I wanted to recognize the young woman who staffed the desk for the afternoon shift. It was busy, there were a number of small things (no fault of hers!) that went awry, and she handled it all with grace and courtesy. She told me later it wasn't her usual shift. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for her calmness under pressure and her creative problem-solving.

The hard wired smoke detector kept beeping. We tried to remedy the issue but the front desk didn't seem to care. I wanted to call the fire department because that is a hazard.

Jaquzzi wasnt working all weekend. The pool was cold. Birthday party saturday night that took over the pool area.
Shared gallon of milk for breakfast was not sanitary. Sausage was watery. About 2 inches of water in container.
Hope next time breakfast is better

It was fine, nothing more than that. The hottub had so much sand in the corners though. We still sat in it...
Needed ear plugs for the kids running the halls.
I slept fine, family slept ok. They didn't wear ear plugs though.
Could use a small gym, i really wanted to use one, the weekend we were there it was well below zero!

The breakfast is usually amazing at AmericInns and this one was sub par at best.
The pool was also way too cold to swim in so we were unable to use that amenity and lots of families were complaining about and the fact they couldn't swim there. People were paying for guest passes at Lifetime across the street just to have a place to swim.

Well to begin. The check in area had about 10 large bin out as if they were moving and it was messy. The pool area did not have towels. The hot tub only had half of the jets working. The sauna was broken or not working. There were other guest staying that were extremely loud past 1030pm. Children were running up and down the halls. Parents in the lobby eating area were extremely loud. We had to be up for a competition very early so sleep was important. In the morning by 720 there was no breakfast left like waffles and other items. Very disappointed.

As soon as I walked into the lobby the placed smelt of marijuana and cigarettes. I just walked past got my room and head there. The room had the same marijuana and cigarette smell with a cleaning solution trying to mask the smell. I turned to go tell the front desk I couldnt stay in this room, when I turned they did not have a secondary lock on the door. It felt very unsafe there. They moved me to a new room. When I got there I saw that there was only 1 outlet for electronics that was next to the TV. There were no other outlets in the room. I went to lock the door, and this door also didnt lock on the main door handle. I went back to the front desk again. They gave me a new room again. I was late for an appointment so I dropped my stuff and left. When I got back that night the smell of marijuana and cigs still covered the lobby and my room. I was getting a headache and said enough is enough I will not stay the night here or continue my stay. I went to the front desk asking for my receipt and that I would not be staying here and would be leaving. The person in charge said they were not allowed to give me a receipt because the manager had to do that....I have never stayed at a hotel where they have ever said that. I left before midnight not even staying in my room more than 30 minutes the entire time I was there. They told me they may or may not be able to take the charges off the other 3 nights. I wasnt even sure if I was going to get my money back. DO NOT STAY THERE.

I stay at hotels about 10 days every month so I've been to a ridiculous amount of hotels and this hotel room was the second grossest one I've ever been at. The outside of the building looked nice and the lobby was also nice minus the unusually strong smell of chlorine for a hotel with a pool... well i got into my room to find urine on the toilet seat and surrounding the toilet, no shower curtain at all, toe nails on the carpet, a weird yellowish orange goo smeared on one wall and in a few random locations, cracked outlits with spaces large enough for any childs fingers to slide in and touch live wires and even a few egg sized holes in the walls. I am honestly unsure how they remain open. The only positive thing I have to say about it is that the front desk worker was very nice. I did call the corporate number that I was told to call about the issues... and yes I have not heard anything. Honestly would sleep in my car over this place. Id be uncomfortable but I'd be clean and that takes priority in my book.

This is a zero out often stars really. Worst “hotel” I’ve stayed at in a while. No elevator. Entire floor smells like pot smoke, people are clearly lighting up in their rooms. Staff were often not available. Filled out required form at 7am to have towels delivered and they didn’t come until the next day and room didn’t appear to have hairdryer and front desk staff noted “someone must have stole’ it” and offered no solution. I asked if they could grab one from a vacant room?! Hotel is run down and needs a major update and some attention from management in training and facility cleanliness. I slept on a towel which details how unclean I felt it was. Good location, however, so a shame it’s been neglected. Just a glorified motel.

Very disappointing renting the king suite room...and absolutely no help with a refund due to the poor room condition.

