Bathroom fixtures everywhere needs replacement. Sinks, faucets, sanitary wares…

The Restrooms in the lobby is a complete mess.
The bathrooms in the suite is the same.

I can see that there are staffs working on painting the exteriors, patios, mainly for aesthetics. Good but focus on the bathrooms as this is very important for guest relaxation and vacation experience.

The staff was nice but upon walking into the lobby immediately demanded everyone's IDs. Kids and students had no IDs and it was a big hassle. The property was in desperate need of paint refresh. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The restaurant bill could not be paid with hotel bill so had to go pay separately. The pool area is 4 levels down on 2 floors of elevator and about a 100 steps. The pool bar almost had nothing, no ice or water so was told to go up to restaurant(120 flights of steps). To get pool towels was told had to go to lobby to get a towel check out card, once again 120 flights of steps. 2000php peso cash per room required at check in as deposit. The rooms have no hot water for bath or showers.Upon leaving, they tried to bill us 500php for a bath towel that was on floor(had some dirt from foot traffic). The bath rug was literally 1 ftx2ft in a wet bathroom so had to use a towel to avoid slipping and falling. We denied that request and got full deposit back. View is nice but beach is a rocky shore and down another few steps from pool area. Only 4 lounge chairs at pool for entire resort.

Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else.
The KTV was nice. You get 1 hour free per day. Also the massage service was great.

So several things. One no AC in restaurant. Makes eating there very uncomfortable. Next they have mismatched bidets meant for standard toilet not elongated and looks and functions very poorly because wrong size. Outdoors was beautiful. But rooms were just ok. Tub had poor construction and drainage. Water always ran all the way from tub to floor and made it dangerous and slippery. Rooms didn’t have towels when we checked in. Called to have rooms cleaned while we ate dinner before checking out to search for lost item but no one came. Just poorly ran. Poor service and facilities could use upgrade. This resort wasn’t cheap either so made it even worse paying high price for this low quality service and hotel. Will not be returning and will look for another place next time I am in Batangas.

**Resort Review: A Luxurious Escape With Service Struggles**

Werecently had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful resort. The setting, ambiance, and overall experience definitely reflected the resort’s premium price tag. From the stunning views to the amenities, it’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into creating such a relaxing place. However, while the resort itself is undeniably worth the high cost, the service was a major letdown during our stay.

Unfortunately, the resort seemed to be severely understaffed, which impacted the overall service. While the staff present were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best, they were simply overwhelmed. Our room was never serviced during our stay—no fresh towels, no toiletries refills, and no bed sheet changes. This isn’t what you expect when paying a premium for a luxury experience.

It’s important to note that the poor service wasn’t a reflection of the staff’s effort but rather the result of an apparent lack of adequate staffing. It was disappointing to see such a beautiful resort unable to provide the level of service they advertise, especially when so much else about the place is truly exceptional.

In summary, if you're looking for a beautiful, luxurious escape, this resort offers that in spades. However, be prepared to manage some service shortcomings due to staffing issues, which might affect your overall experience. Hopefully, this can be address by the owner immediately.

Ordered the baby back ribs and it was not ribs at all.
Got terrible case of diarrhea while there.
Im in the restaurant business for 47 years and i know food and food borne illness. They charged me for that pork back with spine attachment after i sent it back.
Not happy with our stay at all!!!

The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because the beach stinks. You smell it even when you are at the pool area. Makes you not want to even try going for kayak or snorkel it ruins the ambiance. Overall the place was beautiful and service was great

We went for a late snack in the restaurant and they just closed the kitchen 9 mins after
But they make sure we got our order and cook for us. Highly recommended place. I will definitely come back for future vacation

A taste of Santorini in Batangas

Staff was lovely and accommodating. The architecture is even lovelier than in the pictures. The room is spacious and the view is breathtaking. There are also a lot of activities available like the KTV.

The only con I would say is that the sheets and pillow covers need extra cleaning/ whitening as there are some visible stain marks.

We first arrived to find an absolutely beautiful location and the views are incredible. Unfortunately, the disaster began after check in when we entered our premier villa room to be met with an overpowering stench of rotten vegetation outside the room. The smell was so strong that my husband had to ask to be moved to a different room. What the staff didn’t know is that my American husband understands Filipino and heard them making fun of him. The front desk also told my husband one thing but when I went downstairs, they changed their attitude but refused to cooperate with us appropriately. The only thing they could offer us was a downgraded room, which was their SPARE room that they do not normally use, and a 2,000 peso food voucher for a family of 5. We found two cockroaches in the room, one of which I found on my son while he was laying down. The shower has a crack in it and flooded the room. All the hotel staff could do was just give us towels to soak up the water. They also offered us free breakfast, but only two people in our family eat breakfast, and the food was not good according to them. I asked for change from the cashier and she rolled her eyes and rudely said no we do not do change. I am very disappointed in the way this resort does business. The only saving grace is that my son does not understand all this nonsense and was still able to have fun. Also the pool bartender Christopher Reyes was absolutely amazing and the snorkeling guide was incredibly kind.

Important: If u take a taxi to this hotel from Manilla, it will cost u approx. 3000P.

If u take public transportation, u will have to take bus, Jeepney, and tricycle which will make u struggling unless u already have some experience.

At the hotel, this limited public transportation will limits you in many perspective...

However, this hotel has nice and calm environment with alwayawilling to help empmoyees.

Employees of this hotel is truly a biggest asset this hotel has.

Also u r into diving, ut will be a heaven for u.

My kababayans did a very good job in replicating (if I may say so) the ambiance of Santorini. The place is very clean, well organized and the staff are really wonderful. They are a big asset to this resort. I probably would stay stay longer the next time to take advantage of the different activities offered with the package and to have time to explore the whole place. I felt upon leaving that we missed a lot. GREAT JOB everyone and my friend are already planning a trip there. THANK YOU!!

Had to cancel weeks before the stay. They informed me I could re-book before the end of the year. I was planning on coming in January, which they informed me they were unable to accommodate. I changed my vacation to December. When I contacted them a month later to confirm a weekend in December, they told me they would not be honoring their promise as they no longer had any rooms available. Now, in November, I am booking another week in Mabini and they have plenty of rooms available. I booked to confirm, and cancelled. Terrible business practice. Lost my business, and all of my associates state side for this trip and every one of my future trips.

Bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. Great views from anywhere in the hotel, an instagrammer's heaven. Bathroom was 5 star. Service of the guards, housekeeping, guest relations was really good. The restaurant manager and staff were so nice but the taste of the food was awful. Huge menu but many of the items were not available. They should change their chef and revamp their menu

Positive part is that they had activities available, close to manila and staff are friendly. However, this hotel looks nice on pictures but it really is a 1 star hotel. We had the master villa and the rooms, restrooms and kitchen were smelly. Overall, it was not clean. Kids swam in the pool upon arrival but we did not go back since it smelled like sewer nearby. The second day we found a big spider in one of the rooms ( large body and including the legs the spider as about the size of a childs hand)
A few hours before new years eve, staff went around informing guests about fireworks. We were also told they have buffet with lechon open for everyone. Asked if it was free and was told yes. Sadly at checkout they were charging us 895 pesos per head. We disputed this but front desk could not get a hold of their manager because it was new year's day. After waiting a while with no feedback, we ended up just paying the charge because of a tight schedule for flights out of the country.
I travel for business and pleasure quite heavily and I must say this was one of the worst experience I've had.

Great service, don't take advantage of tourists like some of the other resorts. Just need to book far in advance as we weren't able to get all of the days we wanted.
