Listen…. Let me tell you about Stacy…. He immediately was friendly and so interested in our visit to Saint Paul. I can’t even express how much of a highlight the staff of this hotel became. Audrey- also very rad, loved my kids right off the bat. The overnight security guy asking questions about bagpipes, the morning desk lady- spectacular, so excited to celebrate when we got back. The maid staff- so kind and attentive- calling elevators, smiling broadly. What a stay!
PEGGY
Room was clean and fresh. Staff was polite and helpful.
Randall
Staff was super helpful connecting multiple reservations and liked the extended pool/hot tub hours. Would love 'jets' in the hot tub vs loud bubbling water - better for more relaxation and therapeutic benefits
Rachel
Hotel is in the perfect location for St. Paul's big events. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that doesn't face Grand Casino because it can get loud at night. The beds are very comfy and the staff was a delight.
Dana
Our room was right above a downstairs bar and restaurant with loud yelling and singing that persisted until 2am. Was terrible
Theresa
I always stay here when I come to St. Paul for an event! Whether it is for the Wild, a concert, or to see a Broadway show at the Ordway. They never disappoint! Plus, it's right down the street from Cossetta's...

Rooms were clean, check in was great the gentleman who checked us in provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the city and local events. I would give my experience 5 stars but there were 2 staff members that weren't nice. There was a manager who was yelling at a staff member and he didn't notice us standing there and stopped immediately when he did. Upon check out, the young lady at the front desk never acknowledged us and continued talking on the phone while checking us out.
Daniel
Clean room and helpful staff.
Breanne
Staff was so wonderful and helpful! I enjoyed everything about my stay but the staff is what will bring me back for sure, each day they were so accommodating and friendly and resourceful :)
Leslie
Since when do the housekeepers knock on the door at 8am asking if we have left? We had placed the do not disturb on the door. It is absolutely disrespectful to be knocking and trying to come in way before check out time
Andrew
Resturant was great.
Suzanne
It was so close to the venue it was great
Cassandra
The for the most part was ok except for construction in front and the parking could be better!!
Heidi
Room was fine, bathroom door didn’t lock. Nothing fancy, but nice location if you’re going to the Grand Casino venue for something.
Nicolle
Stacy at the front desk was very friendly!
Christine
The lobby area and check in were way too close to the elevators. During peak times, it was horrible to maneuver around and especially with my daughter in a wheelchair. For those of us that at one point wanted to take the stairs just to get to our rooms, we couldn’t find the stairs which was worrisome for the event of a fire or emergency.
Jared
Great location. Nice hotel. Bus stops right out front that takes you directly to the airport.
HEATHER
Great hotel always. Staff is always very nice and helpful. Rooms are always nice as well. Love their dove products for bathroom amenities that was a nice touch. Made my hair feel nice with the shampoo and conditioner.
Mary
I was on a non-smoking floor and clearly someone or certain rooms were smoking marijuana. Could smell it clear down the hall. I think it needs to be policed better. The bar was amazing.. loved the wild west saloon
Joneesha
I loved this and we get a free meal with the kids
Brenda
how clean and polite
Nick
Hotel is in prime location with bar/restaurant on-site. Hotel has modern touches but could use a good cleaning
ELENA
Great location for the concert at the Grand Casino Arena - easy walk across the street and safe return to our room. Having Wild Bills restaurant attached to the hotel really helped when arriving after a long day of flying. Quickly ordered takeout and returned to the room to eat in comfort plus having a microwave and refrigerator in the room made it easy to eat leftovers the next day.
Only negative thing was the slow drain of the toilet and slow water flow from the bathroom sink made it a little concerning. But, the front desk was eager to help when I called down for help. Great customer service!

Clean, helpful staff.
Barbara
All was good. Nothing was an issue. Ice convenience place to stay
Lisa
I loved the convenience to several eating establishments in walking distance. The food at Wild Bills was also good but they could use some additional wines on their wine list. Staff was professional & friendly!
Wei-Li
Run down hotel and unclean upon arrival with human hair in sink. Notified front desk but didn’t care. Phone in room didn’t work and staff just didn’t care
Luis
Location is nice, in the middle of everything. You have to pay for parking. They also have a Grill / Bar on site.
Andrew

Pleasant stay! Great and helpful staff! Clean amenities.
Connie
This was an excellent location to everything we did! At least within 20-30 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! So much, that I didn't want to leave to do what I came there to do!
Thanks to Joe at the front desk for the great hospitality!!
Thanks to Joe at the front desk for the great hospitality!!
Brad
Decent hotel for the price. Parking is a premium at 21 plus tax. 3 days was 70 bucks extra so keep that in mind. Attached restaurant was good. It's a loud location.
Tom
I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.
Justin
Joe at the front desk was awesome. Super kind and very helpful. The location of the property was perfect.

Clean rooms, clean lobby and easy access to Grand Casino Arena and many dining establishments. Loved that the parking garage was locked at all hours so you had to have a parking pass to get in.

