On the positive end, the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The pillows on the other hand were small and not even standard size. The blinds need to be worked on. They let in too much light. The shower pressure is quite low and terrible when are are using the hot water. The sink doesn’t drain well at all.
Madison
Breakfast area was messy and one entire banquet warmer was empty both mornings for breakfast. Our room has multiple scuffs/pen marks on the walls everywhere but sheets and room itself seemed clean. Were flies floating in both the pool and hottub and you have to ask the front desk for pool towels which is somewhat inconvenient
Lakiel
Nice clean place to stay
Paul
Really great hotel, the worst part was just the things around the hotel wasn’t much but the hotel and room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, pool was great! Breakfast was a little eh not much options but overall a very good hotel! Would stay again!

Horrible staff but decent hotel if you have to stay… I would recommend others nearby though over here - much more friendly with same amenities and prices

We stay here each time we come up to Minneapolis area. It is super clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and well maintained. We stay about 4 times a year since 2021. We love it. It is convenient to the interstate and shopping and dining areas. The roads are good locally and the town of Woodbury is very nice. Highly recommend this place.
Kevin
The property was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
jessica
I would definitely stay again the hot tub was everything I needed! Properly clean and everything in between
Charles
Centrally located to major freeways, just a great experience…will be back in summer 2027!!!
Michael
Staff were good and helpful.
Pool area and hot tub were a major disappointment. Pool was way to cold for even kids to play in and Hot tub was closed due to extreme hot temperatures and none functioning jets. Was told on first night of stay that it would be corrected by next night but nothing was done except removal of closed signage leaving it open for people to step into and right back out due to extreme heat.
Elevator seems over due for maintenance with lots of strange noises and shaking.

Always have a good stay whenever I get a room here. The rooms are clean and comfortable
Melvin
Overall, our stay was fine; however, our room was not cleaned on the second day and we did not have towel service. We were able to get towels from the front desk.
See
Non bad odors. Amazing stay.
Ron
The room was clean, excellent staff and breakfast. The gym was nice though it had one inoperable treadmill
We used the laundry services that was nice. I'll book this hotel again in the future

Please get some new mattresses- they are old and lumpy. Next stay is at the Sheraton for me. I like you place but the beds suck
Ruben
Our stay was very affordable and we had a pleasant trip. The building was quiet and comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious for a family of 6. The included breakfast was a big plus! The location is in a nice convenient area.
laisha
Staff was so disrespectful to me
Troy and Dawn
Very clean rooms, good breakfast, nice hot tub… the total great experience.
Toni
Great location, fun pool. Rooms are always clean.
Julie Ann
The room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hot tub and breakfast were good. Comfort of beds was okay.
Angi
Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds but small pillows. Noisy AC. Ask for lot facing room to avoid street noise because it was loud. Front desk clerk was a sweetheart. Breakfast staff seemed stressed but the breakfast options were great including waffles. The lobby was bright and spacious. The pools were cold! Hot tub was nice. Unfortunately there was a group of 7 adults who ruined the pool experience. Extremely loud, vaping, cannon balling, splashing one another to the point of which I had never seen, running, shoving, rolling on the floor and blocking all the steps to pool and hot tub. Our grandson was not safe in the shallow end of the regular pool due to the rough housing. One of the adult males of this group had a baby in a large floaty in the hot tub for a long time. The kiddie pool was perfect for our grandson but for the fact it was COLD. Zero monitoring of the aquatic area made for a shocking experience with no exaggeration. It was also Memorial Day weekend so perhaps short staffed and in fairness, I would not have wanted to try and approach or correct these individuals as I would not have felt safe. Otherwise a very nice stay for a great price.
Duane
Pet friendly and good accommodations. Had awesome stay.
Cynthia
We had a five night stay and the staff was excellent and friendly. The morning breakfast was fantastic.....hot and fresh. The pool area was clean and the pool and spa were warm and clean all around. We will return in the future when we come up from FL to visit family and friends.
Christine
We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed here twice now, and will stay again in the future.
Kristen
It’s a beautiful hotel, but for some reason this time, I felt like our dbl Queen bed room was a lot smaller than before. Also, I don’t know if the management is new, but in the lobby, a couple times the complimentary coffee & water were completely empty & the trash can next to it was overflowing.
I also noticed the last stay that it seemed they had some trouble keeping the breakfast bar stocked & that coffee pot was also empty as well. It also seemed they were very late in cleaning up the breakfast area tables too -they were dirty & filled with food & grease past noon, when the breakfast ended at 9 am.

Due to family in the area we have stayed monthly and have more trips coming up. Our favorite place to stay
Ashley
The room was nice, the pool was nice, the hotel was clean, we had a great experience here. The kid pool was great for my child’s birthday.
Lauren
The staff were kind and welcoming and the breakfast was consistently good with a variety of options.
Jack
Property was nice. Rooms clean. Other guests were nice. Felt safe. But understaffed big time. Nobody ever at the front desk to help you. Tried to buy snacks from the store and couldn’t find anyone to help at front desk. Other people waiting too, all of the time… How is that okay!?
Amanda
Clean and well maintained. Easy to check in and check out.
Pamella
We stay there quite often. It's close to a variety of shopping and an easy commute into St Paul.
Brittney
Clean hotel, clean rooms and great staff! Pool area is nice.
Barbara
Breakfast selection has improved with more fresh fruit selections
Amber J

The hot tub was too hot and couldn’t get cooled down.
However, a young man from the desk spent lots of time and effort trying to fix the issue.
We were all very impressed by how hard he tried… even if it couldn’t be fixed til the next morning.
Excellent effort!!!

The breakfast was great!! My kid and my wife loved the waffles and sausage patty!!

