If you specifically want to stay near Cleopatra Beach in Alanya, Xperia Hotel can be a decent choice, though it comes with pros and cons. The hotel has its own private beach area with spectacular views and offers easy access to shopping, dining, and walking areas. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

However, based on our personal experience, this does not feel like a true 4-star hotel — more like a 3-star. They didn't have bell service and we had to move our suitcases ourselves. Our room was somewhat outdated and not cleaned properly, with hair left on the bathroom floor and sink. While the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, we found the food bland, with limited variety and quality compared to other 4- and 5-star hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Forced Change of Hotel

Whilst checking in at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was closing in 2 days and that I would have to find alternative accommodation. I am unsure if Hotels.com had been made aware of this but I can say that I am very unhappy with the experience as the alternative hotel was inferior to my original choice, as a Platinum Member I would have to say that I have been let down.

This is 4 stars hotel but the food is not great there’s no much choices to choose I would not recommended to families with children this hotel is mostly for single or couples I stay here for 3 nights but the housekeeper did not show up at all no putting any extra toilet paper or changing the towel bit disappointed

This is our go too hotel when travelling up the Mediterranean coast. 4th visit and has never changed. The staff are amazing, very helpful and accomadating. Artur at the front desk has been there for over 10 years and is an asset to Xperia.
Location is the best, private beach is the best beach i have been to along the coast. Dining options there is so many and the dining staff are the best.
Had a Balinese massage whilst at hotel and these ladies are bettwr than any massage we had in Bali.
10/10 for this property.
Recommend without hesitation. This place has it all.
Thankyou Artur and Xperia Hotel for the best experience. After 17 days on the road you were the best hotel we stayed in.

The pros: right on the beach. Lots of lounge chairs. Good food options for people with no food allergies. The cons: despite having reserved an upgraded room, we only received it two days into our four day stay. Really loud music every night from the hotel’s stage, staring around 9PM and going till midnight. Also, my food allergies were not being observed. I got really sick on my second meal there despite confirming my food allergies with the staff. Many staff did not speak any English, and even though I had printed out my allergies in Turkish, no one seemed to know about them or care much.

I would highly recommend Xperia hotel : the location is excellent. The food /allinclusive was very good. The cleanliness of the hotel and the pool and the territory of the hotel were excellent. It is exactly as it is in the pictures. The staff is friendly and helpful . The only inconvenience we felt was that one should HAVE FINISHED their breakfast, lunch or dinner BY the hours indicated in the hotel time table.

Nice property, good facilities, however the overall experience is just good and that is because of the staff: they didn't answer my message prior to my arrival, it was our honeymoon and I wanted to organise something special, I could see via Expedia that they read my message, check-in was awful, basic, without explaning the facilities etc, mini fridge contained 1 large bottle of water and 2 small awful juices with straws, a big joke, most of the staff couldn't speak english, but the biggest problem we had was with the attitude of some of the bar staff, no customer service at all, management is of a low level, i went to 2 of them to complain about one of the guys in the bar, they didn't apologize not even once or to say that they will take care of it, actually the next day the same staff member was even worse. Entertainment team was the best, kitchen staff was great, even dough they are back of house, they have more customer service than any other front of house member, but again sadly was anyone in that property to speak english at a conversational level. Elevator is a problem as well, just 1 elevator, and was busy all the time, posters inside are not updated. Dining area is like a canteen, cleaning staff is very noisy.

My husband and I were very happy with the absolutely gorgeous sea view from our very spacious balcony! Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is excellent with only 10 minutes walk to the cable car for Alanya Castle, as well as Damlatas caves!

Food is fresh and of great quality.
Staff are friendly especially the reception who even helped me park my rental car in fornt of the hotel in some spots reserved for the hotel.

Not so good:
In room safe: it was weird that an hour before checking out to catch my flight , my safe could not be opened using my combination. i Already opend it many times during my stay.

Be aware that Reception staff has override key to enter the room and can also open and override your combination in your safe. This is usually the job of someone else of the security staff. In US , you cant give one person both access.

