Very nice hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. The staff were very helpful.
Cordell
Room was clean
Michael
Room unfortunately wasn’t cleaned properly, food still in fridge, wrappers in bathroom etc. Property is in a good location, stayed before but is beginning to get dated with loud AC.
Jacqueline
Very nice. Breakfast was good. Liked the place very much.
Gordon
The room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking adjacent to room. Location offered many options for retail and restaurants.
Carey
Hotel was what to expect. Other guest ... I don't want to look at your garbage you dump about and your unruly kids, other people exist!
Danielle
The room had moldy buns on the shelf, and the tub wasn’t very clean. The pool was closed because of chemicals at the time but we didn’t try after the first day. The breakfast was decent but not very much variety.
Shannon
The hotel keys did not work - had to get new ones 3 times. Told where the pool was, but it was closed. The lemon water container was warm and tasted moldy. Our room screen/glass door broken. Breakfast buffet-no eggs and syrup empty for waffles at 8 am. The lounge was nice - called Lucky's

Nice location with restaurant, bar next door. Holiday near by. Quiet and clean
Lori
We stayed 2 nights at this comfort inn. It is an older hotel that has been renovated probably within the last 10 years. It has been well maintained. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. The room was super quiet. If I had anything to complain about it would be the low flow shower head. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use them
John
The property was very clean and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
DeAnn
Wonderful location, neat and clean, people at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. The downside was the pool was out of commission and the showers are absolutely ridiculous, very little water 💦 pressure.
Kristen
Super comfy bed and soft sheets, clean room, good breakfast, easy check in.
Unfortunately the pool was not working for our stay which is one reason we chose this location. They did allow us to swim at the hotel next door, it was just inconvenient and small.

Nice stay for the price. Not great but nice. Breakfast is ok- good, very standard. Pool wasn't working which was a bummer. The next door hotel was kind enough to let us use the pool but it was very small and cold. Front desk guy was amazing!
Rhonda
Pool was closed, but they offered the ability to swim at the hotel across the parking lot.

Great Stay!
Tina
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we really enjoyed the Lucky 13 grill and bar. Having the breakfast room in the morning was perfect to start our day off right.
Roy
We always like a good breakfast & this one was very satisfactory.
John
We have booked this hotel before and we'll stay there again. The hot tub and pool were closed during our stay, but that didn't really matter.
Carol
It was excellent
Stuart
A very nice budget friendly hotel.
Ashley
Hot tub was out of order and the shower did not get very warm. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean
Erik
We had three rooms in two nights. The front desk person at check in (Tammy?) was terrible. We had to call her out from the back room and it seemed like she had an attitude. She asked us "what do you want?". We're standing in a hotel lobby with suitcases. She assigned us a two queen room when we had reservations for a king room. When we went back down to the front desk, she said, "we ain't got none" without looking at the computer. After explaining that we stay there a quite often and showed her our reservation, she was able to find us a room. The room had a plunger next to the toilet and almost overflowed with nothing in it. Very disappointing. It was late, she wasn't helpful, so we stayed in the room. The next day a very helpful front desk gentleman got us into our third room where everything worked. The second night was a much better experience.
Nichole
Clean room, comfortable beds, nice pool, hot tub & fitness center, good breakfast, kind & accommodating staff.
Wendell
Parking out, but close

Upon arrival the receptionist at the front desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She couldn’t find my reservation and kept getting my name wrong. We weren’t informed about breakfast, or what time it started. We also weren’t informed about the pool and the pool hours. The hotel itself is outdated but was clean. The breakfast was decent. They served a variety of options hot and cold. The hot tub was nice as well as the pool.

Staff both evening and morning were very courteous. Room was clean, a comfortable bed, the stay was great.

Staff is very friendly. Room is clean and big. Good breakfast selection. Quiet and accessible to restaurant and gas station is across the street.
Necole
Room is nice and clean, the construction is loud and annoying. I know the work has to be done, but it can be a bit much.
Josh
Everything was just as expected. Really nice staff, clean room convenient restaurant attached.
David

Jane
Staff very nice and hotel was quiet except the heat/air blower was quite loud
Leonore
The staff was helpful , room was clean but the shower didn’t have hot water. It finally got barely lukewarm. Otherwise, hotel was fine.
Jenna
The room was very chilly. Cold air coming in the patio door. Also the hot water was not very when taking a shower.
Noel
Staff. Is awesome. And that’s it. Rooms musty. It’s Minnesota yall. Maybe some hot water for the shower? Luke warm at best. Thank god all the staff members are so good and work so hard.

The staff was so courteous. Special thanks to Dean for the help! Appreciate it so much!
Steven
If I was reminded by the front desk when I was checking out that there was complementary breakfast, I would’ve ate it. I had no idea.
Michelle
This location was under construction. I would not have stayed there if I had known.
Cathy
The manager at the front desk was very nice and efficient. We signed up for the reward points for future stays. We’ll be sure to come back.
Paulette
Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower very dingy yellow and unclean looking with some mold on the tub caulking. Towels getting thin.
Sandra

