Hooks I. The rooms and bathrooms would be helpful for toiletries and towels or clothes.

We stayed with our 7 month old, 5 yr old and 4 yr old. We had no complaints on this stay. It was perfect in every way. Perfect location too. Very well maintained hotel. We really liked the fact there was a family bathroom within the pool area. We will be back for sure.
Sherri
Breakfast needs help food.. sausage and bacon very dried out….
Kip
The lobby is big for groups. Outdoor patio with fireplace is very nice.
Barbara
Staff was great. Housekeeping was great too. Bed was a little worn probably ready to be replaced. Would’ve gave excellent except the bed was sagging in places
Cheryl
Our room was very clean. It was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well-maintained with plenty of clean towels. The water was a bit on the cool side, but we got used to it in just a few minutes.
The only issue is that we were given incorrect hours for the breakfast. We were told at check-in that it ended at 10am and it actually ended at 9am, so we almost missed it entirely. Apparently that is the weekend time and we were there during the week.

Everything was great except that front desk staff were not up front about how things would be. There was no orientation for a new stay, no explanations. The showers have no doors nor curtains so water will tend to go everywhere. Don't close the door because there are no special fans or vents so the condensation will be even worse. They also charge $8 per day for parking and that was not explained. Make sure they know who is paying if you have multiple ppl in your reservations. They aren't good at asking the right questions and they will just kind of do whatever they assume about the situation.
Tracy
My experience was excellent. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. There were plenty of stores in the area. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Cindy
This hotel was awesome. The staff was friendly and very quick about getting us checked in. It took was very clean, quiet. Breakfast was good. Great hotel
Irene
Dusting in the hotel room can be better like behind the tv and the windows
willie
The Basketball Rim on premises was broke, and had been broke for a while. I booked this hotel, because of that for my kids.
Guadalupe
Had a lovely experience here!
Valerie
There were issues with the room and noise. The staff addressed some of the issues but was inconvenient
Dennis and Linda
Love the infused water available 24/7, as well as the coffee and gratis snacks in lobby area.
Kimberlee A.
The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were informed at check in that there would be an additional $8.00 a night parking fee, something that was not included in the original pricing. Didn’t appreciate the surprise. For two nights it was another $16.00 we didn’t expect. This information should be presented before final booking.
Jared
The room was super clean, the staff was very friendly!

Great for families
Staci
Literally the cleanest, nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had a kitchen with a dish washer and STOVE! The staff are super friendly and we are absoltuely going to make Residence Inn in Eagan our go-to place in MN from now on.
Wendy
Clean room and cozy bed and sitting area. Great shower! Only complaint is the coffee machine in the room had to be cleaned before I’d use it. There was sediment where the water is added. Breakfast was good but warm not hot
Jodi
Wonderful stay with a surprisingly comprehensive breakfast that changes daily. Room was well designed. The couch was a bit stiff, and the only tv apps were Netflix and YouTube… but this was so minor. Highly recommend.
Timara
Breakfast was delicious and more than we expected room was clean. We enjoyed our stay definitely coming back in the future.
Andrea
Our go-to hotel when visiting family in Eagan.
Matthew
There was a man helping a lady check us in. He was very rude. She seemed new and was being trained. He was very rude helping her

I loved the layout of the lobby area…creative seating options and allowed my wife and I to comfortably sit and talk during and after breakfast

We had a great experience at the Residence Inn - Egan Minnesota. Stayed 3 nights to visit our daughter and enjoy the Minnesota State Fair! Clean room, friendly staff, awesome breakfast! Did not use the gym or pool but they both looked great. Nice outdoor area with grill and fire pit😍
TINA
Beautiful property. Easy access from highway. Professional front desk staff. Room was quiet, comfortable, modern. Breakfast was excellent with several hot items available. Would definitely stay again.
Keumhee
Everything is clean and new. Very spacoius room. Breakfast was so good. The area was quiet. It was the best stay l have ever been. I highly recommend it
Jacquelyn
Great stay, nice staff and spacious
Angie
i paid in full thru Hotels.com - but when i arrived i still needed to pay an additional $15 for parking for 3 days. $5 for parking is rather a rip off as well.
Connie
Well-kept hotel with friendly staff.
Aaron
4 stars!
We could hear ppl loud in the room above us. The sofa bed mattress was paper thin and in bad condition. The shower head sprayed awkward because of hard water build up. The good: they offer breakfast, the amenities were great, the room was clean and all the appliances worked. They have an heated indoor pool and gym.
Nicole
Room smelt like wet dog & urine. Pool was cold. Otherwise quiet, good breakfast
Robert
The staff was very friendly. The room were very clean and the breakfast was really delicious
Casey
The staff at check in was friendly but I had to ask for information about the room and general info that is usually given.

