We enjoyed Shoreview and will definitely be coming back.

Hotel was nice. I enjoyed the hot tub. It was working and clean.

Great value
Patrick
The stay was ok. Didn’t stay for the breakfast. The pool and hot tub were nice but it was over crowded and loud. The room was clean but the refrigerator and microwave gfi was tripped and never reset from a past stay but didn’t notice until the morning. The window privacy blind fell off its rails when trying to adjust it. Other than that it was an okay stay.
Leslie Ann
Clean. Parking close.
Tamara
All was good will book again when we are I. The location again

Everything was great
Job
It is pet friendly & the service was excellent, staff went above and beyond for us, rooms was vert clean. I would definitely stay again. We had our wedding and reception here.
Dileep
There was no buffet breakfast! Unusual, they should not do that. They were only taking order (only for warm item), nothing in that list for me as vegetarian!
Linda
Didn’t like that we had to pay for breakfast.
Anne
Hotel staff were great! The swimming pool however was not. Very green to the point that we didn’t even go in. Kids were disappointed. With the way it was- It should have been closed but was not. Everything else was okay though and overall good stay!
Wesley
Amazing staff super helpful as always
Jennifer
Easy to find & great location. Good parking. Very clean & modern. We didn’t go to the pool so unsure about it. Room was large. Pillow & bed were very comfortable. Check in was fast. We stayed on the 3rd floor & could hear the room above us. Kids running and it was loud, but didn’t make any noise during the night for sleeping. I will stay here again & recommend. Wish they had continental breakfast.
Patricia
The only friendly staff we encountered was the check-in guy with multiple ear piercings. He was exceptional. The breakfast lady was not friendly. The checkout guy told us to leave our key on the counter. He did not ask about our stay, say thank you, or offer a receipt. The pool needs to be drained and scrubbed. The room was clean and comfortable.
Chad
The staff was great. We got snowed in and were there for a football game. we had a bunch of people and they could not have been better to us.
Jerry

The floor in our room was not level. There was a hump in the middle of the room. There was mold around the base of the shower. I did like the daily room service providing fresh towels. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the front desk and they were on top of things and put them in our room and informed us that they could some water. Nice extra touch. We would stay again.
Stephani
I can always count on the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly and my room was very comfortable.
Mandy
We were in the area for childs sporting event. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay at again!
Rodney E
Desk person was efficient and polite when i checked in really late.
Stephani
We continue to stay here for its location and the friendly, competent staff.
Julie
We enjoyed our night here before going to the State fair
Christina
This was my second time staying at this hotel. I was traveling with my daughter and small dog. We had a great time. The neighborhood is safe and surprisingly quiet for just off the interstate. There are plenty of dining options within a short distance. We attended a festival at the Como zoo and it was a convenient location. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are good. I would recommend this place!
Travis
The manager Keith, the staff including a man from the maintenance division were all kind and helpful
Carol
It worked for a family wedding nearby. Nice lobby to gather in. Beds were comfortable, good shower, pool area seemed like it needed chairs or something. Not very inviting. Hallways were “tired” carpet and walls very beat.
CHRISTOPHER
No free breakfast.
Constance
The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were spacious and clean.
Antoinette
Poor cleanliness
Thomas
We had a large group staying for a wedding. Several of the rooms(4 or 5) were not habitable due to water on the floor, major leak in the shower, or strong odor of mildew in the room. Never have taken the time to right something about a hotel but those that chose this hotel should be aware that problems do exist with the facility and that the assigned room may not be usable.

