This Property is an absolute dump. I checked into my room only to find it was filthy and the blinds are all broken.

I ask for another room after talking to the front desk. They didn’t have any. I tried to get my money back from the hotel but they said I had to call the manager.

Management of this hotel should be completely embarrassed to let people check into this place with a room as filthy as it was and with the blinds broken.

Do not stay here ever!

Toilet was dirty when I first arrived. My kitchenette was missing a drawer. The shower had mold in the door. The sound of the highway right outside my window mixed with people slamming the stairway door at all hours of the night, and no black out curtains made it hard to sleep. The receptionist was no where to be seen for the first 10 minutes I was trying to check in. She was seen later smoking cigarettes and talking with guests instead of being at the desk. I asked for pots and pans but was told most of them are too dirty to be used and I could “pick through them if I wanted”. The halls always smelled like cigarettes. The entrance was littered with cigarettes and empty beer cans. You get what you pay for when you stay here. I will not return

I loved it there! Only thing is i feel like it should say free morning snacks, not free breakfast just because the only thing for breakfast is coffee and granola bars, and small muffins. Other then that it actually was nice, i do wish for the price there would have been a pool tho😂

Just horrible, everyone has their own review but heres mines towel change you have to bring your old one to change for new ones, no house cleaning after I had already requested it. I was there Thursday-Sunday, breakfast was only dry muffin and coffee..bed sheets were dirty, floor had some red stains , bathroom door was broken and does not lock.. I asked to change room or get a discount they refused!!! No one was ever at the front desk to get help.

The staff was not present and there was no bell to announce your presence as a customer. Eventually he appeared and gave me a key. The place smelt of smoke. The room was nice and quaint and even had a stove. But later after inspection there was no remote + no hand soap. We had to get those at the front desk. Other than that the stay was fine. Except in the early morning I was picking up the room ready to check out and there was a WORM on one of the hotel towels. The breakfast was fine, but when I wanted to atleast get oatmeal there was no bowl/ item to even have it. The laundry was fine, expect that it was ridiculously expensive even when I had only had 2 pieces of clothes to wash’s

I did not like that the hallway’s carpets were filthy and smelled bad. The property outside was dirty, not maintained.
The room was pretty clean but the chair and cabinet for the kitchen were old and not cared for. On cover under the sink was missing.
The oatmeal was stale. The sugar was hard stuck on the package. No human being deserves that.
The gentleman that checked me in was cordial, sweet and good mannered. The lady this morning was kind and sweet as well.

In the cities for a hockey tournament and wanted somewhere close to the rink. Check in was fine but walking to the room smelt weed multiple times, elevator was filthy, beds were clean but the bathroom had super slow drains in The shower and sink, the exhaust fan was covered in dust, the TV only had one channel.
I found a different hotel for our ae one night.

The building itself isn’t secure. Anyone can enter the building and move throughout the hotel with no room key card. The room itself was good the bed was comfy and it was plenty of space . You can tell that the room was straighten up but not cleaned. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I wiped everything I would touch down and the surfaces were all dirty .

Our room had a strong smell of Indian food, which made my daughter vomit. We requested a new room, but none were available. Since our previous hotel reservation was canceled, we had no other place to go, so we had to endure this for two nights. Additionally, the room was filthy, with stains everywhere. The floors were sticky and the shower was dirty. Although the room comes with a fridge, stovetop, and microwave, they will not provide you with pots, pans, plates/bowls, and utensils even though it is advertised that they will. The stovetop doesn't work very well either. Walls are thin and you can hear the doors shutting throughout the night. \"Free breakfast\" was very underwhelming with three items to choose from and bad coffee.

When I got there I was told I couldn't check in because the internet wasn't working. I pointed out that I had a reservation and needed the room, and the clerk did get us into one. It was the wrong kind (two doubles insteadof the two queens that I'd reserved), but for the first night it was adequate, so I took it, thinking we could fix it the next day, when the rest of our party was to arrive and it then wouldn't be adequate. This did not work at all, because the internet was still down, and they never call me when itvwaa back, as Ihad requested. We ended up having to find another place to say, at the last minute, which was quite disruptive to our family visit. The one guy tried, which was nice, and he helped me get out of the second night, which was nice. There was supposed to be some kind of breakfast, but there was nothing--not even weak coffee.

