Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the restaurant on sight had really good food. Pool was clean. I would highly recommend!
BOKAI
it seems like a motel remodel.
Charles M
A nice place to stay. Well located near a main freeway, but I didn't notice road noise even though I'm a light sleeper. The room was comfortable and clean, but pretty average aesthetically speaking. The elevators were not slow. Plenty of parking. No free breakfast but there is an attached restaurant where I think you can get a good breakfast for about $8. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and competent. We really enjoyed the pool with our grandson. The room could use a few more places to hang clothes/towels, but that's about the only \"nit\".
Chan
Staff was not friendly but was not rude. Walls are thin so we can hear baby crying in the next room all night.
Jose

I stayed with my family of 10 people and 4 dogs between 3 rooms. Never traveled with dogs so I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. The standard rooms are a little small but I liked that I was in a conjoined room.
The staff was very friendly especially Courtney. From our first day until check out she was there to assist. She was kind to my dogs. One night the tables in the pool area were all taken. I asked her to accommodate us. She pulled out tables and chairs for us to sit outside the pool area.
My son broke his glasses in the pool, she did her best to help fix them.
The restaurant and bar were nice too. Food was cooked to order and the breakfast buffet wasn’t bad. A nice variety and I like that it wasn’t continental breakfast.

All was great for a night before heading to the airport without having to Leave for dinner and a cocktail
Jill
Pleasant experience, nice to be able to park and shuttle to airport.
Jessica
The pool area was really nice. The hot tub was nice and hot. I like that there's not carpet in the rooms.
Victoria
Great pm staff. Ty
Jodie
Staff was very friendly and helpful, including pointing out where they had plates and silverware available for the food we had delivered. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area is fabulous, and the water temperature of the pool is pleasantly warm. The hot tub is excellent, being slightly separated from the pool area itself for a nice private feeling. I have stayed in many hotels in the twin cities area, and this is easily one of my favorites now.
Corinda
Spotless room and nice staff. Beds were comfy and hotel had nice updates.
Two reasons it didn't get a 5 star.
The advertised breakfast buffet in attached restaurant was a Continental that you had to pay for. And it was so bad that we the the food away and went hungry.
The other thing was blankets were very light and thin.
I would stay here again. I would just bring my own blanket and eat elsewhere.

Clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent as well as the uber who picked us up upon our return.

It was an okay property. Had called to tell them we were be doing late check and ended up getting pressured to sign up for rewards. I mean just trying to advise in route as a courtesy, quick call ended up minutes long.
Made to order breakfast was the same breakfast included in Holiday Inn express complimentary breakfast. But here you pay 8.99.
Lastly it has a cool view of the pool and hot tub area which seems like a good option. Instead it is loud and music starts playing at like 6:30/7 am. But the area isn’t open until 9am and closes at 11pm. Again nice area and hotel but it says soundproof in the listing. Which is a lie! Getting in late, waking up to music, and then at night having to listen to other guests down there made it hard to sleep or even watch tv.
Green Mill has awesome pizza n coconut chicken fingers minus the sauces. I would recommend that for sure.
Just make sure you don’t stay pool side if you can even select that as an option here.

Clean room and facility. Friendly staff, although i asked to have the room cleaned and have clean towels but they never came. I had to get the towels myself when I got back to the room at night, I asked for my room to be cleaned midday and housekeeping left at 4;30 pm: I got back to the room at 8pm :/

Clean room and pool area. Hot but not too hot, hot tub and warm pool. Small but nice when you have it to yourself, fiancé would have liked steps getting into pool to sit on. But very nice area

Basic accommodations. Very friendly staff. Loud pool noise .

We WILL stay here again!
This place was spotless! Confy bed, and very quiet. We could not hear our neighbors at all or I35 traffic, which was only a block away.

Great trip
Everything was fantastic until we were leaving.
They decided at 10 am in the morning as people were leaving to clean the elevator. Which left us waiting over five minutes for an elevator. Seems like that should happen after check out.

Pretty nice
Overall it was pretty nice. I would recommend putting some information about the tv and explaining the breakfast deal.
And for us the bed was too soft and room cooling and heating was too noisy during the night.

Pleasant enough
I arrived in town an hour early and called to see if it was possible to check-in early. I was told check-in was at 3 and they have been busy and i could not check-in before then. I around the city until 3. When I arrived I came in at 2:57pm. I was told by the guy (Brian B) working the desk that my room wasn't ready and then had no rooms with 2 beds available and he could put me in a room with 1 bed or I could come back in 20 minutes. As I was with my son and 1 of his friends we were not sharing 1 bed. I said \"You told me I couldn't until 3 which is check-in time. It is that time. I understand not being able to check in early but i am on time. I am not leaving for 20 minutes.\" After a few minutes of typing on the computer he had me checked in.
Everything else about the stay was pleasant and met my expectations. Except the lights in the elevator was very dim

nice property right off the hwy, staff friendly.

Great hotel for the price range and close to a lot
It was clean and the night staff (Caroline?) was amazing. Hotel was busy and she was always helpful, always respectful and always knowledgeable. It wasn’t filthy just seemed like an older hotel and for the price point and proximity to what we were doing I don’t think it could have been better.
Pool is very chlorinated but the actual room was ventilated enough you only noticed after going in the water for a while. One of the cleaner less mildew-y indoor hotel pools I’ve come across. Plenty of seating, nice lighting and a basketball hoop by the pool!
Restaurant attached wasn’t bad but I wish there had been a more conventional room service because it got pretty busy both nights.

