I have not stayed in a hotel this rough in 15+ years. Whoever owns this place is just letting it slowly decay. My fridge looked like it was from the 90's and covered in dents. The \"stove top\" next to it looked like it could rival me in age (44th BD was the night of this stay). The bed springs made a shreak with any movement whatsoever. To top it off the bedding had this slight sticky feeling all over it. Possible overkill on detergent? I'm not sure what was the cause, but I ended up sleeping in sweats on top of the bedding. I slept for four hours, left, and am never looking back.

The front desk smelled like pot as soon as we walked in and in the hallways. Not clean in front area. Our bathroom door you couldn't close without forcing to close because of the kitchen counter in the way. Lamp on one side on/off button lose so had to keep off. Older hotel.

The room had not been cleaned and was given to us. Nothing was one the bed. I called front desk right away and the lady said she would bring it up. She left for her shift without telling the next worker. No one brought it up, I had to go down and ask for bed sheets. Water was cold, towels dirty, floor was dirty and garbage was not taken out.

Booked 2 nights - family graduation. Checked out after first night. Couldn’t get out fast enough

Rug - filthy. Black spots everywhere. Baseboard falling off wall. Bathroom was dark, multiple areas of mold and almost out of toilet paper. Called front desk - was told they would notify housekeeper in the morning !! In the morning ?????

No ice anywhere - told to go down the block to gas station !!!

I stayed here some years ago and this property was great. It’s really gone downhill since the last time I was there. The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains.

When we walked in one of the drapes was completely down and the window was open, (as in unlocked). Make sure you check that, especially if you’re on the ground floor. There are stains on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was no hot water in the morning and I ended up taking a cold shower. The TV didn’t work. The keys kept un-keying and I had to keep going up to the front desk to have them re-keyed. Overall, it just doesn’t look like they clean the rooms very well in between guests.

On the upside, the staff at the front desk were really friendly and always ready to help. When I asked if the drapes could be fixed, they did it right away.

It just looks like they don’t ever put any money into the property. It is cheap, but it should be cheaper for what it is. It was pretty bad. I don’t blame the staff at the front desk at all. However, I cannot recommend this property and won’t stay there again.

Room was not clean. The stove and the refrigerator had crusted food on them. The shelf in the closet was broken and hanging from the wall. The smoke detector was clearly not operational and was hanging from the ceiling only connected on one side. The bellman’s cart had flat tires. The bathroom had burn marks on the counter and caulk was peeling from the seams in the counter with crud crusted in the gaps.

The advertised breakfast was very poor. It was granola bars and a few pieces of fruit and instant oatmeal. Plus coffee.

While the room seemed clean there were glad type odor eliminators in the bathroom and above the Kitchen area. The smell was unpleasant, sickeningly sweet and I had to put then both in the cupboard to try to lessor the smell. Gave me a headache and left me with the impression they were trying to hide the lack of good cleaning.

This was my first stay in this chain and I don't plan on choosing it again.

I liked the hot oatmeal option with fresh fruit but coffee quality was sketch and the creamer pump did not work. No staff around to ask for help. For the price it was close and clean and safe.

Photos are really old as the rooms did not look this clean or bright. Hair dryers were removed from the rooms. Breakfast was bare bones continental, some fruit, granola bars and oatmeal packets. We had two rooms and they both had a slight smell to them. Our room had hairs (I assume from the cleaning staff) all over the bathroom. There were stains all over the bathroom walls, the sink was rusty and scratched up and the tub/shower faucets did not shut off.

The beds were comfortable and bedding was nice.

the room itself was fine. however, pretty much everything else just.. sucked. key cards constantly needing to be redone (stay was 2 weeks long and at one point we had to get them redone 3x in one day) which was blamed on us having it demagnetised by our cards/phones - which we’re both well aware of having used an extended stay for 6mths+ previously and are very careful of - by one employee at the front desk and on employees only re-validating them for only a day at a time instead of actually matching it up with their checkout date by another. the noise level is atrocious. i didn’t have a single night without hearing doors slamming, people stomping/running/banging on doors upstairs, people running in the hall outside of our room. well into quiet hours, non-stop.

Convenient and staff understands if an item is not as expected. The beds were quite small for double beds so my wife and I were cramped trying to sleep on one double bed, so we did not sleep well at all. Our daughter was sleeping in the other double bed. The bath seemed okay clean but not very shiny. But the price is good and adequate for persons that work in town during the week.

Not so good. When we got back from our concert we couldn’t get back into our room. The room keys were deactivated and when we got them reactivated the attendant was very rude. When we got back to the room our door would not open and was sealed shut and when we finally got in it was a concert from down below the whole night. There was a group of guys grilling and drinking beer and playing loud music from 12am until 740am when we left to return home. I understand it was the weekend but the attendant could have enforced noise ordinances for the rest of the tenants.