Disgusting. Dust balls on tv, in corners on the ceiling. Floors were so sticky and covered with lint and dust. My husband had to do housekeeping’s job and wipe the floors with a wet washcloth to get rid of the stickiness. The faucet and shower head covered in rust and calcium. Bed sheets were stained, had what looked like blood on bed sheets. Bed were very uncomfortable. Cheap spring mattress. Loud guests talking and yelling in the hallway. We ran into another guest who was concerned because another guest( with his own room key) was able to enter his room. I wouldn’t complain but I paid too much to have these. Way overpriced.

This hotel was appalling. Our rooms were disgusting - paint chipping from the walls, we had to clean sticky sick off the floors with wet wipes when we arrived, there were used q-tips under the pillows and dried boogers smeared across the headboards. There was a party going on in the parking lot and everything reeked if pot - and one of the rooms next to us had a party that was still loudly going on when we left at 6am. We arrived after midnight after an 18 hour drive, so we couldn’t just leave and find other accommodations, but we all slept in our clothes on top of the beds because they were so nasty and left first thing after getting a couple hours sleep. I cannot impress enough how utterly terrible this place was.

The room and lobby were clean in appearance. Staff was friendly greeting you and they tried to take care of situations that were arising at the hotel. They have people drinking out in the parking lot with the staff when alerted taking care of it. The breakfast they had available for you was just wrapped muffins and granola bars. I wasn’t really impressed with that. I thought there would be a little bit more and there was no coffee available. The TV was not working in a room. There was a hook up missing and we tried to get it working, but it was late at night. The location was good and for a family that was looking to cook meals in in the room along with have their pets there it was a good deal. The mattress was OK, but I woke up in the morning with a backache from it.

From checking into the property the hotel smelled terribly of marijuana. Getting up to the room. We noticed that the bed had a blood stain on it underneath the sheets we asked management to get us another bed. It took them 3 hours and their solution in the end was to move us to another room for which was not much better. The bed in the new room had urine all over it. Overall this hotel was very dirty. It is in a decent location close to everything you need but for the price I would not rent here ever again.

IT WAS HORRIBLE. THE ROOM AND SHEETS WERE FILTHY AND STAINED, THERE WAS WHAT APPEARED TO BE DRY BLOOD ON THE WINDOW SHADE. THE ODOR WAS FOUL THERE WAS DIRT AND HAIR ALL OVER THE BATHROOM, FLOOR AND SHOWER. NOTHING WAS CLEAN. I REQUESTED A DIFFERENT ROOM OR AT LEAST SHEETS SO I COULD CHANGE THE BEDDING AND THE RUDE WORKER AT THE FRONT DESK SAID SHE COULDNT GET THEM BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING AND COULD NOT LEAVE THE DESK. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMENSELY. THIS IS THIRD BAD ROOM I HAVE HAD THROUGH HOTELS .COM AND WONT PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN. REALLY REALLY BAD.

My tv didn't work and no remote in my room. They gave me 1 remote that didn't go to the tv. Then the remote they did give me would not let me navigate the channels. I told two different clerks about it.

Also, they had a lobby full of people whose reservations had been canceled by the property. Someone else came down to complain that someone had been in their room and left food.

They put the breakfast away 7 minutes before the posted breakfast time was over.

I am rating this as less than 1.... i got in to the area after driving 6 hours to learn they were overbooked and did not have my room. The girl at the front desk was not compassionate and while she did call another extended stay to see if they had rooms which they did not. She never made eye contact with me and when i asked her to use the bathroom she said we with a chuckle \"well we dont have public restrooms\" so i said it again and she let me in. The bathroom was dirty and she was rude. Luckily i found another hotel nearby at la quinta and they were kind and we stayed there. But no help to expedia or extended stay. Also they said i wouldn't be charged and i have a charge for one night stay that i am disputing. Awful awful awful experience

I strongly recommend NOT to book this hotel. We had a reservation for a two queen bed room. We reached the hotel late in the night and were told that they overbooked and thus they do not have the room for us. They mentioned they have 2 rooms with single beds available but they were not ready to accommodate us with the same booking.
We were asked to create a new booking if we want these rooms. Also, these bookings need to be made online as they were not ready to book at the front desk. When asled why, the front desk lady gave a look and mentioned that she would book but will apply the highest premium rate and will also charge an early checkin fee.
We had a terrible experience as we did not have the place to stay and it was middle of the night. We ended up going to another hotel and fortunately the staff there was a lot more accommodating.
Due to the issues with overbooking, lack of communication and terrible staff, i highly suggest to NOT consider this hotel.

