The refrigerator only had one level which was freeze everything. The breakfast was continental and did not even offer tea. The whole place had a smokey or musty smell to it. The staff was accommodating. The parking efficient. Overall, an okay place to lay your head, but don't look for any extras.

Very strong odor from chlorine as soon as you enter door to register. Pool is straight through another glass door. Continental Breakfast Very limited selections, e.g., mini chocolate chip muffins and donuts, only choice. I don't want chocolate for breakfast. English muffins or bread for toast, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal was stale, milk. Hard to regulate air conditioner. Would not stay again.

I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days. We were not given clean towels and again I had to bring our used towels to the front desk to get clean towels. Rooms were not cleaned at all during our 4 day stay. There looked to be homeless people that were under the influence that were staying there and one night we had a peeping tom. It appeared as though they went dumpster diving to furnish the rooms. One of our rooms had no bedside clock, and had no deadbolt lock. The bathroom sink had no hot water. The curtains didn’t completely cover the windows allowing space for the peeping Tom to look in. I would not recommend staying here!!

The entire place smelled like stale cigarettes. We didn't want to touch anything. Once we got in to our actual room it wasn't too terrible. Was able to sleep decent enough after a few cocktails but wouldn't stay here again. We wanted to swim but we wouldn't go in the pool after seeing the state of the rest of the location.

Only thing is when I was ready to watch tv the remote didn't work so I had to call staff to come fix the TV and replace the remote this was at bedtime so I was annoyed. No elevators in the building so I had to walk a flight of stairs bo happy. You have to get buzzed in to use the pool. Not a fan. But overall the cheapest hotel near the river is what matters to me.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is nothing fancy like you will find in downtown, however this hotel was perfect for our stay while our house was being remodeled. We had to extend our stay and we were able to do so without issue. We utilized the hot tub and swimming pool almost everyday we were there. We were close to many restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Staff was super rude. We tried to leave immediately but she wouldnt do a refund so we went up to the room. We felt unsafe and we stayed a total of 5 min. Before driving over to the comfort inn and stayed there. Now that was a beautiful hotel with wonderful employees

Had a strange guy playing loud inappropriate music in the pool room and when I asked about it staff said he's been drinking. When I suggested maybe he should be asked to leave, they said no he stays here a long time? Breakfast was also not impressive.

The bed is basically a cot. it rocks back and forth and clangs on a flimsy piece of sheet metal that is meant to cover the fact that the frame is a cot with springs. pay the extra 10 dollars to go across the street

I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded appliances, AND a broken lock. I paid for two nights and only stayed one night because I felt that unsafe. I wish I had the option to not even stay the one night as I woke up several times to the fear that someone was breaking in my room. When I tried to get a refund from the hotel I was denied and gaslit by the front desk.

Don’t risk your life here.

Easy check in. The room was nice and clean but it was very cold when we arrived. It was cold outside and the heat wasn't turned on so it took quite awhile to warm up. The heat had to be on constantly to keep the room warm. It did eventually warm up. Pretty basic cold breakfast which was ok. The room price was good which is important. We'll stay again.

We didn’t use the pool facilities because it was colder in that room than the rest of the hotel and the pool water was cold and hot tub was at best warm. There’s a junkyard of cars taking up the back of the parking lot so if you get there after 9p you’re hard pressed to find parking. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping at check in for our 2 day stay and we said no but they still came and knocked on the door anyway. Fine, but don’t bother asking if you’re not going to communicate it to staff. Rooms were ok but a little run down to the extent our curtain rod broke off and all the hooks came out of the track. The inside curtain itself was in shreds and stained. Fridge froze everything we put in it including some seltzers; we didn’t touch the control. Poor lighting all around the room; tried to iron wedding clothes and couldn’t see with where the board would fit and there was a plug in for the iron. Price was ok, but there are other many cheaper options nearby.

When we walked into the room, we smelled cat pee. The room was nice, but we could tell we were in a pet friendly.
The bathtub has as curved inside walls. My husband slipped and fell in the tub. He is fine, but it scared the life out of me.
The customer service was helpful and courteous.

It was a fine place to rest my head, but would recommend staying across the street instead.

Dirty and smelly rooms, stained bedding and matresses. Holes in the walls from past fists it looked like. We had no towel bar just the clips it would hang from, some outlets didn't work. They have people living there in some rooms. The halls smelled of weed. The parking lot had old vichicles and even boats and an RV in storage. Would NOT recomand ever staying here.

The air conditioning unit was very loud. We arrived back at the hotel one evening and there were no available parking spaces left in the lot. Our entry door looked like it had been at one time tried to be opened with something other than using the key card entry, which made us uneasy. One morning no coffee in the breakfast room area - had to leave premises to get coffee. Finally the light and fan in the bathroom didn’t work - had to finish showering with the door open to be able to see.

We chose this location to stay because we were in town for a wedding and basically only needed a place to change clothes and sleep - and it was the least expensive option.
The room itself had well-worn carpet and the sink area was dated. Other than that it was very clean and the toilet/tub area and bedroom area looked like it had been recently updated. Honestly if they updated the entry carpet and the stair/hallway carpet, it would freshen up the whole place. It appeared that someone was living in the parking lot, so that was a little creepy. The cost of the room was still $150 but relative to every other place in town this was a deal. Under the same circumstances I'd stay there again.

The price was right

The hotel was old, noticed the vents around the floor were dusty, and the paint job in the room was noticeably bad. However, that did not take away from the basic cleanliness of the room. Beds were very comfortable & clean, as was a majority of the hotel. It was pretty musty smelling in there. I would stay here again in spite of what I've shared as the price was right!.

Our check in was suppose to be at 3pm we went to our room and they were still in it cleaning. They said they needed another 20 minutes to finish cleaning our room. Once in the room it was half cleaned. There was stuck M&Ms on the floor and the room itself wasn’t the cleanest. They definitely rushed cleaning our room. The free breakfast wasn’t much either, toast and some bananas.

It was one of those hotels you go just to sleep. But you dont sleep under the blankets. Or take a shower. Or touch anything. There were handprints on the headboards so that was gross. Mold in the bathroom. But it was fine.
