I was refused late check-in after an emergent change of plans on my pre-paid room. EVEN AFTER having direct contact with the site manager, letting them know of my situation. When the desk clerk contacted the site manager, she lied on the phone. Hung up, then refused to take the clerks phone calls to resolve the issue. I was left without a room and money, hurrying to find another room before my show started.
I will be going directly to Corporate with this one as well.

Management was rude, hotel stunk, mystery stains everywhere, hot tub was filthy and I ended up getting a rash from it. Side door was propped open so anybody could enter the building. Had multiple encounters with creepy men and did not feel safe. Constantly saw police cars enter the parking lot as well. Avoid at all costs, not worth saving money.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It included making your own waffles, yogurt, juices, cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs, and another meat.

Staff was nice. Parking can be a little tight but it’s free and has spots for EV. Plenty of handicap parking near the front door.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Housekeeping will come to your room but it will need to be requested. Not a big deal, just thought people would like to know that.

There is a Denny’s attached to the hotel. That Dennys is garbage and super dirty. Was given coffee in a dirty coffee mug that had what looked like was a tomato based sauce crusted near the top.

The beds are super hard (and much I know is subjective because everyone has a different comfort to in bed firmness). It was so hard I continued waking up with back pain and I don’t have back problems.

The pool was so disgusting. It’s as mucky, and there was hair all over in the water and it wasn’t mine or my kids. None of the ice vending machines worked except on the 1st floor. We had the noisiest neighbors and I tried calling the front desk 3 times and all it did was ring and ring, no one answered. Tried to call for extra towels and it just rang and rang. Finally went downstairs to front desk to get more. When I talked to front desk clerk about the Friday night noise from neighbors, all they said was that sometimes the phone isn’t on right so it won’t actually ring in their end and if the people next to us wanted to extend their stay, they would allow them too. Saturday night, power went out in the whole block. No one checked the elevators to see if anyone was stuck in them. 30 minutes after the lights went out, asked the front desk lady if she had heard anything and she was very, very rude to all customers who were in the lobby. She was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. Once the lights came back on, she started yelling at everyone in the lobby to be quiet and respectful of her working. No one was being overly loud! We will NOT stay there ever again. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel and I travel a lot!

Breakfast was ok, sausage gravy, over hard eggs, waffle bar, but was light on any healthier options. The room was clean and neat. Our big complaints were the sketchy, poorly lit, crowded parking areas and the thick pot-smoke in front of and inside the hotel lobby and elevator. Those two things together made the hotel seem less welcoming than I am sure the owners wanted it to be.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Not far from the Mall of America. Parking sucks but it’s free. Our 1st room door didn’t “hatch” but they quickly switched my room. I love that the pool is open until midnight for adults and 10 for children. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Definitely worth your money and made my experience even more enjoyable!

The room I stayed in the dresser drawer kept opening up. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. There were cobwebs everywhere in the corner ceilings also the bathroom door was peeling off the door. The tub and sinks drained really slow and clogged up alot. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The pool area was overcrowded and the hot tub had a bunch of kids invading it. While grown adults were trying to relax. Also the back to the remote was missing as well.

This was a decent hotel for the price. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast good, and it's very close to shopping in Edina/Bloomington. They also don't charge for parking which is nice. There is a Denny's Restaurant connected. I'm pretty fussy, but wanted a reasonable price. I'd definitely go back.

We booked a room for two nights at this Best Western because we were told they had a WORKING hot tub. The first night’s stay it was ice cold and the entire pool room was flooded. The second and last night’s stay, the hot tub was operating, but was not even bathtub warm. We were NOT the only guests commenting on its temperature and unclear, murky water. Extremely disappointing and a refund of some kind would be appreciated!

We ended up booking two rooms since we arrived a day earlier than planned. Unfortunately, both showers backed up, and the bathrooms were extremely small. Overall, the rooms themselves felt very cramped.

The stairwells could definitely use more attention when it comes to cleaning. There was gum stuck above the light fixtures and what appeared to be dried fluid on the first-floor stairwell, which was unpleasant to see.

Breakfast was average for a typical hotel offering—nothing special, but adequate.

On a positive note, the hotel is very conveniently located and within close proximity to many popular sites, which made getting around easy and enjoyable.

The staff was courteous, the room was clean. Free breakfast left a little to be desired, but that's not uncommon for a hotel breakfast. Watery scrambled eggs, mushy breakfast potato's. It could use a little improvement. Parking spots were hard to come by on the weekend. Hotel was all sold out I believe.

