It is an older hotel for sure. Could use some upgrading. The kids wading pool is not warm - they really need to warm it up a bit. And paint the floor of it. It’s not mold, it’s just wear and tear. The large pool is nice. Need to fix the ladders bit. The entrance to the hot tub is not convenient from the pool area. Our poolside rooms were fine, nice patio area but no food or drink allowed while sitting watching over the kids is a downside. Never enough pool towels and even when you ask for more (3 times) they still never brought any. But for the money spent, it was fine. The little kids had a blast.

Stayed there 2 seperate nights and did not have hot water either day. In one of the rooms the shower handle was completely pulled off. Asked for at least one of the nights to be refunded but they would not. They refunded me $16 total for both nights.

Remote controll did not work because there were no batteries in it. Light in the corner 'looks nice,' but did not work. Heater against the wall: cover fell off when my chair barely toughted it. When this happened, I saw that the inside of the heater is completely covered in dust, etc., thus it was a miracale it was working now in the dead of winter. Sink is uneven and dripped water so my foot got wet eah time I used it. Yeah, there is tremendous room for improvement here.

This hotel is older so it's a bit shabby. But the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast had the standard fare (waffles, eggs and sausage on some days. The only fruit was some unappetizing apples. The price per night was very reasonable, so it suited my needs.

The room was super hot when we arrived. Very difficult to keep the room at a steady temperature. This is an extremely run down hotel with attempts to fix without success. The shower leaked and our lock didn’t work. I think we slept with our eyes open.

Pet fee was actually 25 not 10 and there was also a 100 dollar deposit that I haven’t had before. Also the hotel is falling apart entrances all smell like cigarettes and the carpet on the stairs was falling off. Dead car and garbage in the open parking area. Room had blinds that were torn apart, mirrors were broken, carpet was dirty and had missing trim. The heating unit under the window had wires and stuff hanging out and a cover missing.

The entire hotel was run down. My room was non smoking but the comforters had cigarette burns and ripped curtains. The carpets were ripped and coming up in areas. The pool was stained and freezing. The spa wasn’t working. Staff was rude. Do not stay here.

Did not have the breakfast (I’m not sure there actually was one). The bed and pillows were great. Other than that, the shower, bathroom, hallways were outdated and dingy. The sink didn’t drain well at all. It was hard to get through to guest services on the phone. But if you need somewhere to sleep and not shower or spend much time otherwise, I would recommend.

Very dirty, sheets stained, attempted to run a bath for the kids and had nasty black floating dirt in the tub. Pool was dirty and full of bugs dead and alive(surprisingly spiders seem to enjoy swimming in chlorine) and of course the kids had to ask me to make sure every one of the bugs were dead before they’d go near the water. The ice machine was broken and even the dolly for luggage was a disaster with screws not tightened in years. No view to enjoy as workers were throwing furniture off the roof so between all the trash and broken furniture everywhere this is one place I’d avoid, there’s so many cheaper options then this where you would feel safer, it’s definitely no where to go with kids or to actually enjoy. Maybe if you were single and needed a place to crash and didn’t want to enjoy any part of this place it would be ok but had my reservations been refundable I’d have walked out in a heart beat, yuck just yuck.

There were a few gnat hanging around in the bathroom. I had a family emergency arise and I got a call at 11AM from family member. I was trying to deal with this as best I could from afar. At 11:30 a man knocked on the door. I said I was leaving. He said that checkout was at 11: 00. I knew that, but didn't expect to have to say several times I was getting ready. To be fair, he didn't know about my family emergency, but you shouln't be rude to a guest and assume a guest is rude as well. I think I have stayed here four times, but I will rethink staying here again.

The place was clean; they had plenty of staff cleaning regularly. But there was a flood in the hallway near the ice machine. Wifi was sporadic. TV service went out, which they blamed on Direct TV. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but the next morning, that became a discount \"for a future stay.\" I also didn't like having to pay a $100 deposit \"in case of damage\" on top of room charges and for which I did not receive a receipt!

This is a 1 star hotel, with a Ramada sign out front. Room had mosquitos, bathroom wall leaked when a shower was used upstairs. Even the attraction brochures up front were out of date, and completely out of area. Was suppose to have had a queen bed, got a double, and because we had a dog, they wouldn't give us another room. Overall, not happy at all.

