The Room was not clean and the sauna did not work properly.Because the door would not close all the way and the hot tub didn't have any bubbles. When I mean , the room was not clean , there was a gob of hair on the floor and also hair in the shower.

From roaches in the room to horrible breakfast…this outdated hotel was one of the worst we’ve ever stayed at. Small rooms with very limited amenities. Paper thin walls so be prepared to hear your neighbors. When we decided to leave after the first night the staff said refund was impossible even though we had booked another 6 nights so we were stuck with this horrible stay. After leaving a review we were confronted by a very rude and angry staff member. Stay away!

Good basic hotel. Clean and staff was very nice. They only have a continental breakfast. I am not much of a breakfast person so not a big deal for me but I assume others may want more. You get what you pay for and I thought we got a good deal. Just needed a place to shower and sleep while visiting family. We would stay again.

The staff were all great. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Unfortunately my sister’s
cell phone fell out of her pocket in the back seat. She didn’t realize it until the driver pulled away. We called the hotel and explained our dilemma! The receptionist called our driver and he immediately turned around, and gave my sister her phone! Amen and God bless the staff at the hotel

I can’t say for sure if we had bed bugs because I never saw any and I never experienced any bites, but my son woke up with a good sized bite on his neck the first morning, then more bites the next morning. By the last morning of our stay, my daughter also had bites.

Breakfast would often be left unattended and guests would have to ask for certain things to be refilled.

Wasn’t overly impressed and we have no plans to return.

The room did not have a functioning toilet and at 2am had to change rooms. They have a light with plastic cover above the bed filled with dead bugs. the walls and bathroom door are so disgustingly dirty it does not feel comfortable to stay the night

Me and my family with 3 kids stayed for a mini-cation to go to the Mall of America. Front desk woman was very nice. Pool a smaller size with a hot tub and a sauna. Kids had fun in the pool. The rooms and beds were clean. I would definitely stay again.

The kids enjoyed the pool, however we had to go to the front desk to get towels. The hot tub was hot, but the bubbles didn't work. The beds were comfortable, but I would have appreciated more or bigger pillows. The one staff member was friendly and patient during check in. Loud yelling in the hallways late at night and airplanes early morning made for a very restless night of sleep. Breakfast was lacking water and juice. We liked that there were 2 waffle makers though!

They charged me an extra $25 because I had my little dog with. I was not informed about the extra fee when I booked the room.I've stayed here 4 times in the past 2 years and didn't have to pay extra when I arrived to check in. The upper jets in the foodhot tub didn't work. We've been there before and the hot tub was broken down. They should give a discount when it doesn't work as the hot tub is one requirement we have when booking a room. The breakfast isn't as good anymore, no waffle maker. No hot food. Saddening.

Staff was wonderful but the facility needs updating. No coffee maker in the room. The toilet paper roll wasn’t put on and just sat on top of the holder, the bathroom sink faucet looked like it needed some cleaning, blankets were too thin, tv didn’t work remotely and the remote had taped in the batteries. The phone cover came off easily and had no value as the extensions were all rubbed off. I would not stay here again.

The room was more than neglected. We booked this room for a weekend stay to do some christmas shopping at MOA.

When we arrived it was late, the toilet immediately gave us strange noises and was empty of water. Overnight the toilet over flowed so my socks and feet were soaked as soon as stepping into the bathroom. Very disgusting and unpleasant at 3 AM.

In the morning we complained of the toilet and were told it \"would be fixed\". When we returned the toilet had over flowed again and our bathroom floor was soaked with toilet water yet again. The toilet WOULD NOT FLUSH after it was \"fixed\" by the hotel.

The shower/bathroom/room were hardly cleaned. There was a used soap bar left in the shower and what appeared to be chocolate stuck to the entertainment center countertop. About 15 dead bugs laid in the windowsill. There was a language barrier so it was hard to get the support needed or necessary response from the hotel team.

I have worked in the hospitality industry for a long long time and the room provided was more than unprofessional and went against everything Days Inn advertises. The people were very kind but we did not enjoy our stay at all. Due to the language barrier and the troubles we had getting our toilet serviced we did not ask for a different room.

We did try to contact expedia around 10:30 pm Saturday night but we did not have any luck. I really hope this isn't the case for others when they stay because this stay was awful.

I think a family has recently purchased this location, they seem to be doing upgrades on the rooms, what I like the most was the staff were all friendly and you had the feel that they liked working there!

The room was odd, when all the lights were turned off there was still light in the room. It was as if the fluorescence were shared with the room next door. The walls were thin and I could hear the person next door snoring. Later at night there were other guests yelling in their room. The shuttle drive was yelling at surrounding traffic. I opted to pay for an uber in the morning because the first shuttle ride was uncomfortable.