Not enough for your $
It was expensive, but offered less than the cheaper hotels. I couldn't afford to add breakfast to an already expensive night stay. The pool was warm, but tiny and the hot tub was full of bubbles, which is gross.
Diana
Very clean and nice hotel
Elizabeth
Excellent
Beth
I like that they allow pets, inluding cats. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. Front desk staff were excellent, for example: Even though I checked in late at about 12 AM, there was still staff there to greet me in person, making my check in very easy! Thank you, we appreciate it.
Gwen
The property was in great condition. The gym was big for a hotel and well-equipped and the hot tub/ pool area was very clean and attractive . The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. Loved it!
Verified traveler
There wasn’t food or bar available in the evening on weekends as was advertised.
Jan
Very well maintained
Sonam
I love this property and def like to visit again.
Nicole
Shoreview, MN Hilton does an amazing job with cleanliness, modern facilities, and the breakfast buffet. We had a quiet, wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. It would be nice to have coffee and hot water available all day vs. putting everything away promptly at 10:00 AM. We will be back.
kirk
Keith at the front desk was fantastic. Very quick and efficient. Got our room in less than 5 minutes.
Very nice lobby area for parents to gather at night and sit around and play some games and chat.

Liked everything about the hotel except the guy running the front desk. He was very rude to our group as well as another group that was there. Also we stayed there because it had a bar that he didn’t seem to like that we were using and even told us it would not be open Saturday night basically because he thought we were to load. Don’t think I will ever stay there again.
KA
The great escape to be with our grandkids.
It was a good stays. My kids and grand kids enjoy the pool and breakfast. We enjiy staying there and the staff made our stay awesomely wonderful. It was so wonderful we rented a extended room for our daughter and son inlaw's and our grandchildren. We appreciate the hotel very much.
Jerimey
Condition was mid but not because of cleanliness.
Room had a crack in the ceiling and 2 lights did not work. I did not see this as a big deal so the front desk was never bothered about either issue. Room was clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.
Stephani
The staff working the front desk are always friendly and accommodating. The lobby is large and welcoming and the parking lot is well lit.
David
Stay was good but paid for the breakfast to be included and was still charged an additional $15 a day for breakfast.
James
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent breakfast options.

Business Trip
Hotel was as expected. Great place to stay, especially for a business trip
Tasha
I booked a suite online and called right after booking to confirm and the staff assured me that they had my reservation. It wasnt until I arrived at the hotel that they informed me they over booked suites I had no available suites left. I was very disappointed that I was not informed by the hotel ahead of time because then I could have made other arrangements. The gentlemen at the front desk however was very nice and accomodating. He showed me the next biggest available room and was very sweet.
Georgia
Thank you for the good stay

The room was nice and clean. And was comfortable enough. The downsides were the pool/Jacuzzi was out of order, which was one of the reasons I booked the place. So that was disappointing. Also, the breakfast buffet was not complementary quite expensive for very mediocre food. It should come standard at least with the room.
Beth
I made the reservation for my parents to stay here a night before driving back home after Thanksgiving. I chose this hotel for location and because they said they were pet friendly, and we needed a close place that allowed their dog too. However, when booking via expedia.com, there was no way to indicate their dog on the reservation. So my Dad was charged an unexpected fee of $75 at check in. Next time we will likely choose a different hotel which makes it less costly to bring your dog for just one night, or we will have to book directly with Hilton.com instead, to avoid unexpected charges. Otherwise, everything was decent.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Stephani
This is our second stay at this property and we love the clean, spacious rooms and quiet area. We choose this hotel because it is pet friendly and close to our child's university when we visit.
Joe
Kathryn (sp?) at the front desk went above and beyond with a Expedia problem and worked it out for us. Thank You!!
Ken
Clean and a warm reception.
LAURA E
hotel room is a hotel room. This one is quite stark.

This is just like any other Hilton Garden.
The only issue we had is that we spent $30 on breakfast after being told that some items would be available. But then, after paying, those items (eggs, sausage) were not available and would not become available. There were still 2 hours left of breakfast and it just felt like we were sold something that didn't exist. It was a very expensive waffle.

