Clean room very peaceful
Kristy
Helpful staff, free shuttle service to the airport, good breakfast, great price
Jacob
Clean rooms, convenient location and great amenities
Alice
Great price, easy access to the airport. Only complaint I have is that it’s advertised for free shuttle service but we were able to use it because it was fully “booked up.”
jul
The room was clean. But the toilet didn't flush right and the shampoo dispenser was empty. They required a$50 deposit fee and $15 for parking over night.
Jay-Jay
Be aware hotel does not have free parking, they charge additional 15usd/day.
Deborah
Breakfast was fine. AC worked well. Enjoyed my stay.
Jacquelyn
Beautiful hotel, great location, nice staff. We had a studio suite with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Just a heads up for the ladies, if you book a studio suite there are no plug ins where the bathroom sink is. Nowhere to plug in curling irons, hair dryers etc……you have to bring all your hair stuff around to the kitchen area where the microwave and fridge is. It was ok to do, but there was 5 girls staying in this room….so you can imagine,…lol. But we made it work. Also kind of bummed there is no hot tub. But the breakfast was fantastic every morning. They had different waffle batter every day, strawberry, lemon, and red velvet along with the normal vanilla. But all in all it was quiet, and a great stay. Thank you.
Reka
Room seemed clean enough. Shower/bath had slow drain and no fan. Fold out sofa bed was broken.
Breakfast was mediocre.

Liked the 2 queen pullout sofa room. Had lots of space. Asked for a water at the counter upon check-in and was told $2. Pool is small and water was dirty. Tiles cracked in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Reviews said “very good”, I’d say mid.

Guinevere
There was limited parking after coming back from a late dinner so the front desk was accommodating and gave us access to the underground parking.
Geane
Friendly staff. Comfortable seating.
Barbara
Beds were very noisy. Parking was terrible.
Junhua
There is no hot tub and they should update the pictures .
Cody
It was amazing stay! The airlines really screwed up our flights and Hampton came in clutch and got us a room! Amazing breakfast definitely recommend
Katie
Great property close to the airport with a great breakfast
Peter
Nice staff and location. Parking was a bit tough (maybe the hotel was fully booked?). Property is a bit tired. A refresh would make this property fantastic.
Kyle
Like hampton always

When I booked this on Expedia, I booked because of free parking, but when we checked in we were told it’s not free because we went thru a third party, meaning Expedia so then we had to park at the park n go. Reason staying there at the hotel was to avoid paying additional parking. This should be posted clearly on Expedia
Paul
Great hotel. The 3 bed room was huge and perfect for our family. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyed by all. Parking was limited but even when the lot was full we found nearby overflow. Pool is small but clean and perfect for little ones. This will be my go-to hotel for MOA trips now.
Farhiya
The room is so clean, breakfast is so good the hotel is so close to Mall of America and the staff were so friendly and helpful they even kept our lagagge after we checked out, I would go again.
Mary
Staff was very helpful, polite and friendly.
Alecia
Upon arrival the television in the room was on and had welcome with my first name on it!!! May be simple to some but for me it was awesome. The breakfast was great both days we were there. Room was more than big enough for the six of us and the amenities were great. Pool area was clean and the location was perfect!!! We could literally walk to the Mall of America if we wanted
Angelica
Standard breakfast
Anne
Perfect for what I needed. Right down the street from the Mall of America
Angelica
Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Breakfast was so good, rooms are clean and spacious.
Patti

Rosabel
Todo muy limpio y buena atención
Jean
Whatever was underneath the mattress was loud every time you turned over. Very irritating.
Shana
Best breakfast around- the eggs were good and not powdered mess. Needs to be more parking, as it was difficult to find at times.
VICKI
Great breakfast and good parking with help esp since we got in so late!
Kathleen
We were on the last leg of our trip so we only stayed one night, but it was comfortable enough to convince me to stay at Hiltons from now on when we travel. Everything was clean, and both checkin and checkout was simple.
Angelo
Parking can be tough.
Diane
Room was very clean. Breakfast was good for those eating the American Standard Diet and as hotel breakfasts go it was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we are in Minneapolis. Within walking distance of Mall of America which opens early each day for walkers. That was really nice.
Thomas
Friendly personnel . Great breakfast with lots to variety Looking to come back again.
Rosabel
Buen aire acondicionado y excelente desayuno y buena limpieza
Pamela

It’s was over all good . But Breakfast could have been better.

