Everything was amazing!
Great place, great staff, great hotel 💗
Just consider the 200 steps at the entrance (specially for people with mobility or joints issues). But they're not too bad, there are benches where you can pause and staff will be very helpful with your luggage

Dining wait staff was terrible. Always out of food! Had to always ask for room service. Arranged for RT shuttle service & no one picked us up. Van broke down on way to airport on departure. The diving was the only thing good!

I stopped going to this hotel as the guy doesnt seem to care about the guests concern, in fact my car got scratches and he never bothered to investigate nor gave an update he'd always give you negative response and often times not responsive to queries. They also have better choice of food. Staff are friendly and linens are clean. Best of all its the only pet friendly resort in the area. We could have stay longer if internet is working well and we can actually work remotely and my son can attend online school. but overall we had a pleasant stay.
