Did not receive the room we had booked due to the facility being “short staffed”. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch, got a room with 2 queen beds. No refund, we paid for a more expensive room and did not stay in it.
The room smelled musty and moldy. Was damp, the beds felt moist. The room beside us and across the hall had their sinks/toilets back up.
The breakfast was not refilled as used, food or utensils. Once gone, no more to be had.
Checked out a day early due to the quality of the stay, not enjoyable at all. When our displeasure was shared with the front desk we were told, he could not due anything and a manger would call as soon as he got in. It’s 3 days later still no phone call. Would not recommend staying at this facility.

We arrived late and found one parking spot quite a distance from entrance with no handicap parking available. Upon checking there were vehicles taking these spots that had no handicap plates or tags hanging. Reported to front desk and nothing was done. First room we were checked into had not been cleaned. Second room had something sprayed on the ceiling. Disappointed to say the least

The common areas of the hotel are in need of deep cleaning and a complete hotel renovation. Our room was clean and roomy; however, there were not enough towels for our family of five. We were told we could only have a certain number of towels per room and the towels provided were so small they barely covered my toddler.

The worst part of the stay was the final morning. We woke up to two inches of standing water in the bathroom sink. Once the neighboring room began showering, that quickly went from two inches to overflowing.

I would recommend that all stay away from this hotel until it is under new management and is fully renovated.

The hotel itself was pretty nice, apart from the pool, which seemed like it needed a good cleaning. Our biggest problem was the shuttle to and from the airport. Initially, the shuttle from the airport was ok, but the driver who showed up next to another Country Inn van didn’t have the correct address on the van, so I was unsure if it was the correct place.

Our return trip to the airport was a disastrous nightmare. I booked a 7:15am shuttle (for a 9 am flight) with the front desk the night prior, which they later confirmed with a call to the room. My kid and I were ready to go in the lobby by 7:00am, but the shuttle just never arrived. After repeatedly asking for updates and emphasizing that we NEEDED to get to the airport, we were finally added to the 8:15am shuttle, leaving at 8:05. We were unable to get our bag checked on to our flight and had to sprint for our plane before the doors closed. We made it, but it was an understandably traumatic experience for my kid, and our luggage is floating out there somewhere to arrive much later. Kiddo is very worried about his Legos.

Where to begin! Microwave had no handle, not usable. Had to get a new key every am, kept checking us out. Ran out of breakfast on Sunday. Had more but not keeping up. Noise control, awful. Could hear all hall/other room noise. Room vibrated when people walked in hall. Elevator SO slow and squealed on stop every floor. Grounds looked neglected. Weedy. Parking lot had potholes. Had \"swamp coolers\" in breakfast room and lobby, so wondering about AC health. TV, microwave and fridge plugged into office type power strip (out in plain sight). Desk chair broken. We did not talk to staff about ALL the things, but those we did, they seemed very uninterested. Like the keys, \"yeah, that happens all the time. Don't know why.\" We talked to another guest, same issue. He thought it was \"just him\" as we did. There are a TON of hotels in this area. My advice, choose a different one!

We stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Eagan for 9 days this June for our daughter’s wedding, and this was our second stay here. We booked three rooms as well as the meeting room for a pre‑wedding event. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff truly made our stay exceptional, Michael, Momin, and Sam were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even the general manager, Pravesh, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It genuinely felt like a second home for us in Minnesota. Asked for the shuttle for a ride to the airport the day I checked in, the day I needed to go to the airport first thing in the morning I was not on the list, so I ended up taking an Uber instead to the airport.

Not enough electrical outlets near the bed for electronic recharge. Carpet was “sticky”. The shower was cramped for as big as it was (handicap accessible) and the shower curtain did not go the full length of the shower so floor flooded and the caulking around the shower was moldy. One hot tub was down and a family of 11 children took up the whole pool. Breakfast was “ok” and although more than continental it wasn’t much more, hardly “Buffett” as they have listed and we chose to get breakfast at a cafe instead. The bed was hard and we felt every spring. Staff was friendly and main parts of hotel appeared clean.