Elevator:
Building has 6 floors with only ONE elevator.

The staff is the best asset that this hotel has. All of them worked hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant enforces the covid 19 regulations pretty well I noticed. The pool is kept clean and the beach is just a step away from the swimming pool. The charge of 40 TL for a safebox key in the room I found it excessive. Everywhere is free. I only found out when the box would not activate. The receptionists are not helpful probably they need more training to deal with guests issues.

The best thing and why I chose the hotel is that it is one of the few hotels that’s situated right on the Kleopatra beach. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. It was my second time in the hotel. The atmosphere could be better. Too many Russians. Most of the staff lovely people. But I’m shocked they only get 300€ per month working 10-11 hours shifts! It’s like slavery... in the future I will (continue to) use other hotels that value their staff and pay them an actual salary.

Great small place to spend vacation. Stuff is nice, food is good, and very convenient. Main bus stop is .5 km from the hotel so you can travel and drive anywhere from there, center itself is about 1 km, great restaurants around and ofcaurse the castle and the beach itself. The view is astonishing btw, in the evening one can see sun set and night witness great view to the castle!

We had a great time at Xperia. The location is amazing, you have access to everything and especially the beach. The food was amazing. The staff were really friendly, we felt at home, everyone was willing to help. The rooms are clean and confortable. The only problem we arrived, we have been told that due the room we booked was not available and the hotel was full so they took us to an awful hotel, we had to spend a night there and it was very unpleasant because no one informed us before and they kind of put us on the spot. A lot of clients faced the same problem and it was a pretty mess with the gerance of the hotel. Other than that first night everything was perfect and the Hammam-massage is something you would want to try.

This is a great hotel, not a lot of rooms but amazing. The location is right in the middle of the city. It is a short walk to the gardens. The food is just average with some traditional foods. The staff is so nice and speaks really good English. The service is good. The pool gets a lot of sun and the beach chairs and umbrella are nice too.

Ett bra hotell som ligger i ett bra område nära allt finaste i Alanya!

Mysigt, rent och väldigt nära stranden. Maten var gott men inte särskilt varierad, det var glädje att sitta och äta i matsalen.

På kvällarna hade hotellet aktiviteter(konsert, karaoke eller show)

Vi stannade på hotellet två nätter, vet inte om vi skulle vilja stanna på hotellet längre, kanske max 3 nätter

Hotellin sijainti on loistava, oma ranta ja ilmaiset rantatuolit löytyvät hotellin pihapiiristä, samoin uima-allas (ei ole lämmitettävä). Ravintolat ja kaupat ovat heti hotellin vieressä. Hotelli on siisti ja huoneet upealla merinäköalalla. Patja oli uusi ja paksu, hyvä nukkua. Hotelli on muuten hiljainen, mutta kovaääninen iltaohjelma estää nukkumisen ennen klo 23.30. Venäläisiä oli hotellissa paljon ja he saavat parempaa palvelua kuin muut vieraat, myös diskossa soitettiin heille suunnattua musiikkia.

Fikk rom med liten balkong . Plass til en stol. På de 74 bildene hotellet hadde lagt ut viste de ikke at balkongene var så små. Kun balkongene i front hadde plass til 2 stoler. Måtte betale 270 euro for bytte. Hadde ikke bestilt dette hotellet hvis jeg viste om de små balkongene.
Showene om kvelden foregikk på russisk eller lignende språk. Skjønte ingenting av de.
Hyggelig personale som servet ved solsengene.

Maten var dessverre ikke bra. Så vi måtte spise ut til alle måltider desverre. Var ikke lett å ha en samtale med se ansatte ettersom de ikke ville ha en samtale. De sier ikke hei eller hadde når man kommer inn og ut. Hotellet ligger sentralt og på stranden som drar veldig opp. Men allinc er helt forferdelig. Så det blir desverre litt dyrt å bo der i forhold til andre hoteller uten allinclusive.