Stayed five nights. Really friendly staff. Excellent accommodations. Enjoyed the hot tub. Kind of a hidden away gem.

Amazing stay! Exceptionally clean and comfortable! Pricing was also great!
Jeanette
Very nice! Adjoining rooms were very convenient for us. Breakfast first day was really good but very bland the next. Overall great stay and will return.
Kate
This hotel has it all. Great breakfast, easy, great for kids.
Courtney
Staff is very friendly and accommodating! The pool and fitness area are well maintained as well as all of the property.
Jennifer
Great location, and close to all the stores and restaurants.
Steve
Great place, incorrect billing
Fire alarm off early in the morning....never did know what that was about. Also, I spun the cute little wheel in the lobby and was told our parking would be free but I was charged $10 anyway. When Marriott send the invoice copy there is no way to respond.
Verified traveler
Overall, great stay. Clean, spacious, modern rooms. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and plentiful. All hotel staff all polite. My only negative: the shower! The showerhead sprayed horribly and the shower door didnt close fully, getting lots of water on the floor.
Verified traveler
Clean, right down to the tub. Quiet for the most part, only downside was our last day we were woken around 6am to a dog left in the room next door that definitely didn't want to be left alone. Nothing against the hotel, though, as it's nice to see furry friends through the hallways! The suite we were in was quite luxurious. Breakfast was far better than most seen, plenty of options and everything was fresh.
The best part of the stay... was the staff! We really wanted to leave a review for the staff. Everyone we saw during our weekend stay greeted us with a warm welcome. I'm not great with remembering names; Nicholas, I think, at the desk, whom we saw most of our stay. We would give that young man a bonus for being so genuine in service. There was also a woman at the desk that was so kind to our 4 year old son. Wholesome interactions that are sometimes a rare find for parents of young children.
We will be coming back any time we need a staycation! Thank you everyone.

Good Hotel, bad advertising
Quick stay, overall good experience. Specifically booked this hotel for the basketball court for my kid to have a workout in the morning only to find out the rim and backboard are gone.

No morals and they will give away your roon.
This hotel gave away my room and lied and told me my room was switched by hotels.com and the hotel actually gave away my room. The manager and the person at the desk had no morals.

The hotel stay was great but the breakfast was not very good. Food was gone and it was cold.

The front desk employees were friendly and daily breakfast was excellent 👌

Good pick
Good location with plenty of food options near by. Big parking lot and friendly staff. Also, good breakfast.
Brian
Was given a ADA room. Room was a bit dark with the lighting provided. Only had one towel in the bathroom. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Shower head needed to be replaced as it had very little pressure. Was a bit disappointing based on other reviews.
Kip
Very nice hotel with a hugs lobby with a fireplace and TV. Also has an outdoor fire pit area.
Dave
Excellent
Joshua
The property seemed to have been remodeled recently and things like the landscaping, lobby, pool, and the suite appliances were very nice. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable including the linens, mattress, and pillows. The fold-away bed was horrible and you’ll need a visit to the chiropractor after using it! Some of the toiletries were empty. The room allowed lots of external noise including the nearby highway or other guests to enter.
Esmeralda
Had a good stay. Front desk ladies were sooooo nice!
Linda
Loved everything about this property. Location, cleanliness, staff!
Kenneth
Very nice property. Clean and modern. Rooms are well appointed. Very nice breakfast.

This was a wonderful hotel for our family of 5. It was close to the Mall of America, close to the Minnesota Zoo, and close to the Twin Cities Outlet Mall. It had a basketball court and pool on site. It has a BBQ and a fire pit in a court yard area for guests to use. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beautiful and new. The king beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. Since we had 2 rooms we used the mattress from the one sofa bed on top of the other sofa bed, which, with 2 mattresses, was then comfortable.
We had requested adjoining rooms through hotels.com, but the hotel didn’t get the message. I should have phoned. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. We also made use of the community pickle ball courts nearby and shopped for food at the Aldi next door.

Overall, it’s clean and quiet. The staff were doing their job well but didn’t feel they are willing to help with requests. For example I was requesting an additional bedding, I had to get it myself. I had to request room service but I was not informed during the check in.

The pull-out bed is not very comfortable, and the tissue holder was broken. But, overall, it was very clean, and I loved the customer service and the area. If you’re not using the pull-out bed, it’s a great stay, but if you need to use it, you will be in some serious pain.
