We were told we were “upgraded” to a walk-out pool room, but to even get to the room we had to go down two separate elevators, through multiple long hallways, a restaurant, three staircases, and puddles of smelly fish water on the ground. When we finally opened the door, the room was covered in mold — the walls were literally black with it. It was so bad I wouldn’t put an animal in that room.
When we refused to stay there, the only “alternative” they offered was a room that looked like a used workers’ quarters: a pull-out bed on the floor and a large hole in the door next to the handle covered with a measly thin layer of tape, making it unsafe and easily opened from the outside. Completely unacceptable.
We left the hotel exhausted, hungry, and still salty from the beach, forced to search late at night for another hotel. To make matters worse, this was the day after my fiancée and I got engaged - instead of celebrating, we were dealing with this nightmare.
The management was unprofessional and the office smelled of cigarettes and had alcohol bottles lying around. They promised a refund, but have yet to process it through Hotels.com.
This hotel is unethical, unsafe, and unsanitary and is not in compliance with basic health and safety standards. You are better off sleeping outside than at this hotel. Do not book here.

Sertil Royal is a good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the view of Oludeniz and the pool was lovely. It was quiet and clean. We did have to switch rooms because the toilet was broken when we got the room. But they were very accommodating and quick to put us in another room. We also got to the hotel 3 hours early and they allowed us to check in early which was very kind of them. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety to chose from.

Görsellerle alakası olmayan buradan tutulan oda nın en uç yere verilmesi bizim için olumsuz durumdu. Odamıza gidebilmemiz için yemek bölümünden geçmemiz resepsiyonla oda arası 15 dk olması odadaki çarşaf ve havluların lekeli olması tamamen hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Yemeklerine hiç girmiyorum. Yumurta kırıp yesek daha iyiydi. Bu oteli hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.

It has an excellent location with beautiful views. The room is very spacious. The dinner buffet is regular and not very varied. We had a problem in the bathroom with a water leak from the toilet so the floor was always wet. and when you turn on the key of the water it comes out spilling out abruptly, so always getting you wet. That was the only problem. Maybe the rooms need a little maintenance.

Kalitesiz bir işletme
1. Otelin konumu yanlış, bulmak için uğraştık.
2. Otele gittiğimizde saat 4 gibiydi bize verilen odaya gitmek için 3 asansör değişip restorandan geçtik kaybolmamak elde değil, biz odamıza giderken daha yeni oteli temizliyorlardi.
3. Odada TV kumandası, kilima kumandası yoktu, 3 defa istememiz sonucunda alabildik.
4.Tv çalışmıyordu kendimiz yaptık, klima kendiliğinden açılıp soğuk üflüyordu, ısrar etmemiz sonunda kumandayı getirdiler kapattık.
5. Mümkünse banyoya girerken dikkat edin, klozetler sorunlu ya su takılı kalıyor sürekli akıyor ya da hiç akmıyor, başka konaklayanlardan da aynı şikayeti duyduk.
6. Duvarlar çok ince herkesin sesi odaya kadar geliyor, o kadar ki yan odadaki kişinin tuvaletten sesleri duyuluyor.

2. Otele gittiğimizde saat 4 gibiydi bize verilen odaya gitmek için 3 asansör değişip restorandan geçtik kaybolmamak elde değil, biz odamıza giderken daha yeni oteli temizliyorlardi.
3. Odada TV kumandası, kilima kumandası yoktu, 3 defa istememiz sonucunda alabildik.
4.Tv çalışmıyordu kendimiz yaptık, klima kendiliğinden açılıp soğuk üflüyordu, ısrar etmemiz sonunda kumandayı getirdiler kapattık.
5. Mümkünse banyoya girerken dikkat edin, klozetler sorunlu ya su takılı kalıyor sürekli akıyor ya da hiç akmıyor, başka konaklayanlardan da aynı şikayeti duyduk.
6. Duvarlar çok ince herkesin sesi odaya kadar geliyor, o kadar ki yan odadaki kişinin tuvaletten sesleri duyuluyor.

Otele ilk girişte karşılanıyorsunuz ve personeller ilgili. Deniz manzaralı , jakuzili oda da kaldık. Jakuzi ve balkon tam anlamı ile temiz denemezdi. Duşun bazı fonksiyonları kireçlenmiş su akmıyordu. Jakuzi pek verimli çalışmıyordu. İlk 2 gün havuz güzel ve berraktı. Sonrası ise havuz rengi bozulmaya başladı normal olduğunu düşündük ve havuza girmeye devam ettik ancak sonra ki günler havuzun dibi görünmeyecek kadar koyulaştı ve dibi görünmüyordu. Otel personeline sorduğumuzda ise havuzda arıza olduğunu ve 2 3 gündür temizlenmediğini söyledi. Ne bir uyarı ne de havuzu kapatma durumu oldu biz sormasak haberimiz olmayacak. Havuza girmeye devam etsek belkide hasta olacaktık. Manzaraya ve akşamüstü serinliğine puanım 10 ancak otel ve hizmetlerine malesef puanım 3. Kaderine terk edilmiş bir otel gibi hissettik.

Die Lage des Hotels verbunden mit der tollen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen sauberen und modernen Eindruck. Wenn man genauer hinschaute erkannte man jedoch an manchen Stellen, dass lediglich Ausbesserung stattgefunden haben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon und konnten die wunderbare o.g. Aussicht genießen. In dem modernen Zimmer fehlte nach an einem Stuhl bzw. an einer Kofferablage. Der Raum wirkte hierdurch recht ungemütlich, die Ecken waren leer und ungenutzt. In dem Bad fehlten Haken zum Aufhängen nasser Handtücher. Der Wifi-Empfang war in der oberen Etage oftmals nicht vorhanden oder stark unterbrochen.
Wir hatten mit HP gebucht. Es gab zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen kein Buffet zur Selbstbedienung. Die Speisen befanden sich hinter einer Glasscheibe und wurden von Mitarbeitern/Köchen des Hotels heraus gegeben. Leider fehlten Beschriftungen an den Speisen und aufgrund mancher Sprachbarrieren musste man auf die Speisen, die man haben wollte, mit dem Finger zeigen. Uns hat dieses Konzept leider gar nicht gefallen. Vor dem Hotel gab es kostenlose Parkplätze. Zur Seilbahn des Bergs \"Babadag\" kann man von dem Hotel problemlos zu Fuß laufen. Temizlik manzara hizmet konum yönünden çok iyi. Fakat yatak ilginç bir şekilde sırtımızı ağrıttı çok sert geldi bize sadece belirtmek istedim subjektif bi konu çünkü. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz ama düzelmesini umduğumuz bir noktayı belirtmek gerek; yemekler hoşumuza gitmedi. Lezzet açısından yetersiz bir de açık büfe fakat kendiniz alamıyorsunuz. İstekte bulunurken iletişim problemi oluyor mesela kahvaltı için iki kişi tek tabakta peynir istedik, doğal olarak her peynirden 2 dilim koymasını bekliyoruz ilkinde anlamadı düzelttik ama her farklı peynir de bir dilim daha bir dilim daha eklemek rahatsız edici. Bilerek az vermeye çalışın mı dediler yoksa cidden iletişim sıkıntısı mı var tam anlamadım ama her yemekte tekrar etti bu durum. Onun dışında havuz manzara her şey çok güzel tavsiye ederim.
