Erica
This is a nice property in a great location. Safe parking, safe property, lots of breakfast options. Very welcoming environment. The rooms were spacious and clean with fridge and microwave. The staff was ok when we checked in there was a lot of commotion and distraction due to the copier or something not working properly and the manager took a call while trying to get us checked in so he wasn't completely present which was annoying to me. Overall it is a decent enough property, and I would stay there again and recommend.
Daryl

Easy location to get to and to get into and out of the city from. Loading dock on the north side was a touch noisy in the am. Overall a very good stay

Great rooms and very cleanly. Staff were friendly. Loved that they had breakfast included and it wasn’t bad for an affordable hotel.
Katie
Room was clean, unfortunately my room was right next to the elevator which was quite loud and made it hard to sleep. I would stay again but request a room away from the elevator.

George
Room was very clean, bed and sofa were comfortable, staff were welcoming. Only complaint is that my room was close to reception desk, and early morning checkout conversations interrupted my sleep.
Austin
I have always like staying in this holiday in
Rhonda
Always a great stay!
Marti
I had a wonderful stay- pleasant, helpful staff, comfy linens and bed, a spacious accessible room, and a delicious breakfast with the best choice for hot or cold items. I’ll happily book again.
Doyle
When we arrived the desk clerk was on the phone and there were 2 other people waiting!!! He talked for approximately 10 more minutes before asking the first lady waiting if he could help her!!! We were tired and that is unacceptable!!!
Evelyn
This is a great place to stay. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel and rooms are clean. Parking is free and convenient.

Barry
Excellent breakfast, quiet and great location on and off I-35 W.
david
The staff was amazing, the room was incredible and the continental breakfast was by far the best I've ever had anywhere
Cassandra
Right off the interstate and super close to down town, us bank stadium and target centre. Staff is friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was hot and always fully stocked. We were on the first floor and it was quiet. Rooms were very clean. We travelled with another couple and they accommodated and put our rooms together.
David
Staff very nice.

Bed was super comfortable!
Angela
The hotel was off the beaten path but was nice. Breakfast was a joke the whole time we stayed there was never any food. They didn't have enough staff to cover the breakfast and the one staff that was working was running around overworked. Check-in took forever as well. Nice hotel but maybe not expect to eat breakfast here and be in a rush to get to your room.
James
Had a good and comfortable nights rest before work very early the next day.
Tom
Breakfast was problematic. The staff was overwhelmed. Big groups, ran out of about everything, milk, cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, pancake batter for the pancake machine, etc. The desk staff person did a nice job of trying to help.
Kimberly
Clean rooms and staff was polite and easy to work with
Amanda
Very nice!! Bed was comfy!! Staff was nice!! Food in the morning was great!!!
Gayle
Easy on off from interstate. Just far enough from
downtown but easy to access the city if desired.

Hotel was newer, almost seemed nearly brand new. But is surrounded by a commercial and industrial park. There is a truck depot right up against it that runs 24/7 and it’s extremely noisy throughout the night. There is also a lack of parking due to campers and semi trucks parked in the hotel lot that do not seem to be guests there.
There were quarter sized spots of dried blood in my bathroom that hotel staff missed twice before I cleaned it myself. Shower was also dirty upon arrival with hair and dry mucus on the walls
Refrigerator was constantly leaking water from somewhere
AC unit was unusually noisy when running. had to keep it off to sleep.

The property was clean conveniently located. The room was a bit small but served it purpose well. Room sevice came vy daily.
Charles
We had a very late check in and the front desk staff was very accommodating and the morning breakfast was a fantastic treat
Carol
It seemed well appointed. Everything felt new and clean.
Timothy
Nice!
It was good
Christina
Room was ok. There were quite a few stains on the carpet (room 603) and the layout was awkward. The TV was positioned where you could barely see it from the bed. All amenities (and nice ones!) were provided in the bathroom. Great lotions, shampoos, etc. The breakfast was a little disappointing as the pancake making machine was down the whole weekend we were there. Other than that, the continental breakfast was ok. There was a variety of food. The little convenience store wasn't well stocked on supplies in the fridge/freezer, but the shelf items were well stocked. Overall, it was a good experience for a short stay minus a few things. I would stay here again (just in a different room).
Robert

All was excellent except semi traffic going by all night by our first floor window
Miranda
Clean rooms with fridge & microwave, delicious breakfast (hot foods, pastries, pancakes, fruit), adequate fitness center, sizable pool, and a super friendly staff!
John
Easy access off of 35W...inexpensive....friendly front desk
Thai
I liked every things
Roman
Called to ask for an early check in (1.5 hrs early) was told it would be a $24 charge. Seems a bit expensive for an hour and a half early, so we chose to wait until check in time. Staff were friendly, lots of options for breakfast. The room was not vacuumed. We found an ibuprofen pill on the floor and a medicine cup with some liquid still in it. This is concerning considering we had a 1.5 year old staying with us.
Glendale Eric
Clean, quiet, safe. There is a charger for EV and Tesla, a plus point! Definitely recommend this place!
James

Greedy! will give your room away with no refund
I accidentally double-booked my stay and informed the hotel in advance. They acknowledged the situation and assured me it was fine. The following day, I reiterated that I was checking out early due to the double booking, and again, they said it was fine.
Later, I contacted Hotels.com to request a refund. However, when they reached out to the hotel, the hotel refused to issue one. Since I had already paid and they wouldn’t refund me, I decided to return to use the room for the night, only to find out they had resold it. So not only did they refuse a refund, but they also gave away the room I had paid for.
I got them on recording after confronting the front-desk person, and that's when they said they'd refund (still haven't got the refund). But I'll be using that video recording to get a refund either through my credit card or Hotels.com.

I got them on recording after confronting the front-desk person, and that's when they said they'd refund (still haven't got the refund). But I'll be using that video recording to get a refund either through my credit card or Hotels.com.

Very clean and excellent customer service!!

The staff were friendly and the pool area was clean. We had to switch rooms due to some dirty/wet carpeting. Understaffed at the front desk. The building was starting to look run down, with peeling paint and wallpaper, scuff marks, chipped furniture, etc.
Beds were clean comfortable and the kids had fun in the clean pool area.

OK value stay in Minneapolis area
The hotel was understaffed at check-in. We waited 5+ minutes at the front desk to check-in. The beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator in the room did not work, which didn't matter for us but should have been checked. The room had an odd smell when we arrived but seemed to abate. The hotel backs up to a trucking company so lots of back up beeping early in the morning. Breakfast was managed as best it could be with the crowd.
Brittany
Noisy toilet and microwave. Ended up unplugging the microwave during our stay. Also fridge was not that cold. Kids liked the pool.

As expected

When I got to my room there was NOTHING on the bed, just the mattress. Same with the bathroom no towels and not “put together”. Had to go back down and get put into a different room. There was constant noise from trucks backing up at the warehouse next door.

Overcharge
our card was overcharged $50 to cover incidentals. We had to call the hotel back and were told it would be removed. I hate dealing with a bill back charges on my card - just another hassle to deal with and keep track of to make sure it's been removed. We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times but this was our last.
Kelli
It was just a quick overnight stay so we really didn’t check out the prop.