The upside was that multiple reviews here mention roaches, and we didn't see any! We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel (the cupboard around the in-room refrigerator was disintegrating, the carpets felt grimy and slightly damp, there was glitter embedded in the floor and the night stands were very dusty except where there was clearly spilled liquid.) The TV didn't work until the morning we were leaving. On arrival we only had two small pillows on the bed, and when I asked at the front desk for others, they firmly said I could \"only have one more\" and handed me--not to be dramatic--the lumpiest un-cased pillow I've seen in a LONG time. Breakfast was fine. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub because despite the listed in-hotel open time of 9:00 a.m., the front desk told us they didn't open until \"9:30 or so.\" I mentioned the signs and they let us know, \"A lot of things have changed. We don't know why the signs aren't right.\" (Other reviews mention the pool is closed until 10:00 a.m., and with checkout at 11:00, we just decided to leave.) The shower was dirty and the head was calcified, so we didn't use it. There was also a wedding with a DJ/music playing until about midnight, so sleep was rough. All in all, not a great stay, but also one of the cheapest options nearby, so.

I didn't like the smell of the room smelled like something rotten. Turning on the split made it smell worse. lamps were torn and ripped. Pillow weren't large but more like throw pillows. For the price that we spent I wouldn't recommend it to someone. only area that was decent was Breakfast and the pool

We reserved for adult grandkids and and great grandson. The kids couldn't stay in the rooms, as they were not cleaned,dirty linens and BUGS!
This was not at an early check-in, but well after the room should have been ready.
I am appalled that the Ramada name would allow such conditions.

Pros: free upgrade to poolside rooms (the only connecting rooms available when we got there). Friendly staff. Pool was warm. Decent breakfast. Rooms were clean.

Cons: Pre check-in via text didn't work, so had to go through the whole process again when we got there. Hotel is very run down. TV didn't work in one room (they did fix that). Had to text, call, and then go to the desk to ask for pillows and the TV issue. Pillows are uncomfortable. Only 1 extra pillow per room allowed. Only 3 bath towels per room (but room sleeps 4).

Well....for the price, not bad. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. On the bad side, very run down. The furniture was all beat up, the walls dirty and holes in them where stuff was hung up. A communication barrier with the people working, broken english. It looked like back in the day, this was a nice place.

This property was not at all as in the pictures, we have 3 children and we actually feared for their safety. There was boots and bedding just laying in the hallway carpets were all stained holes in the walls and the whole room smelled of heavy smoke and other things. The best part of the hotel was the manager as he worked with expedia and understood our concerns and made sure we got a full refund for our room. Overall i do not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made. AGAIN THIS WAS NOT THE MANAGEMENT FAULT. THE PROPERTY OWNERS NEED TO RECOGNIZE THE ISSUES AND FIX THEM!!! MANAGER ON DUTY WAS GREAT!!!

Sloppy maintainance work. Sloppy paint. The front desk is trying to double charge me. They are not honoring Expedia prices. There was no breakfast provided. Just waffles and dry cereal. No milk. No fruit. No bagels. No sugar. No eggs. No sausages. No hash browns. They ran out of some juice. There was one yogurt container left. Nothing for breakfast. I advise to everyone not to stay there. They will try to flem flam you by doubling you charges. Stay away.

Give me my money back please.

I paid with card at the hotel desk and money was taken out of my account for room fee and incidentals 30 seconds later they said it was canceled and tried to re run but being my money was taken once already so had insufficient funds. I than had to pay cash. This was on july 29th. Still aug 8th my funds still show pending and have not recieved them. Why can't i have my money back? Why cant you find in the credit portal on your system my payment and clear it. Unacceptable.

The staff at the front desk was so accommodating and kind. I’ve been staying here for years because they are usually cheap, clean and allow dogs. However this time I could tell the property had really declined, the pool area was dirty and shows a lot of wear. The pool toys for the kiddy pool wouldn’t work. My room really could use an update and the sliding door to the pool would barely open. It just really looks like it needs a complete restoration it is disappointing to see it going down hill so much

Room was very outdated, dirty and worn. The Top of the night stand was completely loose, the phone in the room did not work, outlets did not work and the hair dryer was not working. When we asked for a new hair dryer we never got one and when we went onto the front desk to check out the Employee at the desk told us that he had called us several times but we didn't answer which was untrue because the phone wasn't working. Overall a terrible experience and we will never go there again nor recommend anyone go there.

The photos of the hotel and room are very deceiving. If you take more than 5 seconds to look at anything in person, it becomes clear that everything is dirty and all the work done on the hotel is shoddy at best. There were food wrappers and other trash stuffed between the cushions of the chair and couch in our room. The armchair itself basically collapsed in on itself when you sat in it. There were holes in the walls. Door security devices were barely attached to the wall. Exit signs in hallways were hanging from electrical wires from the ceilings. The water jets in the in-room whirlpool shot out some weird gross residue that lined the tub. There were what looked to be smoke stains on the curtains even though the hotel is supposedly non smoking. The whole property reeked of weed at all times. The pools were not clean.