The room was pretty clean. The staff was amazing. We have a larger family and they included a rollaway bed. When we first arrived, the room they gave us was a single queen, even though we had booked for the double queen. We went to the front desk to let them know we had been placed in the wrong room, and the young man apologized and quickly got us into our correct room. We had arrived pretty late in the evening after driving about 17hrs. The young man was pleasant, had amazing conversation and was very considerate. Going as far to say “I see yall came from Texas, I know you’re probably tired, so let’s hurry up and get you guys in your room so you can get some well needed rest.” I really appreciate that! It isn’t super upscale, but it was nice, clean, and we didnt see any bugs and it was reasonably priced.

Staying in town on business, airport pickup was prompt and the hotel staff is most kind, professional and friendly. They will drive you within 5miles and Target, Trader Joe’s, several restaurants, hair salons are within 10-15 min walk. Continental breakfast is offered. Rooms are clean and quiet, highly recommend!

The hotel is basic, but in a convenient location for the Airport and Mall of America. The hotel provides a free shuttle service, which was a big selling point for me. The driver on shift would take residents anywhere they needed to go within 5 miles, and were on hand to ask transport advice as well as about the local area.
I’m a smoker, and spent a lot of time relaxing by the lake at the side of the hotel, however I believe there should be seating available, even just a bench or two, so that residents can relax and enjoy the view with a coffee. I’m disabled, and so were other residents I met, and I think it would be a courtesy to provide basic seating.
I would like to thank Tim, John, Joe and the other staff for all the help and advice you provided.

Checked in online, but had to go through the whole process again and add my card and make a payment AGAIN on arrival.
Room was OK - bathroom floor was sticky - and staining on the carpet - good size though and comfortable beds.
Breakfast is extremely basic - toast, cereal and some fruit.
Very convenient park and ride option - this brings up the star rating.

Got a roll away bed for one of my kids. The mattress was probably found in a dumpster behind a homeless shelter. It had a single layer of very thin material covering it but if it had nothing it would have been no different, just springs and metal wires. They charged $15/night for this monstrosity.
The window did not seal making the room that faced a highway very loud.
Toilet leaked for the tank. We let them know about this.

Decent budget option. Pool was in good shape and had excellent hours. Room was efficient in its set up, but beds are quite firm. Breakfast offering was a bit odd in its set up. Milk machine is being used as a fridge causing frozen milk cartons and supplies were inconsistent from one morning to the next. Overall I would stay here again for the price paid.

We waited 10 minutes for staff to come to front desk to check us in. They then had a computer issue that we stood there at least 15 minutes while they tried to check us in. We finally asked if we could go to our room and come back later when they figured out the issue. We paid in advanced on Expedia. Worst and longest experience I ever had checking into a hotel.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size, though the bathrooms are on the smaller side. The water pressure could be stronger, but the hot water lasts a long time, which makes up for it. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool all night. The front desk staff were excellent—very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a solid stay, and I would definitely come back.

The lady that checked us in was very nice. That was great start. Then we went to our room. I felt so deceived by the photos on the site. Everything was dingy and cleaning wasn’t great. That were two dead bugs in our room and a live centipede worm thing. My daughter refused to swim in the pool. The halls smelled like pot, so much for no smoking. The elevators and corners everywhere were dirty. If they just stepped up their vacuuming, it would have made so much difference.

The property was not well maintained, there were bags of garage at the entrances, people (not clear if they were actually guests) sleeping on the couches in the common area. Police activity outside the building. The room did not have a pleasant smell. The air conditioner had a lot of trouble maintaining a consistent temperature and the breakfast was very limited at best.

I had a very good experience, checking in, and the room was clean and comfortable, staff was able to give me extra towels because I had five people in my party. The pool area was nice but the hot tub didn't work correctly and the pool was kind of cold but we used it anyways. The children had a good time. Checkout easy and staff was accommodating. My room was not clean. When I checked in, the lady was not communicating with me and took forever to just get my room and key cards. The bathroom was dirty and the floors and chairs in my room were terribly dirty. My room smelled like old pets or fish sticks. The next morning, I was ready for breakfast and there was no breakfast but cereal. Online stated it was continental breakfast with waffle maker. No such thing and the coffee was even out… we had to ask for coffee. We could not get out of there fast enough.

My husband and I enjoyed this hotel out of all the other ones we have visited. This one was quiet even though there was kids. It was crazy. We were able to relax and have a nice stay. Reasonable pricing and location was a nice place if you enjoy having a hotel tucked away from busy roads or stores. Would go again.