Walked into the room and the blinds were down and it was right near the interstate and i swore the windows were open. Nope that is how loud that room is. I took a video of the noise coming in...no real person would be able to sleep listening to that. Expedia even called right after we checked out and talked to the girl at front desk and she confirmed the room was loud as well.

Went down to front desk and asked if we could switch rooms, willing to downgrade to a queen bed as long as it was quieter, she said they were booked. Went back up to the room and my husband and i decided to check out as there was no way we could have slept in there.

I have reached out to Expedia help with a refund with no success as they apparently called the manager, even though i did check in and didnt cancel anything but the manager still said nope no refund rate but yet the hotel did not provide a room that was realistic to stay in due to the noise.

So I lose out on $$ because the hotel doesn't want to state anywhere on this booking that the room is noisy and take your money and tell you too bad.

I have reached out to Wyndham direct as well and no help.

Very disappointing to lose out on money and scramble to find another hotel because they dont properly advertise there rooms.

Wished the hot tub could have worked in the room i was in, and wished the hot tub water in the swimming pool area was a little bit more warmer and not luke warmed water. This is a renovated property that is very clean and new. Breakfast is very modest but serviceable.
My complaint comes with the tiny pillows that provide no support. I also had very loud neighbors that argued for hours after midnight. The staff did nothing. I believe there were few staff on duty to do anything. I also left my toiletries bag at the hotel which contained medications. No one ever called to help return the items.

I had a King Suite paid for, I did not get a suite, it was a standard room with two full beds. Not at all what I paid for. Spoke to the front desk, they would not credit me. The hotel was hot. No coffee available in the am, breakfast had a few peices of bread for toast, one muffin, two yogurts at 7:30 am. Will never book through Expedia again.

During a 2-night stay, our room towels were not replaced, even though we placed them on the floor as the sign by our sink directed. When I asked about this at the front desk, they showed me a 1/4 sheet of paper - a form that no one gave us at check-in - informing us that we needed to request towel service. Not pleased with this lack of service having spent well over $100/night Additionally, when I attempted to call the front desk to ask about this, our room phone did not work; and the end of the hall security door had a broken lock and the mechanism was taped over so door was always unlocked. Hardly call this secure. The clerk at checkout apologized for the situation and said he’d tell the clerk who checked us in about her failure to inform us about their towel policy.

The cleaning staff stole my girlfriend’s wig and speaker. They entered the room while we was still in there and never knocked. We accidentally left stuff in the room and I went back in after 1 hour of leaving and our stuff was gone. And the cleaning lady was gone and out of sight. Property staff are no help in this situation. Hide your stuff!!

Our stay was ok. We heard weird, very faint, background (?) music the entire time we were there. It became a little annoying in the middle on the night. It was not an insulated well hotel, you hear...everything. Every door, every laugh, every conversation around you.

In the morning we had a very interesting experience. We heard housekeeping getting a little tense. A gentleman demanded the housekeeping cart he wanted from another hotel housekeeper. It quickly turned into screaming, yelling, f-bombs, crying, & loud thuds (maybe hits the carts into eachother or into the walls, we were guessing). After the disagreement, we left our room to check out, every housekeeper we ran into was nice & pleasant to us in person.

Breakfast was hot & welcomed. We had to leave early the first morning there & couldn't enjoy breakfast because it didn't start until 7 a.m. But it was great the 2nd day.

The hotel was very warm & welcoming. It had a cozy feel with the anesthetics that made it nice to come into after a lomg day.

This was a cozy hotel that had a family owned feel. It was convenient to the interstate. The bed was huge and comfy. the apartment for lack of a better term, was big enough to host a small gathering if desired. a full living room, water closet, and bathroom and then a huge bedroom.

The breakfast area was well kept.
and then there was the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.... oh my what a way to end the day of stress and driving... It was quiet at 10pm and had it all to myself. Nice size of all three and all were working correctly.

Only downside was the shower bar in the bath tub wouldnt' stay closed.

Friendly, easy check in. We slept comfortably. The beds and pillows were nice. I also liked the in room coffee that was offered. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel as we had grandkids sporting events happening in the area. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast with waffles, sausage, egg, cereal etc. The only thing that wasn’t so good was the pool. We went in to look it over, there was such a strong chlorine and almost smell like something hot electrical burning?? My eyes were watering and burning. Would stay here again for a good nights sleep. Not fancy but sufficient for our purpose.