HOSTING A CHRISTMAS EVE PARTY WAS GREAT. HAD ONE OF THERE SUITES AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR RELAXING AND OPENING PRESENTS FOR 3 ADULTS 2 TEENS AND 2 KIDS.
Walter
It was great hotel staff. Good clean place to be
Jessica
Easy to drive to, great parking lot. Very nicely groomed.
Kathleen
Beautiful property and cleanliness of hotel all around was immaculate. Will definitely utilize this hotel for travel around the area again.
Kathleen
Very good service and great attention to our family and their special needs to eat and visit in lobby. We were 10-12 at times. Thanks
Jacob
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Grounds were maintained well, and the rooms and common areas were clean and inviting.
Crystal
Nice hotel but loud at night
9/10 would have been 10/10 but the walls are oddly thin for a newer looking building. I could hear next door guests like they were inside my room and they were only talking. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Bar and snacks in the lobby were great.
Barbara
We had a room on the first floor with a very large window. There was no way to close the drapes so the view into our room from the outside was clear as day.
The bed was very hard and the pillows were horrible.
What used to be a free continental breakfast is $12.95 here. We did not participate.
Do NOT get a room next to the stairs. It was VERY noisy.

This property is in the middle of a huge construction area. We had a difficult time coming and going from our room when leaving the property. Also no front desk help. There was a sign up saying they’d be back and we waited and waited. Also no cold sodas as the refrigerator was broken apparently in the main lobby, so everything was on the ice. Very disappointing for Hilton

First night was great. Second night was complicated by guests in the room above us having a party of 10-15 people. Constant jumping, banging, and loud music. Front desk was aware of it, but wasn’t resolved until police were called about 3 hours later. The hotel was pretty empty, but no offers to move our room even though the staff called us knowing we had a baby with us. Not sure I would stay here again with a small child.
Maribel
My husband and I always enjoy our little getaways to this Hilton hotel, always friendly staff, clean, location for us is super convenient.
Truly recommend it!

Gross
Dirty carpets and clogged overflowing toilet upon arriving
Craig
The staff advised that the parking lot wasn't safe and thefts were known to occur. The room itself wasn't totally clean, towels were on the ground. Just disappointed rather than irate.

All around great experience. From beginning to end all staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
They had kids ball teams there that was a challenge to keep the noise level in check, but thought they handled as well as possible. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be back and refer to other family members.

Was surprised that both myself and my sister had booked for 4 people in a room with a King bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. We both had to ask for linens and pillows for those. Fridge was not working in our room. They did quickly bring us another one after I seen it next morning. Very nice staff, all very pleasant and friendly. I fell there was a handy man that should be recognized for going above and beyond. He was every where doing Everything, I kind of felt bad for him as I could tell they were understaffed
Verified traveler
All the windows were covered with plastic due to painting but made us very claustrophobic especially being on the fourth floor. I'm all for having a sanitized room however there was so much chemical smell we all got sick. The outside of the hotel grounds were covered in cigarette butts and broken branches and weeds. Very frustrated as this is not the standard Hilton way. Very disappointing to pay $200 for a nightmare hotel that should be rated a 2 at best.

Quiet, convenient location.

Would stay again
Staff was friendly, very helpful and efficient. In excellent repair, and convenient location. We needed to request our bathroom be cleaned upon arrival. There was toothpaste stuck to the counter and the base of the toilet/floor around toilet had not been cleaned at all. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls in the room. Beds were comfortable and rest of the room was clean. Staff immediately fixed the issue and we had a great stay.

The property is clean and easily accessible. The rooms are very functional. The pool and hot tub were great.
Lisa
great customer service
The hotel staff was very helpful when I left something behind in the room after I checked out. They also accommodated our group and put our rooms close together. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.
Dawn
We had a wonderful stay. We did have problems with our heat. The temp would not go up above 65. The staff quickly found us a new room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
David
Just ok
Front desk staff were unfriendly. Room was very nice looking but small especially the bathroom.
DENNIS
The room was great even though the place was swamped with youth hockey players. I was miss lead by the booking as to the breakfast was possible, because of Covid-19 it was not.
John
Great parking. Easy to get to from the freeway and close to restaurants.

Very quiet but very close to major roads in Shoreview and St. Paul.
