The rooms were clean and service or. Maid service was definitely spotty— some days they came, some days they didn’t. Sometimes they came and made the beds and didn’t exchange towels (which I’d left in a pile in the bath/shower). The bathroom is a quirky layout, but definitely usable.
It says breakfast served until 11, but it definitely ends at 10:30.
Overall nice stay

Overall nice hotel, pretty sound proof rooms, smart tv was a huge plus, air conditioning was lovely, staff was also very pleasant especially the breakfast working staff! My only qualm really was the sheets really didn’t seem to be the cleanest- the duvet was only partially covered by the cover and the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress exposing the mattress pad that got wrinkled underneath which was covered in hair..
May
It was nice and quiet..staff were all helpful and everything was very clean
Steve
The bathroom is dim lighted, making it hard to put on makeup. The bath towels are thin and scratchy. The valance doesn’t pull down all the way so room wasn’t as dark as we like to sleep and in general, the hotel could use an update.
Yalemwork
Good hotel, ideal location.
Ashish
Friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds.
Gym cable machine has been broken for months. Hair dryer didn’t work in our room.

Pleasant stay. Quiet. Clean. A little dated in its design yet the main areas are inviting. Nice coffee and tea station. Welcoming staff. Quick check in and out process, even faster with the Marriot Bonvoy app. Room was clean, of good size, and provided for a quiet and good night's rest.
Some things could use a wipe-down, like the closet doors. But overall very clean. No concerns. Would stay here again. Cleaning staff was kind and attentive, too.

Great service
Eileen
Very clean all around, but we were disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t open for the third and fourth of July. We were exhausted and just wanted to eat there and then we had to go out.
Basim
The property needs maintenance and renovation. The bathrooms, curtains, beds, and lighting all need improvement.
Cheree
We did a quick one night stay here. The staff are REALLY nice and helpful. I would say two things stood out to me. This feels like it's in more of a business district so there weren't any restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance. The location felt very safe to me though and it's just a short drive to the shopping/restaurant area. The biggest reason I won't be returning again would be the laundry soap scent which was very strong. I get horrible migraines from certain scents and the smell of the sheets was just too much for me. There is also a strong smell of either air freshener or cleaning product as you walk into the lobby. Most people would never be bothered by this but if you are someone sensitive to smells, you may want to choose a different hotel.
Lynn
Everything was great except the hair dryer did not heat.
Leah
Was good
Joshua
Great Property and great staff. Expedia messed up my reservation, however the staff at the Sheraton were able to fix the issue and keep us in the same rooms that we originally had reserved.
Kaylee
The bartenders/servers at the restaurant were phenomenal specifically Aeden and Anderson, they went above and beyond! I absolutely loved the pool, restaurant and gym and I would recommend that hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
Danielle
Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was kind.
Senait
Very disappointing stay. The room was not cleaned when we requested housekeeping, and the bed sheets appeared unchanged. After ordering room service, the dirty dishes sat outside our door for over 12 hours, and dirty cups were left in the room. Poor housekeeping and service overall.
Janet
Very clean but a little to noisy
Jamie
Perfectly located for stops in Stillwater and St. Paul.
Bob
We were happy to find a room at the last minute when it turned out we needed one. Comfortable bed.
Michael
Eli at the front desk was professional, friendly and very helpful. Much appreciated. Room was cool, quiet and comfortable. Lovely walleye dinner with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. All around wonderful stay.
Mark
Advertised free parking then charged me for parking.
JACQUELINE
This hotel saved us from a god awful hotel we had booked prior. Staff was great, I booked it and within 20 minutes was in the lobby and they were ready for us and it was seamless. Staff was friendly, maid service was excellent. We even accidentally left some items out that should have been in the safe, but our room was cleaned up and nothing was taken. It was also very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was amazing. We were very happy with our stay.
Emily
Staff were helpful. Room was clean. We were disappointed to find that the hot tub was broken.
Michael
The upstairs lounge was great to meet and talk to friends and family
Stephen
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Deborah
Great breakfast; clean, comfortable rooms; warm staff.
David
My wife and I both told the staff about how comfortable the beds are.

Clark
Nice and clean.. will definitely come back to stay here.
Jean
I always have a great stay here and really enjoy the nice staff. This is more of a “grown-up” hotel; mostly adults though young people welcome, nice restaurant, good food, EASY parking. Good, quiet, clean rooms. Staff is very receptive and very nice. Room service very good and FAST! Food is fresh, good quality. Love the nice lobby. Rooms are good; fridge, streaming TV, nice bathrooms. Highly recommended. Great for personal time, working, business, or family time.
Heather
It was a nice stay
Tony
Clean room, nice atmosphere - the dark bathroom was my only complaint. It’s hard to put on makeup/do hair in the dark and there were no outlets near the only other mirror in the room.
Martin
The club Benifits not available on weekend. Not worth paying extra and not getting the Benifits
Doug
Great hotel. Great staff
Pam
Not bad, not great.
Pros= price, comfortable bed, nice pillows, felt clean, staff was very friendly.
Negatives= pool was tiny and only 5 ft deep, hot tub was drained and out of order,(huge bummer), large gap under the door between our room and the hallway meaning we could hear anyone walking by, small room, no view, and the biggest annoyance was the \"breakfast buffet\" cost $18/each and it was essentially what other hotels would provide as a free continental breakfast. Ala carte was expensive as well.
We didn't hate it, but I don't think we'd stay again.

Great Staff!

Super convenient having a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Ebony was an excellent waitress.

