Although we read about the music we had not really imagined it would be as loud. So we left after one night of our 3 night prepaid trip. There was not a lot the hotel could do so we didn’t make a fuss. A few things that could have been improved: there were no curtains. So as well as having music until 12:40 the sunlight streamed in from early which woke us from about 06:30. The singer at dinner was really a bit poor and it was a painful experience. We are average height but the attic room had a lot of places where you could bump your head. The sheet was too small for the bed. We found the hotel shabby chic almost charming and it may have been because it was end of season, it just didn’t quite work. It was much nicer than the area round the hotel but that isn’t saying too much. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok - not as good as the previous hotels in Turkey we stayed in. Maybe end of season vibes or cost of living but it felt like too many corners were cut. The staff didn’t try and talk us out of leaving but then I had no sense they really realised we were there at all. So a bit of a sad experience and we were delighted to find a quieter town not too far away. Go here if you like lots of music, English food styles, busy beaches and loads and loads of paragliders. There were a few groups who seemed to be enjoying the gardens so it would appeal to some. Small things like the manager being quite pushy on trying to get cash for dinner v card.

Really nice pool area. Quiet spot during the day. Central location- beach, shops and restaurants on the doorstep.
The room itself was a little tired and there was no tea coffee making facilities nor even glasses in the room. The maid service was not frequent enough (twice in 8 nights stay)

this property is excellent for the beach and shopping, nightlife, restaurants etc., the staff are good especially at breakfast time. Downside is the property could do with a little updating, it is exactly the same as when I stayed here 5 years ago, but overall it is a good place to stay, I would stay here again, be warned the music carries on into the wee hours, but this is to be expected when your right in the thick of it.

I stayed here for a week and I had an amazing experience! The style of the hotel is different to what I am used to (very homely vibes, pool looks like paradise with all the trees).

The staff are amazing and take good care of their guests. Also the hotel location is extremely convenient. They have their own restaurant attached to the hotel (which opens to public after 10:30am) - the food in the restaurant is great in my opinion, and the staff there are incredibly lovely. They really added to my holiday experience.

Also the hotel is walking distance from the “action” (clubs, bars, shopping etc) and also walking distance from the beach/port where all the cruises depart from.

Also there’s a spa next door for massages, Turkish bath etc.

I’d definitely return to Oyster on my next trip to Fethiye.

Everything was amazing about this hotel! The location to the beach and area around it was perfect. Couldn’t get any better. The only downside is it is loud at night with music blaring from nearby bars. But would definitely stay again. Just bring earplugs.

Amazing Hotel Experience!

My wife and I had an amazing stay. Check in and check out was seamless. Our room was absolutely incredible! The hotel property itself is attached to a restaurant and roof top bar. The hotel is also walking distance from the beach and local bars/ restaurants which is a major plus.

We stayed for 11 nights at the Oyster Residences in June/July, booked so that we could attend our daughter’s wedding celebration at the Blue Lagoon and spend some time with friends and family.

We much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is full of character, the rooms are ‘shabby chic’ decorated with the owner’s paintings. We had a few problems with jammed wardrobe doors and leaks from the shower - these were swiftly dealt with, but the room could do with some refurbishment.

There is a varied menu, with food freshly prepared and of a high standard. We ate elsewhere on a couple of evenings, but decided that the ambience, food and service at the Oyster Residences was hard to beat and ate here every other evening.

The pool area is a haven of peace away from the hubbub of the parade at the front. The pool was very clean and a pleasant temperature - cool enough to be refreshing but warm enough not to feel chill if you stayed in. Room 110 has a private sitting area overlooking the pool and we found this an ideal shady place to sit and read or to entertain friends and family who called in.

Breakfasts were good, with juice, coffee, fruit and yoghurt etc available from a buffet and then a selection of hot food, Turkish or English, cooked to order. A table at the front of the restaurant area provides a grandstand view of the paragliders landing and the tourist boats departing.

The hotel is delightfully decorated so you feel cosy and at home.
The location on the beach front is excellent for the main beach, the blue lagoon beach and for restaurants, bars, etc.
Of course being so near to the amenities means there is music and noise but this didn't bother us as we were out in our garden terrace after dinner chilling until very late when the music stopped.
If you want to stay in a place that doesn't feel like a hotel then the Oyster is for you. It's not perfect but it makes up for it in many ways. We would definitely go back.

