Great stay, would do again!
Renee
Highly recommend and we will be back! We stayed two nights to celebrate our wedding and the rooftop hotel was absolutely incredible after a long day and night on our feet! We were surprised with a bottle of wine in our room and a note to congratulate us! We booked a suite and it was perfect for getting ready with tons of natural light!

Hotel, staff, and everything was really nice. Rooms are very modern but need to do something about AC being extremely loud, no black out curtains so we were up at 5 am. Loud trucks up and down the street early morning as well. Beds and pillows very average for a 5 star hotel. Needless to say we didn’t get a great sleep.
Doug
Room was ok looking but for the price, no closet, no iron, no rack for luggage. We were right by an exit door and it was ridiculously noisy with people using the stairwell and the elevator not working and the banging door. Sleep was not good. Air conditioning blew right on top of the bed, very uncomfortable. The bar, restaurant area is great. The hot water for tea in the morning was cold. Price is way too high. Feel ripped off a bit.
Joshua
Very nice property, room was clean and comfortable. Great bar and outside patio.
Christopher
Great staff. Fun place to stay.
Sonya
Beautiful hotel. A bit pricey for Stillwater though.
Aimee
The Hotel Crosby was awesome overall. However, it was weird there was no fridge in our room. Also weird there was no recycling cans since it’s mandatory in Stillwater.
Otherwise - super cool, decor is well executed, location is awesome and the bar is out of this world!

We hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law in the Hennessy suite. From the second we pulled up to the Crosby, all hands were on deck helping to bring all of our party supplies to the room. Greeted by staff and manager and personally escorted to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for the occasion, clean, spacious, comfortable, it was perfect. We had an amazing time at the Crosby and the Stillwater area.

I enjoyed my stay, my only comments would be to bring eye covers and ear plugs. The rooms are not sound proof - especially from hallway noise. And they do not have blackout curtains so light does comes thru - both street lights and early sunshine. I was there in June so it was particularity sunny. I sleep best in the dark. While the rooms are spacious, I think for the price they could offer full size water to guests, not the tiny ones.
Location is fabulous and the bar/restaraunt are as well.

The Crosby is well located next to the river in the center of the bars and restaurants. It looks new and is in good condition.
If you are a whiskey aficionado, you might want to make a special trip to Stillwater to taste the whiskies in its tapas and whiskey lounge.
On the other hand, if you are in Stillwater for work or as part of an extended road trip, you could consider other hotels in town. The Crosby does not have on-site breakfast or a gym. The rooms do not have a desk or table to sit at and work or eat. They do not have blackout curtains if you want a dark room after sunrise. They do not have a refrigerator or microwave.

Cozy, great lobby, food and bar are solid, rooftop pool is nice. Rooms are a little cold and austere, not the best beds, linens, standard modern bathrooms, but lacks character. But I like the lobby.
Brian
We were kept awake from 3 a.m. on by people walking around in the room above ours. If you stay here - we will never again - get a room on the top floor.

Keontay
Great staff and excellent hospitality, this is an A+ stay in Stillwater
Kelly
Wonderful Hotel! Very Comfortable and modern Bourbon style feel. I would recommend this spot. Great Location and close to everything.
Dawn
Staff were AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, I felt like we were royalty when my friend and I checked in….i loved the open air bar, it was a beautiful night and we really enjoyed the evening. Hot tub was , yes, a relaxing time! The only complaint 😬 was, the bed felt it was old and could feel some springs…otherwise lovely hotel.
Kathleen
Hotel Crosby has the most helpful, pleasant staff I have encountered in a very long time. Hats off to Tanya, our bartender for excellent service.
Sanna
We didn’t stay long enough. Will be back next year! Thank you
Jennifer
Beautiful room and amenities as always. Except wish there was a refrigerator in the room.
Nathan
Very cool building and great location but there no fridge in the room
Mirjana
I love this hotel, city and everything about Stillwater by river.
Raquel

The room was clean and spacious. I wish there would have been a closet. They did give us a bottle of wine for our anniversary.
sandra
Great!

Very nice rooftop sitting area and hot tub!
Matchstick restaurant with great reviews. Just wish they served breakfast-at least on the weekends.
Very good customer service by all staff!

Hotel Crosby was beautiful. Only downfall was the uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The mattresses were very thin and lumpy.

We had a great day in Stillwater. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We had lots of dining options and the room/property was perfect for the occasion. Thank you for the nice night!
Kobi
Beautiful, clean hotel with neat \"hangout\" spaces throughout, both inside and outside. Not great for sleeping as it seems to attract larger groups and you definitely can hear a lot of noise late into the evening. Also, the beds are a little hard and the rooms need room darkening shades, and the bathroom lighting is really poor. Great location and friendly staff.
Aleksandr
Hot tub
Jill
Property is well maintained & front desk was very friendly.
Only negative is the water in the shower was not very warm.

