This was an emergency stop as our other hotel had been closed. Staff was helpful at first. Rooms were not clean, area was not safe and the rooms and hallways smelled so strong of pot. I had students with me. So we left. No answer at the front desk and no one was around to visit with. I still have not been able to contact the property.

Was dirty. Gang writing on the elevators up and down arrow. Was giving the wrong room at first. Room was t the cleanest and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. Next morning while having breakfast (not that good) worker locks the door while I am in there and says he has to lock it cause homeless people and others that live close to there come in there and eat.

I travel for business and booked 3 rooms here for my crew. One of my crew had to be moved to a new room because the door wouldn't work. Another crew members room was deplorable with the bed crushed into the frame. My bathroom had hair all over the floor and sink. The daytime gentleman was nice and friendly and helpful but the evening staff is terrible. The breakfast room was loked and you had to ask to be let in. There was aLOT of afterdark activity in the parking lot as well as a man in the lobby asking one of my crew members if he knew where the prostitutes were. The FBI building is RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Do not stay here. I'd get my money back if I could.

We waited at the front desk, which was unattended, for nearly 10 minutes with phone ringing and no answer. After checking into to our room, noticed the TV was not working. I immediately called the feon desk and was told the maintenance person would come. It took almost two hours before he showed up.

We arrived at 6pm 1 room almost ready, 2nd room wasnt ready for another hour. Our Tv didnt have a remote. Got one front desk. It didnt work. Our room was clean. Good job maids, but the condition of the building definitely run down. No shampoo in the shower. We knew this was not a five star hotel, we only needed a good bed and tv to unwind at the end of a long day. We got neither. The noise outside our room at 2 am was unbearable. Breakfast selection was minimal and limited. Coffee pots were empty. Would not recommend. There are 3 hotels within walking distance of this one. I would recommend checking them.

Hotel very old and outdated. Had to ask for housekeeping to clean room. Left 1 towel and had to chase housekeeping person to get additional towels. Found a roach on the bed. Had to have sheets changed upon check in because there were stains all over the sheets.
Cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom. Windows were dirty. I should have checked out the day I checked in. People at the front desk were very nice. I was very surprised of the conditions at this Quality hotel. I have stayed at others that were great.

Staff are not friendly. No how are you or thank you. Stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night. There is a night club next to the hotel and music was vibrating through the hotel walls from 3 pm until 2 am the next day. The gentleman had no remorse or solutions to the problem. I got no sleep and could not stay awake for meetings the next day. Very strange people walking around the area, cashier at Casey’s up the road couldn’t care less about the customers. Never again staying here…

They were remodeling. The stay was average, it’s what expected for the price, and I’d consider staying there again. The only downside was hearing walking from people upstairs. The ceilings are thin and you may hear walking above you. Overall not a bad stay at all.

It was the worsted stay I ever had with choice hotels.There were people blasting music in the parking lot @1-2 am and people fighting in the parking lot. The carpet was so dirty it was sticky. Only 1 room key worked. The room smelled although it’s a no smoking room. I will never stay here again

Management is horrible with deal with issues. There isn’t an actual gym/ fitness room. Bring cash with if your trying to use the vending machines card works but one machine doesn’t actually give you the item management will say they can’t do anything. Security deposit is $100.

It was a terribly maintained, terribly cleaned, run down old property. There were dirty sheets, the entire hotel smelled of weed when we got there. The bathroom was atrocious. Everything was rusty. The shower curtain rod was falling down. We arrived late due to a delayed flight. Couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning.. if you just need sleep and don't mind staying in a sketchy room this could work for you if you're looking for a low price.

Dont, even if your desperate!

The lobby should say everything to a hotel when you walk in. But we didn't have a choice as everything else was booked.
Major false advertising!! There was no buffet, not even oatmeal packets, no fruit, no pastries. Just bread, waffles, cereal and barely any yogurt. It was so bare!! and the coffee was also watered down !
The blankets were so thin and light, the beds were uncomfortable and had tiny pillows meant for toddlers.
Im sorry but i had to be honest!
The ONLY POSITIVE WAS the Desk clerk was very polite!!! and a good location.
DO better Quality Inn!!!

THE ROOM WE HAD 103

The king sized bed must be over 20 yrs old and needs replacement!!! 80 bucks for that bed was not a deal. Also, I had my ESP with me. A small dog. We walked him on the other side of the parking lot and cleaned up is waste. However when we left in the morning I noticed that there was a large Dog waste by the door.

We were charged extra 20.00 for ?? Because no staff told me they were going to charge me extra for a service dog. Also, regular pet charge is only 10.00 so what was the other 10 for??? We did inadvertently take the plastic room cards

The room provided was undone. Another one had to be provided. The next day the room was not done. It was terribly noisy. Sleep quality is horrible. Questionable people use this place. The police and paramedics had to show up to one of the rooms as something bad happened.

