Staff was very nice. Room was so hot could not sleep. About 80 degrees. Went to front desk and they gave me a broken box fan bc they were all out of regular fans. I asked to talk to a manager and there wasn't one available. The front desk said they would call or email, they never followed up.

Hot tub was out of order, why can't they mention that when booking?

The breakfast area is in an odd place and very sparse.

This was a great hotel to stay with our 4 & 7 year old children. They loved the pool! Would have been 5 stars if the hottub would have been up and working. I wish the breakfast had been a little bigger. We ended up going to iHop just down the road. We appreciated the pedestrian bridge over to MOA to help with parking. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Also, there is a parking fee which I was unaware of until we arrived. We would stay here again!

The hot tub was out of order, the room had no ventilation. Paint was chipping on the inside of the shower walls. The smell made me sick and dizzy most of my stay from the strong smell of chlorine from the pool. It was quiet though for the most part.

Call Expedia in advance to make sure they had add free breakfast, free parking and working Jacuzzi. We bought, we were told they had all of that. So we booked the room and showed up there. And Jacuzzi is shut down until October. The breakfast is not free or included, and you must pay for parking. Wish we had known that ahead of time. We would have booked elsewhere.. Not a good experience, nor the vacation we wanted

Staff was friendly. Hot tub was broke. Kid toy machines took money but wouldnt work. Asked for money back they said that it was through a different company and to call the number on machine. Parking is not free and payment also goes through 3rd party. So you have to check in and then basically check in again with information and car information on a different website. The rooms were okay. One of the rooms had toilet paper and pee in the toilet when we got into the room. Another room the AC made a horrible noise the entire time. It is walking distance to mall of America. It had a kid area in pool which was great for the younger kids.

I did not like that the parking is separate and you had to scan a QR code to access that sight.
The Hotel is family friendly and has great amenities but the pool had so much chemical it burned the eyes.

The only problem we had was reserving the airport shuttle. We wanted to pay for three nights but must have reserved it for only one night. It is separate from the hotel but didn't know who to call so called the hotel and got a young woman named Sarah who assured me my car wouldn't. be towed and gave me the info I needed. The shuttle worked out beautifully

This was my third stay at this hotel. The first time was amazing. my kids loved the pool. The second time, the pool was closed, which was disappointing since that’s why I booked it.

This time I came with my husband and was excited for the hot tub and gym, but the hot tub wasn’t working and all the cardio machines were out of order.

I still like the hotel, but I hope everything is fixed next time.

Tv remote was broke and so was the Dresser Drawer so it wouldn’t stay closed and hot tub was not working for the entire stay but other than those few issues property was great and they provide a free shuttle to the MOA which is technically close enough to walk.

The room was mostly clean. There was a rogue m&m on the floor, and the exhaust fan in bathroom was caked in dust, but it was good otherwise. The shower wasn't draining correctly. The room was very aesthetically pleasing, and was relatively quiet. I loved that the thermostat reacted quickly when I had turned it up! I was sad that they only had decaf k-pods - so I asked the front desk. She looked but only found decaf. The bed was very comfy for a hotel bed! I was pleasantly surprised. I was also really disappointed the hot tub was broken but that wasn't mentioned at any point in time. One of the biggest reasons I went was for the hot tub... The kids area was cool, other than needing a new paint job and one of the features was broken. My kids still had a fantastic time, and it was so convenient being that close to MOA.

Had a nice, clean stay. I was hesitant to book from reading some previous reviews, but I enjoyed our stay. A lot of reviews said it was pretty out dated, but they must have just literally remodeled. Our room smelled like fresh carpet, all new furnishings (including USB ports). The beds were new - because they were so stiff and not broken in. Not holding them against them - my husband said it was great (but he prefers a harder bed). I prefer a fluffier bed. Lobby, hallways, room and pool area was super clean. Would stay again.

Call the hotel and book your rooms. I booked 2 rooms under my name and when we got there was only one under my name and one under my husbands (which I never put his name in there) and the rooms were on 2 different sides of the hotel. The parking & breakfast says it is included but both of those you have to pay for.

Hot tub was closed. The water in the kids pool area was alot greener than it probably should have been. Theres no bathrooms in the pool area you would have to go either to your room or take a hike to the nearest bathroom which makes sense why the kids pool was so murky looking.

No housekeeping services and we were there for 3 nights. 10$ per night parking that was not advertised on their website so didn’t know until we arrived. I will never stay here again.

The overall stay for our family was horrible. No housekeeping the whole three days we were there you had to request it & when we requested the amount of towels etc we needed we weren’t given that amount. The beds looked like they were not clean! Parking was $10 a night which was okay I guess. The staff were rude when checking in & when asked directions around hotel. The best part of the hotel was the swimming area but the chlorine was VERY STRONG ! I wouldn’t stay here again!

The staff was amazing and the pool was fun, but cold. The hot tub was broken and there was green mildew of some kind on the floors by the pool.

Also bummed they replaced the continental breakfast with a Starbucks style cafe. My kids missed the old buffet.

Parking could be cheaper or free for hotel guests but wasn’t an issue and easy paying for it! Walking bridge to mall was very close as well! The room was clean but definitely could use some updates. The bathroom was small. Rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days which was fine for us except when we needed fresh towels. We called down to the front desk to ask for towels and were told itd be best if we went to get them ourselves..parking is $10/day and there is no free breakfast. Pool area was nice, a lot of fun for our daughter, definitely need more chairs in the pool area tho and towels need to be stocked more frequently. Be prepared to walk as most rooms are pretty far from the front desk and pool (if you dont pay for a pool side room) the hotel is pretty spread out. Beds are a little hard. Overall would stay here again.

The pool had way too much chlorine in it, although my kids loved being in it, when they came back to the room they ended up feeling like their skin was burning and super itchy and my 9 year old daughter had some issues with her female parts because of the chlorine. You could smell it in the air. There was also no supervision in the pool area either, parents did a bad job of keeping watch of their children. And I don't know if it had to do with where our room was (floor level right next to an exit) but there were kids and people screaming up and down the halls until at least 10pm-11pm.

Other then that it was okay. Staff was super nice. The manager at the front desk was great. Overall it was okay!

Two 3x3 holes in pull out blanket, coffee maker didn’t work, no body wash, didn’t know we were going to have to pay for parking, room was not clean, found nail polish bottle under bed, hair balls on floor. When arrived only 2 towels in room for 6 people, no pool towels after asking twice, had to run to second floor dripping wet, pool was cloudy and salty, hot tub broke, snot balls on wall by bed, all ellipticals in fitness rooms were broke.

The property was nice and things felt clean. Staff was very nice. There were some bumps that just made things difficult when traveling with young children. First, when we checked in and got to our room there were people already in that room. So they gave us an already occupied room. We had to go back and explain the situation and get a new room. The room itself was average but the TV remote barely functioned. It was frustrating trying to get it to turn on or change any channel so we eventually gave up. We got a text the day of our stay that the hot tub was broken, which was unfortunate because one of our kids was looking forward to the hot tub. The swimming area was nice though and the kids pool was great for toddler aged children. I would probably stay here again but wouldn’t count on the hot tub or TV.
