There is parking available for a fee, but if you have a large vehicle, you will need to park at aid parking. There are plenty around and it’s cheaper than the hotel parking

We were incredibly happy here. It is an excellent location with kind staff and great amenities. The rooftop pool and hot tub were nice. My only complaint is that the furniture was a little tired however, the bed was super comfortable. We were on the ninth floor so we had access to some snacks and drinks and coffee in the morning which was great.

The hotel was conveniently located for my purposes. Good nearby restaurants, ferry, airport, and a short walk to Kokusai Dori. Decent breakfast although expensive compared to nearby options. Efficient check out.
Cons: Staff is not proficient in English. I had to make my own dinner reservations and figure out several things on my own. No bell service. The pool, although appealing, has so many restrictions it took me 5 minutes just to read them all. Pool Bar staff were very stale and unengaging. No early check in or upgrade even though I have Platinum status. A generic stay although the location made up for shortcomings . I found charging guests for night use of the pool preposterous. I requested a wake up call and they said they don’t provide that simple service. Overall an average stay.

This place is usable. Bed is comfy although only 2 small pillows on a double bed, but room size is large for an Asian hotel, which is nice. Biggest criticism is this hotel is fairly busy and 10 floors and has the 2 slowest elevators I’ve ever been on. And don’t bother trying the stairs because all the doors are dead bolted closed, so hopefully the rooftop pool has enough water to put out any fires or you’re going to be having a rough time.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and access to the pool during the day was nice. There isn’t chairs to sit or tan on however so keep that in mind if that’s something you are interested in.

I was pleased with the laundry room. 3 dryers and 3 washers priced at 5 yen per load.

The wifi wasn’t very good though. Poor quality so if you are relying solo on wifi it will be an issue.

The area is walking distance to many food options and there is a gym across the street that charges 3000 yen per day for visitors. There is no gym in the hotel.

Room is very small but does the job. Breakfast is themed, we had the Mediterranean one which had pizza and pasta, along with salad and fruits - we were hoping for something more local. Pool is nice, but is a bummer they charge after 7pm. Executive lounge was worth it for drinks and snacks.

There are damages on room wall and floor. They look old but clean. There is no desk and little note book or piece of paper and pen in room. Need to wait long time for two elevators. Garbage can piles up in hotel dining area after regular hours and no one collect it. Breakfast actually is brunch with brunch cost not a breakfast. Convenient location for public transportation and food. All staff are very helpful.

We didn’t get to use the pool because in the evenings it’s reserved for over 18s which makes it sound like a weird swingers after hours party pool to be honest and my 14 was really annoyed. The room was absolutely minute, so small, we really struggled between the three of us moving around in there. The room was above something that vibrated all night so I didn’t sleep well and despite my booking including breakfast they charged me another £22 for my daughter and I to eat it. There were no “welcome drinks” as advertised either. The staff were very nice but the hotel is not as good as the photos make it seem and just isn’t very hospitable and welcoming.

When we first arrived, they gave us a room that wasn’t even similar to the one they showed here, it was horrible, and the cleanliness was terrible too. It was a drop of a yellow liquid on the toilet, hairs in the bathtub, the shower was filled with a black stuff (like they haven’t clean it in decades), the sofa was stained by idk what. Then we went to the reception and the staff was super friendly and changed us to another room. Finally, that room was the one posted here and was completely cleaned.

The room was amazing, really spacious super clean. The 2 things that was kinda confusing was how to get a massage to your room, and I had food delivered to the hotel it never showered up. The front desk said they didn't know where it was. Other than that I definitely will stay again, the price was the best part.

This property STRICTLY enforces the 3:00pm check-in; NO exceptions without dire circumstances and paying a hefty per-hour fee. The only \"English\" spoken by staff is a handheld translator; very tiresome. The hotel is close to being elegant and is kept very clean. The pool is large and refreshing after a hot, muggy Okinawa day albeit free only up until 7:00pm. Their extensive breakfast selection is definitely Asia-geared, lacking bananas or other fruit save for diced pineapple chunks. If pizza, pasta and salads for breakfast are your thing, then go for it! The \"scrambled eggs\" are best eaten with a soup-spoon. A bag of towels is hung on your door-handle daily whether you need them or not. Non-Asian food-eateries are not near this hotel as demonstrated by the American-food diner across the street that serves calamari w/fries or shrimp & mac 'n cheese. Be prepared to take a curbside taxi to everywhere. ATM's are abundant. The staff are very gracious and helpful. Although I wouldn't stay here again, I do recommend this hotel!

I will start by saying the staff at this hotel was superbly accommodating and polite. That being said, we unfortunately had to move rooms 4 times because all the rooms reeked of mildew/mold. Staff helped us find an open room where the smell was minimal.
We were told that all hotels in the area smell like this, but that had not been my experience in the past. If you are sensitive to mold, this may not be the hotel for you.

The hotel did not live up to expectations based on its description. While some aspects, like the location, were good, several major issues justify this review.

The overall staff experience was poor—most seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping guests. Both the lobby and the room had a persistent unpleasant smell of mold and humidity. The bedroom had very small windows with blinds that couldn’t be opened, which made the space feel even more closed in. The elevator was extremely slow, often requiring a long wait. And perhaps most disappointing of all: the pool, which is prominently featured on their website, closes at 7 PM unless you pay an additional JPY 3,000 to use it at night. This was a major letdown and is not clearly communicated anywhere in advance.

Upon arriving we were guided from the desk over to a kiosk for checkin. I entered my last name but it could not find my reservation, so the person at the counter had to look it up by searching on my full name. Very odd. Overall it felt like the kiosks were an added hassle that only added a bit of time and frustration to the whole experience.

Excellent stay. Be careful about room selection, the room I was in was small, anyone 6 ft or taller will have trouble especially with the bathroom.

Staff speaks decent, albeit imperfect English. Breakfast buffet varies on season, but when I was there it was Italian food. Delicious, but not very authentic cuisine. I recommend eating the fruit and vegetables as they are plentiful in Okinawa compared to mainland Japan.

Rooftop pool is more for photo ops, not for any serious swimming. Jacuzzi is good though.

Hotel is an 8 min walking distance from the rail train and 2 min walking distance from the ferry making it extremely convenient to catch the early ferries that depart from Naha at 8:50 AM.

This hotel was alright. It was a clean, safe place to sleep. However, the room was very small, the bed was super hard, the shower curtain didn't fit the shower (it was way too small, didnt cover the whole length), the tv was on a wall where you cant see it from the bed. It was fine for a 2 night stay, but wouldn't stay longer than that. The parking situation was kind of cool, so that was a plus.

Our initial room was much smaller than we had expected based on the website pictures. Additionally, the window shade was broken. We requested a different room which the management provided. They then provided the option of a club level room that was larger and had a couple of extra perks, (coffee, beer, wine and snacks) for an additional $40 per nite. Definitely worth doing the upgrade. The staff is very pleasant and courteous but my not knowing Japanese did create some communication challenges. Otherwise. Very nice experience!

Short stay in Naha city. The hotel was in a reasonable location, 10 minute walk from the Monorail (8) and so a short cheap journey from the airport. A not to far from Kokusai Dori where all the shopping and action is at.
I enjoyed the pool, not quite an infinity pool but it was very quite in the evening.
