I was not sure about the directions from Kisarazu station and first walked to the opposite say. Your should state that the hotel is not visible from the station. Bathtub was way too small. Breakfast was excellent and almost brought tears into my eyes.

色々ホテル朝ビッフェを食べましたが、まず料金の安さで期待して無かったのに、料理の種類や味も満足できました。無くなると温かい物が直ぐに補充されたり、良い朝食でした

プラス要因は近くの温泉施設が無料で利用できるところ！
部屋のシャワーなんかよりはるかに良いです！

スタッフさんも良き。
朝の朝食はビジネスホテルにしてはなかなかのチョイスがあり、地産のお米を使っていたりで、知っていたら早く下りてもっと食べたかったです笑笑
食事の場所でスプーンを探していたら、食事を補充に来た方がすぐに声をかけてくださいました。そんな気遣いもよかったです。
外国人スタッフが多いビジネスホテルが都心で増える中、懐かしいような、変わってほしくないような日本の良さを感じました。

出張の一泊で使用。
建物自体は年期が入っているが、部屋も通路も清掃が行き届き良いかと。

朝食付きで大きな期待も無く行って驚きました。
ドレッシングやソースなど選びモノは3種類、地元のラーメンや地元野菜などちょっとした工夫が随所にあり楽しくなりました。

デザートもカットフルーツはもちろんケーキやプリンなど多種多様。

すべてが程よく小さいので種類が食べられるのが良いかと思います。

この朝食はもう一度食べたいです。

2人で予約を入れましたが1人分の用意しかありませんでした。お伝えした所直ぐ対応してくれましたが…残念に思いました。ホテルはとても古く清掃をしている感はありましたが、隅々の清掃は出来ていないように見えました。排水溝付近の汚れも溜まっていてお風呂に浸かるのが少し不快でした。枕が変えられるのは良かったです。

常にサウナ体験

空調が集中管理で送風のみの鬼畜仕様。あまりに暑いので、窓を開けると大量の蚊に襲われるドM仕様です。日中の10時から15時は苦痛すぎて精神と時の部屋。長年出張に行っていますが、最恐レベル。朝食は美味しかったです。

私は小柄な方ですが、とにかくお風呂が狭かったです。宿泊者が無料で利用できるスーパー銭湯もあるようですが、徒歩で往復するには遠いです。特に帰りは湯冷めしてしまいます。
お風呂以外は今回の旅行計画にピッタリの素晴らしい施設でした！

チェックイン/チェックアウト時等、スタッフの対応はとても良い。建物自体は古びている。部屋（シングルベッド・ルーム）は狭いが清潔。バスルームはとても狭く、電灯が薄暗い。掛け布団はベッドの下に深く入れ込まれており、身体を丸めないと肩が布団から外に出てしまう。枕はまるで土嚢の様（硬い）。朝食は美味しい。

ホテルは、駅から徒歩で５分程度と近く、目の前にコンビニ(７＆11)があり、グッド。千葉駅から、一番列車で木更津駅到着が06：30頃になるので、それ以前の早い時間に木更津近辺の移動を開始する際にとても便利。周辺にはお店も多く、夜は外食も出来る。

シングルベッド１つの喫煙可の部屋に泊まった。
電車の音が気になった。素泊まりでもすぐ近くにセブンイレブンあり少し駅に向かって歩けば食べるところあり。お風呂溜める栓が汚かった。
狭い部屋だったので仕方ないですがゴミ箱2つ置いて欲しい!チェックイン前でも手続きはしてくれたがカフェみたいな休憩できたり荷物預けてくれるともっと良かった。スタッフの対応は良かったです!

壁も薄いのか隣の部屋のお風呂に入る音がメッチャ漏れる。

チェックインではフレンドリーなスタッフ2人が出迎えてくれた。部屋はこじんまりとしているが清潔。周辺の環境は良く、とても静か。朝食は料金に含まれており、その内容は結構満足のゆくものでした。機会があればまた利用するでしょう。

施設は掃除は行き届いているがいかんせん古く。
シャワーの水圧や水量は海外の安いホテルのよう。
蛇口からずっと水がポタポタしてたり。
排水管の匂いなのか不快なにおいがしたり。
朝ご飯は全て小分けしてラップされていて
選べる楽しみが失われない工夫がされていました。
焼きたてのオムレツか目玉焼きが選べて良いなと思いました。
掃除やサービスはいいけど施設の古さが我慢できない人は
選択肢から外した方がいいです。

リニューアルされており以前利用した時より綺麗になっておりましたが、シングルルームでしたのでユニットバスの古さは仕方ないとは思いましたが、シャワーが出にくかったので、蛇口にシャワーがついているタイプだったためそこだけ交換もありかなと思っています。

非喫煙者は喫煙部屋は断じてお勧めしません!

喫煙室のちょっと安かったのでタバコを吸わないけどこちらのタイプにしたらエレベータを出たところからタバコ臭くて気が狂いそうになった。
恐る恐る部屋に入ると同じようにさっきまで誰かが部屋でタバコを吸っていたと思われるぐらい臭く窓を全開にして部屋にあった消臭スプレーを吹きまくった。

安易に安いからといって喫煙部屋を予約するものではないという事を理解しました。

木更津駅近くのTHEビジネスホテル

木更津近郊で所用があり1泊しました。
駐車場は、かなりの台数が停めれるので便利です。
主にゴルフの前乗りで使われる方がおおいホテルだと思われます。
部屋もユニットバスも狭いので本当に夜寝るだけの方にはいいと思います。

車で行ったところホテルの目の前の駐車場が満車でしたがフロントの方が裏手の無料駐車場を案内してくれてすんなりチェックインできました。
ベッドに座ったりした時に、揺れ過ぎなのが気になりました。
夕飯は駅前の居酒屋からテイクアウトしました
朝食付きでしたが、種類も豊富で満足でした。コロナ対策で小皿にラップして分けられたものを各自ビニール手袋をして取るシステムでした
料金を考えれば、充分なコスパだと思いました

二度と利用しません！

普段、口コミは投稿しませんが、さすがに今回は投稿します。二度と利用しません。部屋はまあまあ良くあるビジネスホテルかなと思っておりました。が、清掃は行き届いておらず。髪の毛やスリッパの前の宿泊者の足跡、トイレ、お風呂もちゃんと清掃してますか！？ベッドは足を入れて寛いでいたら足が可愛くなり。嫌な予感しましたが、身体を入れて寝始めたら全身痒くなり、翌朝身体が真っ赤になりました。
両隣のバスルーム利用の水音がすごい響き、生活音も普通に聞こえますので、自分も咳すらするのためらいました。翌朝はゆっくりチェックアウトするつもりでしたが、ほとんど寝れず、早朝にチェックアウトしました。ワシントンホテルにすれば良かった。数千円をケチったために、こんな思いをしてしまいました。

フロントが不親切

横の駐車場が一杯で裏の駐車場になったけど、行き方が分からずフロントで聞くも行き方では無く裏ですからとしか言わず3、4回聞いてやっと地図を見せたと思ったら、ただ地図を見てと言われ自分から質問しないと説明も無かった。
結果が分かれば簡単であったが、初めての土地と宿泊で何も分からず聞いているのに不親切すぎて不愉快になった。

白内障の手術の後、片眼に大きなガーゼを付けて良く見えない中、一人でチェックインしました。眼が不自由な上、初めての場所で、その時に何の気配りもなく、事務的な対応になんだかがっかりしました
こちらが戸惑っている様子は見ていればわかると思うのですが、もう少しきめ細やかな対応を望みます
