This hotel was okay. Pretty expensive for what it was. I found it to be very loud and noisy all hours of the day and night. The elevator was really slow and constantly occupied. The location wasn’t really near good restaurants and shopping either. All I can say was it was “okay”

Our bathroom was not clean, the tile was filthy and there was very clear water damage on the wall near the shower entrance.

I enjoyed having a mini fridge but for the cost I wish breakfast was included. Also wasn't aware there was a parking fee when booking.

Big positive is the Hilton App for having a digital key, LOVED that!

The staff at this location has no hospitality. Each receptionist I encountered had no personality and should not be working at the front desk. The room was not clean. There were water spots on the desk. The bed was so lumpy, needs a new mattress. The floor was dirty and had not been mopped. No long mirror in the room. Lastly, the cookie was old. It was burnt and kept in the warmer too long. I asked when they were baked and she stated could have been baked the date before. I thought the cookies were supposed to be baked daily. The recipe also must have changed. They tasted nothing like they used and getting cookies is one of the reason I chose to stay here. Very disappointed with Double Tree.

We waited for our room that we paid for via Expedia just to be told 5 hours later that they won't be giving us a room because they didn't have enough cleaned. While we waited the restaurant also closed early. This was a Saturday evening.
Since we booked through Expedia we were denied a room. They said they didn't have the money from Expedia so we are pushed off the list at 8pm. We had 3 rooms booked on this reservation, 6 in our whole group.
The inconvenience was unfortunate, but their way of helping us was even worse. No effort made to rectify or compensate.
We found a hotel nearby with space while the other half of our group stayed at DoubleTree. The next hotel made up for it. It was cleaner and had breakfast included with a restaurant open as well. The staff were very accommodating.
Expedia was great in getting us a refund the next day.

Watch out--you have to pay for parking! $10 per day, and there are signs everywhere that say that the parking lot is not safe and to remove ALL belongings. The area seemed very uncomfortable, since the Cub foods next to the hotel had a security guard and security in the parking lot. The hotel itself is dated but they price it as though it is new. Staff was dismissive. Think again before booking at this location.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was in a quiet neighborhood. We utilized the shuttle and that was so helpful for the event we went too. The shuttle driver, I believe his name was Gerald, was so friendly and made sure everyone was accounted for when picking us up from the event. My only complaint about the hotel was the fridge in the room. It was not cold at all. I had to get ice to keep our food and beverages cold. I put food in the fridge overnight and it was barely cold when I woke up. We ended up throwing it away in the AM.

Upon entering our assigned room, we were immediately confronted with a deeply unsettling situation: the carpet contained multiple stains, some of which appeared to be blood, with certain marks looking disturbingly fresh. This discovery raised significant concerns regarding hygiene and guest safety standards. We promptly reported this matter to the front desk during our stay, requesting a thorough and immediate deep cleaning of the affected area. The presence of such a blatant disregard for cleanliness in a guest room is unacceptable and completely compromised our sense of comfort and well-being throughout our visit.

This past weekend (April 10 to 11th) we stayed here for dance competition. Knowing that check in wasnt till after 3:30pm we were in no rush to get down there. Its was 5:30pm when we got parked and headed to the lobby. Much to our surprise the lobby was busy with a long line and only one lady behind the counter. Waited in said line to check in and was told rooms werent ready this was at 5:45pm. Look i understand there were multiple events going on.. But truly there is no excuse for having no rooms ready. We were told it would be a 15 mins TOPS wait and she took my phone number to call when the room was ready, even though i said wed be seated right by the front desk waiting. 15 mins goes by... then 30 mins... now 40... after 45 mins i politely asked the lady how much longer she assured me we were next. But we werent, i watched another family come in check in and get keys without having to wait for a room to be ready. (Mind you i had booked and paid march 29th) It had been an hour before the guy asked if wed been taken care of. Finally got into the room, that was haphazardly cleaned. Ants in the bathroom, no outlets that worked, floors dirty and an ac unit that was broken. Had there had been another hotel available i would of left and gone there. Only good points were the free breakfast; Kim our server that morning, she was very sweet also the pool was clean. The fact i had to pay a 3rd party to park in a destroyed parking lot is insane especially after paying 300 a night.

The place feels outdated, and charging for parking is frustrating. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming either. The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking. As far as I can tell, there is no security provided, the parking lot is an open one in what appears to be a suburban environment with no other businesses close by. I have trouble understanding why payment for parking would be required. It's not like they have to prevent non-guests from parking there or as if they provide security for your car.

Me and my kids had to swim with socks on our feet because in the pool area the paint is peeling up off the floor. Stayed for four nights and it was cringe. Definitely wouldn’t rate it a 4 star, preferably more like a 2 star and at the discounted Expedia price of $115 a night it still was not worth it. Will never revisit.