Leider sehr enttäuscht. Schreckliche Hygiene, egal ob bei Zimmerreinigung (welche nur aus Tüchern auswechseln besteht) oder beim Essen. 1. Nacht mussten wir im anderen Xperia (nicht direkt am Meer) verbringen, da überbucht. Essen war leider gar nicht unser Geschmack, sehr minderwertige Qualität. Auswahl an Getränken sehr eingeschränkt, zudem sind Cocktails gebührenpflichtig. Sind trotz all inklusiv auswärtig essen gegangen, da unser Magendarm diese mangelhafte Hygiene nicht mitmachte. Balkon bei Zimmer mit Meerblick kann man nicht wirklich Balkon nennen, 1 Stuhl hat gerade mal Platz und man wird von 2 Klimaanlagen mit heisser Luft angeblasen. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Det ligger perfekt på stranden men har även pool, poolbar och många solstolar. Receptionen är den del som fungerar sämst. Inte för att de är dåliga men kunskapen i Engelska skall vara bättre i en reception.
Matsalen och dess personal gör verkligen allt för att du skall få god mat. De lyckas med detta. Poolbaren är bemmanad med 4-5 personer men de lyckas inte med konststycket som deras strand och beachvärd Husein lyckas med. Fånga allas uppmärksamhet, leverera mat och dryck hela tiden samt faktiskt rädda livet på badgästerna. Detta så vi faktiskt hända i fredags (läs 22/7 kl.11.15) Då Husein släppte allt rusade ut i havet och räddade en kvinna som sögs längre ut och under vattenmassorna. När det var avklarat fixade han dryck och mat till alla på stranden precis som inget hade hänt. HUSSEIN en fantastisk person, resurs och alltid med ett leende till alla.

Top Lage, direkt am Strand und viele Geschäfte/Restaurants und Bars zu Fuß in der Umgebung erreichbar. Das Essen war sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an frischem Obst. Im All-in-clusive sind leider nur Softdrinks, Bier und Wein enthalten, für Cocktails muss man zahlen. Zimmersafe kostet 2€ pro Tag, der ist normalerweise in einem 4-Sterne Hotel kostenlos nutzbar.

Yemek açısından cok zengin bi menü olmamasına rağmen özellikle Ankaralı olan bir personelleri vardı , her zaman ilgili ve elinden geleni fazlasıyla yapmaya calısıyordu , özellikle teşekkürümü belirtmeliyim . Özellikle aile ve çift olarak gelecek olanları yeterince tatmin edebilir cok fazla temizlik takıntısı yoksa . Ortalama bi otel , fiyat/kalite olarak makul bir otel , her şey için tüm personele teşekkürler .

Konumu dışında elle tutulur bir yanı kalmamış 4 kere üst üste her sene konakladım. Her sene düşüş vardı bu sene dibi gördüm bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum. Artık konumu için gittiğim bu yer bende bütün bakiyesini bitirdi. Karşılama temizlik yemek özellikle yemek kalitesi çok düştü onlarca civcivli görsele sahip olan yemeklerden yiyecek bişey bulamaz hale geldik. Ailemle her sene gittiğim bu otel ile yollarımız ayrıldı.

Great location and views..

Location and magnificient view. Great pool bar in the swimming pool. Nice modern rooms with a wonderful sea view and castle view.
Food was not so good, not tasty needs some improvement.. also the drinks.. beer like a water..

Hotellet har ett bra läge på Cleopatra Beach. Maten är god men tyvärr inte speciellt variationsrik eftersom det som erbjuds till lunch och middag är ganska lika varandra (tre olika rätter). Personalen är inte speciellt serviceinriktade (förutom Yakub som alltid var supereffektiv och mycket trevlig mot alla). I All-inclusive konceptet ingick endast en sorts (vattnig) öl på tapp i små glas och lokala viner och alkohol. Det skulle finnas kaffe och kakor mellan 15-18 men det syntes aldrig till. Städningen av vårt rum startade aldrig före kl 16 på eftermiddagen, ibland inte ens före kl 17, vilket gjorde att det inte passade oss och vi sa ifrån. Dessutom var städningen ytlig och dåligt genomförd. En av personerna som arbetade i receptionen när vi checkade in var inte speciellt trevlig, och efter vistelsen när vi hade en ouppklarad affär med hotellet som vi försökte lösa på telefon slängde han luren i örat på mig. Hotellet värnar inte om sina kunder men har ett bra läge och rummen (i vart fall Executive Room med havsutsikt) är okej. Vi kommer dock inte att åka tillbaka då vi känner oss orättvist och dåligt bemötta i de senare kontakterna vi hade med hotellet.

