The room was perfect for me since I was a solo traveler. They truly respect privacy more than anything, they won’t go into your room unless you order a room clean up. The staff are all wonderful people, with excellent service. I feel bad that I made it complicated on the staff since I know very little Japanese. Thankfully we were able to work around that, one way or another. The breakfast is done by order, so it does take a few minutes to receive it. I actually really like that because it’s fresh and hot. I only dinned at the hotel once, I ordered some tacos.. I must say as a Mexican I really enjoyed the tacos they were delicious even if they weren't spicy. They also have this happy hour, for 1 hour it’s all you can drink booze!! How awesome is that. Overall I would definitely be staying here if I ever come back to Okinawa.

Our stay at Estinate Hotel Naha was such a pleasant surprise! The location was incredibly convenient — just a quick and easy bus ride from the airport, and only a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop. It was very easy to find, which made arriving stress-free after a long flight.

The hotel itself has such a cool and modern concept. The front desk is located at the bar, giving it a relaxed and social atmosphere — definitely not your typical hotel setup! We coincidentally arrived around 5 PM and were warmly welcomed with their free all-you-can-drink Orion Beer hour (5–6 PM daily). It was such a thoughtful and fun touch to start our trip with a taste of Okinawa.

The staff were friendly, spoke excellent English, and took the time to explain all the amenities clearly. Our room was surprisingly spacious — much larger than most Japanese hotels. Even if you find your room on the smaller side, the hotel offers a common amenity room equipped with a microwave, stove, and other conveniences. There’s also a co-working office space if you need to get some work done, and a laundry room for longer stays.

The location was perfect — within walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit in Naha.

Overall, we loved everything about our stay. It’s modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for both travelers and remote workers. I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again the next time I visit Okinawa!

This property went above and beyond with their service! i lost my luggage on the bus and they did everything possible to get in contact with the bus company and help me get it back. Rooms were clean , great location as there’s the ferry terminal 7 minute walk and a shopping strip about 15 minute walk. Breakfast was also the best i’ve had in my stay in Japan ! would recommend.

The most comfortable stay in Japan to the point of this stay. The bed was comfortable and not rock hard like other hotels. The breakfast was reasonably priced and welcome switch from the local options which are a bit exotic for me :) The staff also spoke better English than other hotels. I really enjoyed my stay. Great guesthouse & location, food could be better

Lovely little guesthouse with friendly staff. Just 1 min walk from the beach where you can see sea turtles (we saw 3). The rooms are simple & the bathrooms are shared, but the lovely courtyard makes it worthwhile. We have stayed before & returned for another stay this time. The food was not as good this time. Last time we got fresh seafood from the local area and it was nice to experience this with the food being so fresh - it was one of our best memories from our whole trip to Japan. This time, the food was ok but it was a bit bland & generic (taco rice one eve, chicken curry the other. The accompanying french fries were cold and stale). The bit that I was disappointed with was that all the food (breakfast & dinner) was served in disposable polystyrene containers, with single use plastic cutlery. I think travellers expect more in 2024 re the environment. This makes loads of plastic waste on an island that is already trying to reduce litter and protect the environment. It also makes the food look more downmarket than if it was served on a plate. My only other suggestion for improvement would be please turn off the lights in the communal sink area at night because on our first night these were left on all night, meaning our room was lit up like it was daytime & we had to use eye masks to sleep. I also suggest pushing the bed head against the wall (not having bed in middle of room) so pillow doesn’t fall at night. Yoga mats would also be a nice additional touch.

My stay was AMAZING!!! The staff there was super friendly. Me and my friend went for a night out on the town and we were in for a surprise. Upon arriving at the hotel there was a gentleman making coffee for guest in the lobby. The happy hour on beer I was not aware of but definitely a great way to start the night. They even had a game night going on and we popped in just to take a gander and it was full of life inside the room and great times. The Hotel manager was very welcoming and even had suggestions on things to do and places to go which we tried every single one and none disappointed. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hotel they’ve definitely done their research on hospitality and welcoming their guest and making them feel at home. The room was great with the King size bed and the table and couch in the room was an added plus. Will definitely be going back now I’m hooked!

I really enjoyed statying at this hotel. It was such a nice friendly vibe, especially great as I have been solo travelling and felt extremely safe here. The food in their restaurant was really good and had vegetarian options. The desserts were amazing too and I really enjoyed sitting with my book and enjoying the free beer hour. The room was comfortable and clean and they had a lot of amenities that you could use and rent out from the main desk. The laundry facilities were easy to use too. Also easy to get to and from the airport as the monorail stop was about a 10min walk away. Overall, I would recommend for anyone staying in Naha.

Nice location coz the Miebashi station is like 5-6 minutes' walk. The hotel is awesome, and the system is quite unique coz you use your phone to order what rental items and amenities you want even room service. The common area serves free beer, and the food is amazing!! The staff was friendly too. Will be back again.