We spent wonderful 2 days at Öldeniz. There are so many greens in the yard and pool side. This hotel is facing to the beach and the seafood restaurant on this property was so great. Staffs are all friendly. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Nice but very overpriced

So we stayed here only for 1 night and was a last minute booking as we were based in Dalyan, was looking for a top class hotel as a treat and the superior room came up. Paid about £150 ish which for Turkey is a lot but thought it would be stunning.
To be fair the location on the sea front was wonderful though the room we got given did not have a sea view, the room was however tasteful but for the money was not worth it, the pool area though again tasteful felt very cramped.
In summary nice place but just felt I was taken for a bit of a ride with the cost.
I have to say though Oui Deniz is a wonderful place to hang out!

Oyster Reasidence - top marks!

Great hotel and friendly staff. Style and decor - especially the swimming pool area set amongst olive and lemon trees and a variety of beautiful flowers is what makes this boutique style hotel so charming.
Don't let the music from nearby venues bother you; by midnight everything is very quiet.
The breakfast is quite basic - I think this could be improved. However the dinner options are very good, including the fresh fish and seafood that's available daily.
A special mention to the great staff like: Hamdi, who couldn't do enough to help you - always with a smile. Also Murat and the other restaurant waiters. Along with Suzanne who's been there for a long time they will make you feel as comfortable as can be.

I'd definitely recommend staying here and will hope to go again myself.

Possibly the best hotel in Turkey!

Oyster Residence Hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Turkey! It's a beautiful, boutique-style hotel but very luxurious! The pool area is stunning and has really comfortable seating - loungers, hammocks, couches, etc. Having the hotel as Adult-Only was a real bonus for some nice, quiet, relaxing times. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel

Oludeniz is a lively beach resort with with numerous cafes, bars and restaurants staying open late. Many of the restaurants play loud music up to and beyond midnight. Oyster Residences however is a haven of relative peace sandwiched between to busy restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable within what looks like an old stone farmhouse. Paved paths lead from the rooms past the pool to the restaurant at the front overlooking the beach. Olive trees, hibiscus and bougainvillea plants give it a wonderful Mediterranean feel. The restaurant is very good with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Thank you we very much enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous little boutique hotel

The Oyster Residence is a truly gorgeous little boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is adequate sun loungers so you don’t have to get up early in order to get one! The breakfast was a buffet but you could order hot food on request which was cooked fresh. The location is truly fantastic being right on the beach at Olu Deniz. Although lively in the surrounding restaurants and bars you do not hear this when back in your room of a night time. We ate an evening meal once at the hotel on the last night and it was truly superb and Mohammed who we met made it truly memorable. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to couples.

Great boutique stay, fab location!

Oyster Residences win in the areas of individuality, ambience and service. The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Despite being right on the beach, the vibe was tranquil and restful. Lovely peace and quiet.....although we still found some super nice other guests to chat to and spend time with. Rooms were exactly as described....individual and comfortable. The bathrooms are a tiny bit dated but everything was very clean and the cleaners were always busy. Only very small grumble is that we could have done with a bit more lighting in our room. Loved watching the paragliders from the pool area and people watching from the restaurant. Very happy with our choice of hotel. Wif-fi was a bit patchy but that adds to the relaxation! :-)

Hands down a great hotel, and also great staff. Everything we needed or wanted was taken care of immediately. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and various plants, and the hotel restaurant is the best on the strip. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Everything is walking distance and the beach is right out back.

One night stay...in itself the residence is a wonderful place, a lovely tranquil oasis by day nestled amongst the music bars and restaurants of this party-up location. The place has an exquisite garden and pool and the rooms have a lovely peaceful feel. All in all the grounds and the house have an earthy and spiritual feel about them and it is lovely. Being a character house it’s poorly sound insulated between floors and corridors and some of the fixtures are a bit tired (power shower jets) and do not operate as you’d expect from the photos. Attached is a nice open restaurant providing direct access onto the beach. We didn’t eat there in the evening but buffet breakfast was reasonably good and the kitchen friendly to making inlets etc. The houses must of been the prime location and very exclusive when built. Unfortunately, the music bars and tourist hungry shops and excursion stalls have grown up all around its walks and by night you have to expect the party to be very loud along the entire seafront and everywhere until around midnight or later. On the beach expect loud boom-boom music, to be ripped off for drinks and harassed by your operators trying to sell you everything from paragliding to deep sea diving, mountain saffari and their granny. In every street outside the gates expect to be shoulder to shoulder with tourists buying fake goods, cheap jewellery and fast food. Go here to party and recover at the pool during the day, don’t go here for quiet romantic relaxation.

Clean, cozy, comfortable boutique hotel at the beach with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in garden rooms and we liked it. The hotel is iintegrated in nature with its beautiful garden and relaxing decoration. Ideal for couples traveling without children or solo travellers aiming a meditative vacation. It was not very busy end of May 2018, quite pleasant. It has a nice restaurant with delicious sea food.