This place was gross. We walked up and there was what looked like a dirty shirt with poop on it. Our room had bed stains on the sheets. The bathroom showerhead was black,
and I did not feel that taking a shower would be an option. The bathroom walls were either chipped or stained. In the parking lot at 2:38 am there was a loud party with multiple cars, sounded like a race car event and then four cops showed up. Overall a horrible stay with this hotel.

My first room (top floor) was right next to the dance club next to the property, which played loud music and had people partying in the parking lot until 3 a.m. (Saturday). When I talked to the desk person on Sunday, he said it was an ongoing problem and the city wasn't doing anything about it. But he moved me to a different room, which was further away and quieter. The first room smelled and the bathroom light did not turn off. The textured bathroom ceiling in the second room was coming off. Housekeeping thought my (second) room was empty, interrupting my shower, and I had to explain what happened.

The staff was fantastic especially the older gentleman that worked at the front desk. However, we did not enjoy sleeping at night time. My wife and I heard a lot of noses outside. I know it's not the fault of hotel, but I just wish people would use common sense and not roaming around at night time and talking loudly outside in the parking lot. Other than that, we enjoyed staying at the hotel.

At 2am the parking lot behind the hotel was packed with people having a party. They had their music blasting and the whole thing was just chaos. The phone in the room was not working so you couldn’t reach the front desk to have them address it. The place just seemed to be taken over by these careless, jobless, inconsiderate people, for they seemed to be hanging around the hotel.

My daughter lost her ring down the drain. It wasn't an expensive ring but it had great sentimental value. I went to the desk for help and he called someone in to help retrieve it. Thankfully he got it out quickly and without any issues. I could not say thank you enough both guys that help out were such a blessing. So to the 2 men that helped both me and my daughter thank you so much and i hope you get a chance to read this. I hope you have the best day ever.

When I first got there to check in, there was nobody at the desk to check me in so I sat there for almost 15 minutes. The shower was disgusting there were holes where the shower bar should have been. The floor was damp or something so I could not walk around without shoes. The microwave was not clean at all, the apps on the TV did not work it was the worst 2 days ever

Walking into the lobby for check in, and you're inundated with a smell of someone smoking weed. Got to our room, and it was even worse. And the front desk was alerted to our complaint, the only thing they did was hand me a can of febreeze and told me to take care of it myself.
My room continued to smell of weed all night, and into the morning.

The cleanliness of the room as bad. Hair, that was not ours, was all over the bathroom. Toothpaste spittle all over everything in the bathroom, with no one wiping it down in what looked like a long time. Everything else in the room looked like it was wiped down in a while. And bedding had an obvious stain in the middle of the bedspread.

And thats not also mentioning the drug deals out in the parking lot.

All and all, find elsewhere to stay.

There seemed to an all-night party going on upstairs and in parking area next to us.

The carpet was dirty and you had to wear shoes at all times because it was sticky. The coffee pot in the room was so dirty. We ran water through it more then a times and black flex still came out. The continental breakfast was not ready on time and we had to leave before it was ready. The blankets were thin and felt like curtains. There were holes in some. The staff seemed indifferent but they were not rude. That is a plus because of the world we live in today. The question above where you can add a word or 2 in the other, it would not submit. Now some good points though not many the bathroom was clean which to me is the most important. The location is in a great spot, easy to find and restaurants and grocery stores close by. It is quite affordable and considering that I say, \"You get what you payed for!\"

The back of the property has no security cameras. There’s an abandoned parking lot back there where a lot of people tend to just randomly hang out at - didn’t seem safe. The room I had didn’t have a screen in the window; anybody could literally come in and out of the window if they wanted to. Furniture and curtains are really old and beat up; the curtains had stains and smelled like old pee. The sheet on the bed had little stains, and pillows were flat. The microwave worked, but was leaning to one side. Also, the beverage vending machine was down. I’m actually surprised I didn’t see insects in the place. Staff seemed to be ok. Definitely not worth the almost $300 I spent for 3 nights there. Will never go to that location again.

This place is by far the worst place to stay. Had stains all on the bed spreading pillow cases, blood on the wall, different areas in the room, bug, had to b killed on my head while laying down resting, rust, mode, corroded, Bacteria dirt staining all in the tub, me and my family couldn’t bath at alll. We slept in are clothes bc bedding wasn’t Presentable in a cleaning matter. And to top that all offf my son comes from a long hard day at work from overtime as a manager of his store and when he gets to the hotel he was told to wait in the lobby for someone to come down and assist my son up. When I sat in my car for 2hours and watch others never receive such treatment going in and out but my son was single out bc of his Appearance wearing a book bag having a PlayStation five in his hand as well as a uniform on some how Offended people and got him harassed and treated differently than others staying there. Stereotype and racial profile all because of his appearance, he supposedly as the manager said he could have been a robber. so saddd & very very unprofessional

There were several indications that our room needed some loving care, like the broken safety latch on the door, or the unpainted repairs made to the wallboard, or the dead insect stuck to the vanity top. But the most unpleasant part of our stay was the room's stale odor. The odor might have come from the slightly damp carpet near the bathroom.
