Room was clean and staff was very helpful & friendly. The location was convenient to MSP airport. Would stay here again!
Brad
Staff is always friendly!! Rooms and all areas we've been in are always clean. Rooms are great!
Ray
Have stayed at this hotel a few times and it was always great. This time was not so great. Stayed for two nights and never did get housekeeping service. Went to the front desk to get a couple towels and they did not have any and said someone would drop off a couple but that never happened. Did not get the impression anyone but me was concerned about my issue.. May have to find another place to stay going forward,
Mary
I never got my $350 deposit back. The room wasn't damaged. I stayed there many times but never will again.
Alycia
It was a great stay! Very clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub was very nice as well. The property is in a great location and would stay here again.
Doreen
Liked the amenities…bar lounge restaurant pool and decor
David
Very nice hotel. Spacious comfortable room with a couch you can actually stretch out on. The decor is cool. Kind of cabin decor. Big common area. Bar and restaurant on the property. Seems to be a good location for business meeting.
Gemma
Place was quiet and clean. Has bigger swimming pool compared to others
Jennifer
The room and building was well kept but the front desk was kinda rude and short
Stephanie
The stay was great! Very clean, very cute, and the staff was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the $50 incidental fee was supposed to be returned to my card and never was. I called the next week, and they said I would need to call during certain hours to talk with a manager. Gonna be honest, I didn't get that done. We are in the midst of graduation season, and a super busy time at work, and I didn't find at time to call that was convenient. That was frustrating, so check your invoice for the return of the incidental. Other than that, I have no complaints!
Sandra
Nice location to airport without plane noise. Comfortable beds and very clean room. Ice and snacks available 24/7.
ALAN
Staff was great on check-in. Hot tub was out of order. I could easily hear the TV in the next room, which made me not want to keep my TV on later in the evening. Lots of parking available, easy access to MSP.
Kelsey
The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. We used the hot tub and gym. The gym was nicely equipped with yoga mats and workout equipment. The hot tub was nice. It bubbled well and was hot. The staff was knowledgeable with any questions we had and very nice overall. Parking was free and there were a lot of spots available. Walking distance to Normandale Lake so we were able to walk and enjoy the nature. Overall a great experience.
Denell
Running and yelling kids in the hall at bedtime
Kris
We had a 10/10 stay. Stayed 2 nights and had 2 rooms. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds and pillows good. Pool was nice, kids loved it. Had dinner 1 evening at Lars. Limited menu but we had 6 differnt things all very good. Service was good, food can out timely fresh & hot, good quailty, nice presentation. Hotel restaurants can be hit or miss this one was a hit! Will stay again on our next trip to MN.

Jessica
Staff was exceptional, and the overall design and aesthetics of the hotel were fabulous. Great sitting area and I was very very pleased with this hotel. Definitely would recommend and stay again.
Michelle

Rhonda

Ismael
Clean rooms and common area
Mariely
Very clean and exactly what my husband and I needed for our get away. We were stuck in doors due to the storm but with the pool, gym, and streaming service options on the televison to pass the time.
tony
The decor was arguably the most random and strange collection I have ever seen at a hotel. In the lobby all the covers were ripped off the books, again strange and unnecessary
Lisa
We have stayed at several hotels in Bloomington and this one is by far the best. Great pool and hot tub, great workout room, comfortable beds, and perfect location to get to shopping and restaurants
Courtney
Hotel was clean and the common areas were great for team hangouts.
Molly
Room was nice. Cool decor. Bathroom was small but worked fine. Pool was large and hot tub was on the smaller side.
Utsav
Rooms are clean and modern.
Good gym and swimming pool.
No microwave in the room, provided upon request.
No complimentary breakfast.
Daily room cleaning wasn’t up to expectations or it should be.

It was decent for the price, it’s just that the beds were too soft as were the pillows. A better bed & pillows are reasons I probably wouldn’t use this hotel again. Shower door didn’t close all the way either.
Aaron
This is all around a great location

Dirty or stained shower curtains. No receipt given upon checkout. Juices at breakfast were barely above room temperature. 4th floor reaked of marijuana. Toilet paper was like sandpaper Noisy area outside. Won't stay there ever again

It was different from any hotel ive stayed in. But in an amazing way!! It was very clean and quiet. Along with all the staff being super helpful and very polite. I cant wait to stay here again in the future!!
Danielle
Temperature was 22* outside, yet the room had the air conditioning going and was set at 64. We were on ground level and the tile floor was ice cold. Even after cranking the heat, it took hours to warm the room up to a comfortable temperature. Not what I expected after 10 hours of driving. Room was clean, older but clean.
steve
Staff was good. The only thing that we noticed is the bathroom lighting is not very bright.
Barry

