Alexandria
This hotel was very affordable. The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. They offerrd free shuttles to and from airport as well as to the mall of America. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great hotel for those with family.
James
The plastic tub/shower was dirty and very slippery, it was also obvious that the grout hadn’t been cleaned recently
Barry
Good location. Clean.
Alissa
This is a dated property that could use some remodeling. Additionally, food service has very limited hours. There are plenty of options in this area. I'd choose something else if I returned.
Naisha
Great stay, adult price for Breakfast buffet is a little high for the basic Breakfast items. The carpets need to be cleaned in the rooms. With no good ventilation you can smell it.
Tom
The greeting was very positive and friendly.
The room was clean and updated.

Very clean, quiet and well appointed. Shuttle was great & available 25 hours a day. Win! Now if my airline I’m flying could get their act together…
Afton
Good value. Clean room
Cynthia
Restaurant was open for breakfast but not for dinner even though advertised as such throughout the hotel. Although we had prepaid for the breakfast (expensive) we were told that we hadn’t. Spent an hour with the booking agent to get that cleared up. My son who booked directly had the same problem but at least had it on his receipt.
Booked a suite but not worthwhile. The only bathroom is in the bedroom with the only sink outside the bathroom also in the bedroom. Toilet is children’s height. Sofa is a small loveseat with a very small bed. Microwave had to be moved to the floor to use as no plugs within reach. They only clean the room every other day. No free parking.

Very pleasant hotel. Staff was very helpful.

The bar inside the hotel was nice and had good wine and beer selection. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish the breakfast was included or it would have been nice if they offered a smaller breakfast vs. only the complete breakfast bar. Overall it was good and in a convenient location.
Jamond
It was ok

A nice clean hotel. They have a nice pool and gym. The restaurant wasn’t open, but the bar was, and that was nice. My room was very nice; the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
Lynn
Always a great experience
Rachel
Great hotel very clean and nice staff. Only complaint would be the daily parking fee and the price of breakfast per person. Otherwise great place to stay!
Robert
Bar area was very nice. had a Starbucks on site
Eleanor
I don’t recommend purchasing the breakfast option for $18. Buffet option for scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal , and some bread. Not worth the money.
Jonathan
Great hotel.
Brooke
not having breakfast included is not a good look for a hotel to have to pay the rate charged and then have to pay for breakfast will prevent me frome ever staying here again
Kendal
Great service. Wish there was a hot tub.
Roberta
I was disappointed during my stay. Our hotel room had food on the floor, like housekeeping forgot to vacuum. The toilet is very low to the ground & takes awhile to flush more than once because the tank filled so slow. The sink to wash my hands drained slowly. Nobody at the front desk seemed to think these issues were a big deal. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was good as long as you get there early. The restaurant has good food but very expensive. The Starbucks says open 24 hours, it’s open like 4 hours in the morning. You have to pay, each night of your stay to park in the lot. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have coffee available all the time. There is not a microwave in the room.
Doug
Staff was great, accommodated my late checkin. Breakfast was great!
Leann
The one bed had a sink to it so no matter what you were going to wake up with a sore back, people were partying in yhe courtyard and drinking loudly directly under our room all day and then moved into the lobby area. This was the worst Marriot we e we stayed at. The phone did t work just a busy signal so we had to go and get towels and mot coffee and cups since not enough were in our room. Just not that great or clean.
Anna
A microwave in the room - or at least on my
floor, maybe by the ice machine - would have made my stay more pleasant

We stayed there before an early morning flight. Everything was excellent. We would have preferred free parking with the stay.
Paige
Good stay, nice staff.
Martina
It’s my family and I’s favorite place to stay anytime we travel to Minneapolis. Never disappoints. Amazing and kind staff. Impeccably clean inside and out. Comfortable room and beds. Love our stay every time!
Shelly
Great place to stay and shuttle to airport!
Jessica
Great service at the restaurant.
AMY
Great staff, clean, easy check in
Michael
I have stayed at this location twice. It’s a great location next to the Mall of America. As long as you’re not staying next to somebody because the walls are thin it’s a good stay. However, if you’re next to somebody be ready for loud noises, especially coming from the Hall. The pool that they have would be nice for entertainment for the kids. The one downside that Expedia doesn’t even capture is that there is a daily parking fee that’s not included in the hotel cost to find out that as a surprise! When you check in!
Cory
Love it, its a nice place and great to use for traveling.
Toby
Very clean
Brandon
The stay was pretty good outside the shower falling apart and my watch getting shattered during.
The staff was friendly and took a report. Not sure if it got fixed.
Also had an issue with checking but I think it was a hotels.com issue.

I did not leave the premises. I was there for a training for work.

The hotel was near the airport and included a free shuttle every half-hour. Breakfast was not included in the price, but there was a nice restaurant in the hotel which served an early breakfast, plus a small Starbucks inside.
Carol
Nice to have the convenience of the bar, restaurant and Starbucks
Maya
Our shower head didn’t work:(
MariadeJesus
The smell in the room was not pleasant; I reported it to the front desk...
Tedd
Nice and close to the mall
Charlotte
I really liked the friendliness of the staff. Upon check-in she asked if we had a car. When I told her no; she then asked if we needed a shuttle. The bartender happily gave me change so I could tip the maid. And he even tried a card trick. In the morning Lyft ride was called. Great customer service!
Serah
Very dirty and ep
William
Overall the hotel was nice and clean.
Access to the hotel was a bit confusing from a utility roadway serving only three hotel properties placed right next to an on-ramp to an interstate highway.

Expedia does not explain that

The front staff desk and bar staff in the evening was great. The hostess at Jake's on Sat & Sun left something to be desired. The chef making omelets and pancakes was as rude as could be. Opted for stay with breakfast -will not do that again at this location

Convince and excess ability was super helpful

The hotel was nice enough. The staff was excellent. My main complaint is paying for parking. The hotel has a huge parking lot, many years old yet they charge you to park there on top of the cost of the room. If they offered security I could understand but nothing special. We went to WalMart around the corner, We didnt feel safe. Homeless laying all around, beggars. We did Mall of America and went to the town of Edina for a meal. The hotel is convenient for that.
Christopher
Very convenient shuttles to Mall of America and airport. Make sure to set aside about 10-15 mins to getting to the airport dmfrom the hotel, especially if your flight is out of Terminal 2.
Debbie

The rooms where spacious and very clean, was nice to have a shuttle to Mall Of America. The shuttle vans had alot of wear and tear andone had broken tie rods you vould tell tnat it was broken. Resturant was undesirabley 1/2 pound burger was 2 pattie and over cooks and was not open on 4th July