Horrible! Run! Disgusting! Cockroaches!

Do not stay here!. Worse experience of all time!. I normally do not write reviews but this one was a must!. First of all they messed up my reservations despite showing them my itinerary and as soon as we finally got to our room.. there were cockroaches everywhere, the floor was dirty the cabinet was missing a drawer and the tub and toilet did not look clean.. we walked right back out and didn’t even stay.. I returned the keys the next day, didn’t even ask for a refund and all I asked for was a check out confirmation which I was refused, I asked for the manager after I was repeatedly told they dont do print out confirmations, I asked to speak to the hotel manager and she was easily able to just print it out but only to find that they charged me twice for 2 rms for what they are calling late check out fee when I was in fact checking out (early). I assume this is why they wouldn’t give me a print out in the first place.. the police was called and I had to make a report of the incident.. Now tell me why they think they have the right to charge me for checking out early and calling it a late check out fee!. If I could I would rate this hotel a 0. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel ever!. This is beyond injustice!

Reservation doesn't mean it is Guaranteed.

My team arrived to stay and were turned away. One room was able to check-in the other was not, causing roughly $1,000 more in travel expenses. They were not helpful in finding us a new location to stay. They simply oversold rooms during one of the town's biggest music festivals causing us to scramble after days of travel. Unprofessional staff, terrible hospitality, would not recommend this place as no reservation is a guarantee with them!

The pictures do not do the place justice. The floors were greasy, there was soap scum covering the bathroom fixtures. The shower was spongy feeling, like you could fall through. The keyless entry cards didn’t work the second night. The lobby was dark on entering.

We reserved a room with two beds for three of us in my family. When we arrived, we were told that they had a room for us with only one bed. As Jerry Seinfeld says, they know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to hold the reservation; and that's really the most important part of the reservation.

The property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Being located next to the interstate traffic noise was an issue at night making it difficult to sleep. The room was as expected for an extended stay facility--fridge,microwave, and cooktop. Shower was good size and had ample hot water. Breakfast was a big letdown. Coffee was the only drink offered--no hot water for oatmeal. Otherwise there was mini muffins { 2 } and hard granola bars available--nothing else. No fruit--donuts--not even dry cereal. We were very disappointed. Upon arrival, the entrance door would not pass accessibility standards. It was a pull open glass door and barely fit our stroller. The elevator felt outdated and once we got to our floor, the hallway smelled like an old smokey apartment floor. As soon as we entered our room, we opened the bathroom only to see cockroaches in the toilet, run down the sink drain and the shower drain. The floor did not look like it had been swept or mopped in a whike. There was a bunch of Target and Walmart bags stuffed into the drawers. We quickly checked out unfortunately. It was very disappointing as it was late and we had driven a long ways only to have to find a new lodging place with our infant.

When we arrived the window was open and water on the floor as it was raining. Floor was quite dirty. Service from the front desk was minimal. When we arrived, gentleman was assisting g a group of 4 with getting them extra bedding and towels. Waited almost 15 minutes to get checked in. Upon check out, waited at counter for 5 minutes and no one ever showed up. We played the room keys down and walked out.

The lobby was dirty. Front desk agent didn't know what he was doing. Didn't seem safe. They didn't have a room I reserved. No problem. I went down the street to Comfort Inn. Much better.

Blood in walls pubic hair everywhere roaches fridge didn’t work keys didn’t work staff was RUDE AND I SLEPT IN MY CAR NOT AT THE HOTEL then you charged my card and 2 weeks later 3 hours on the phone I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND

Front entrance not marked.
The entire place wreaks of cigarette smell & filth! Room was loud...main highway right outside window. People playing loud music.
