Lovely hotel, part of a wonderful holiday

It was just wonderful, a lovely hotel - clean, beautifully presented. The food was really good too. The staff there are exceptional, really warm and helpful - I think they might be the jewel in the crown … along side the private beach at the blue lagoon.

Hotel was really nice and in a good location around 200m to beach. It doesn’t say it on the hotel details but their private beach area is actually at the Blue Lagoon and is really picturesque. Rooms are a little small but well appointed, food is really good and service is excellent. We have travelled widely and would happily go back to Olu Deniz over other Turkish resorts and would pick this hotel again no problem!👍

I recently stayed at a lovely resort. The food was excellent, and the location was ideal. It is within walking distance to the famous strip with shops and bars and the beach. The majority of the staff were very friendly, though the front desk staff could have been more accommodating and friendly.. Thankfully, there was an adult-only pool which was a blessing as the main pool was overcrowded with kids and their inflatable toys. Our group consisted of 8 people, and we requested 4 rooms in close proximity to one another when we made our reservation a month in advance. However, we were disappointed to discover upon arrival that our rooms were the worst on the property and quite far apart. Additionally, some rooms on the top floors had no elevators, which made it challenging for my sister who has knee pain to climb the stairs every day. Despite these setbacks, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future. However, I would call in advance to demand better rooms on lower floors.

Nice place to stay for a week or two. All included, food is tasty and plentyful, entertaintment program almost every night, five minutes walk to beach and shopping streets. At the same ltime relatively quiet.
There is a lot to do in the area - excursions, paragliding, sea cruises.
Highly recommended.

A good AI hotel. Loved the adult only pool area, nice and quiet.
Pretty flowers everywhere.
Our bathroom was a little tired, but an amazing shower, always hot water.
Food and drink was good.
Evening entertainment was enjoyable.
Everyone from reception to waiters were friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay. Our room had plenty of space & adequate storage. Food was good & the head chef was always around checking on everything.
Service was good.
Drinks were just ok but we managed to find what worked for us. Would stay again & recommend.

The room was very small the bathroom was very small basically they gave us basement room dirty I was supposed to be there for six nights I check out after second night I will never stay at this property ever again very bad experience my sister got sick. The toilet and shower was blocked the whole room smelled of toilet.

The hotel is just okay. The private beach is a shuttle ride away and the shuttle has limited timings. Finding a taxi back is quite tough. The bell boy who got our luggage was rude and on being given liras as tip he said he wanted more and in euros ! After that he created a whole fuss and demanded 10 euros for giving a second key to the room! I left my glasses at the hotel and called them an hour after check out but they insisted they didn't have them even thou they had been left right there in the bathroom. Very unhelpful staff only the lady at reception was better and helped us out with the second key.

Friendly hotel.

Very clean and friendly hotel in a very good location. Staff was very helpful and always willing to make us welcome. Private beach at blue lagoon was a real surprise because this hotel has the best and biggest private area. Distance to the beach and fethiye is not a big problem we ate out at most amazing restaurants in fethiye at a very reasonable price when we wanted a change from hotel food.

Rooms hadn't been cleaned until you request many times. You have to pay to use the safe locker in the room. The rooms are old design and furnitures. I booked the room fot 2 adults when i reached there tgey told me that my reservation was for one adult. Despit i was paying around 7000 TL for 2 nights tgey charged me 2200 TL more. Stay away from this hotel!!!!

This is one of those mass production hotels. I should have learnt my lesson and stuck to one of the less pricey boutique hotels and avoided the all inclusive. It’s one of those where the gin, whiskey and tequila are all in the same branded bottles and your drinks get served in 150ml plastic cups.

Impersonal all-inclusive catering to mass tourism

All-inclusive hotel conveniently located at a 3 minutes walk from the local shopping/food street in Oludeniz. The beach is 5 minutes away. Nice green areas in the hotel. Spacious rooms with a jacuzzi in the bedroom. The reception staff were cold and rushed. Lots of food options but food quality was mediocre.