I booked a room around 1pm on 26 Jul. We needed to be at a friend’s house (surprise party) by 3:30 and were not able to check in before our event, so we had to wait until the event was over. Unfortunately, it was past midnight (was 2am). We tried to check in, but the person at the front desk told me they sold the room and added even if they had the room available, they would not be able to check us in since it was past the date of my reservation.

I showed her my email confirmation, the booking, and asked how could she sell the room if I already paid for it? She said again she couldn’t check me in since it was no longer the 26th, it was the 27th. (I have checked in at other hotels past midnight so I don’t understand the issue.) Anyway, she suggested I check out another extended stay down the street (not that she offered to call or anything). It was clear she wasn't really going to be helpful.

Since she could not check us in, I requested a refund. She asked if I booked directly through them or through a third party. If it’s a third party you need to take it up with them she said and walked away. It was about 2:15am by that time, NOT the time to be looking for another hotel room! This issue was not only extremely inconvenient, it could have potentially been dangerous to be out looking for other hotel accommodations at that time. I called my friend and we were able to sleep on the floor at their house.

Hotels.com was a horrible & miserable experience. Took our money.. gave us a confirmation number.. arrived at 2am and no rooms available. Then we had to spend 40 minutes on the phone trying to receive a refund which they said 8-10 business days but never received a confirmation email of their refund process.. we were left to figure out a new hotel on our own while they still had $194 of our money tied up. I booked a week in advance. I got a call the day-of check in stating they were full and did not have a room for us any more. When I phoned the hotel back to inquire, they said the manager said to disregard and there would be a room when we arrived. I notified of a late check-in potential of midnight. When we were given room keys, the door turned green but wouldn’t open. Eventually it did, and there were other occupants already in the room. I was not given a call from the manager to discuss.

Went because they had free breakfast. No shuttle service to/from nearest transportation makes for a 1hr 20min walk from the gold line. Showed up and was informed I had the last clean room because of staffing issues. Only 3 of 7 rooms required to fulfill reservations for the day got cleaned that day so 4 people had to get called after I showed up to be informed about not having a room. Despite their admission of being short staffed when I inquired about if they were hiring I was told no. Odd

Fast forward to the next morning, I wake up for breakfast and I'm told by the front desk it didn't show up today. I was eventually given a tiny frozen muffin and told to microwave it. Asked for a late check out and was given 1 hour even though they had at least 4 rooms from the previous day before they could start that days room.

I've stayed at Extended stay various locations 20 out of the last 30 days - this property is an embarrassment to the brand. First of all states free breakfast?? There is never even a dry muffin available - lucky if coffee is ever brewed- then the reason I stay is for the kitchen - I asked for utensils etc to cook a meal I had already purchased- the only items they had to offer were 2 butter knives - nothing else not even a kitchen towel - they ran out of toilet paper - I had to run to the store to have a roll in my room - my ladt dtay the first morning early - staff walked right into my room no knocking no nothing saying they thought it was a vacant room but I had judt been to the fromt desk to extend my stay, then the last 2 hours before checkout were ruined by a false fire alarm - u can wait at the front desk for sometime before being helped or seeing anyone- the second morning we were awakened by a knock on the door needing to do a room inspection?? For what ? I had stayed two nights and was checking out in an hour and a half - do inspections on those rooms staying a week or longer first then do the vacant rooms after checkout - service is terrible never any clean towels available - my stay was uncomfortable and felt as if staff were entering my room when I was gone ,- Again an embarrassment to the brand - will not stay here again and possibly not at an Extended stay property . Waste of my time n money

I booked my room a week in advance, everything was confirmed. The day of travelling to the hotel they called me and said they had no rooms for me, the man said he would call another hotel and see if they can accommodate me. After an hour he called me back and told me they made a mistake and they still have a room for me. We drove 13hrs to get there, once we arrived the front staff informed me they no longer have a room AGAIN. In my 47 years on this planet I don’t think I have ever encountered such incompetence from a hotel, I will never choose this chain of hotels ever again, very disappointed. They didn’t even try to make it right with a voucher or anything. Terrible customer service.

Sadly, they suffer a lack of proper security.

My stay wasn’t good after twice being forced out into the parking lot. 1st time late at night after a man showed up looking for a woman no longer at the hotel. He decided to pull the fire alarm & was outside roaming the grounds when police arrived.
The next day I’m put out in the parking lot again for the same fire alarm pull nonsense.

I booked the same day, hours in advance.
I got a confirmation number and everything.
I got there and this 16yr old brat swored at me because, in his words, he doesn't represent the business and he is not responsible for being overbooked and he doesn't take responsibility so I better foff.

No call in advance, no apologies, just swore words. Good job management!!!

What happened with my refund. I haven't received that yet. Am I to be swored again at?

Well we checked in and the man was very nice. We got to the room and it wasn’t even clean. It was actually cleaned because the maid service tip envelope was neatly placed in the counter but about a foot away was salt and like used hamburger on the counter it was disgusting. Property needs an update. Things seem old and used. Found microwave really dirty like someone put some food in and exploded and it wasnt cleaned. Glad we only stayed one night.