If you're going to Oludeniz, stay here. It is an absolutely a great hotel with great staff. I have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel. I feel a little more mixed about Oludeniz itself - I didn't love everything about the town - but the hotel is excellent. When we go back to Oludeniz we will stay here again. Loved it!

However, staff member Sue was very helpful in arranging medical treatment at Deva Clinic for us. Could not have wished for better

Wow !! this place can not be beaten. Arriving at 2am because of flight, the night man opened the bar and went off to find us something to eat, hows that for first impressions !. the location was spot on , out front is buzzing and hectic then walking to the serenity of the pool, the staff could not do any more for you, the bed when made was then placed with beautiful cut flowers ( shame about the ants - but hey , shows they were fresh). The rooms were superb.These are the things that make a great holiday.
Only slight ( and I mean slight ) downside was the breakfast - if you dont like beef ham and cheese then you will struggle with the only option of fruit.But I was slightly disappointed with the food everywhere at the resort not just this hotel.
If you want a holiday without screaming kids jumping in pools, a bit of romance but also a decent nightlife and things to do during the day---then I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful hotel ideally located

I booked this hotel for my wife's birthday. I booked the terrace room which was the most expensive however on arriving was offered the smallest terrace room in the corner of the hotel adjacent to a loud restaurant which has music till midnight . Hotel staff were swift in offering us other rooms in the end we opted for a standard room which we thought was actually better- it was bigger room and bathroom but no terrace obviously a Juliet balcony. They also refunded the difference

The hotel itself was beautiful probably the best on the front and located nicely. We felt the people staying there included less chavvy Brits then are seen in oludeniz. The rooms themself were nice although. Very dark .

Breakfast was average, I have had better breakfasts when I stayed in Istanbul in budget hotels. Lunch and dinner at this hotel s prob the best in oludeniz. Oludeniz in general is a beautiful place ruined by tacky British tourists, I will probably advise staying in fethiye but if u are after beach then pick this hotel.

Beautiful place with beautiful people

This place is exactly what it says on the tin, tranquil haven for adults. If you're like us and looking for a chilled out atmosphere with friendly faces who can't do enough to make your stay a delight then this is for you. From the moment we were met by Hamdi, who looks after the hotel in the night time at 1am, who couldn't do enough for us, making sure we were fed and watered. To Sue who looks after you from breakfast and all day. All the staff at Oyster are simply brilliant at their jobs and make you feel so very special. The rooms are just like they are advertised and have a real bygone age feel about them. Only small issue is you have to remember you are on the sea front so it can be slightly noisy in the rooms of an evening but everything goes quiet at midnight. Just remember the ear plugs. I never travel without them. Talking about the sea front, the breakfast is served in the restaurant on the front and you get to see the gliders landing right in front of you. All in all an amazing place with amazing people. We look forward to revisiting soon and to meet again Sue, Hamdi, Mohamed and mustafa.

Pretty Boutique Hotel with Great Food

This hotel is just delightful..so pretty with so many extra touches.
The bathroom well equipped with bath and powerful shower with body jets and plenty of complimentary toiletries and towels. A great magnifying mirror and good lighting...essential for doing my make up!
The bed was comfy but I did find the one pillow provided was not too high and firm -my husband found it to be ok. The room was well furnished and attractive we did feel the lighting was a bit dim-fine during the day when you could open the shutters. Good tv and air conditioning.
Pool towels a nice touch.
Breakfast was really good offering eggs sausages tomatoes and mushroom plus you could order omelettes etc. Then was large selection of cold meats and cheeses fruit yoghurts cereals nuts and pastries.
Restaurant was also excellent it maybe one of the most expensive in Olu Deniz but we would consider it to be the best we had a really delicious meal on our last night and some tasty lunches too.
All the staff were great. Throughly enjoyed our stay last week we hit exceptionally fantastic weather for October and will return!

Excellent boutique hotel

Room request was granted and had a very spacious high floor room with a private juilette balcony. Very clean with a nice bathroom too. Cleaners came every day with towels changed too. Pool towels supplied as well. Given that the hotel is centrally located, the noise level at night is low due to music in the local bars being turned down/off at midnight. All in all, a beautiful location and we will definitely return.

One of the nicest hotels in the area

This a great hotel, great location only my biggest problem was the loud music from neighboring restaurants and bars. That will definitely disturb your sleep. The music stops at midnight but still that doesn't do the job if you had an exhausting day and decided to sleep earlier.
Other than that, my overall experience was very nice, staff very kind, very helpful, food is great (although having the same breakfast food every day can be a bad point).

