Very spacious room, friendly staff and pleasant stay!
Sharon
The hotel is very clean and the room we stayed in was comfortable. The staff at check in were super nice and informative. Check in was fast and easy. The location is very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and major highways. We would stay at this location again. Highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay!
Anthony
Outstanding Staff: The service was truly a standout. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality made a big difference in the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Kate
Nice clean hotel, in a pretty nice area!
Jerri
Our family and dog stayed here for an extended weekend visiting family and had an overall great experience. Love the convenience of parking, near by restaurants, and quick access to the highway. Will definitely book again.
Trenidy
It worked for what we needed. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way due to the screw sticking out and you could hear everyone coming/going as if the door was open. Staff was friendly and location was convenient.
Eve
Clean modern feel. Our suite was very spacious. Helpful staff and tasty breakfast!
Christine
We stayed there June 13 and 14th 2026, as we walked into the room it smelt very musty. The carpet was dingy it needs a good cleaning. The bathoom door could hardly shut cause the toilet was like .5in to long. Pushing door hard past the toilet was the only way to close it. The room needs to be deep cleaned for sure. The room didn't live up to a hyatt expectations. Positives: The bed and sofa bed was comfortable, shower was good and had a good pressure of water that was very relaxing. The breakfast and the area to was good. When I asked for exta towels they were quick to provide it.

Sue
Very clean and a large room. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. The only issue we had was the noise. Our room was next to the elevator and the people coming and going sounded like they were in our room.
Gulimina
Very outdated; in my opinion, not Hyatt quality at all
Pam
The gal that runs the breakfast is amazing . New choices everyday.
The only negative, was there were no laundry facilities on site

It was a comfortable and quiet night, bonus for being able to walk to pizza Luce for dinner.
Danna
My family stayed here for Valley fair, room is spacious, perfect for little ones to crawl around!
tiffany
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Aaron
The location was great and the hotel was generally nice and clean. The A/C did not work properly in our room—we were unable to turn it on or adjust the thermostat so it got a little stuffy. I also killed two spiders in the room. On a more positive note, the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again despite the two issues I mentioned.
Robert
Wonderful breakfast, clean room and hotel
Brent
Pond arrival was unable to check in and get a key card as the computer system would not let staff member. Tiles in the restroom were loose.
Carol
We had a room with two double beds which were very comfortable. There was also a huge sitting area. The beds were very close together and sleeping area seemed tight. I would have preferred a larger sleeping area and smaller sitting area.
Brian
Good location plenty of restaurants and stores close by. No microwave in room was the only complaint I have since I was staying for multiple days.
Branko
Staff was very professional and helpful. Hotel overall is nice, clean with good amenities. Breakfast was good with enough varieties to pick from.
Jessica
The property was clean, in a good area, close to a lot of amenities. Staff was friendly, check in was quick. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Stephanie
Need outdoor seating benches. Only two at front entrance. Need summertime out door seating around property not just at front entrance .
Eliel

Clean room, pool area felt a little run down but still clean. Excellent breakfast.

We traveled as a family during the week. The facility was quiet, clean and the pool was warm! The staff was accommodating and friendly. Across the parking lot is a delicious Pizza Luce! so no need to get in the car and go anywhere for dinner.
The room was spacious and provided enough space for our family.

Breakfast was very busy and there were no tables available. Not as good as advertised.
Katina
The building definitely needs maintenance. Wallpaper peeling in the hallways, our bathroom door had chunks of wood broken off, it just looked worn. Beds weren’t too comfortable & pillows went flat quick.
Breakfast and coffee were pretty good and the staff were all very nice & helpful.

Everything was clean , safe comfortable., only issues I had was the power there went out about 330 in the morning till like 1030am .. I was on 6 floor communication could have been better to when we we would have power back .. and breakfast etc .. but they were very good about refunding because of snow storm coming had to leave day early ..
John
The room we stayed in was a bit tatered and needing some attention. Sink area was cracked and in need of repairs. The door to the toilet/shower area was too big and hard to close once in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff.
Kristen
Comfortable bed. Responsive staff when we requested extra pillows. Well rounded breakfast included. Unfortunately no hot tub. We couldn't figure out how to get the Google Cast to work even after attempts on multiple devices.
Michele
Great size room for hanging out for a girls weekend! Will definitely stay there again!
Jean
Great place to stay. The room was huge and very clean.
troy
Very friend Staff, Room was clean and ready to go. Breakfast was a little lackluster. We have stayed here before, and will stay again. Its a convenient location, easy to get to places!
Anne

Great front desk staff.Second room was great first had no heat and was rundown.
Housekeeping knocked on the door early morning even with the DND on door. Stated the room was to be empty.
Overall a 3 is generous.

