Amazing stay. There was construction and a bit of a detour but not a huge issue. The cleanliness made up for everything. Amazing stay, I’d highly consider staying here again & recommend it to family n friends.
Stephanie
I would stay at this place again. It was clean, the hot tub was relaxing, and breakfast went to 9am. Which is nice if you are not a early riser.
Wanda
Breakfast was plentiful and great variety.
Charlene
The room was comfortable and clean, warm breakfast is always a bonus. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We stay here every couple years when in town and it's always a positive experience.
Melissa
The air conditioning did not work. The staff attempted to fix it and gave us a fan. There were no other rooms available to move to.
Shelby
The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!
Emma
Continental breakfast was good, price was good, hot tub was good
Donald
Spacious, clean, modern room. Breakfast was typical; in-room coffee actually was tasty. Sink was slow to drain. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Convenient location.
Jeffrey
The hotel was slightly difficult to get to because of all the road construction. The room and inside common areas were clean. Breakfast was average. Parking was $15 a day in a lot secured by a gate with an access code. With the exception of the bartender at the lounge, the staff seemed indifferent. The outside patio was nice except for the tweaker who was there often.
Michelle
Housekeeping is only available if requested each day, prior to 9 AM.
Coffee/hot tea is only available during breakfast hours.
Breakfast bar ran out of plates and napkins nearly every morning.
Breakfast tables were not kept wiped down regularly.
Walls are thin. It was easy to hear our neighbors, even though they weren’t being noisy.

Hot tub was great! Breakfast was okay for short stay. Nice helpful staff. Quiet. Safe. Clean. Location to Everything we wanted to do was perfect! Only thing I had an issue with was the bed sucked. Everything else was fine for me. Traveled as a couple. Nice get away.
Jennifer
Front desk staff was amazing, helpful & very pleasant!

The room had minor damage in the bathroom. The breakfast staff did not replenish the items as needed so a few items were unavailable.
Heather
We bought a swimming suit for my granddaughter. The store failed to take the magnetic tag off. I went to the front desk to see if she had any ideas. She was very helpful and in the end called maintenance who then came and got the tag off. Above and beyond. Really appreciated it.
Elizabeth
Breakfast had great variety eggs sausage juice milk muffins cereal and oatmeal tables did not get wiped down but found one not used
Seth
The room temperature was set to 70 a little warm for me when sleeping. Also the toilet seemed to be leaking from underneath.
Leigh-Ann
It was great. Breakfast was average, but overall great experience.
Heather
The staff was above and beyond at the front desk and the shuttle driver was amazing! Wonderful breakfast options. Clean pool with a great hot tub, actually hot and good jets. Our room was clean and quiet. Parking was in secured area and seemed safer than other places I have been. Only slight complaint- no draft beer at the bar, decent canned/bottled selection though.
Carter
Solid overall
Caroline
The staff was amazing. It was an intense weekend with Lady Gaga in town. The staff was stretched to their limits but treated us so well.
Rosalie
The staff was super friendly
Liam
This is always my go-to hotel when staying in St. Paul. The hotel is always clean. The staff is friendly. They have a shuttle service if you’re going to concerts at Grand Casino Arena. It’s in a great location. The hotel is nice and quiet. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and has good food. I also enjoy that they have snack items for purchase at the front desk area. Overall, it’s my favorite hotel and I always enjoy my stay.
Nathan
Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient to go to the concert and the shuttle was a perk. Room was clean. Small shower. Good WiFi.
Heather
The rooms and common spaces were very neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was always available, friendly and helpful. We had a great stay! Food was also very good. We ate breakfast the two mornings that were there and also dinner in the restaurant. My daughter and I had both had the wings and the BBQ sauce was delicious and so were the fries!
Marie
We had a great stay and the staff was wonderful ! A special shout out to Jamie at the front desk. She was very helpful and kind !!
Randall
Breakfast was not warm and lacked taste
Brenda
Excellent experience. Shuttle was great!
Thomas
Very nice, quiet, room and friendly staff
Diana
Clean room and good breakfast. The bar/restaurant was having a tough night due to event in area so service was not great but staff was working hard. Batteries in tv remote were dead and I had a new remote delivered to my room within minutes.
Alisha
Other than the pool being closed for reservation, we had a great stay. The shuttle to the Wild game was extremely convenient. Staff was very friendly and would definitely stay here again.
Claudia
We enjoyed our stay very much! Only complaint I would have would be the A/C wasn’t working in the room properly. But breakfast was great and the front desk staff and the shuttle bus driver were amazing and so friendly. I will definitely be staying there again.
Deb
Every thing was perfect
Kelby
Room had a pizza box in the fridge and shower still had beard shavings in it. People were great no issues with anything else.
Dave
Spa out of service
Johnathan
good breakfast

Rooms cleaned every 3 days. Most hotels do 2. It was a known busy weekend in the community, and the hot tub was drained for “maintenance” (was informed that it was drained for a few weeks for painting).
Upon booking, I was told that the shuttle would be available for all tournament days. Upon arrival, we were informed that the shuttle would not be running for the first day of the tournament.
The toilet was not properly sealed in our room, and leaked.
We were very happy with our stay last year, and booked a 2nd year. This time was a let down.