Amazing experience in a beautiful garden resort

I can say nothing bad about this holiday the grounds in hotel are exceptional so beautiful well kept, all meals were fantastic large choice there was nothing for the 8 females in my family to complain about, choose of bars and two outdoor pools did not try the indoor one due to beautiful weather and if it can't get any better they have a private beach at blue lagoon

A solid option near the main Oludeniz beach

Pretty good value for money all-inclusive option in Oludeniz. My room was older and bed pretty uncomfortable, but still decent for money. Lots of greenery all around. Pool decent. Pretty decent food (lots of wasps though both around the buffet area as well as around tables at times). Local drinks - included in the concept from 10 am to midnight - are OK. The not so great: reception seems indifferent when manned by men (sorry!) and better when attended by women... men just feel very indifferent and occupied with their own things; standard of cleaning (when I moved in I inherited a collection of various hairs around the bathroom and the floor didn't feel clean). The hotel has its \"own\" beach but it's serviced by a minibus which starts running at 9 am at half an hour or longer intervals until 1 pm, then only back from the beach... while it's nice not having to pay for loungers and umbrellas, the beach itself is not impressive (man-made). The hotel is a short walk from the man beach though. Wifi is only available in the lobby and around the pool. Overall, a good value hotel - one just needs to know some issues which don't take away from the overall appeal of the property much.

Good value for money hotel

We had a great experience, lots of activities in fethiye to do, we got kids from age of 5 to 12 & all had a lovely time. Hotel itself is quite good interns of night shows & entertainment but our family room was quite dated especially the bathroom.

Nice hotel with it's own beach and transport

Lovely beach with hotel transport taking you there. You can relax under the trees and watch the beautiful beach. All inclusive with delicious meals. I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Definitely recommend it. Oludeniz is beautiful.

SunCity Hotel and Beach Club is a nice family resort that covers every thing you need for a nice family enjoyment. Extremely nice Swimming Pool with separate pool for adults make the swimming enjoyable. Nearly all day free dining takes away the hassel of finding restaurants that offer good food. The range of food is extremely wide and would cover different nationalities and race of visitors. All day open free bar offers Alcoholic and Non alcoholic drinks. Play area for kids make the family stay enjoyable.

The resort has its own private beach that offers best of sea swimming and one can always visit the open beach and enjoy all sorts of water sports like Para Sailing, Boating, Para Gliding etc at extremely reasonable rates.

Overall the resort is a nice place to visit and it offers extremely good value for money and nice family vacation.

Not on the Beach

I pondered booking this for a while. I had the feeling it would be the type of place that I hate but Hotels.com advertise it as being 'on the beach' and so I thought: okay, at the very worst we can just spend our time on the beach and swim. It is not on the beach. It has a beach, which though very nice, is a 15 minute transfer away. At the beach, there are no free drinks or food and so it is not all-inclusive. There was the odd time we fancied going to take our daughter for a swim. There were not enough loungers for us to sit down. Granted, it was Bayram so it was probably busier for this. When we arrived, we could not get a seat to eat at the snack bar. We ate out for most of our time there; the actual town of Olu-deniz is very nice. The room was very basic with centrally controlled a/c. When we arrived at about 2pm, it did not seem to kick out cold air. I inquired about this and was told that they turn it off between 10am and 4pm. If you or your kids want an ice-cream or even a towel, make sure you are there for fleeting windows. Be prepared to be adorned with a theme-park style wristband attached to your wrist on arrival branding you a customer. If you do decide to stay here, check all the details.

Let me start with the negative: a lot of noise (high music) most of the day and until at least 11 pm. The staff varied between being very service-minded to the opposite (simply unfriendly). Fitness room outdated. Should have been more buses to the beach. Most positive: lunch and dinner (breakfast a bit disappointing).

Très bonne accueil du personnel, à l'écoute.

Le repas est varié. Il y en a pour tous les gouts (les pâtes au wook sont vraiment bons)
Acces au pool-bar où tout est inclus jusqu'à minuit.

Activité: jeux de flechettes, billard, ping-pong, baby-foot, tennis, fitness, spa...
Spectacle varié tous les soirs apres le dîner.

Nous avons reservé une chambre classique. Bonne nouvelle à l'arrivée, nous avons ete surclassés en chambre avec jacuzzi.
Tres proche de la plage (2min a pied), de la rue des bars et commerces.

Accès en mini-van au lagoon privé de l'hotel.
Meilleur rapport qualité/prix en all-inclusive dans les environs.

Ce n'est pas mon premier sejour et ne sera certainement pas le dernier.

Прекрасное время в отеле Suncity

Никаких негативных моментов не было. Я, непляжный абсолютно человек, просто влюбилась в пляж в лагуне -) Прекрасно отдохнуть после купания в тени гранатовых деревьев под ненавязчивую музыку из кафе (ничего не покупали, поэтому само кафе оценить не могу). Прекрасное питание и шоу-программы.

Отличный персонал. Есть русскоговорящий администратор. Заселили раньше времени. Отличное питание. Хорошее местоположение: 5 минут до моря и 3 минуты до центральной улицы. Большой сад с растениями. Хорошие аниматоры и отличный бассейн.