John
Always stay here...Great Hotel
Christine
Room was never cleaned in three nights. Staff at front desk was not friendly.
Ashley
It was my second time staying at the Renaissance. My family and I wanted a simple getaway close to home to relax and swim. Staff were kind and we found the room to be spacious and quiet! We were pleasantly surprised to be the only one using the pool during our stay. Hot tub was great as well. The bed was a little too firm for me and pillows lacked support. Overall, a great stay and room was a good value for the price.
Catherine
Very pleasant and efficient check in. Wonderful hotel!
John
We stay here nearly every time we travel to the Minneapolis area. Great hotel
Eduardo
Great location and spacious. Restaurant food good and serves variety.
Nicole
No Kleenex. No lotion. And no hand soap.
Amanda
Overall our stay was pretty solidly mid. The common areas of the hotel were decorated in a unique and interesting way. The check-in experience was friendly and easy. The room itself was functional and mostly clean. I liked that there was a couch area with a table so we didn't have to always sit on the bed. The bed was ok; mattress was very thin, but ended up being alright. No real complaints. The room was clean, except a few stray hairs in the bathroom; not a deal breaker. We spent time in the hot tub, which was excellent! We didn't use the pool, but it's huge for a hotel! The only major complaint is we prepaid for the breakfast, but didn't end up using the voucher. We showed up around 9:30 on the Sunday morning of our stay. Signage said to wait to be seated. Yes, seating at a hotel breakfast buffet, ok, so we waited, and watched people eating what appeared to be a very typical, generally free, continental hotel breakfast buffet. We had already paid, so we waited some more. The hostess came by no less than three times without even acknowledging our presence. Not an 'I'll be right with you' or even a simple 'hello'. The place wasn't remotely full. I attempted to make eye contact, which she was obviously weirdly avoiding. Nothing. It felt like we were inconveniencing this gal for being there at the place she works to serve people, so we left and spent more money on breakfast elsewhere. Save your $$ and don't bother inconveniencing the breakfast staff.
Tequila
Enjoyed my stay. The bar provided great drinks however the Caesar salad with chicken I ordered was over priced and thrown together.
Alexis
I haven’t had the breakfast yet it’s not morning but I love everything so far
Alicia
There was no continental breakfast and we did not eat at the restaurant, so I don't have any insight into food or beverages.

Bryan
Beautiful, unique property. Nice facility. Friendly staff.
Megan
Amazing property! Very clean!
David
Great service.
Daniel
I booked a Junior Suite with my wife for our anniversary. The heating system in the room didn't work. We had a maintenance guy in our room at 10pm trying to fix it while we had wine and a movie. He ended up giving us an old space heater that was loud and short-circuited when it was too hot. The space under the door allowed for huge rushes of cold air as we were close to an exit door. It killed the night and made for a miserable experience. The staff would not offer any type of refund or compensation except for some free snacks. Thanks for nothing, Renaissance Hotel.
Evelyn
Hot tub was amazing. Nice staff, we come here everytime we come to the cities. Kids love it, so we love it!
Jeff
The hotel is very nice. The beds so uncomfortable. We stayed two nights and it was a great location. Staff friendly.

Holly
A few maintenence issuses
Brad
Pool was a mess. Standing water on both sides. Piles of used towels
Branden
Overall not bad.
Sarah
Room was clean and decorated really cute. I love the lights behind the headboards.
Daranee
Bring your own pillow because their pillows are flat
Josh
Got a 1 king room, the bed was a queen size. Not a king. Second night there the tv went out cause of rain… what hotel doesn’t have cable and uses a satellite in the middle of the cities. Hotel hallways look gross, stains on room curtains, wallpaper falling off in more than one corner of the room. Asked for room service while we were out and came back to nothing done to our room. Hot tub had sharp plastic on the bottom, needs repair. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Charge you $10 a day for WiFi, they call it premium but if you don’t get the premium it is extremely slow. Charge $50 a day for incidentals, not mentioned when originally booking the room. Never leaves reviews but was very unimpressed with this room.
Terri
Leo who services the club room is so helpful, kind, and welcoming he made this trip an experience that was exceptional. Roman and Aliah at the front desk were very helpful and Roman accommodated all of our needs to have a comfortable stay. Noah from the restaurant was so helpful with recommendations and provided great service was attentive and created a genuine connection that elevated our stay. I am thankful to the staff and cannot wait to visit in the future.
Keiran