Loved the care that the staff put into the hotel. Breakfast was different every morning, which was nice! Good coffee, clean rooms, soft towels!
Elizabeth

Michael
Would stay again
Angela
Very nice, clean hotel. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast served, a variety to select from.
Lynn
The pool area needs more tables. The hot tub was hot. However they ran out of pool towels, cause I had a big group tonight before.
Tenzin .
Hotel is clean & staffs are welcoming!! My kiddo enjoyed kid pool. Small request if you guys can hang wall clock in pool area in future that would be awesome !!Overall We really had great time.will come
Back again !!
Back again !!
Claire
Good accomodations but far from downtown if you don't have a car. Breakfast poor quality
Emily
My daughter loved the slide in the pool and the staff were so easy going and kind. They made it a great experience 10/10
Anne
Hotels.com losted the room as sleeps 5. We had 5 occupants staying, one which was elderly so I booked the room. We got there and there were 2 queen beds (as advertised) but no fold fown chair or couch or any other place for a 5th person to sleep. I asked at the front desk and they gave me a dirty rollout bed wirh no sheets, just 2 blankets and 2 pillows without pillow cases. Then they charged me for the rollaway bed per night. I was super disappointed because I could have book a 7 person suite for the same cost had I known the room I booked only slep 4.
Jodi
Quite room. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean also. The pool/spa/kiddie splash pool with slide. Very loud though when it is in operation. Breakfest was basic, but good today.
Daniel
Room was clean, comfortable bed. I will be back next time I am in town for business.
Benjamin
Clean rooms, staff was super attentive and friendly, but I would argue overworked for how busy this place is, pool was fantastic as was the huge hot tub. Breakfast good. Pet and kid friendly.
Thomas
Rooms are always nice and clean and it is in a nice area.
Scott
Great
Rebekah
The staff was friendly & the hotel was clean enough, but they ran really low on breakfast both mornings at only halfway through the time frame & our bathtub filled with water when we showered. Our toilet paper holder also was loose & couldn’t keep the roll on. Little things, but annoying. Not sure I’d try a La Quinta again.
Anthony
Clean room, nice hot tub.
Jennifer
The hotel was nice walking in and we had immediate service at the front desk. Parking was easy. The pool and hot tub was nice and the little tots play area was fun for the littles. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast tasted good and was fresh. BUT....
Our room was extremely cold, so we turned up the heat and it didn't work. The phone in our room didn't even have a cord attached, so we could not use it. Our toilet was clogged, so my husband had to go down to pick one up (we couldn't call) and they just sent it with him to the room without offering help (embarrassing). There was drops of something red on the side of the bathroom counter that looked like blood but not positive. My son found a pill of some sort at the end of one of the beds on the floor but so glad he found it and not the little one.

KENDRA
Love the little kiddy pool
Thomeka
Everything was great, room came with refrigerator and microwave. They even brought my baby a crib to sleep in! The breakfast choices were also great! Thank you LaQuinta by Wyndham
Andrea
We have stayed at this hotel more than once and hotel is always clean and staff is always friendly. Pool area is clean and warm and breakfast has many options.
Lindsay
Traveling as a solo woman can be tough. La Quinta may be the less expensive option (sometimes), this one in particular was very disappointing. My phone didn’t work in the room and no one could fix it. My door didn’t latch by itself because of the soft close door function. I asked for a refund and they gave me a hassle. Ugh, no thanks
Trisha
Very clean, friendly staff
Nancy
Breakfast could of been available sooner -
CHOUA
Breakfast was horrible, serving 6am-10am, and we arrived around 8am. There were only scrambled eggs and biscuit/toast sticks for hot food—no meat. Yogurt, fruits, a toaster, muffins, a waffle maker and individual packages of oatmeal—and that was really it for breakfast. The other side was drinks, juice, coffee, and milk. There was no employee checking on the food. We only enjoy the waffles.
Check in was easy, room was clean, pillows and beds was very soft not as firm. Hot tub water was very hot and jets were not as strong. Pool was good size for everyone that was there.

Pang
Great location, with nice decsent kid pool, friendly staff, and good rooms.
Madalyn
The room was in excellent condition, very clean and maintained well. The only complaint was the check in staff barely spoke, wasn’t very friendly, I’m not sure if he even greeted us. Seemed rushed and very unpersonal. The manger was right next to him talking while guests were being ignored and a line was forming she never once apologized for the wait or thanked anyone for their patience.
Lori
Check in was easy, room was clean, easy check out
Tamra
All was very good.
sherry
Staff was excellent and very helpful. Very beautiful hotel
Kristen
Spotless and really clean smelling rooms even with the pizza we had in it. Pool and huge hot tub, hours all day make it so much fun to be able to enjoy it at night and early in the morning! Definitely loved our stay!

Duane
The La Quinta Inn worked out great Thanks
Samantha
Room was clean, kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great, lots of options.
Cassandra
The pullout couch had stains all over the mattress cover. The bathroom had black hand smears down the whole wall. Room said set up for 5. Only had 3 bathroom towels. The clerk was efficient and checking in and out was a breeze. Breakfast your normal free style. Egg, waffles, muffin, yogurt.
Lehne
Perfect
Karen
Room was very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Would stay here again. Didn't use the pool or hot tub.
Krystal
Stayed here due to a winter storm and we loved it. My son loved the pool and we loved the room size and breakfast.
Susan
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and kind. The breakfast was pretty ordinary but adequate.
Kalab
Great over all
Josephine
They keep not refilling the coffee
Scott
There was no breakfast info in room so when we went down we were told it was over. Since it was a holiday there were very limited possibilities and required additional travel…. Very disappointed….
Tom
Location good, facility clean. Queen bed not the most comfortable - felt like it had a ridge through the middle. Variety at breakfast less than competition. 2 treadmills in exercise room, neither was working.