Remodel of rooms was nice. Needs a little work in the bathrooms. Toilets are low and add a bar on the other end of tub to help from falling. Sleeping area was very nice.
Shannon
Had an issue with our fridge and a few things in the room. Wasnt the biggest fan of how the room was designed. Hot tub and pool did have alot of chlorine in them. Wouldnt stay again but our friends said they liked it and stayed again.
Alicia
Friendly and helpful
Tara
It was a great place to stay. Courtney was amazing at checking in and so friendly!!!
Kimya
The customer servcie was great. Courtney the reception was very pleasant and courteous she addressed and accommodated me when we had a few little hiccups during out stay. The room was great and the beds OH MY GOD I had some of the best sleepever. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 across the board because we had a couple maintenance issues but like I said were taken care other than that I would definitely recommend staying here.
Brian
Excellent customer service
The customer service during check-in by Courtney was incredible. Helpful staff, excellent room, good amenities. Highly recommended.
Gretchen
Breakfast was terrible. The food was undercooked and choices were very limited. A continental breakfast would have been much better. The pool and hot tub seemed very clean. Staff seemed friendly when they weren't outside vaping. One staff member replaced our lost key without questioning our identity. Staff shortages are everywhere. All in all an okay hotel. Nothing super remarkable, nothing super disappointing.
Angel
Im still waiting for my refund. I was charged twice for my room, instead of just the $100 deposit.
Lynette
Nice place to stay wonderful place to stay!!
Mackenzie
There was no way to turn on the bathroom vent fan. Mold on the ceiling. After 3 people showered, there was water dripping from the ceiling due to condensation, the walls were wet, the entire room felt damp. Even after being out of the room all day with the room fan on, the bedding felt damp. Trash can in hallway by the ice machine was constantly full and there were spilled coffee and other sticky substances on the floor around it that were never cleaned up during our 3 day stay. Pool area smelled musty/mildewy. Very strong smells of marijuana came through room AC from people smoking alongside the building.
Bob
Had to always ask for clean towels, etc. One time they brought them and just left them on the floor in the hallway for us.
Korean
Rude kids & Drunk adults
Bed was rock hard. Pillows were super flat. Tried using the pool area but bigger kids were running and jumping into the pool. Adults were drinking around the pool!! Spent maybe 10 mins in the area outta fear for my son. Hot Tub overflowed with 3 adults and a small child. Poor use of pool area. Make pool and hot tub larger!!!

Great location
Clean and updated. Conveniently located
April
This was a good stay. My only complaints are there were people smoking across the hall and you could smell it and there were soooo many kids in the hot tub the entire time. Us adults could not enjoy it. Otherwise clean place and friendly staff.
Draper
Very nice hotel. Very clean. Will stay again
Shanan
Stayed one night beds were comfortable the floors the room was SUPER spotless. Good job to the cleaning staff. Only thing I disliked is not being able to get into the pool/hotub! To many kids playing around. It would’ve been nice to just have an adult only hour to hour and half :)
Julie
Friendly staff. Clean lobby and room.
Roxanne
The check process was horrible . It was clear that the front desk clerk had no idea what she was done. I made reservations thru Expedia under my name for 2 rooms. We were all issued incorrect keys that could not open our assigned rooms then the replacement was issue. A few minutes after that 2 other guest were open g our doors and coming into our rooms because the were issued for the very same room. Our keys no Longer worked. I am my travels I never was so embarrassed or received such poor service r from an international hotel ever
shehab
Very quite area
Dale
Terrible hotel.
They lost an entire teams reservation. The messed up and lost my reservation. So i had to book through Hotels.com. The whole hallway where my room is smells reall bad like Marijuana smoke. Toilet unclean. Unfriendly unhelpful service. Very disappointing.

Not really satisfied with what you get for the price.
Stephanie
When we checked in, the service was rude. When we got one of our rooms the electricity didn’t work for the microwave, tv, and fridge. The hot tub was falling apart around the edges and very sharp edges cut my bathing suit and the stairway had no baseboards with loose and duct-taped carpet which anyone could trip and fall on. We had to take the stairs because the elevator was out of service. On our last morning we were locked out of our rooms hours before check out time causing us to have to interrupt our stay to go down to the desk for new keys. The front desk service was rude and dismissive. The cleaning staff were the most pleasant thing about this place. This place is far out of date compared to others of the same brand. No conveniences like any of the others in this brand and the horrible customer service with attitudes made it the worst experience I’ve ever had. DO BETTER!
Lori
Remodeled rooms are nice, pool and hot tub area are super. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Did not like that you have to pay for breakfast and it was terrible and way over priced.

Perfect spot if you are flying out of MSP

We booked through Expedia and chose the hotel based on pool and hot tub. When we went to check in, we were told they were overbooked and had to drive 10 minutes to a different hotel. That was very disappointing. The new location had a tiny pool and no hot tub. This was a special mother daughter get away and it was a huge disappointment that we weren’t notified of the change. It was too late in the day to change our plans.
AL
Staff was great
Emily
Front desk is so great! Gentleman with glasses.
William
If your looking for breakfast, it’s not here.
No breakfast or Donuts in the morning.
Taylor
Room was very clean. Front office man was very young and rude. Drove 5 hours to stay here with a team and told me that I didn’t have a room. Had a room booked through Expedia and my receipt but had to argue about if I had booked a room or not still. Was very less than impressed with his approach to handle this situation. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant in said hotel was okay. Most of the food was cold or very soggy. No milk or water was served.
Marcus
The Guy who wears the tan winter coat kinda young was very hospitable host I wil be recommending this particular holiday inn to my entire college and family

If you are looking for the bare minimum, this is your place. Pool and hot tub are small. Floor in my hotel room not the cleanest. Staff was not friendly.