This place was so good
Latasha
It was standard at best. Some of the staff was great while others not so much. The beds were comfy (except for the pull out couch) but the sheets were old & torn. They don’t clean the room daily. They don’t provide water in the room daily, you have to pay for it. Breakfast is typical for a Hampton Inn. It wasn’t a horrible stay but if I return to the area I would choose another hotel. The overall service didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn’s and experienced better service.
Sara
Very convenient location to the airport. Parking was a challenge and confusing being that it was marked no parking in areas and then we were told to park in those areas because park and fly travelers had used up all regular spaces.
Lamontrea
Came for spring break hotel was very convenient we enjoyed our stay & the room was nice and clean only bummer was the pool was down so we had to use there sister hotel which was ok despite it being cold and having to bring my kids back outside to return to our hotel after
Jim
Breakfast was great, could of used a couch but very clean room and friendly staff.
Sherri
Breakfast was amazing both days, biscuits and gravy 1 day. Veggie omelette and sausages the next
Kelly
The room was huge! The bed was comfy, the bathroom clean, and a smart TV to top it off. Really enjoyed the stay!
Laura
I loved the room! Staff was great! Breakfast was fantastic! Gym is nice and clean! The only drawback was an extremely small swimming pool and no hot tub. But if a person didn’t care to swim, this place would be perfect!
Tammy

pool was closed our whole visit, bummer..
the only thing that I would change is maybe add another chair in a the room.. room had lots of spaced, we loved it, just not room to sit to eat in the room besides on the beds and not a fan of that..
the service was great, staff was great..

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for cleaning on a Saturday night. Our family was looking foward to relaxing in and by the pool after a day at the mall but then couldnt. My husband asked for a plunger and we had to wait, we were told they had to go to sister hotel for one. Why wouldnt you have a toilet plunger in a hotel building? Also did not like that the carpet was frayed going to bathroom floor, and the cabinet for bathroom sink was coming off wall. Made it seem like room got trashed before we got there and only fixed little things before our arrival
Julianne
Clean, Good Breakfast, Room nice, Parking ok, Elevators need be cleaner. Staff good
Karina
Big clean rooms with close distance to airport.
Heather
Breakfast was very good. Pool was small and basic. Room was very clean. The ac worked great.
Jose
Room was clean. Plane noise was blocked off pretty well.
Only complaint was the pool was closed for cleaning and if i would of know that we probably would of canceled and booked else where. Kids were looking forward to that.
Overall it was decent and clean.

We had a loud refrigerator. I messaged the front desk and they had it replaced!
Preston
breakfast was packed in a small area. No pool or hot tub availability
Robin
Check in was fairly quick, there were a few people ahead of my family. Once in our room, all was fine... everything was in working order. The room next to us had noisy kids, and we could hear the noise through the walls. Plus airplane noise started before 7am, and was loud in our room. Yet my kids heard minimal noise in their room across the hall.
Breakfast was fine...eggs, a meat, potatoes, waffle maker and bread options. Along with individual cereal boxes, yogurt...etc
If you needed a shuttle to mall, you needed to let front desk know ahead of time.

Close to airport. Used their shuttle service with quick drop off and pick up.

The staff was not friendly and our bed was creaking loud all night. The springs were popping thru and very uncomfortable. For all the rooms you have you had to put us in a bad room. So so disappointing for a Hampton.

Courteous staff at check in. Rooms comfortable have stayed her several times never a bad experience.
Kelly
Great hotel. Staff was excellent. Rooms were very clean. Good breakfast.
Malinda
Everything was great; the rooms were clean, check in went smooth, shuttle got us back and forth from airport no problem. Breakfast was good.
Cynthia
Front desk employee when we wanted to check out was in the back room for quite awhile. No bell to ring. We wanted to inquire about our shuttle so unable to ask where shuttle was. Driver came to front desk about 5 minutes late so no time for shuttle to warm up. One couple in our party had a beeping noise all night long and unable to sleep.
Sarah
Everything was clean and close to the mall

Clean room. Friendly and professional staff. Continental breakfast lacking, but the rooms are reasonably priced.

Heat/AC unit made horrible loud noises when running. one of the beds in our room made creaking noises with any little move on the bed. shower never really got that hot. Tub was VERY slow to drain. Loud consistent pounding noise coming from a couple rooms down at 11pm at night. Unsure if it was a guest or construction of some sort in the room but was rather annoying.
Breakfast was good, not a whole lot of options though. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The pull out bed wasn’t the greatest, but not everyone uses it. Overall, we were only in the room in the morning and at night when we got back from the mall. It was a good place to stay and the price was decent.

Property was well kept. Room was very nice.

Quick overnight stay after flying into MSP before returning home. Lobby coffee and cocoa are nice, especially during the winter cold! Our room was spacious and clean. Free shuttle to the Mall of America was very convenient and appreciated! Breakfast was satisfactory: some hot options, some cold, typical hotel powdered eggs, and only sausage gravy for a meat option. But the yogurt, waffles, and fresh fruit options were adequate. Overall, a pleasant stay that I would not hesitate to repeat :)
Larry
I was early, by 3 hours and the room was ready. Staff was helpful when I called for shuttle pick up from airport. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful
There could be a better snack selection at the reception, some healthy snacks and not just candy and chips.
Breakfast was OK.

Had cool air blowing on us all night from the furnace.

They checked in a person under my name and I wasn’t here until 4. The manager gave me an attitude because their staff checked in the wrong person without truly verifying identification.
Celeste
Close to mos and pet friendly were the reasons we chose to stay here. Met our expectations
