Everything was great but there was no makeup mirror and we could not find the switch for the bedside lights! Thanks!

Kiley
Awesome!
Ashley
Bathroom wasn’t cleaned that well, however the bed was clean, staff was very friendly, and was close to multiple locations.
James
We just stayed one night, didn't check out pool/hot tub. Everything we saw was clean and in good condition, staff friendly, beds decent. We feel they could have offered complimentary black coffee and cream/sugar options, like most other hotels do, in the lobby. The hubs had to pay over $3 per cup, and it was just okay. I couldn't drink mine because there was no palatable cream/sugar.
Lee
Good as usual
Ryan
Everything was great from valet parking to quick and easy check in. All staff very nice rooms very clean and comfortable. Very convenient location for attending a wild game
Carli
Starbucks breakfast is not my jam……
Robert
Hdmi was unplugged from tv, heater was turned to ac and set at 56 in the winter time. Evidently there is no room checklist to ensure room is appropriate for next guest.
Andrea
Always stay here for wild games. Staff great. Very convenient.

We found rodent droppings on the dresser upon awakening. They denied having a problem and when I asked for a refund or a discount they gave us a $10 gift card toward breakfast.
Sheena
We were disappointed the pool was freezing cold, but other than that our stay was amazing! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, valet parking was also courteous and fast. It was overall a nice night away.
Rebecca

Staff were all super welcoming and helpful.
Hayley
Great place to stay next to the excel
Brad
Good for Xcel events
Hotel was nice. Wasn’t a fan of Valet being the only parking option and then being charged $35 extra a night for it. Great place if you’re at the Xcel for an event. St Paul however is not what it once was so don’t leave the block to the North, gets sketchy fast.
Abiagil
Amazing staff, so nice. Accessible driveway and valet.
Maria
Meh.. 3 stars? Probably 2 in reality.
One desk clerk out of 5 was pretty rude and snarky... The other staff was fine. The room was decent, only one desk and one nightstand for 2 beds, no other tables. Inconvenient in that way, but still decent. Broken light shade for bedside lamp/sconce. Incredibly loud doors to close, unavoidable. Only free coffee is in room, and breakfast is pricey.
Tonya
Everything was perfect! All of the staff was great, and our room was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!
Kelly
A continental breakfast would be nice. Free coffee and danishes is all I’m asking for.
Kristin
Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.
Crystal
My stay was good I appreciate the ease of checking in and staff knowledge. My only issue was the television wasn’t working properly and by the time it was fixed it served no purpose due to time.
Charles
Good location to the downtown area. Clean

Close to Excel energy! Could'nt be a better spot!

Nice place .. I’d book here again
Mariana
Super clean and nice! Unfortunately I can hear literally every car noise at all hours of the day and night from my room. I was on the 4th floor. They changed me to the 5th floor, facing a different direction, but no luck. No sleep for 2 nights, tossed and turned all night due to loud cars racing, ambulances and police sirens. Bummer as it’s a nice hotel :/
Kelly
Rooms were very clean and spacious. This was such a great location for us. We were going to a concert at the palace theatre. We had 3 kids with and it was with in walking distance of the theatre as well as the children’s museum and the science museum. Restaurants are mostly up scale in this area so finding something for lunch with kids was a little tough. Most places were expensive. Cosettas was our FAVORITE place to visit and also within walking distance.

Great location
Everything was great. We stay as a group for the dental convention. We stayed here last year as well. Love the location and restaurants attached. Will definitely stay again.

Great Stay
Very clean, very comfortable beds. Only complaint we had was not a working bathroom fan and we needed the front desk help with streaming service stopped working out of nowhere. Beautiful stay and it was the absolute perfect stay for the show we went to at Xcel Energy Center.
shelby
Great location! Fun to have drinks and snacks there before the game