The hotel is very nice, right on the beach, close to most famous restaurants. The staff is very kind and very helpful, very responsive and right on your complaint if you ever had any. In my case, had some complaints on room cleaning which can take long sometimes to do and you'll come back in the afternoon only to find out that your room hasn't been done yet and that can be annoying especially if you're coming to rest a bit. But after complaining to the reception, they made sure my room was cleaned in the morning. I would suggest they increase the number of cleaning staff so they don't spend the whole day cleaning until late afternoon and you ending up missing having your room cleaned only because you decided to come back late afternoon and rest.
The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, fantastic view on the beach, breakfast was very good, only it was the same every morning. A little change would be appreciated more rather than sticking to the same food every day.
My overall experience was good, I booked a room with a terrace, however I expected a private terrace on an upper floor as you would have seen in the pictures but it wasn't the case and the terrace was only the entrance to the room on a ground level.
For a next time, I would probably go for a normal double room instead, as the terrace I was offered wasn't worth the extra money.

Never got any refund for nights not used!! They would not respond to emails or calls from Expedia or us after trying for 1 month! Steer clear of this establishment!!
Simply put . . they are not honest! I am writing the various guides that they are listed in to let them know.
We loved traveling in turkey with this exception!! 😊

Absolute gem

Wonderful hotel, rooms really lovely, full of character and an amazing pool. Nicely tucked away from the beach and not noisy at all but still right next to the sea. Very helpful staff,would definitely recommend this place. A world away from the usual package rooms.

Great location, poorly designed room

The hotel is in a fantastic location right by Oludeniz beach and a short walk to the national park with lots of restaurants and tour operators a stone's throw away.

The property itself is nice, but the room we were in is the top floor right under the roof, which meant the entrance was the size of a hobbit door and the ceilings were way too low throughout the room. I am 5'9, average height for an American male, and I continuously bumped my head all over the room and had to constantly remember to duck my head. The hotel needs to provide a notice about these rooms (or give residents a helmet!).

Plus every day housekeeping would come while we were in the room but not come back when we told them to, so we had to tell staff downstairs to send housekeeping daily. A small annoyance, but for a relatively expensive hotel ($200 per night in Turkey), I would expect better service.

The breakfast has great fruit and the restaurant is nice. I would consider coming back for a lower rate and a different room.

Don't really want other people to know how good!

Arrived really late in the evening but received a friendly welcome and were able to check in and get a seafront table for a meal and a drink to wind down. Breakfast daily was excellent buffet style and included a healthy selection of yoghurt, fruit and cereals - alongside the option for a full Turkish or English breakfast, toasts & preserves daily, The dining/eating and bar area settings are amazingly well designed and have comfortable chairs, well maintained flowers, shrubs and trees - creating a really tranquil environment.

This theme is continued into the pool area where you can opt for a variety of sun loungers, hammocks and garden furniture. The pool temperature was perfect and the water (checked daily) clear and not over chlorinated. The week we were there, there were no young children, it was very peaceful to relax by the pool, reading, being served cocktails and/or drinks/meals on request, a 4* service by the ever friendly staff.

The rooms themselves were really tastefully decorated - wooden floors, shutters etc - and cane furniture, a really elegant approach that made the room feel as peaceful and tranquil as the rest of the establishment. Showers/toilets/bathroom etc were spotless and cleaned well daily (if required).

Lovely hotel, very close to the beach.

My husband and I have just returned from Oyster Residences having had a very enjoyable holiday. Just wish the balcony was a little bigger. Would book a terrace room next time. Staff were very friendly, especially Mustafa, Mohammed and Sue. Would return again as the Turkish people were so friendly.

Oyster Residence is a paradise

We stayed at the Oyster Residence for our honeymoon and it was truly a paradise! The staff are extraordinarily accommodating and kind. The hotel grounds are amazing, with lush plants and relaxing furniture surrounding a nice pool. We asked for a room that had more natural light (some rooms are a bit dark) and the staff was happy to accommodate. The room we finally got was really lovely. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. And the location can't be beat - the beach is literally a few steps away and viewable from the front section of the hotel and restaurant. Ultimately, our time here was incredible and memorable (and way too short!) We highly recommend and hope to return to the Oyster again.

Hôtel avec un jardin charmant et agréable. Donnant juste sur la plage ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et le service de l’hôtel et du restaurant est au top. Le staff est très sympathique et pro. Le restaurant a également un charmant rooftop.
La chambre que l’on avait été spacieuse avec une agréable terrasse, son seul défaut étant proche de la réception elle était bruyante surtout le matin.

Otelin mimarisi ve agaclar icinde olmasini cok begendim. Odamiz guzel ve konforluydu. Calisanlar kibar ve ilgiliydi. Restoran tarafindaki genc garsonlarin davranislarindan biraz rahatsiz oldum. Kahvaltinin kalitesi ve cesitleri artsa daha iyi olabilirdi.
