Nice place.

It was a nice place, though a fair way from anything so you need a car or to be prepared to spend around (based on exchange rate at the time I travelled) about $30AUS on a taxi to and from the station if the bus is not coming when you need it. Would be a great conference venue I think.

Spacious modern hotel

This is one of the newest and nicest hotel in Kisarazu. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a little balcony. Ours had a pleasant view of the surrounding hills. As with most hotels of this class in Japan, the room was impeccably clean, with all the usual amenities. The breakfast buffet was good but a little pricey. The only negative for us was the fact that the hotel is located in a conference facility that is outside of the main part of the city and so limits dining and shopping options.

素晴らしいホテルでした！

家族含め4人の内1人が足が悪いおばあちゃんでしたが車椅子レンタルもありエレベーターも広く、部屋の中にも障害が無く、バリアフリーな良いホテルでした。
到着と同時にホテルマンが待機してくれて、荷物も全部部屋まで運んでくれた上、おばあちゃん用のバスルームで使う椅子も用意してくれました。帰りもスタッフの方が荷物を車まで運んでくれてとても助かりました。

部屋内も間接照明のみで少し暗かったですが用意してもらったエキストラベッドもとても寝心地良く、安眠できました。

値段もリーズナブルでこのサービスはとてもコスパの良いホテルだと感じました。
また千葉県に行った際には利用しようと思います。

孫が大きかったのでツインルームに変更して下さったり　もう一部屋も隣のお部屋にして下さったりして助かりました。プールは併設しているジムなので　料金がかかります。

自然環境良くゆっくりできます

自然環境良く、ホテル内もきれい、部屋も広く居心地はとても良いです。朝食は10時まで、チェックアウトも11時までなので朝ゆったりできました。
駐車場は地下もあり、そこであれば雨にぬれずホテルに入れます。リムジンバスもあり横浜駅からも少ないですが便がありました。温泉などの大浴場がなく残念ですが、ふろ場は広いのでよろしいかと。浴室内の天井や電灯に綿ほこりが多く見られたのが残念。少し気遣えば完璧なのですが。

7月の土曜日。木更津付近でホテルを探して、初めて宿泊。朝食込みで付近のホテルよりはコスパがいいです。

・部屋　スーペリア　ダブルルーム　広めで良い
・フロント
　①荷物は部屋まで手伝ってもらえます（荷物が少なかったためお断りしました）
　②各フロアに製氷機がありますが、氷が小さかったため、アイスペールと交換で氷をいただきました。
　③ワインオープナーやバスタオル追加もすぐに持ってきてくれます。
・朝食　一般的な朝食ブュッフェ（虎ノ門と比べると料金も内容も異なります）

・八天堂　食事もできて、クリームパンやお菓子も買えます。
・コンビニ　敷地外の近くにファミマ


※付近にファミマがありますが、外灯の近くに車を止めると、車が虫だらけになります。店の中にも何匹かいました。虫が苦手な方はご注意を。
※ホテル客室窓の外側にもファミマとは異なる虫が多数いるため、夜は早めに引き戸を閉めて光を遮断したほうがいいです。
※駐車場からロビーは少し歩くため、入口エントランスで荷物が多い場合は下ろすのがベター。

宿泊時期が、8月18日.19日でした。
夕食を楽しみにしていましたが、営業されていた飲食店が１店舗の為、残念でした。回りは、自然に囲まれて、良かったのですが、ホテルの案内にも虫が室内に入るおそれも有ると案内されていたのに、夜窓を少し開け就寝し、朝になってカメムシが４匹潜入していました。宿泊が７階だったのに虫が潜入してきたのにはビックリしました。
夜も、お月さまが良く見え、朝は綺麗な朝陽が見られて、最高でした。
高級感があり、良かったと思います。

木更津市内での所用の為宿泊。朝食付きにしていたが数日前にホテルより連絡を頂き夕食はコロナ感染に考慮しレストランでの食事が出来ないのでよろしいでしょうか？とわざわざ連絡を貰いました。細かな配慮が嬉しかったです。朝食は和食か洋食をチェックイン時に決めます。洋食のパンが美味しくて～おかわりしました。朝食会場の女性スタッフさんの気配りが素晴らしく妊娠中の娘の為にクッションをすかさず用意して頂けました。おもてなしの気持ちが素晴らしかったです。但しホテルの部屋の扉が閉まる時のバタンという音は改善して欲しいと思いました。

ただ、洗面所の水道のレバーが下向きに押すと出るタイプだったのですが、災害が起きた時のことを考えると、上向きの方が良いのではないでしょうか。

何か足りない

房総半島の1泊旅行で泊まりました。ホテルは清潔感もあり、スタッフのサービスもオークラのクオリティだと思います。部屋は広めで快適でした。気になる点として、ロビーの照明が暗い、オーキットバーを利用しようと行ったら、休業だったということです。休業なら、チェックイン時に知らせて欲しかったです。あとリゾートホテルという位置づけなので、大浴場があれば、いいと思います。周りに何もないので、大浴場でリラックスできたら、もう一度利用したいと思います。