Front staff wasn't available most of the time.

I can't believe a national hotel chain would put there name on it when the property was so run down.

We wouldn't never stay here again and would recommend others do the same.

We arrived at the hotel and were told the elevator broke down the day before and would not be fixed anytime soon. In addition there were no rooms available on the first floor. We were a family of 10 people including grandparents, parents and 6 kids between the ages of 2 and 11. Our 2 year old grandchild has a broken leg and is in a brace so carrying her and her stroller up and down stairs for 4 days would have been a nightmare. They did offer us rooms at their sister hotel for the same price but they didn’t have any bigger rooms available. Luckily we were able to find another hotel and everything worked out ok. I understand things break down and I don’t blame the hotel for that but it would have been nice to get that information the day before or sometime before we arrived and were left to scramble at the last minute.

The property was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with waffles, sausage, hash browns, yogurt, toast, cereal, etc. They had chocolate chip cookies at the desk which were delicious and a shop to buy things if needed. The pool/spa was descent. Housekeeping was good. Only cleaned our room cleaned once in 4 days but we had all the towels and supplies we needed. Bodywash soap and shampoo were supplied. Quiet area with a McDonald's, Taco Bell, convenience store within walking distance. Nearest Walmart was 15 minutes away.
Cons: we needed our key reprogrammed several times. The elevator went out for 2 of the 4 days we were there and we were on the 4th floor. We could not have our room window open without the door chirping - seems d to be something about the wind gust pressure and door sensor.. Idk. Oh and if you want a descent cup of juice or milk they only give you a kiddie size cup so bring your own from the room.

The closest door had me carrying my luggage up stairs. Im a 60 year old lady. The place was not your usual nice homey country Inn and suites it was showing it's ware. The toilet struggled to flush. The carpetting stained and dirty. The shower was handicapped with a shower seat that had obviously not been cleaned. No shelf in shower to put soap or anything. There were no towels stocked in the bathroom. When I called the front desk the person who answered said oh ok but didnt even offer any be brought up.( which would have been too late anyhow.

I’ll start with the positives: the staff were wonderful—accommodating, polite, and responsive to our needs. Unfortunately, the positives largely end there. On the downside, we were initially given keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and had to call the front desk to resolve the issue. The second room was clean, but the rooms themselves are quite outdated. The bathroom is very small, and the bathtub is in poor condition with peeling flooring that made my kids hesitant to use it due to discoloration.

The amenities and toiletries were insufficient, especially for a room meant to accommodate five people. The beds were uncomfortable, particularly the pull-out couch, which was unacceptable as the springs were poking through the fabric. We chose not to complain again because with two toddlers, moving rooms wasn’t a practical option, and there was no guarantee another room would be better. We simply placed blankets over what I would consider an unsafe mattress.

Additionally, the noise level was a major issue. While it was quiet when we arrived on Friday, Saturday was very disruptive. We were on the third floor, and it seemed like children running back and forth on the fourth floor above us all day long caused a headache and kept my kids awake late into the night, resulting in poor rest for all of us.

Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning

Hotel room was spacious. Bathroom, clean. Definitely an older property in need of updates (rickety elevator, old carpet, general wear and tear). Breakfast was unhealthy as are most hotel breakfasts in the US. No better, no worse. OK value. Good place to get some rest before our next flight. However, we waited 1 hour before finally getting a shuttle from the airport (we started calling at 11:54pm, and the shuttle driver finally pulled in to pick us up after 1:00am). It appears that the front desk employee was \"helping another guest\" for the 8 calls i made). Or, was the driver M.I.A. for an hour? Anyway, our room was quiet, and the morning crew seemed more attentive.

The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. We paid $148 for a night and it was not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before a few times and it was good. This trip not so much. I did let staff know about the toilet when leaving just in case and in hopes they fix it for the next guests or don’t allow anyone to book it until it’s fixed. Wasn’t sanitary and actually pretty gross to have to do it multiple times for a family in there.