Front desk lady was friendly. Loved the hot breakfast. No issues with the room or my stay. Bed was comfy. Felt safe in the area.
Judy
Close to the freeway, we came out to a wedding, Hotel was very nice & nice restaurant attached next door.
Pamela
Reasonable, breakfast, and parking
Geney
Breakfast staff lacked keeping food stocked. House keepers are not detailed enough about cleaning. Always busy and loud.
Niki
The property is showing its age a bit but was serviceable for my stay. Free coffee and water in the lobby, free breakfast with reasonable options. Area has lots of dining options and the pub attached to the property was always bustling in the evening.
Shannon
This is a really nice property. It’s small and quaint, but it’s kept clean and the attached restaurant is wonderful.
Patricia
Place was clean and comfy beds. Had good amenities. Poor maintenance. We moved from one room because a bathroom pipe was leaking and a cupboard door hinge was broken. The next room had a plugged bathroom sink. If we stay again, we’ll check out everything before we move in.
Marylynn
Run don’t walk away from this place. Disgusting shower 😑

Okay for a short stay. Facility looks tired.
It was nice to have the connected restaurant that was open late if arriving after dinner time. Facility seems run down. The room door handle was loose and I did not feel as secure in the room as I should have. The first key cards I was given did not work. I did not have high expectations but still felt that some basic property maintenance was lacking.
Marsha
Excellent place to stay
Jonathan
Pet friendly meant Dog Friendly who kne?
We booked our room at this location because site advertised pet friendly. Once we unloaded car and two cart loads into our room we were called and notified no cats. Pet friendly is only dog friendly. They agreed to cancel reimburse us our $907 dollars and that was Tuesday, July 29th. Today is Sunday, August 3rd and still have not received any money.

Overall... just alright
Our stay was pretty average. We weren't there a whole lot, so for just sleeping it was pretty comfortable and the ac was nice and cold. However, it was pretty gross to find an old muffin in the microwave that had been left there for however long and an old used pod in the coffee maker. So definitely seems like cleaning isn't done to great detail. Also, the hot tub was one of the grosser ones I have been in. The water was greenish and you kind of just felt gross after you got out.
Josephine
Very impressed!
Charlie
Smelly room.
Kristen
Breakfast was amazing. Peaceful, fully stocked, and delicious. Everything was great.

We had a great time for the first two nights. Then last night the fire alarm was malfunctioning and continued to go off from around midnight till I left at 645 am. Poor night staff was worn thin and were still very friendly. Randy and not sure of the guys name. But dean the assistant manager told me he won't apologize for his system working. Ahhhh... it was a bad sensor and needed to be replaced to not freak your entire building off. I was traveling with my 2 year old and 5 year old. They didn't sleep and were afraid. If I had extra funds to change hotel I would have. But I don't. Dean continued to be angry and dismissive telling me I wasn't being constructive and that he would end the call. I told him I was sorry and hoped he didn't have kids as scared as mine were. He got more mad. He said he would credit thirty but nothing else and take it or leave it. I called Expedia back and explained what he was saying at the hotel. And the agent called him back. He said he refused to do anything else but that he would add 50 credit to the 30 that dean would refund. But the weird thing is I checked refund status. It's half that . Something is amiss and absolutely not okay. Dean needs a new job if customer service makes him so angry.
Jacquelyn
Quiet room, comfortable
Betty
Great clean property- the breakfast wasn’t available at time as told…
Susan
Nice!
Nice place. Restaurant is excellent.
Slawomir
Decent stay
I stay here for business, location of the plays is most important.
Kaitlin
The hotel is pretty dated, but fine. They were out of shampoo.
Marisol
We were in town for a family event, so really only needed a place to shower and sleep in close proximity after a busy day. This was a great option. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast option is what you'd expect from a "free" hotel breakfast, but convenient (or there is a Perkins across the street if preferred). Overall an enjoyable stay and we would stay here again.
Jared
Was good met up with some friends haven't seen in a while. Hotel was in a good spot and had a bar attached with a hot tub. Room was perfect what I needed.
Jessica
Love the pool and hot tub
Tina
Our Minnesota trip
Nice place. Really nice restaurant attached, very convenient. Loved the free breakfast!
DAVE
Nothing spectacular, but it was clean and provided a great place to stay when here visiting family.
Gustav
Great place to stay! We will be back!
Brandy
Perfect for a stay overnight with dogs!!
The pet friendly rooms have sliding glass doors that open to a little "dog park" area and that was amazing for my little dogs! That was perfect! The hotel rooms are a bit outdated.. the shower/ tub in the room was worn out. The sliding glass door handle in the room literally ripped off just by opening the door! Hard to get a pool towel and at one point any linens at all (the lady at the desk was not given a key to supply room) Bedding was not great but okay and same for free breakfast not great but it was okay! The pet area is perfection if you're traveling with dogs!!
Spencer
Its pretty reliable spot
Stacy
Do not recommend. Wall unit for fan, cooling, and heat was broken. The phone in the room was nonfunctioning. By the time I learned of the broken wall unit, I was in bed and while I tried to call the front desk to get maintenance the phone didn’t work so I just gave up. The next morning I asked for a refund for partial refund, and they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Orbitz. Lucky 13 next door was great.
Scott
We had a great trip. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The customer service was exceptional good. We will stay there again
Sherry
Beds were super comfy...and hotel was clean and quiet.

Overall, nice spot to stay.

My first room had ants in the room I asked to switch front desk said yes and apologized…second room smelt awful so they gave me another room, 3rd room was ok heater was so loud but we didn’t use it so it was fine…
My car got broken into while there (along with 12 other at the other hotel that shares a parking lot) front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me…they said they would give me points but I have yet to see those.

The pool was very cold. But my stay was overall great. Loved the fact there was a restaurant connected which had great food.
