Clean room. No one was anywhere to be found when checking in but otherwise great.

The property was in a desirable location; easy to get to and accessible to the expressway. It also was well maintained. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We were pleased with our experience and would return for another stay.
Steph
Nice property. Breakfast was not good
Carl
Breakfast was ok, room above was load and people stomped their feet, bed was very low to the floor.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it a peaceful place to stay. It’s a three-story building with a spacious breakfast area. The breakfast was decent, although there is room for improvement. Parking was easy and convenient, with a large lot available for guests. The shower had excellent water pressure, but the WiFi connection was somewhat weak. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.
Jenna
Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel and room was very clean. Would stay there again!
Victoria
Very hot… turned ac on as low as possible and could still hardly stand being in the room.

beautiful lobby with calming music ... very relaxing when I walked in. Helped me remember I was on vacation. Was travelling for a wedding so we were super busy but the hotel was a relaxing getaway.

Nice hotel close to food options and still within a less than 30 minute drive to University of Minnesota. Nice touch to have a few snacks and water and lemonade available for guests. Room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, quiet location.
My only drawback was I wish the bed to have been more comfortable.

This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.

I booked two nights and ended up needing to add a third due to a snowstorm that made roads un-drivable. They were extremely helpful extending my stay. Staff was friendly, the facility was clean and safe. The ice machine on my floor, my hairdryer and the treadmill needed fixing, but other than that, everything was excellent. Especially for the very reasonable price!
Chloe
The front desk staff was amazing! She was so helpful. The property was rather clean, but dated.

Room was great. Staff was great. Gym was disappointing. Treadmill was out of order. Elliptical was plugged in but would not turn on. TV remote didn't work so TV was stuck on an ad. Clock had wrong time. Lack of attention to detail.
Kathy
Rooms are starting to ahow some age, but were clean and comfortable.

The work out room equipment needs to be fixed or replaced - the tread mill did not work , the stationary bike handle bars broken and the recumbent was broken as well , the only that worked was the universal gym weights It is very cold there so the use of the exercise equipment is an essential to the hotel amenities
Julianna

Very comfortable and spacious room. Always clean. Friendly and responsible staff. Good breakfast selection. Free parking in a well lit lot, hotel is in a quiet, safe area of town. There are many shopping and dining options within just a 5 minute drive. We travel very frequently for work and this is the only hotel we will stay at.

The hot tub was nice. It was pet friendly. It was easy to hook up a USB to my laptop so we could watch movies on my Prime account. The breakfast was nice. Very clean and modern looking. I loved the extra touch of lemon water, lemonade and pretzels and goldfish snacks available for free at all hours.

Always satisfied with stay. We stay here very often while working in the area and have never been disappointed. Very comfortable, quiet stay at a very fair price. Something would have to change significantly for us to bring our business elsewhere. We have referred several people here, all of whom also had very good stays.
Sara
Great place to stay.

Didn't use the hot tub or anything the first night we came to check in clerk was very nice and helpful next day we stayed and we were putting our information in hotels.com and Brittany the clerk from the desk came up and said if we didn't have our information by 1:15 we had to leave went to store to load card she checked us out came back they said they could not find our reservation that we paid for so they said we had to leave I showed them my reservation that I paid couldn't find it then he finally found it because they put my last name first instead of my first name never apologized or anything very rude I told them I could go to another hotel and be treated a lot nicer than this one other than that everything was very nice except for the day clerk are very rude and don't appreciate the business that they're getting and treat the customers like we owe them or something
Sara
Clean, very comfortable, great staff, good location with easy parking and quiet area.