Отдыхали в этом отеле 3 ночи ( слава богу не более)
Хочется отметить вежливый персонал из плюсов и красивый пляж.
Еда и ее выбор оставляют желать лучшего. Скатерти на столах отвратительно грязные, честно- не могла даже ходить есть из за них. Овощи протирали салфетками и они были чёрными- как будто бы их совсем не мыли(
Кофе из машины пить совсем невозможно(
Но чай заварной отличный

Отель хороший, расположен прямо на пляже Клеопатра. Некоторые работники хорошо говорят по русски. Так как заказанного мной номера не было, сразу предоставили номер лучшей категории без доплаты. Вечером проводятся дискотеки. Рядом с отелем канатная дорога в старую крепость на скале, поездка очень понравилась. Рядом с отелем полеты с горы на параплане, я был в диком восторге, купил фото и видео. В отеле было много русских. Отель находится почти в центре, все рядом, что удобно. В 10 минутах от отеля автовокзал, быстро дошёл и сразу уехал на автобусе в Анталию для продолжения отдыха.

Unser Zimmer war gross genug, Betten hervorragend,Bad sauber mit Kosmetikartikeln bestückt. Es war ein Wasserkocher sowie Pulverkaffee und Teebeutel vorhanden,täglich aufgefüllt.

Ikke greit å betale for ett rom 2 ganger

Vi forlenget oppholdet ned 1 natt, bestille én gratisnatt gjennomføre Hotels .com. endret datoen til 16-17, men datoen flyttet seg tilbake til den dagen jeg bestilte. Vi prøvde å forklare til 2 forskjellige personer i resepsjonen... De forstod ingenting, Så vi måtte betale 70 euro i tillegg til det vi hadde betalt med gratisnatt med egenandelen på 130 kroner.. Jeg ser helst at de 70 eurorne blir kreditert oss.. ta kontakt hvis noe er uklart

Otelde 4 gün konakladim 1. Gecenin sabahı temizlik görevlisi kapıyı çaldı cevap vermeden içeri girdi son anda sesimi duyurabildim olası bir mahremiyet problemi yaşanmadı odayı temizlenmesini rica ettim gitti 2. Gun odayı temizlenmesini rica ettim ne havlu değiştirilmiş nede temizlik yapılmış sadece yatak düzeltilmis kılıf değiştirilmiş, ikinci gün elektirik kesintisinden dolayı jeneratör sesinden uyuyamadım, söylememe rağmen oda degismedi belki kesinti olmaz dedim kaldım, yine jeneratör..son gün oda değiştirildi rahat uyudum fakat oda bosaltilmadan rahatsız etmeyin yazısına rağmen saat 11.35 de oda temuzleniyordu, 4 yıldız bir işletme pratiği gerektirir arkadaşlar genel olarak iyi niyetliler fakat otelde ciddi bir koordinasyon eksikliği var müşteri olarak artık kesinlikle tercih etmeyeceğim, umarım toparlar , daha önceki konaklamalarda çok daha iyiydi.

Xperia - замечательный отель!

Xperia - очень чистый и гостеприимный отель! На ресепшене всегда находится русскоговорящий сотрудник, который всё подскажет и расскажет, уборка номеров находится на высоте, турецкая кухня и развлекательная программа - идеальны! Ну, а то, что отель находится непосредственно на пляже Клеопатра, говорит само за себя! Xperia работает круглогодично, настоятельно рекомендуем !