Great staff
Jeanne
I want to start with the good: The first staff member who greeted was fantastic. She was helpful and super nice. The bartender, Lisa, was also great. The man who works at the front desk was rather rude. The waitress who works breakfast was not great the first day and fabulous the second. She would not even acknowledge my adult children (who look like teenagers) until my husband joined them.
Next, I would like to express my disappointment with the Club level. What a waste! We have stayed here a couple of times. The refrigerator had always been stocked with water, juice, pop, yogurt & milk - even on the weekends when business travelers were not there. On prior stays there had always been snacks like muffins, dry cereal, granola bars, chips well stocked all weekend. There was no coffee or hot water all weekend. How much is it to ask for a carafe of hot water and coffee for us paying extra?
The refrigerator was empty with the exception of 2 diet pops. We had no snacks all weekend.
Ok - so it is Sunday through Thursday they say. Our Sunday stay had 5 granola bars & 5 bags of chips - WOW!!!
Ok - so breakfast is included on the weekends. The buffet was horrible. The potatoes were like baby sponges and the oatmeal was runny and gooey at the same time. I had to go get breakfast somewhere else after that.
Every time we go the perks are slimming down.
I never leave unfavorable reviews, but please do better.

Place was updated & clean. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable.
Marius
Great place to stay! Close to food and shopping.
Lisa
Overall, everything was immaculate. There were a few issues in our room, but they didn’t affect our stay. The reading lights on the bed didn’t work, and one was almost broken off. There was also water damage all the way down the wall by the window, which caused the wallpaper to be rippled. However, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the TV worked, and we felt safe and it was quiet. The staff was amazing! I witnessed a guest being awful to one of the staff members who worked the overnight shift. The staff member kept their cool and remained very professional. I, on the other hand, was ready to throw my sandal at the guest's head! I highly recommend staying here, and for all future trips to Minneapolis, this will be the place we stay.
Lisa

Bathroom lighting was very poor. Carpet has seen better days. very noisy at night with people going out & coming in the exit door. It was nice they accept pets.

Convenient location

Everything was good except for having personal trash cans inside the room. There was literally no place to put trash. And the hot tub was out of order. But overall everything else was good.
Jeanne
Everything smells amazing and is clean and comfortable.

Booked 2 rooms through orbitz. Arrived at 1130p and hotel only had a reservation for 1 room with one bed. I have confirmation for 2 rooms and orbitz charged me. Hotel said there was nothing they could do. Went across the street and over paid for 1 room with two beds so we had room for us. Never checked into sheraton. They admitted they were over booked. I want a full refund!

The hot tub was not working
Carrie
Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Air would not get cooler than 73 when it was 85 plus temp outside.

Quiet and clean
Dominic
Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 3:15 and were told the room wasn’t ready that housekeeping was behind 30-40 mins. It was 99° outside and there was no where to wait but the restaurant where the staff made us feel unwelcome to sit there. We went back to try again at 4:45 and were told it still wasn’t ready. We didn’t get into the room until after 5:15. This was for my husbands birthday. When we finally got to the room, there was supposed to be an amenity there and I had to call and track that down too. The air conditioner was cold and the bed was comfortable but the housekeeping staff needs to be addressed. We had to push back one set of plans and cancel another because of the 2 hour delay checking in. Not acceptable.
David Raphael
Great location. Could use more lighting in the bathroom. Very dark. Reasonably quiet. Don’t really understand the $. 100.00 damage deposit swing how they have the credit card you used. You have to wait 4 days to get that back on your CC.
Ernest
Good buffet and service in the restaurant.
William
Nice property, clean and in good shape.
Jennifer
Everyone and everything was great. The only negative was that our bathroom floor was sticky.
Robbie
For the price on a weekend day this was an amazing property and would definitely stay again.
Mason
Great place to stay and ample parking space for a trailer!
Naly
Comfort and will come back again.
Checking in was a breeze. The front staff was very welcoming and nice. My friend had an issue with their reservation and the front staff handled it well and helped her with her reservation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Since it's an older hotel, the walls were a bit thin so I could hear people and kids in the hallway but that's okay. Easy to find parking and breakfast was amazing. You do have to pay for breakfast if you didn't reserve it with your booking.
Nicolle
Liked: location and cleanliness. Dislike: pool area, hot tub out (for a long time now). Staff inflexible with late check out request…on a Monday and only asking for one hour
Verified traveler
While service at the bar was good, getting food out of the kitchen was very slow. Ditto at breakfast…the buffet is really the only choice.
Susan
Liked the room. Would prefer lighter blankets on the bed or at least a choice. I found the comforter much to heavy for me and there were no other options in the room such as a blanket. Liked the coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Thank you.
Kaitlynn
It was loud
Elliot
Overall, I think it's a really good property would definitely stay here again if I'm nit picking some caulking around the shower and the door in the bathroom should be seen by maintenance other than that. Everything was good..

Property is excellent highly recommend!
Jay
Really nice place. One thing that I don't like is when they clean the room during your stay they close the bathroom door and the heat doesn't get it there and there is nothing worse than a cold bathroom.
Tou
Hotel was good. Seemed to be in a newer development area so it’s pretty quiet. Check-In process and rooms were nice. I’d stay here again.
Jay

Wonderful!

Overall its a nice place. Overbooked the rooms I had reserved so I had to downgrade which I wasn't happy about. My room smelled like dirty laundry.
Todd
Stayed here many times and it always very clean.
Kim
It was a very comfortable, easy place to stay. Electric car chargers would make it even better.