This hotel has a neat vibe. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and they have a good breakfast. Rooms were a bit small but that is pretty standard for Japan. They let me store a suitcase for a week as I was doing some bike touring on the island and staying there again on the way out. Easy walking distance to a monorail station and Kokusai dori. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I love the great lady mornings chef!! She is really not only a great motivation exacutive breakfast chef! She is hard working, wash dishes all the time!! Training the young employee with professional attitude!
Man you have to try the great nutrition breakfast MENU!! Even though including great wine and all sorts of drinks besides coffee and tea!! Salad egg tapas Japnese dishes all you can eat besides the cast iron pancake!
Price is Very reasonable! Eslabister I will be back! Great local supermarket is very close and so do the #8 stop monrail!

This is a refreshingly quirky hotel, conveniently placed, with supermarkets and department stores (local and 'Western') in walking distance.
It is also walking distance to the monorail, and there is a lift (elevator) to the platform, giving easy access to the airport.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Spoken English is limited at times, but certainly among the staff there is more than enough to both inform and entertain.

- Room would be small for two travellers.
- Thin walls and can hear neighbour snoring.
- Lack of security with no room phone to contact front desk for help and no CCTV on room level to identify a drunk man who went around knocking and trying to unlock other rooms with his key.

The hotel was nice. All of the staff was ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend it. Easy to access and around 10 min walk to the international street. The only thing was that the room is small. It was smaller than any other hotels I’ve stayed in Tokyo. The hotel is dated but it was clean.

Newly refurbished hotel located five minutes walk from monorail station and and ten minutes to Narita Port to get ferries to the islands. Room and toilet was compact but very clean and comfortable.
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, always smiling. There's a great restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

The hotel was a little further than expected to Miebashi station so do take note if you have a 24 inch and above luggage. The hotel lobby/cafe was nice and modern like a typical boutique hotel. Presentation of the breakfast set was better than the actual taste of the food. Hotel room was small but adequate. However the toilet was kinda small that even an average size Asian adult would face some difficulty using the bathroom.

The hotel has a distance to walk from Miebashi station but nearby has many eateries which open until late night. Union supermarket (24 hour) is just nearby. The hotel is clean but small to fit 2 luggage. Welcome drink is given prior checking in and generous enough to include alcoholic beverages options as well. Provides good quality of toiletries especially the shower gel. Excellent breakfast provided. Only after the stay to realize that their breakfast is included in the must-have breakfasts list in Okinawa. How lucky!

1.Dining area is exotic decoration. 2.Location is easy too acess in city even suburb, south area, north area by express way. Room, every items such as bed sheet, duvet, towel, shower are clean.
3.Room is really calm atmosphere, easy to sleep tight well. Breakfast is just normal, but alright.
Cons:
1.Parking system is not integrated in hotel area. 1st arrival I have to carry luggage from car park to hotel. Hotel should give information about this on the online booking.
1.1Car parking ticket advanced is not allowed, I have to issue every end of my day. Hotel should allow an advanced car park ticket for only customers stay in (such 3 nights), understand hotel need to protect anyone (non customers).
2.Drink water bottle is served only 1st arrival, next day i have to pick up at counter every day, some lots of queue on counter.

Great experience. Friendly staff, with decent English. Rooms were small but normal for Japan. Breakfast was a little pricey but we ate it every day and were satisfied. Location was also nice. Close to monorail and only 1460 yen cab ride to airport if you’re in a hurry. Price was very reasonable.

Great location. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, Naha. Nearby the monorail station (it takes only 5-10 mins walk).

Nice room. The room is clean and provide all facilities I need (the room and toilet is a bit small though). In addition, hotel provide free mobile phone that I can take out to use with unlimited data.

Good atmosphere. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They gave me a free welcome drink in the cafe. So happy.

Nice food. The cafe at hotel ground floor is very nice. The food there is delicious. I love the pancake.

Budget accommodation price.

In overall, this is a really good hotel. I will stay here again when I visit Okinawa next time.

I absolutely loved the restaurant/bar downstairs. EXCELLENT FOOD and reasonable prices. You also get complimentary drink coupons so you might as well relax and order some food too!

We stayed here for a week this hotel had great location in Naha and close to the bus and monorail. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. We had the deluxe double room and it was crazy small but it works great if you're just sleeping there. I would choose a bigger room next time. I would recommend this hotel!

The curtains in the room could do with some slight improvement as my pillow is right below the window and the curtain wasn't covering the bottom edge of the window so every morning sunlight was shining right on my head even with curtains down. Nonetheless it's not a major issue and it was an enjoyable stay with some very friendly staff.

Ekstremt hyggelig og inkluderende hotell, med sosiale eventer, kul musikk, svært vennlig og smilende personale. Rommene er helt ok, relativt små bad, men fungerer fint ift pris. Passer alle, spesielt de som er young at heart, og de som reiser alene da det er mye lettere å komme i kontakt med andre her enn på de fleste japanske hoteller. Takk for oppholdet, og bor gjerne her igjen hvis jeg skal tilbake til Naha !

I mistakenly reserved Estnate as one of my preselected hotels in Okinawa, but it turned out to be an amazing experience. The staff are not only helpful but also beautiful, especially the two young ladies on the morning shift. The owner manages the hotel in a unique way. The reception counter is an extension of a restaurant that provides Mexican food and a tropical atmosphere. Its WiFi password enlightened me to a rare species of cat: Nishiomote Neko. Their coffee mug is something I would like to use every day. I really hope they sell it.
