Clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff

The morning staff was wonderful, however the overnight girl was very rude and seemed to want to be somewhere else.
Deanna
Breakfast was good and the bedding was very clean and comfortable. Some parts of the bathroom in our room were outdated.
Jason
Close to airport, appears to be recently remodeled, friendly and helpful stay, near restaurants and shopping
Josie
Great breakfast!!
Julie
Very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. No complaints!
Amanda
Excellent customer service upon check in. Lori (sp?) was great!! Nice breakfast for sure; well stocked! Room was clean! Parking lot could use some additional lighting and litter maintenance/garbage cans if I had ti make a suggestion. Will be back!!
Armistead
Fine chain hotel with helpful staff in an area with lots of shopping. Good value. Would look to stay there on a future trip in that part of the Twin Cities.
Andrew
Nothing works. No working ice machine, side door key doesn’t work, no pop or vending machines, 3 minutes into a shower the water went ice cold, one whole end of the building is just dark.

We had a restful stay, property is superclean, delicious breakfast, special mention and thanks to Ms. Lori, would stay there again.
Paul B
I thought they had a pool and breakfast!
Angela
They took very good care of me

The property was cute, recently refurbished. There was someone cooking fish and it permeated the hall. It lacked any ventilation and triggered allergies. However, it was a great value for the money. We had to leave before breakfast but it looked generous in choices.
James
The hotel used to be a Best Western, but has been remodeled in 2024 with Choice acquiring the property. We were really just a fleeting customer, checking in at 6 pm and checking out at 4 am. Only real criticizem was no alarm clock in the room and the microwave clock had not been set. I fixed the microwave clock and used our smart phones for an alarm clock. But whomever cleans the room should have fixed the microwave clock and noted lacking a alarm clock.
Otherwise a clean room, comfortable bed and pillows.

In the website it said “ Airport Transportation available.” However they don’t provide any transportation to/from the airport. I chose this hotel because of the transportation. I was very disappointed.
The room was clean and spacious.

First, I got to say... \"CONGRATS-CONGRATS\". My stay was superb, very pleasant, very COMFORTABLE, very pleasant staff members and always courteous, weather conditions were absolutely pleasant and even though my room was looking to the road, I opened the window. I will certainly comeback to this property on my next business trip as the location is also close to most of my circle of meetings, as well as will recommend it to my colleagues requesting assistance of stays, etc.
My bed was also in great shape as the rest of my room amenities.
Keep up the good work!

Clean room. Check in staff lacked friendliness. No hello. No smile. WiFi with pass code would not work.
Breakfast staff were not helpful and didn’t seem to understand English when asked about a certain item.
Requested a double bed room and got a single bed? King size one instead.
Despite a few negatives would give it another chance if in the area.

Front desk staff were wonderful throughout the stay. The room was really clean except the bath tub had a lot of soap scum or stains in general. You can tell there have been upgrades, but the bathroom should also be taken care of, tub, paint and door. Our microwave didn't work and they replaced it right away. Breakfast was okay, has the staples needed to start the day. Handicap parking could be better. The only other downfall was the smell of Marijuana periodically throughout our stay. For the price value it was fine and I would stay again.
Richard
Nightly happy hour with snacks and drinks was nice! Located next to a bar and grill that had excellent food. Spacious rooms with fridge and all expected in room amenities. I enjoyed my stay here.
Pamela
Great location & nice clean room. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had several options, including waffles, eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns.
Staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful too.

Was a very short stay, as it was just to get us close to airport to fly out early in the morning. Very close drive to the airport. Comfortable room. We were not able try the breakfast as we left b4. Parking was included.
Timothy
No pool.

brent
The only downside was the tub was old and the water pressure was low.
Jabir
Very nice !
Patricia
We were happy with our stay, quiet, comfortable and clean. The only hitch was the sugar ants in the room, on the table where the coffee machine sat.
Tineke
The only concern is the floor carpet in some rooms needs to be replaced as soon as possible
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The pillows and bed were comfortable. The bathroom needs work. It looks like they are renovating, but it still needs work.

It was quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom needs some work. It looks like they are renovating, but still needs some work. For a quick stay, it was okay.

Parking lot was trashy, shoes, clothes, trash all over the place. Protesters on streets at stoplight protesting a war that isn't. Second elevator main lobby smelled like puke so bad. Room was actually ok. Would never stay again. Some creepers hanging out in parking lot at night. Wife did not feel safe. True assessment.
Elizabeth
Lovely, clean room. Soft sheets, easy check in, plenty of parking when we were there. Great location for anything near Eagan.

Clean room | friendly Staff | great Breakfast | safe and ample Parking
Trudie
Breakfast was horrible, everything was very pale looking and obviously microwaved. Typical hotel breakfast but worse!
Linda
Staff was very friendly, as usual. Glad to see the pancake maker was gone and the waffle maker was in place instead, the pancakes always came out raw. Otherwise the breakfast is great, very clean. Tub and shower head had seen better days, but the room otherwise had been updated and was comfortable and clean. Great location for food and shopping. Have stayed a handful of times now, will be back.