Great location. Nice rooms
Chelsea
Our stay was great. The only bummer was there wasn’t a little fridge in the room for us to put our water and leftovers in. Other than that, great stay and location!
Ryan
Great property
Jamie
No mini fridge. What hotel these days doesn't have a mini fridge?! Also no ice machine?! You have to ask for ice. For how much they charge to stay there they don't have the standard things even the cheapest hotels have.
Jolyt
Love it all beautiful bar and amazing hot tub. Beautiful rooms

Perfect overnight getaway! The roof top hot tub and patio are great. The restaurant is delicious and the restaurant manager was wonderful - so friendly and gave great recommendations. The handmade ice cream is amazing for dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Bethany
The hot tub was working but the jets were not (we booked here for the hot tub). It would be great to have refrigerators in the room, especially given the price point but enjoyed our stay overall.
Sam
Great facility and friendly & helpful staff!
MIKE
Very nice hotel. We need to come back when the weather is better and enjoy the hiking and biking trails.
Kevin
There was only one (dilapidated ) chair in a room two people ; no place to hang clothes ) toiletries were sparse and not great quality. Lighting was poor. The room was way overpriced to be lacking extras, such as makeup mirror, robes, good toiletries, etc….
Hannah
I was there for two nights and it was great
Carime
Fun for a girls weekend! Clean, friendly staff, great amenities (except we didnt have a mini fridge or microwave)!
Holly

Charles

Christy
The atmosphere was amazing. Such a fun place to stay.
Amanda
Beautiful hotel.
Rikki
Beautiful hotel but no refrigerator in our room. I had to ask for a bucket of ice, which the staff kindly got for us. Also...no hotel room phone? That was different. Otherwise, very cute. Very cool hot tub/rooftop deck.
Heidi
Rooftop hot tub was very nice.
Samantha
The staff was great and very attentive.
Amy
For $301 a night, the noise proofing at the door was poor and the drain plug didn't work. Also, a young group of hockey players were staying the same night, and while it isn't hotel management's ability to keep them in check the first time, it remained a problem well into the night. We'll be picking a different location for our next stay at Stillwater.
Jerry
It was okay!
Bethany
My staff, clean room, good amenities

Great staff!! Nice rooms but the \"mural\" in the bathroom has to go!
Jennifer
We had an excellent experience and looking forward to future stays. The staff was friendly, check in was smooth and they even somehow got a card and bottle of wine into our room during check in when they learned it was our anniversary. Beautiful hotel!
Lindsey
Lovely hotel and amazing staff. The roof top hot tub was ok. Needs more powerful jets.
Barbara

Great hotel
Tashi
Great stay
Laura
The service was top notch. The space is beautiful. One issues was the lack of blackout curtains- the darkening shades let a lot of light through. And the coffee in the room is awful. But overall a lovely place!
Maria
Bed was too firm and down pillows offered little to no neck support, unfortunately. Hot tub was nice!
Deborah L
Great ambience at the hotel. Cute decor, clean room, staff very friendly. Would recommend.
Kelsey
Hot tub was amazing, would definitely go back
Dallas
Took the night away at Hotel Crosby with my spouse. The staff was wonderful from checking in, to wait staff at the restaurant, to running ice up to the room. Beautiful rooftop hot tub and fire table area. We will definitely be back.
Deb
The staff at the front desk was amazing. ( Welcoming, Good Spirits, Smiles. Our Room was so Welcoming to. The minute we walked in. Very clean. The Weather Temp. Was 25 degrees outside and couldn’t miss the Hot tub on the top of the roof. And the sitting around the open Camp fire.
What an experience and Beautiful CHRISTMAS DAY to fully enjoy this visit to Crosby. We will BE Back. A Beautiful ⭐️ given to this place, employees, everyone. 😊

Natalie
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bathroom tiles are extremely slippery, and the sliding door to the bathroom is awful - zero privacy. You can hear everything, so it’s definitely more of a party-vibe hotel. On the plus side, the rooftop hot tub is great, and the bar and restaurant are excellent—wonderful bartenders and service.
maryam
Yes! The room was absolutely spotless. The shower and bathroom floors were absolutely immaculate which is a rare thing now days!
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet!
Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Fantastic stay. Fun ambience, decorated for the holidays, good restaurant downstairs.
Tim
The room and the staff was outstanding. 5 stars !!
Rodney
We were above the bar and the music was loud. They claim their hotel is for rest and relaxation. We did not get that. We were trying to relax in our room and couldn’t because the music was loud and annoying. They compensated us only by giving us late checkout (which we didn’t need)
John
Very helpful staff & the check in & out process was very smooth. The location is excellent & the hotel was top notch.