Everything was great except morning breakfast could use a little more help during tournament time. The shuttle ended at 6 when the event lasted until 6:30 so we had to walk back to the hotel.
Samantha
Nice hotel. Good location and it was nice to have a shuttle. Hot tub was broke and breakfast items stretched thin. Employees very nice and helpful.
John
Staff was great, facilities were in disrepair
Kayla
Shay and Mimi were amazing, as when we checked in, our room had some issues. These 2 people were amazing, and helped used right away, and got us into rooms that were clean, and ready to go.

Courteous staff! Super helpful!see really enjoyed our room! We liked our experience so much the first night we extended our stay for a second! The free breakfast buffet overall is very good. Lots of variety lots of choices! It was pretty good. There were only two things that disappointed us. One the overnight desk attendants Terrence, was very rude to me on two separate occasions one was in relationship to needing a new set of bedding we were promised when we got back we could grab a set of fresh when we asked Terrence he have gfc c

Our room wasn't ready until after 430pm and so we were going to go to the restaurant to eat/drink but that didn't open until 5pm. We ended up leaving and going someone where else to eat/drink. We also had kids that wanted to be in the pool but had to come with us. I had to leave early on Sunday morning and wanted to grab breakfast but it didn't open until 7am. Maybe have at least some coffee in the lobby for people who need to be up and out early.

Robin
All of the above, plus the shuttle to and from the Wild game was excellent. What a great service that you provided
ROBERT
The hotel was very clean and the staff was quite friendly and polite! This is an older hotel and it's showing it's age. But the building is still very well maintained. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in St. Paul!
Cameron
Very welcoming staff and helpful. The shuttle to Wild games is huge, should be advertised, many people look for that. Great food in the bar area and good selection for breakfast.

The room had no AC available but was 72 plus degrees with window open and shower head was around 4 1/2 feet high.
Eric
Breakfast buffet was great and it is a good central location.
Melissa
No one at the front desk at night. We waited for 40 mins for a shuttle to get back to the hotel and they said were going to have two going every 15 min, but no one at the front desk to answer calls and letting us know what was happening. I sat there with my daughter waiting. At least could have someone let us know.
Ann
Checkin was easy. The rooms were clean and tidy.
Jessica
This hotel was booked in emergent need because the other hotel we booked at gave us room keys for a room that was occupied, and there was a man in there - it freaked us out! And I found a new place to go…. Enter this Radisson. The room doors are incredibly loud, and cause the entire room to ‘rumble’ when open or closing. We also had something ‘odd’ going on in the room next to ours, activity all. Night. Long. Seemed like they were re-arranging furniture and swinging from the curtains. I called front desk. Nothing changed
Thought, ok - will go relax in hot tub; NOPE it’s shut down, you don’t have that advertised on your website. Very disappointing! Just add that to the annoyingly loud n’bors …. it wasn’t the best hotel stay I’ve had. Extra disappointing this was on the heels of an escape from the Choice Hotel previously booked.

The air conditioning was broken. Our rooms were like saunas. There was a construction project that went all night next to the hotel. We got no sleep.
Brianna
I know this place cannot control surrounding activities but there was construction going on at midnight until I finally fell asleep at 3am!!! Unknown after because I fell asleep finally. I was annoyed greatly because it was a big loud hammer drill sound outside.
The “buffet” was eh. Sausage links, eggs, cereal, and waffles. Unfortunately during events I just think this hotel finds it hard to keep up with demand because we went to the buffet at 8:30am and it was all cold and picked over with no eggs left. They could have been cooking more but being on top of that would have been nice. The facility is CLEAN! AND WELCOMING!! The staff were amazing!!!!
I wish parking was included but it is an extra $15!!! Cheaper than parking down the street at events but kind of sad when you are already a guests paying to stay. The shuttle to the events was 100% worth the stay itself. We went for the Jonas Brothers concert and Courtney the employee was amazing!!! Super kind and on top of things! Well deserved recognition to Courtney! He drove us to the place but on the way back this hotel has ONE shuttle. Now imagine 50+ hotel guests waiting for this one shuttle bus that can hold only 11 people… we stood for hours in the cold in line waiting. The hotel was only blocks away which is a plus but across busy roads making it less enjoyable to want to walk at almost midnight. So we didn’t walk we waited. Rooms were stocked well with great toiletries and extras! Hopefully constructions done soon:)