Clean comfortable rooms
Sticker shock is PAYING to park. $21per day they charged.
No free breakfast either
Great convenient location

Easy public transport from center to airport.
Brittany
Check in went super smooth! The sign for where to turn in wasn’t super obvious but the rest of the process and stay were 10/10 would 100% come back and stay at this hotel, staff was always friendly and helpful!
Adrean
The property was great. The staff we encountered was rude though. Me and a friend stayed here while visiting my sister and I don't stay at hotels very often but the guy that helped us check in was rude and at the end was making gestures as we walked away. I wish there were people behind us watching him. He was ridiculous. It was bad enough we were in an area we were not familiar with and then had this guy. I wish I knew his name so I could add it.
Sheree
We (2 people) stayed for 2 nights. The bathroom had only 3 towels, and there were zero towel racks so towels stayed wet. Housekeeping did not come to the room at all. Towels stayed damp, toilet paper not replaced, etc. For the price, these services should be standard.
Frederick T.
Right across the intersection from the Arena!!! The only slight problem was that breakfast is in the onsite restaurant, rather than a free buffet.
Juan
Was convenient across from the arena
Matt
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Fitness center was small but well stocked.
Ami
My favorite place to stay, the beds are amazing
stephanie
Excellent! Clean, great location, friendly and good food.
Barry
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would stay here again
Carli
Only came here to sleep which was fine!!!!!
Samuel
The entire Staff was outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none.
Andrew
Fire alarm panel was beeping in the lobby with multiple detectors in trouble mode. Not a great look.
Chris
The property was OK. It seemed old and not up-to-date. It was fair. Food was good. Staff was OK. Room’s definitely need updated.
Daniel
The best part of this hotel is the location. It's directly across from the Grand Casino Arena. Its a perfect place to stay for events. The pool area is small but the hot tub is nice and hot. The restaurant/bar on site is really good and a very fun atmosphere to hang out in (especially after a wild game!). All the staff we encountered was helpful and kind!
Janina
The rooms were clean; however, the standard room with 2 queen beds was small. We were glad it was only for one night. Staff were friendly. The elevator was extremely slow. We had to pay extra for parking in the garage - as high as the host for the room was. It could've been included with parking cost. Great location for seeing a concert at Grand Casino Arena but wouldn't pick to stay there for any other time. Breakfast was mediocre.
Nicole
The room was clean other than it looked like they didn’t completely finish with it. But I would definitely stay there again
cheri
Very nice property with clean room, fabulous hot tub and friendly staff
Laurenda
It is a nice hotel. Does not have a continental breakfast because it has a bar attached to it and restaurant
Rebecca
Great location and very convenient to have a restaurant on site. The kids loved the pool and it was clean and well maintained.
Samantha
It would have been 5 stars the only thing I could say is that the stairs don't allow you to go down from the higher floors cause it doesn't go to the lobby and to go outside and It's a fire alarm door. so with vertigo I had, I had to use the elevator even though it made the vetigo worse
Brad
Everything was great but I know the hotel doesn’t own the parking garage but our car got broken into on our last day in broad daylight. So don’t have anything in your car.
Matt
Was just what I was looking for. A few minute walk to the River Centre. Needs were really comfy and the shower was great
Justice
Employees were amazing and super nice! Quick check-in and convenient parking!
Clean rooms and comfy beds!
Felt very safe!
Only issues were the bathtub not draining fast enough and the toilet had some problems.

Kayla
I liked the cleanliness, address (as in, close to places we wanted to go) and staff. This place could use some updates. Just looks a bit beat up and dated. Bring earplugs. You can hear every room door in the hall slam closed from your bed and the location provides a lot of street noise (even on the 7th floor). The TV situation is actually comical. Old school, 40 cable channels. Did not check out the pool but the Wild Bill’s Saloon restaurant that is attached had great food and service.
Carol
Very clean room with a clean scent, good location with restaurants nearby
Angela
This was a great location and very friendly staff!! Shuttle was very accommodating too!
Lacey
The staff was very helpful, rooms are clean.
The restaurant could improve the breakfast items, but besides that it s great place to stay.

Awesome place to stay
Ashlee
Very noisy. People yelling in the halls, walls definitely not sound proof. At 0200am someone was on the phone in the hall talking very loudly outside our room, called the front desk and they sent security up but the person continued to talk on the phone. The beds were hard. But great location for the MN Wild game & had a nice option for drinks before.
Melissa

The reservation manager was friendly and accommodating when I spoke to him on the phone for the reservation. The actual front desk staff gave me the feeling we were inconveniencing them. The room was also starting to show age and furniture (shelving in bathrooms) was coming off the wall. Noise seemed to be more than I remember in years past as well.
Rachel
The rooms were loud and you could hear many noises by other guests and furniture in the room was falling apart (shelving in bathrooms). Location was extremely convenient for our state tournament.
Cory
The room was fine. Standard king room. The air heater fan had a click to it that went on all night. The maids are excessively loud, laughing and chatting away from one room to another, in the morning so don't plan on sleeping past 8:30 am The people on our floor had their doors open and were running and talking to each other from across the hallway at 11:30 pm. The ice machine was very loud. I came to find out the next day from an employee at a nearby restaurant that the Holiday Inn was known as the drunk hotel. They have a bar attached. They highly recommended the Hyatt across the street next time.
