and add my card and make a payment AGAIN on arrival.
Room was OK - bathroom floor was sticky - and staining on the carpet - good size though and comfortable beds.
Breakfast is extremely basic - toast, cereal and some fruit.
Very convenient park and ride option - this brings up the star rating.

Got a roll away bed for one of my kids. The mattress was probably found in a dumpster behind a homeless shelter. It had a single layer of very thin material covering it but if it had nothing it would have been no different, just springs and metal wires. They charged $15/night for this monstrosity.
The window did not seal making the room that faced a highway very loud.
Toilet leaked for the tank. We let them know about this.

Room smelled upon checkin and had to buy an air freshner. Room was never cleaned in the 5 day stay and barely anything on the breakfast bar.

Shuttle was great and staff was nice

Decent budget option. Pool was in good shape and had excellent hours. Room was efficient in its set up, but beds are quite firm. Breakfast offering was a bit odd in its set up. Milk machine is being used as a fridge causing frozen milk cartons and supplies were inconsistent from one morning to the next. Overall I would stay here again for the price paid.

Convenient location near Mall of America and metro station .
Nice front desk staff. We stayed 3 nights. No maid service provided.Trash removal from the room would have been nice. Good yogurt selection but breakfast otherwise limited.

Quite friendly hotel
Tom
The first room smell like someone has smoke in there. We request a different room. the second room is ok.
David
Nice rooms but they did not have breakfast

You said you had shuttles going to the airport. You did not mention that they do not start until 6:00. We had to be to the airport by 4:30. You are also not as close to the airport as you claim to be. Had to find a different hotel so we could get there on time. Would like my money back!!!
Peggy
The bathroom door wouldn't close, the room smelled bad, and the facility was very run down.

We waited 10 minutes for staff to come to front desk to check us in. They then had a computer issue that we stood there at least 15 minutes while they tried to check us in. We finally asked if we could go to our room and come back later when they figured out the issue. We paid in advanced on Expedia. Worst and longest experience I ever had checking into a hotel.
JONATHAN
Like new room. Room was roomy even with two queen beds.
My only complaint was a mediocre breakfast
