We had a lovely stay. Our room was on the second floor, overlooking the river. The room was fairly small, but we were able to bring in one of the deck chairs and move the desk so we could play Scrabble. Breakfast was good enough.

The room has a beautiful view of the river. I love the spacious and private balcony and that is it dog friendly. The only two downsides we experienced was the noise level above us and the fact that they don’t service the rooms besides every 3 days (unless asked to). The hotel staff was SUPER friendly! I wish they had a jacuzzi. Plenty of food and shopping in the area. We come to this place for the peaceful river view balcony.

The price for value is fine. The people who work here are amazing!! Stay here for the people but the hotel is tired. The heater sounds like a train and it goes off and on all night. The mattress needs to be replaced. The breakfast is fine but unremarkable. For the price it is reasonable.

I accidentally (and not to my knowledge) left an air pod in my room and they called to get it back to me and shipped it right away. Rooms are dated but clean. It is situated next to a river, our room has a balcony faces the river. Wish we could stay another day to enjoy the scenery. Everything was good except the bed. We preferred beds have some support. But it’s not a deal breaker. We will still come back to check out the area.

I gotta say that with all the hotels i stayed in this was one of the most comfortable hotels ive stayed in. Not only was it convenient to downtown but the view was absolutely amazing and I liked the atmoshere that the staff presented during checkin as well as breakfast. Just an overall nice place that i would definately come back too if possible in the future thank you to the staff for making my stay desirable and for your kindness in everything.

It was a very cold night and the heater did not work. It blew cool air, not hot air. No extra blankets in the room, which we needed. Also the lobby had warm water for tea. I asked for hot water and the front desk clerk got me more warm water. I couldn’t drink the tea. To top it off, I believe my prescription sunglasses were left and we were supposed to get a call back from the front desk after the maid cleaned the room, which never happened. We were so blessed to receive “hot” quality coffee in the lobby after arriving late afternoon on a chilly day. Also, to enjoy hot apple cider and hot chocolate that the lodge provided. I am so blessed. Thank you Lexi also for the perfectly popped popcorn. It is available from 6:30-9:00 pm nightly. The best I’ve tasted in a long time. When we entered our room, we were so blessed to see the lovely Rogue River off our balcony. We will definitely stay here and refer family and friends to this hotel if they ever pass through.

We love staying at this hotel! You feel a warmth inside the quaint lobby with friendly staff, 24 hr coffee, and fresh popcorn upon check-in. The rooms are very clean, well stocked including 2 robes and a charging port on the desk for USB or type C. This was especially helpful when I had the wrong block! We have enjoyed the balcony views of the river and wildlife. The beds are very comfortable as well. We are frequent visitors.

The staff is wonderful, the views was awesome and honestly the best part for me was that they used real utensils, plates and cups. I hate when you stay at a hotel and everything goes in garbage.