The bed was as hard as a rock, the towels felt like sandpaper, the bed linens lit up like the Fourth of July when they were moved because of all the static, and the “highly rated” breakfast was a complete joke. The eggs were dry and the sausage tasted awful, very fake. And don’t even get me started on the coffee! It tasted burnt! Worst I’ve had at a hotel. The woman at the checkout counter came out of the back looking at her phone and wasn’t the last bit friendly or cheerful. And the toilet in my room … it ran and ran and ran. Yes, the rooms were inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Never again, Best Western!!

Cleanliness of hotel, 3rd floor had an overbearing smell that gave me a headache. My room was surprisingly clean compared to the rest of the place. They don’t offer housekeeping every day, they offered room service every other day. If you need linens you had to come to the front desk to get.

This was a disaster! The lobby floor appeared as though someone had been “ill” multiple times EVERYWHERE. None of the ice machines worked. The beds were so uncomfortable that sleep was difficult to impossible and the pillows didn’t help. The hot tub was out of order, which was one of the amenities that we specifically picked this site for. The pictures on the profile do not match the visual at the site. Our shower did not work properly and was barely functional to use. The only time someone was at the front desk was at check in and checkout, otherwise we didn’t see anyone. The breakfast hours were not accurate on Saturday as when we went down it was closed prior to the time stated. Also, the breakfast was very limited and not well stocked. Overall this was a very disappointing stay and we will not return to this location.

At first glance it looks nice, but the heater sounds like an engine and there is no way to turn it off. We couldn’t sleep at all. Mold in the bathroom on the caulk lines. Hot tub out of order. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Also parking is not ideal.

Room was really nice. Smelt good (I am very smell sensitive). Room was updated and nice. Bed was a bit on firm side, pillows big and fluffy. Heat control was a little weird couldn’t seem to turn it up or down much. Had to change between heat and cool to change temp in room. The temp didn’t seem to go up or down. I would stay again tho. Super good deal for the price.

Shower/tub didn’t drain well, shower head is for short people and I slipped when I got in the tub for my shower because it doesn’t drain (soap left on floor from previous shower). Heater was extremely loud in our room when it was running. Didn’t sleep well because it kept waking me and my family up.

It was good overall, but our toilet flooded the bathroom and we alerted mantainence 3 times and they said they were on their way when we were leaving the room for the day. When we got back late that night, they never touched the bathroom. They didn’t do anything. The night crew at least move us to a different room but the day shift didn’t fix or clean the bathroom. It was ignored when they said they were on their way.

Great, clean room at an affordable rate in a good location near to many restaurants. And a Trader Joes opposite the highway to boot! My only complaint is the hot tub should be called the luke warm tub. Not ever close to the standard 104 degrees F temperature. 90 maybe?

But the rest of front desk interactions were not helpful
And quite rude. No water available, told to go to gym. Asked if we could have room cleaned and said no, asked if they could take out garbage at least and said put outside door. Maid service we had was great. Maid didn’t mind cleaning room when asked by us. The front desk refused to ask he if she would, he wouldn’t assist with garbage removal. Sat in back room and didn’t look up from his phone unless customers made a noise. Attitude was not helpful. When checking out asked for reciept and was told to leave key in box. Could have offered to print. Mo towels in pool room. Most days coffee and water jug empty and staff could see guests trying to fill cup ect and didn’t offer to fill. Most days not filthy but not super clean in common areas. Rooms where good

Room was clean but the apparatus holding the shower head kept sliding down. Pool and hot tub were both nice. Pool was warm. I got in at 7 am when pool opened so no towels were sticked. Front desk associate got me some immediately. Breakfast area was nice and had a good variety of items to.choose from. Every staff member I encountered acknowledged me.

The staff seemed nice. However the whole hotel in all the elevators and hallways smelled of weed. The sink in our room didn’t drain, the drawer wouldn’t stay shut and they let children run up and down the hall screaming at 2am. I tried to call the front desk from my room but no one would answer. There was a domestic issue down the hall from us with yelling and screaming and items being thrown but no one from the front office investigated or anything. It felt like once you checked in you were on your own. Kids played in the pool unsupervised, young children…like 4 or 5 years old it was a mad house

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I specifically chose this location because it advertised electric charging for vehicles, which was a major factor in my decision to drive out of town. As a female traveling alone, arriving late at night to find out that the charging station was out of order was not only inconvenient but also unsettling. False advertising and lack of concern for guest safety are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room seem to be clean but upon entering the hotel, you can just smell smoke throughout. You can hear everything outside of your room but people were also being loud in the hallways. Overall for the price and cleanliness, it was a decent place to stay for a night.
