The entire hotel is outdated, in a state of disrepair, the hallways were cluttered with old material that’s been pulled out of rooms for renovation. People were laying outside of their rooms in the hallway on the floor talking on their phones. Most likely because the air-conditioning system was malfunctioning. The first room we were given didn’t have working air conditioner. The vending machines weren’t calibrated properly so the items that were picked, did not get pushed off the edge and were trapped with no way to get reimbursed. The TV didn’t work and the Desk clerk said that they talk to the TV company and they were working on it and should be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. That was a bold face lie because there was no service whatsoever and was likely disconnected on a permanent basis or at least during the renovation. No one in the hotel had TV and when we woke up the next day, the TV was still not working. Basically I’ll never stay there again and I doubt I’ll stay at a Ramada Inn anywhere. When the hotel knows that things went out aren’t working, air conditioners aren’t working, televisions aren’t working, vending machines are stealing money they shouldn’t allow people to reserve a room.

Our room was clean and appeared updated. The air-conditioning worked, as did the cable TV. However, the exterior, hallways, and stairwell were quite worn and dirty. The secured entrance C door didn't even shut, so it was left open. The tub dripped the entire stay. The hot water would run cold then hot. There was a huge puddle of water on the bathroom counter that had dripped onto the floor when we arrived. We had two towels, which was not enough for people with long hair. There was no back on the remote control. We saw an unleashed dog running in the hall.

When I booked the room, the pictures made it look clean, when I got there it was outdated, messy and overall gross. The hot tub was dirty and not hot. There was a cockroach by the hot tub. The air-conditioning in the room kept cutting out. The TV stopped working. When I checked in and standing there the lady was on her phone for 10 minutes. I was really disappointed in my stay.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel was run down and looked abandoned. There were large groups of people loitering in the parking lot making me feel unsafe. There was trash all around the property that looked like it had been there a long time. I booked the business suite specifically because my husband likes to stay up late and watch tv. The air conditioning in the living area did not work so we shut the bedroom door in order to keep the heat out. We arrived late and I don’t want maintenance in the room when I was in my pajamas, and we were also traveling with our small dog. The room was disgusting and is in need of a lot of updating. The shower was either stained or really dirty so I didn’t use it. I would have asked to switch rooms but there is only one of this room type at the hotel. I paid an outrageous amount for a room that was in terrible condition. The curtains didn’t close properly, and the balcony overlooks the indoor pool. The bed was horribly uncomfortable which made it hard to get a good nights sleep. I needed ice but I could find an ice machine that was operational.

The lobby was muggy and stale smelling, staff unfriendly and impersonal. She gave us keys to a room that only had a double bed with no where to put a sofa bed, and said they don't have rollaways. She could see there were three of us including our adult daughter with disabilities in a power wheelchair.
When we walked down a long two sectioned hallway, and finally got to our room, the wheelchair could hardly fit between the bed and dresser.
There was a chair beside the bed. It did not even recline. We went back to the desk, and the receptionist said she would refund the money because she had other guests that were waiting to reserve the room. She said I would need to contact the 3rd party- hotels.com.
I did, but my cancellation did not go through, so I contacted the hotels.com by phone after changing my booking to a Residence Inn by Marriott across the road which happened to have an accessible room for 3.

Hotel has a weird smell, halls are very dirty. Checked into room 168 and has issues right away. Found a cockroach on the floor in front of the bathroom. The front door was jammed, had to slam up against it to get it to open. The sliding glass door facing the pool was broken. When trying to open it, it came off the tracks. Went to call the front desk about these issues but the phone in the room didn’t work (yes it was plugged in). The front desk lady came down with me so I could show her the issues and she agreed to refund the room so we could find a different hotel to stay at. I have photos of the cockroach. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of a manager to make sure they are aware the hotel has cockroaches but I can never get a hold of one nor do they call me back. I called headquarters, they put in a ticket for someone to call me back within a week but still have not received a call. I will be calling the health department next.

Stayed two days and the room was very accommodating as to cleanliness and quality Air Conditioning. The shower worked well and all linen was available. If your a big man, you may have a bit of an issue with the style of some of the bathrooms and the sink leaves little style of countertop extending to close to flush to use the bathroom comfortably so I recommend always inspecting the room to ensure it accommodates all your needs. Also this hotel I stayed at only offered a better breakfast on the weekends to during the week you will have different types of cereal and you may or may not have milk to go with that. But as far as getting to take a good shower and comfortable bed and quality air conditioning to sleep well, it was great.

The cabinets underneath the televisions seemed unfinished, and I couldn't find the volume control on the TV remote. However, the suite was spacious, and the hot tub was wonderful! It is an older hotel for sure. Could use some upgrading. The kids wading pool is not warm - they really need to warm it up a bit. And paint the floor of it. It’s not mold, it’s just wear and tear. The large pool is nice. Need to fix the ladders bit. The entrance to the hot tub is not convenient from the pool area. Our poolside rooms were fine, nice patio area but no food or drink allowed while sitting watching over the kids is a downside. Never enough pool towels and even when you ask for more (3 times) they still never brought any. But for the money spent, it was fine. The little kids had a blast.

The ice machine was broken and even the dolly for luggage was a disaster with screws not tightened in years. No view to enjoy as workers were throwing furniture off the roof so between all the trash and broken furniture everywhere this is one place I’d avoid, there’s so many cheaper options then this where you would feel safer, it’s definitely no where to go with kids or to actually enjoy. Maybe if you were single and needed a place to crash and didn’t want to enjoy any part of this place it would be ok but had my reservations been refundable I’d have walked out in a heart beat, yuck just yuck.

The upside was that multiple reviews here mention roaches, and we didn't see any! We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel (the cupboard around the in-room refrigerator was disintegrating, the carpets felt grimy and slightly damp, there was glitter embedded in the floor and the night stands were very dusty except where there was clearly spilled liquid.) The TV didn't work until the morning we were leaving. On arrival we only had two small pillows on the bed, and when I asked at the front desk for others, they firmly said I could \"only have one more\" and handed me--not to be dramatic--the lumpiest un-cased pillow I've seen in a LONG time. Breakfast was fine. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub because despite the listed in-hotel open time of 9:00 a.m., the front desk told us they didn't open until \"9:30 or so.\" I mentioned the signs and they let us know, \"A lot of things have changed. We don't know why the signs aren't right.\" (Other reviews mention the pool is closed until 10:00 a.m., and with checkout at 11:00, we just decided to leave.) The shower was dirty and the head was calcified, so we didn't use it. There was also a wedding with a DJ/music playing until about midnight, so sleep was rough. All in all, not a great stay, but also one of the cheapest options nearby, so.

A good crappy place to stay.

Well....for the price, not bad. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. On the bad side, very run down. The furniture was all beat up, the walls dirty and holes in them where stuff was hung up. A communication barrier with the people working, broken english. It looked like back in the day, this was a nice place.

Completely forgettable. So forgettable that I had to be reminded that I’ve stayed here before with the in-laws. Check-in process sucks because they can’t give you a room key unless you pay incidental fees, even if the room is fully paid upon arrival.

It really is in need of updating. It’s clean enough, but barely.