The breakfast was meh at best. Meat undercooked and hash browns ground up tots and nearly raw. Expired my keys 5 days before checking out, so standing in rain trying to access building to no avail. Water turned off to building on last day without notice (said they gave flyers to staff to distribute, but did not), And took multiple reports for them to address extremely loud foul mouthed guest even though they admitted that they could hear him in the lobby! Won’t be staying again.
Jeff
My room had mold on the ceiling from the moisture, the temperature of the fluctuates from warm to cold to burning hot without touching the temperature know, and the bottom of the bathroom wood door was peeling wood.
Carolyn
Really comfortable bed. Perfect location. Really good value for the price. We would definitely stay here again. Large rooms.
Jenny
Going through construction. So doing the best they can.
GUIOMAR
The property is well maintained and it has been recently renovated. The only thing that does not make sense to me is for example that the bathroom floor and vanity are renovated but the bath tub is old and all faucets are old. The bathroom door is also the old one all damage at the bottom by the water. No idea what this means.
Bruce
The only major ding was a dingy bathroom. The hotel has obviously been renovated and it shows. It was nicely furnished, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly.
Allan
Very solid place and great for the price.
Todd
Front desk person was very friendly.
Carli
Clean rooms, quiet, breakfast was ok. Would stay again
Joseph
Great staff who didn’t have much to work with. First room were in- a/c heater didn’t work and toilet wouldn't flush. Moved to nearby room with marginal a/c heater. No wifi in rooms, only in lobby. Hallways and lobby must have been about 45 or 50 degrees. Freezing. They should take the money they're spending on refrigerating the hallways and use it to improve the wifi. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but in both rooms there was a hook bracket on the back of the bathroom door, but no hook- nowhere to hang anything in the bathrooms.
Kathy
we stayed here once before maybe 6 months ago which was a better stay. this time there was no hot water for my shower and pipes were loud when other people used water. the halls stunk of curry. for the price i paid it was fine, but not a go-to choice for my next stay.
Sadaf
I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making the experience even better. Parking was also very convenient and easy to access. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!
Nathan
Very happy with cleanliness and help from staff
Allexus
Wouldn’t recommend! This hotel is like a motel 6/super 8. Stayed here due to house being worked on and the shower floor was nasty, the floors were nasty. The women at the desk didn’t greet me when coming in and that’s what sets a tone when entering an establishment. 0/10 don’t recommend. No pool so don’t even bring your kids here!
Jeffrey
This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests.
Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. The long term answer is new windows.
The only other issue was the sheets. The pockets on the bottom sheet were very small and the sheet popped off the mattress several times. Minor inconvenience, but better sheets would be noticed.
I'll end where I started. This property is undergoing a full renovation and they are doing a great job.

Staff was awesome. Super clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. Shower did not stay consistent with temp of water
Leia
Room was clean, staff was very friendly and we appreciated not having to pay extra to park.

I recently stayed at your property and, while I enjoy the area, I was unfortunately disappointed with my overall experience at the hotel. I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention:
1. Front Desk Service
On the first evening of my stay, the receptionist on duty was unprofessional and discourteous. I also observed similar interactions between her and other guests. The tone of service significantly impacted my first impression of the property.
2. Room Condition
My assigned room had a large crack in the window, which made the room uncomfortably cold at night. Additionally, the bathroom was not up to standard. The bathtub was in poor condition, and the shower had excessively high water pressure, making it unpleasant to use. I considered reporting these issues during my stay but was reluctant to approach the front desk due to my earlier experience.
3. Safety Concern*
The ground floor back door leading to the parking area was completely unlit. The path to the escalator was dark, which felt unsafe, especially as I was traveling with family. As a result, I avoided using that exit for the duration of my stay.
Based on these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to others and I will not be returning for future stays. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective measures are implemented

The room was too cold and we couldn’t adjust the temp. The staff were very friendly, though!
Cathy
Very clean. Felt safe. Decent hot breakfast
Richard
Helpful staff. Clean room. No housekeeping service. Okay breakfast. Terrible wifi; had to call every morning and ask for a reset.
Gerald
VERY NICE ROOMS AFTER A REMODELING AND UPGRADE.
Kathleen
Amazing beds, clean, quiet. Would stay again.
Tasha
My room was dirty when I checked and they didn't have another room available and refused to clean the one they gave me the receptionist was the rudest person I have ever came across in any hotel.
Colleen
Perfectly fine, as expected mid grade hotel.
Phillip
Beds were very comfortable. But I got up at 7:30am and was going to shower at 8 am and there was no hot water. Waited until 8:30 am and had to take a Luke warm shower. Wife said maybe because the Housekeeper was running the shower for a very long time in another room to clean.
Sarah
Nice staff. Clean rooms.
Richard
Convenient
Albert
Everything was good
Alissa
Honestly very nice property and awesome breakfast but employees speak very little English an they have a very bad Ant problem
Jeanine
The halls smelled like weed, every day.
Logan
Although we were only here for a night. We were very pleased with the room and property. The free breakfast was better than most. I’ll keep this place in mind the next time we are in Eagan

Catherine
Rooms are clean and beds comfortable.
Jeremy
The hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was really good and the attendant kept it well stocked and clean. Parking was always available. The only issue for us was the side entrance had no lighting through the hotel.
Maddie
Everything was fantastic!
Peter
Clean and recently refurbished.
Alaena
The room was great, and breakfast was delicious.
Sheryl
While i didn’t partake of the breakfast (was trying to be on the road before rain became ice)... it was well stocked - i did get hot water for tea.
The gentleman workung the area was super friendly.
When i che ked in the gal was SO nice. The waterfall was very welcoming

Every morning the shower went from hot to ice cold during the shower, sometimes multiple times.
If you like the smell of mary jane, this is the hotel for you. The hallways reeked of the smell and it sometimes permeated the hotel room too. Outside the back door there were men smoking it as well. I just didn't feel safe.

The staff was incredible. Very friendly, made it feel like home. This will be my go to place to stay when I come to visit from now on. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast, delicious. It’s in a convenient location with easy freeway access and so much in easy driving distance.

Room okay. Staff was not very accommodating. Laundry room - floor was watered and wet. No available washer. Told staff and the staff wanted to send me to another hotel to do my laundry. Never had that happen. Other staff members were cool.