(We did not complain but probably should have said something). We stayed in room 315 and the toilet clogged every other flush. (Even with nothing in the toilet) When we went to go down to the front desk a plunger was outside our door with plastic wrapped on bottom of plunger) leaving us the impression they already knew about the toilet issue. I did alert the front desk regarding the issue just in case upon leaving. We have stayed here a few times and haven’t had a problem but this time wasn’t great as far as condition of room and hotel if I’m being honest. Staff has been great everytime!

My husband and 3 teen children stayed for 3 nights. It was an ok stay, but there were definite issues. The one positive thing is that the staff was always as helpful as they could be. The other things to know include: breakfast was ok but a big frustration was that there was never any caffeinated coffee. Each morning only the decaf container was set out. And, then the 3rd morning my college age daughter over heard the ladies in charge of breakfast saying that they took the decaf sign off and something about it tasted fine so nobody would know, leading her to think they were trying to trick people into thinking it was caffeinated. Also, we stayed in a suite with a sofa bed. We asked for pillows for the bed. They did give us 2, but had no pillow cases. The front desk was creative and gave me 2 sheets to wrap around them which was fine and a first and worked, but was weird. Another thing, we had 5 people staying there and requested enough towels so we each had one. We didn’t have room service come in and so hung our towels to dry. But, by the 3rd morning we needed some fresh towels. My husband went down to ask and was told they had none. He was told they were clean but not folded. The front desk did offer to bring some up, which they did when we were at breakfast after everyone had showered, sharing damp towels as best we could. Also, the pool area was ok, but my daughter said the hot tub definitely needed cleaning. Also, other guests were swimming in their underwear.

The front desk attendant was helpful and easy to work with but there were cobwebs in the bathroom and lights burnt out and some missing. Shower head and tub were dirty. Lack of towels, had to be borrowed from another room. Pool area was a mess with wet towels everywhere and no clean towels. Parking lot is not large enough for the hotel, completely packed with people making their own spots.

The staff was really nice and the room was very comfortable. Check-out at 12pm is REALLY nice! The ride to/from the airport was less than 15minutes and scheduling the ride was easy. You get your money's worth with them for sure

You can definitely tell they are trying to cut costs as much as possible to offer an affordable rate. Clean room. Service seemed to have been compromised due to limited staffing and amenities were sub-par. The pool area needed repairs and cleaning but was open. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Room was clean. There was a problem with the keycard working at first and the light right inside the door did not work.

Clean room, excellent staff, I felt very good value for the cost. It was an excellent choice in my opinion for a quick overnight business traveler looking for a nice room, excelellent temperature control. It was a five star for it's cost.

We were warmly welcomed for an easy check in. The room was big and clean, and the bed was perfect. The pool and hot tub were available and not crowded. Parking was also easy and close to the door. Breakfast was great! I highly recommend.

The front desk staff were great and the other guests were pretty quiet. I was able to work during the day from my room without being interrupted.

I was disappointed by the breakfast as there were very few options for my dietary restrictions, so I did need to buy my own food at the grocery store.

The Minneapolis-St Paul area is, of course, under \"Operation Metro Surge\" right now, but this hotel seemed ICE-free, thankfully.

The beds were ok. Towels were not replaced in our room. I used a hand towel to shower.
Hot tub was broken with yellow ribbon around it. Pool was too dirty to use. Phone in the room was broken…had to walk down to the front desk at 2:00 am to change our shuttle time because of flight delays.

Check in staff was great. Room was ok at best. 2 hand towels, 1 washcloth and 0 bath towels. For two people. Holes in the sheets. Zero coffee cups, 0 water glasses. Front desk staff brought up requested towels promptly.
Considering what we paid for the room I had higher expectations.

The room was large and comfortable and HVAC was surprisingly quiet. Nice to have a thermostat on the wall instead of having to make adjustments on the unit itself. The shower was excellent with good pressure and flow however the water was hard which was a major disappointment. Nice size tv with good channel selections.