Room was well used and the size of the bathroom was really disappointing. We had to step behind the toilet to open the door. I just feel.like with a king suite the bathroom should match the suite feel and it didn't.
Shea
The room was clean, staff was nice, but the pool was closed during our stay and we were hoping to swim
Molly
Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff
Darwin

The heat in the room NEVER shut off, it was probably at least 90 degrees in the room; the only way it would stop heating is if we turned the unit completely off; which finally at 4:00 am we just shut the whole thing off; none of us slept a bit! I was told the room slept 4, that is untrue unless there was 4 children under 5years old that rented the room, but that wasn’t the case; sleeping accommodations for 2 adult parents and our two children ages 17 and 19 we awful small and not comfortable. The floors in the lobby and especially in both elevators were noticeably dirty. When we checked in they told us the pool was open until 11pm that night due to them draining the entire thing and doing maintenance the following day. I asked if it was safe for my kids to swim in the water, they said yes it was, but I was very skeptical. The pool area is so small, the pictures online make it seem way better than what it was, we were the only ones in the pool; I’m just praying that nobody comes down with a rash; it wasn’t real clean in the pool area, and it was so very cold in that room.
I had better expectations for a Hyatt hotel.

Clean room and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was pretty good for free

Staff kind. Quiet property. Lots of ice in lot made it tricky to walk at nite. Lot is dark. Not enough light

I was double charged for my room. I paid for it when I booked through Hotels.com, and apparently the front desk staff charged me again using the card I had given for incidentals. I’m very disappointed as this is my preferred place to stay.
Ray
Woke up ealry from a barking dog.

Room was okay. Carpet was filthy, breakfast smelled terrible, hotel said it offered dishwasher in our room but it didn’t. Also no onsite laundry as advertised.
Sara

Shannon

Daniel
Good one for the price. Safe area. Excellent place to stay couple of nights.
Iqbal
Staff and breakfast was great. First night, guests above us were stomping on the floor and making a lot of noise. I complained and it was taken care of and next day those guests were gone
Robert

I have stayed at this Hyatt Place in Eden Prairie, MN a number of times, and each time it has been an excellent experience! This past Saturday I had a reservation at another brand hotel a mile away, which had a higher Expedia rating, and it was absolutely terrible! So, back to the Hyatt Place I came, and will from now on stay nowhere else!
The room layout is ideal, the breakfast superb, the staff professional, and all the facilities pristine. Hreat work!

Brandon
Great staff. Clean room. Close to everything I needed.
Ruth
The room was beautiful. Only complaint is that the toilet in the room with the tub/shower was very crowded. The expression “toilet closet” came to mind. Breakfast was great with wonderful options for everyone!
Sue
The hotel is definitely a little worn (normal wear and tear) but it’s very well kept and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Alyssa
Breakfast was great! Clean and had a lot of food options! The platters of pancakes and French toast sticks worked perfect for our kids!!

I was extremely happy staying here. Staff all friendly and helpful if needed. I let everyone know how pleased we were with the motel. Thank you.
Selena
After looking into many other hotels it was nice to see that this hotel did not charge a $100-$300 deposit. The only extra fee they charge is a $20 incidental fee which I had no issue with. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff. The room my family and I stayed in was clean and spacious. It never got loud besides in the morning you could hear people coming and going for breakfast. I liked that they include a chart of the times breakfast is quiet and full to when it is busier and has less options which I’ll say they were very accurate on. The worker who worked the breakfast area was kind and patient as I noticed he had other guests trying to boss him around or tell him what they thought he needed to put out. Now checkout was a little confusing as there was no staff to be found at the desk but they do have a jar I assumed is where we were supposed to drop off our keys. Overall it was a very lovely hotel and I’d definitely stay again.
Jill
Clean room and great staff!
Jeri
There was a bug inside of our bed when we got inside the hotel room. I requested a refund and I was told that I would need to reach out to Expedia.
Gregory
Room had several cosmetic issues: bathroom door barely cleared the toilet when closing making it hard to get in and out of the shower or sit on the toilet, the ceiling is sagging between the rafters. Audio visual station not working as it should. The room smelled weird, can’t explain the smell.
