I booked a suite! We checked in and everything was fine. Around 7 pm the power went out!!! The whole hotel was dark!

We had to take the salaries down to the lobby. We were told the power would be out for hours!!!

We packed and left!

The hotel REFUSED to Refund my money!

I had to call my credit card to refuse the charge!

Horrible management

Housekeeping did not provide any additional coffee making items for a 3 day stay. They also did not clean counters nor bathroom floors. It was OK, but not great

Nice place, don’t put a well worn shabby sofa in a room. Better to have no extra furniture.

There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it.
The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt.

There is no reason to charge $5. a night for parking. That's very cheap and not something a guest should have to pay. Also, at first I was put in a room on the second floor that looked like a prison cell. These rooms should be offered at a tremendous discount. I was claustrophobic just walking in there. I had to change the room immediately otherwise I would not have checked into the hotel. Hot water tastes like weak coffee water. People who drink tea, do not want the water to taste like coffee. No water in the room - absolutely no amenities. Refrigerator was not cold, had to constantly put ice in it to keep my things safe. Very average.

The restaurant was suppose to be open at 5 pm. It was closed, the chef did not show up. Had to order food delivered which was all wrong and already waited for an hour. Asked for plastic silverware and napkins, and they were out of napkins. We were up early to go to the airport and asked if there was coffee and the receptionist had not made it yet and was not going to until later. Had to go buy coffee. Was going to take their shuttle but I wasn’t willing to trust them that it would happen and my daughter brought me there. Will not go back there again.

The hotel was very nice the room was fantastic. I will drop points for the road construction that was super confusing to get to at fist. The desk check in was a breeze, pool was nice and towels were stocked well. The complimentary coffee was absolutely terrible though.
Overall for what it is it's great the rooms are modern and clean. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

The hotel is very clean and the room was very nice but the “restaurant” is a Starbucks counter that takes orders for a limited menu, which is very unusual and disappointing for such a large facility. The dining area includes small booths where people stare into large TVs, which feels very sad and sterile, like an airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel stood out for its impeccable cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and an overall inviting atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms was nice, clean, and well-kept, making my stay extremely comfortable and relaxing.

The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The room was spacious, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home.

Based on my experience, I would happily rate Courtyard 5 stars. It exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

After calling twice about shuttle service, where at no time was told it only runs on the hour, I ended up hiring a Lyft to get me to the airport on time. I specifically chose this hotel for the early morning shuttle service. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and failure to state the shuttle times online.

Construction was taken place in the city when I was there, but still no traffic.
The hotel is situated in a good spot. There is a shopping plaza in walking distance and other stores nearby. It was pretty convenient. It also a quick ride into the city.

The hotel room (1 king size bed) was a little smaller than I thought but it was ok and clean. I just didn’t like how they positioned the TV.

Not so good and not so bad

I called the hotel number for at least 45 minutes and multiple times…the desk did not answer
I was struck at the airport for an hour waiting
I was not told when I got to the location that the airport shuttle stopped running at eleven for pick ups
That should be stated in the write up
The desk gentleman said that the phone was so low in volume that he didn’t hear it…
After multiple tries?
I think that he was behind the front and not
at the front
I asked if he was sleeping?
The front entrance to my room was dirty
However the room itself was fine and the bed was good and the bath was nice
The place was a bit sterile
It was a business travelers place, I felt
It was good to learn that this Marriott is not a corporate hotel but instead is a franchise
Thus it would do no good to let the corporation know what you did not like
My room had an totally obstructed view as seen in my photos

Customer service was good and friendly. A ceiling tile had fallen near the exercise room entry way, and was not immediately cleaned up, but a bucket was placed to catch water leaking from ceiling. They ran out of laundry detergent, and it was still not replaced in the morning. However, overall it was ok.

The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, which I truly appreciated. However, there was no view from the window, which was a bit disappointing. One of the nightstands also had a maintenance issue—it kept sliding open on its own.

I tried calling the front desk multiple times (from both the room phone and my personal cell phone) to schedule an airport shuttle for the following morning. Unfortunately, I was on hold for over 45 minutes and was never able to reach anyone.

The next morning, the shuttle driver almost didn’t allow us on board, stating there was no reservation under my name. I explained that I had attempted to call the night before but couldn’t get through. The shuttle was nearly full, which made the situation even more stressful.

Overall, while the room itself was lovely, the service and communication around the shuttle could definitely be improved.

Honestly, the stay wasn’t that bad. But it was mediocre for a hotel with the “Marriott” name attached to it. I understand it isn’t a full fledged Marriott, but there is still a lot of room for improvements.

The check in was fast and easy. But it was quite loud because of all the children running around the lobby for some reason. The room is very basic. Fine but not great.

Some cons about the room: TV mount was broken and angled weirdly. Pretty bad scratches on the desk. Wall switches that don’t do anything or that are labeled “Keep on” for some reason. Basically every single bathroom fixture was loose. Air-con turns itself up in the middle of the night so I woke up hot. Absolutely NO noise cancellation built into this room so you will hear every single noise in the hallway through the door. We could even hear the ice machine all the way down the hall. Mini fridge wasn't functioning properly even on max cold setting and kept things maybe around 50 degrees only (needs to be below 40 to refrigerate properly). No microwaves in the rooms, which is ridiculous. Community microwave worked fine though.

Shower was nice at least. Good selection of shampoo/body wash. The staff were friendly and helpful at least. No problems there.

Overall take your hard earned money elsewhere. There are much better options for the same money all around the city.

The hotel was very nice. Check in and check out was very quick service. Unfortunately we had some very loud and very rude people in the hall by our room at 2:15am and we had to be at the airport at 5:30am so that made for a very short night.
